I give him my personal advice as his friend on what to do, but as we all know, no one is perfect, especially when it comes to relationships, so, whatever path he chooses is his own path, I just hope that having this discussion with him helped make a difference in making him feel better because at the end of the day, all I want for my friends is for them to be happy and feel and be mentally well!
We even talk about family traditions and how I miss doing them and we have also have deep conversations about passing on and how I hate the idea of leaving my son behind when my time comes, but also realizing that he will be fine because of how I am currently raising him and that he will be okay because of that!
