Hey, thank you so much a possible John for having me.
I'm really happy to be here today.

Speaker 4 (02:29):
AYMN. Before we begin our interview, please tell the Kingdom
more about you. Who is Matkim?

Speaker 5 (02:40):
Absolutely absolutely so. I am a creative entrepreneur and a businessman.
I've been a marketplace minister for the last over ten years,
serving other businesses and really needing the leaven of the
Kingdom out into society. And you know, Morely has kind

(03:01):
of released me into a ministerial capacity where I am
equipping the saints for the work of the ministry and
ultimately my passion is to help elevate the spiritual intelligence
of the world.

Speaker 4 (03:14):
Brother Kim, please tell the Kingdom when and where Christ
found you and share a little of your journey to
relationship with our Lord and Savior Christ. Jesus.

Speaker 5 (03:25):
Yeah, yeah, absolutely so. Jesus found me as a teenager.
I was fifteen years old. You know, I grew up
without God, so by the time I was fifteen years old,
I was, you know, clinically depressed. I didn't really have
a direction as far as where I wanted to go
in life. And in that time, I think, really supernaturally,

(03:48):
my parents they recommended that we go to church, which
is such an odd thing to hear, and so we
started going, and I think at the time it was
my parents trying to kind of plug me into something
that would really help me out of this depression. And
you know, as I started going to church, it began
to kind of meet all of my kind of existential needs.
You know, I had questions about like who am I,

(04:10):
where I come from, why are things the way that
they are? And it began answering those questions, and on
a more practical level, I got to be plugged into
a community experience the love of God. And then a
couple of years later, I had a dramatic encounter with
the Holy Spirit which changed my life forever. And you know,

(04:32):
up until that point, it was really just me learning
about the Kingdom in Bible study, and I had kind
of developed a robust theology, but I never really experienced
God as a person, and so when I encountered the
Holy Spirit there that changed everything. And so like knowing
that I could really have a reciprocal relationship with God

(04:53):
where I'm not just talking at God, but he speaks back,
and we have a kind of set me on a
path where I began to discover who I I am,
how God sees me, what He has called me to,
and things of that nature. And so after that, I
just you know, began walking that out, you know, taking
a risks, you know, going to college, dropping out, starting
a business, and yeah, and that brings me to where

(05:16):
we're at today.

Speaker 4 (05:17):
Amen, Lord you.

Speaker 12 (08:42):
At intrusted, not wait to take him why.

Speaker 4 (08:57):
He do and what is your calling and purpose in
the Body of Christ and in the Kingdom of God.

Speaker 5 (09:12):
Yeah, absolutely, well, I mean to harken to the early
parts of this conversation. Really, what I believe my calling
is to equip the saints for the work of the ministry.
I think a lot of times, you know, we have
a very church facing understanding of ministry. But I think
the truth is that all the saints, every single person

(09:32):
in the Kingdom, we have a ministry, whether it's to
the church or to the world. And so we need
leaders who can kind of equip the saints and set
them up for success in all things, whether it's you know,
spiritual giftings, right, prophecy, desernment on how to build and
so I really want to kind of equip saints. And
then the other part of that that I believe my

(09:53):
mandate is to help elevate the spiritual intelligence of the world.
You know, when you look at for a ministering the scriptures,
we have had a lot of emphasis on the first
part of that job description, which it's equipped the saint.
But then the part two of that job description is
to see that the Body of Christ would be matured
to the full stature of Christ, who is our head.

(10:15):
And so I think the maturing part really comes with
understanding the father heart of God and to grow up
in the faith to be able to navigate all sorts
of situations out in the world. And I believe that
that requires a level of spiritual intelligence that we are
just beginning to see in our generation.

Speaker 4 (10:37):
So yeah, amn.

Speaker 3 (11:00):
On streams without a measure.

Speaker 13 (11:08):

Speaker 18 (14:25):
Confund me, spell me confirm me, marges me consume, let
the confid let you see comfort, Let to confid.

Speaker 4 (15:04):
And Kingdom. Our topic for discussion and interview for this
episode is spiritual intelligence Kingdom. When I research the etymology
of spiritual intelligence, I learned that spiritual intelligence involves the
capacity to understand and apply spiritual values and principles and life,

(15:27):
contributing to a sense of purpose and meaning. Spiritual intelligence
and emotional intelligence are interconnected. Emotional intelligence can enhance spiritual
growth by promoting self awareness and empathy, while spiritual intelligence
provides a deeper understanding of our emotions and their significance

(15:53):
to our lives. Spiritual intelligence contributes to the overall well
being development and helps us navigate life's challenges with the
resilience and insight. So breaking it down, the spiritual intelligent
individual operates by the Divine Holy Spirit, not the flesh,

(16:15):
and the fruit of the Spirit, not from the flesh,
and from the revelation and the wisdom that comes from
the Word of fun. The spiritual intelligence allows the sword
of the Spirit to split and separate the flesh realm
from the spirit realm and are led to follow the
principles of Christ and are not demonically led. So, brother

(16:39):
Matt Kim, please tell the kingdom how you were introduced
to spiritual intelligence and how it's developed you and changed you. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (16:50):
Absolutely, well to pick up kind of the story of
where we left off. When I kind of encountered the
Holy Spirit, I got flushed in to what I call
quote unquote the church world, and so I got to
see a lot of different streams of Christianity with a
lot of different strengths, but also a lot of different

(17:12):
like weaknesses. And in navigating those things, I came to
a place where I felt a little disillusioned, where what
I was hearing wasn't what I was seeing. There was
a lot of like confusion there, and so then I
began to seek the Lord and ask God, like, God, like,
what is going on? Like why isn't everything as it seems?

(17:33):
You know, we you know, talk about these great things.
We talk about family, We talked about the prophetic and
that we see such dysfunction in the body of Christ
that's opposite to the message that we're hearing. And in
that process, God began to show me the depth of
the spirit realm, the spiritual world, that things are a

(17:56):
lot deeper than they appear on the outside. And so
I began to kind of delve into the underpinning of reality,
which is that the natural dimension is a symptom of
what is true spiritually, and so that even though the
symptoms are in the material world, the root of things

(18:21):
are in another dimension. It's in the spirits. And so
kind of going along that journey, I began to kind
of reconcile some of my questions regarding, you know, the
disillusionment with things like church facing like with prophecy, like
with even less the Kingdom, family message, and then beyond that,

(18:46):
I began to kind of walk this out with the Lord,
you know, the Bible says that we have everything we
need for life and godliness, and that the Holy Spirit
takes from Jesus and makes it known to us or
another way of thing that is, making it real to us.
And so these revelations that we get to receive from

(19:07):
the Holy Spirit gives us insight not just into how
to do ministry, but into how to walk out life
and the abundant life that Jesus promises us in content.
And so I begin to kind of apply these these revelations,
these principles to my finances, to my business, to friendships

(19:29):
and relationships, and I realized that wow, like walking in
the depth of Christ and not just based off of
dogma or even just principle, but walking by the spirit.

Speaker 4 (19:42):
Right.

Speaker 5 (19:43):
Bible says that as many as are are led as
by the Spirit of God are the children of God.
And so really learning to be led by the spirit
and seeing things that way really produced a lot of
fruits and a lot of life in the different areas
of my life life.

Speaker 3 (20:23):
Oh say yes, taime on your.

Speaker 24 (24:24):
Nine already my ancis em my al kids.

Speaker 13 (24:40):
No, I know.

Speaker 3 (24:44):
Nine already my n kids.

Speaker 4 (24:54):
And kingdom. Some principles of spiritual intelligence are self awareness,
knowing what you believe in, being, vision and value led
acting from the principles and deep beliefs recognizing the interconnectedness

(25:15):
of all things, showing compassion, appreciating and respecting different perspectives,
humility and thinking for oneself, and not being led or
overly influenced by external factors, but relying on Holy Spirit. So,
Brother Kim, what is the difference between spiritual intelligence versus

(25:39):
the Pharisees, Anhedrin, and Sadduci belief systems.

Speaker 5 (25:45):
I would say that spiritual intelligence is actually two things.
It's another wasting two things. One of them is wisdom.
So when you're operating in spiritual intelligence, you're operating in
wisdom and the second thing that you are operating in
the spirit of life. Right, the system of beliefs of

(26:06):
the statutes the Pharisees, they are really beheld into what
the Bible calls the letter of the law. That although
they operate based off of principle, they are really in
bondage to that principle and they are asserting it right,
they're under the principle. So it's not that principles are
a bad thing, because the truth is that the fabric

(26:29):
of reality is upheld by principles. But it's when we're
governed by these principles that we fall under the letter
of the law, which the Bible says that the letter
of the law kills, but the spirit gives life. And
so spiritual intelligence is a type of intelligence that has
to do with the spirit of life, whereas of the

(26:53):
law is to be beheld into and bestick with for
all the little you know principles and nuances, and holding
that as a type of law that keeps us bound,
and it ultimately it doesn't produce life. It's lifeless. It's
law without life. But I think the spiritual intelligence allows

(27:14):
us to really navigate life with a degree of wisdom,
because the Bible says that wisdom is the principal thing.
So another way of saying that is that, yes, we
observe principles in our life, but the principle that should
govern all other principles is wisdom, and wisdom being the
principal thing we understand that allows us to live life

(27:38):
and navigate it dynamically, because not every principle applies to
every situation. And so it's the religious spirit, the spirit
that the pharisees and statuses operate in that ultimately tries
to apply principles the things that really don't apply in
that situation. And so it's the type of law keeping,

(28:00):
and so we could differentiate the letter of the law
from the spirit that animates such laws. Then we understand
that the superior way of living is to live by
the spirit of those laws of which produce life, and
it produces a wisdom for us to navigate and kingdom.

Speaker 4 (28:21):
Being spiritually intelligent is a divine gift that takes us
to the next level, founded on repentance and building a
relationship with God through Christ and seeking Christ for wisdom,
understanding and revelation, studying God's word from more than just

(28:44):
one source, and consecration, prayer and intercession. So, Brother Kim,
how do we actively apply the principles of spiritual intelligence
into our daily life?

Speaker 5 (29:00):
Yeah? Absolutely, I mean again, I think inviting God into
everything right. You know, when we come into the Kingdom,
we're really saying God, like you are my Lord, you
own me now. And so it becomes a reset button
for our entire lives, where even though we may have

(29:21):
grown up in the system of this world, when we're
born again, we'll get a fresh start. And so God
begins to then establish the foundation and the blueprints for
our lives anew. And so when we are in the
Kingdom and born again, we get to allow God to
define what things are in our lives. And so growing

(29:43):
in spiritual intelligence is about being again being led by
the Spirit and walking with the Spirit, because when we
walk by the Spirit, the voice of God becomes louder
than voice of Prince, voice of even worldly logic and
the systems of man. A lot of times, we're so

(30:06):
accustomed to this carnal, this fleshly world where we're used
to how the world dest things. We're used to the
systems that are set to work, when in reality they
might work sometimes, but other times they will break down.
And so there's a time and a season for everything.
But the superior intelligence is to walk with the Lord.

(30:29):
And so, like you said, so beautifully, this is like
a relational skill. And so we when we observe even
principles of the world that God created, but observe it
through the legs of Christ, we get to see when
it's appropriate to apply principles when it's not appropriate to
apply those principles, and we begin to realize that ultimately,

(30:53):
our freedom and agency to be able to choose when
it's submitted to the Holy Spirit allows us to govern
over creation, govern over principles instead of being subject to them.
And so again this is a relational process that I
think is so beautiful what you said about that being

(31:14):
relationship and getting to know the Holy Spirit for ourselves.
You know, John in the Book of John Jesus says
that my sheep listens to my voice. I know them
and they follow me. And so there's something about knowing
the texture of God's voice, not just his words, right,
because even Satan knows the words of God, but he

(31:36):
doesn't adhere to God's nature. And so when we could
hear God's nature inside of his words, we can discern
his voice. So being his shape, we're led were we listen,
and we're led by his voice, which allows us to
grow in the Holy Spirit and ultimately in spiritual intelligence.

Speaker 3 (31:58):
Y'all may notice one.

Speaker 23 (32:06):
Y'all act like y'all noticed.

Speaker 4 (32:12):
Just tell us where to go and we will follow you.

Speaker 4 (36:24):
How we pro feeling good?

Speaker 25 (36:28):
Y'all giving me what I need Because if y'all weren't,
I was gonna put you out.

Speaker 4 (36:33):
There's one or the other brother came from our interview.
Are there any other areas of spiritual intelligence that we
have not shed light on that you would like to
release to the listeners at this time? Yeah?

Speaker 5 (36:49):
Absolutely. I think when it comes to spiritual intelligence, it's
it's such a revolutionary way to walk out our face.
And with that said, I think something that would be
helpful for us to kind of think about in regards
to spiritual intelligence is the implications of what we have

(37:10):
to offer the world in terms of spiritual intelligence in
the days ahead, because you know, these days, we have
a lot of buzz about you know, emerging technologies. Right,
we're coming off of the Internet, the information age, and
now social media. But we're hanging into a time where,

(37:30):
you know, with the advent of artificial intelligence, quantum computing,
things are speeding up in a way that's going to
have implications for humanity at large. And so I think
one of the questions that people are going to ask
now more than ever is our spiritual questions, Right, what

(37:51):
was the meaning of life? What makes a human? And
so in the days ahead, I think it's going to
be very crucial for the Church to develop our own
spiritual intelligence so that we will have the questions to
answer the world that's looking for God and that's maybe

(38:12):
bound by the power of technological advancements. And so in
a world where artificial intelligence can do thinking for us right,
quantum computing can speed things up to such a speed
that we might not be able to handle. We need
a remnant. We need a church that has answers and
that could connect people back to not just their own humanity,

(38:34):
but back to our source and our creator, which is God.
And so that would be my encouragement to you is
to press into spiritual intelligence, allow God to illuminate the
eyes of your understanding, so that we could be an
answer and a light to the world in the days ahead.

Speaker 4 (38:54):
Hey man, I agree with you there because it looks
like they're using this AI system to replace the system
of God, the Holy Spirit. Brother Matt Kim, please introduce
