Speaker 1 (00:02):
Are you ready to level up?

Speaker 2 (00:03):
Do you wish to live a life of options and
not obligations? You've gone to the right place. Thank you
for stopping on by to hear knowledge nuggets from Coach
Fergie and his top tier guest to help you lean
into your ultimate human potential.

Speaker 1 (00:17):
Now let's level up with Coach Fergie.

Speaker 3 (00:32):
Hey Varsity Squad, Welcome back to another powerful edition of
Level Up Conversations with Coach Fergie with time to Shine
Today Coaching. I'm your host, Scott Ferguson, blessed to be
your gap coach, specializing in performance mental conditioning, working with
business leaders, entrepreneurs, entertainers, athletes, c suite and students to
help them bridge their success gap to live a life
of options and not obligations. On this platform, we are
soaked to bring you high performers who are not just

(00:53):
chasing and attaining success, but redefining it through providing above
and beyond service. Now, as always, I launch a little
coaching knowledge nugget at the beginning of the show, and
today I'm going to bring up my fourteen twenty four
And I asked my clients when I first started working,
what does fourteen twenty four mean to you, fourteen minutes
twenty four seconds is exactly one percent of a day,
and so one percent of the day if you can

(01:14):
dedicate one percent of your day to mental checkups, whether
it's listened to a podcast, read fifteen pages of a book,
whatever it is to start your day off of the
fourteen twenty four, it will reset, anchor you in and
get you ready to take action for the day.

Speaker 4 (01:30):
Right.

Speaker 3 (01:31):
So, the truth is most people waste one percent of
their day without even blinking. High performers like my next
guest here, they train with it. They use it to reset, refocus,
and ignite. So as we lean into this episode, I
challenge you, what will you do with your one percent
of the day and talk about it true one percenter.
I'm so blessed to have my next guest on. She's bold,

(01:52):
she's brilliant, She's putting chiropractic care on the map front
and center. Doctor Alessandra Cologne isn't just your everyday chiropractor.
She's the first ever to bring real deal spinal healing
to prime time with a TLC hit series. Crack addicts
a proud Puerto Rican Sai Rold, then a cancer survivor
and the two tenty fifteen LLS Switch is Leukemia and

(02:12):
Lymphoma Society Woman of the Year. Doctor Colone is a
force of nature who's as fearless in the clinic as
she is in front of the camera. From being crowned
Palm Beach's Best chiropractor to recently land in a feature
on the Today Show, doctor Clone proves that you can
thrive through adversity, run a booming business, raise a family,
and still dominate the airwaves. All with heart, hustle and

(02:33):
high vibes. Want to know what it takes to go
from survivor to star while making healing powerful and personal.
Stick around here, squat, don't go anywhere. You're about to
hear from my really good friend, the Queen of Cracks
or self, doctor Alessandra Colonne. Thank you so much for
coming on.

Speaker 4 (02:47):
This is huge.

Speaker 3 (02:49):
Shout out to Steve Austin for putting us together, my sponsor.

Speaker 5 (02:51):
I know I would have never thought, I'm super stoked
you did that for us.

Speaker 4 (02:54):
Yeah, he's awesome.

Speaker 3 (02:55):
He's the boss, and he just couldn't be here today
because I guess he had other priorities with his white
for something like that, Like what the heck Gabby, you know, so,
like I'm just gonna kind of dive right in with you. Right,
you've adjusted spines on National TV. Yeah, adult cancer built
a healing empire here in South Florida. So when you
wake up in the morning, what fuels you now more fame, impact,

(03:17):
healing or maybe something deeper.

Speaker 5 (03:19):
I think definitely something deeper. Fame was just a like
a dot on my map. I didn't really see any
of the coming. Yeah, it just kind of happened phone
to my my lap. I really am just a girl
from Palm Beach Gardens. I keep it humble, I keep
it simple, and I wake up with gratitude and I
make sure that that's what I delivered to my patients
every day. I'm very well aware that my gift is giving.

Speaker 3 (03:40):
Yeah, like the fourteen twenty four that I talked about earlier,
like resonates big time with you. I mean, he's just
walking through our office squad. And if you're in South
Florida for warm introduction, call me at five six one
four four zero three eight three zero five six one
four to four zero three eight threes. I'd love to
make a warm introduction. And if you're local here, I'll
meet you at the office and douce you to doctor
clone er awesome staff, which your status he or Savilla

(04:01):
as well.

Speaker 4 (04:02):
So you became the first chiropractor to.

Speaker 3 (04:05):
Start on national TV show Crack Addicts, Right, So what
made you say yes to that visibility and how has
it transformed the way you connect with people that are hurting.

Speaker 5 (04:16):
I never realized I'm learning to own my superpower, which
is a gift of giving and healing, and it just transpired.
I am someone who is a very energetic soul, whether
it's through my practice, through my hands, through my conversations
with my patients. And it all started on a TikTok
because I was just being ridiculous, literally being ridiculous. It

(04:38):
hit like seventy million views overnight and I get this
email and it's from TLC and they're like, listen, we'd
love for you to be the first ever Chiroproject on TLC.
And I'm like, yeah, no way, because in my mind
I'm thinking one, I'm totally terrified. There is a massive
controversy behind Chiroproject, and so I wasn't sure if that
was the energy I wanted to give it. I'm glad

(05:00):
I did it. I'm glad I put it on the spectrum.
I'm glad I jumped to it. Balls to the walls.

Speaker 4 (05:05):
That's awesome.

Speaker 5 (05:05):
That's really what I did.

Speaker 2 (05:07):
Own it.

Speaker 4 (05:07):
And then you look at you.

Speaker 3 (05:08):
You're hard driven, your working, but you're little okay, And
I'm like, I had doctor Ryan up in Michigan. Shout
out to you, doctor Ryan, but like, I actually you
allowed me to watch you adjust people and stuff like that,
so you can heat push back from your size.

Speaker 4 (05:21):
I'm working with a guy like Jerome.

Speaker 3 (05:22):
Bettis, the boss that played for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Right,
you get any pushback from stuff like that.

Speaker 5 (05:26):
I get pushback all the time. If I'm too pretty,
I'm not smart enough. If I'm female, I'm not educated.
If I'm too tiny, I'm not fierce enough. So yeah,
I can't tell you the number of times somebody comes
to my practice and they're like, oh, you're adjusting me,
like what you're like a buck ten soaking wet, five
foot one, And I'm just like, listen, give me a minute,
because here's the thing. If you're gonna put me already
that low, I got nowhere else to give it up.

(05:48):
I'm gonna just surprise you. And most of the time.
The best part is I adjust them and it's powerful,
it's simple. There's so much debt, so much speed to it,
and they just go, oh my gosh, that was the best.

Speaker 4 (06:00):
Yes ever.

Speaker 3 (06:01):
Yeah, I saw the looks on their faces when I
was allowed to observe, and like, your equipment there, if
you call it equipment, is state of the art. It's
not like some like I remember going to chiropractor when
I was playing sports when I was younger and be like,
you know, you'd get adjusted and they had to crank
the table back up. So I was like, how is
she going to get the table backup? You hit a
button raised back up for you. So you invest in

(06:22):
your professor.

Speaker 5 (06:22):
I did listen. And then Jerome Buttes he's a big guy, man,
he's a big guy. The bust when those shoulders are right.
But some of my NBA players, I mean, we got
like guys hero in there who are like six eleven, right,
and I'm adjusting them right, it's no problem, no problem.

Speaker 4 (06:37):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (06:37):
And you offer a lot of different services there through
the MC wellness and spat right, Yeah, so like tell
us about a little bit about the other services.

Speaker 5 (06:45):
It was also the show. The show brought me, just
patients from all over the world, and it forced me
to want elevate my practice, elevate my skill set his position,
but also bring wealth to a different level and wellness
to a different level for my clients. So not everybody
who walks through my projects the chiro prot of candiate.
Let's get that straight, right, so I can heal them

(07:06):
by way of peptides hrt T your t boatox for
migraine headaches, facial why yeah, facials for trigeminal neuralgia. And
it just kind of proliferated from there. It became like
a full like medspat.

Speaker 3 (07:20):
So when someone comes in, you're not just hey, hop
on the table and stuff, because I know that when
you talk to me, you're like, okay, there's a whole
battery of tests and stuff like that in the so
you make sure you check every box and dot every
eye and every tea. So, as a pop proud Puerto Rican,
you know, and cancer survivor, how have those two parts
of your identity shaped how you lead, heal and show.

Speaker 4 (07:42):
Up in the world.

Speaker 3 (07:42):
Because you know, again female Phuerto Rican, right, you know,
and high energy, right, but also being a cancer survivor
as well and leaning into it, you know, leaning into
more of a holistic health.

Speaker 4 (07:54):
Right, So how is that kind of shaped you?

Speaker 5 (07:56):
I think being Puerto Rican, I'm so proud of my culture.
We are we are high energy culture. Our food, our dance,
our love. It's the most beautiful thing in the world.
So I'm very proud of that. But cancer was something
that I went through at a very young age that
I'm grateful for because it gave me a perspective I'm
not sure I would have had without, and it just

(08:17):
it allowed me to show up and overcome things. I
had a lot of adversity young, you know this, and
so it was either that I was going to become
the situation that I was in or I was going
to overcome it. And that taught me a lot about
living lovely, a lot about loving and a lot about
giving because I truly believe when what you give is

(08:38):
what you get and I understood that very clearly once
I had cancer.

Speaker 3 (08:42):
You know, in Squad she's talking about making adjustments and
not making excuses because winners make adjustments. Mediocre people, let's
just say losers, they make excuses. And she made the
adjustments to you know, level up and lean into people,
and you're doing it with giving, but still open to
that reciprocity.

Speaker 4 (09:01):
Right.

Speaker 3 (09:01):
It's like a lot of people they close off to
the reciprocity. With my coaching clients, I'll say there's a
plant over here. What do we breathe in? We breathe
in oxygen, what do we breathe out common to axide?
The plant does the exact opposite? Do we give the
plan a choice?

Speaker 4 (09:14):
No, it just does it. So I love that you're
open to receiving as well.

Speaker 5 (09:18):
You know it's a constant it's not just giving, but
it's a constant evolution of who you are, right, and
it's constantly leveling up and your situation will always be different.
So you have to be able to adapt every single day.
You have to be able to harness in look, be
self aware of your vices. You can get to that
better place in your life. I am not a believer
of the woe with me game. I love that and

(09:39):
sorry love it.

Speaker 3 (09:40):
Yeah, take responsibility, lean into it. I mean responsibility is
the ability to respond right. That's rooted right into the
word right. And so you didn't react to it. You
weren't like playing victim. You leaned into it. And just
do it. And that's why I love with your patients
because I was hearing you without spilling too much, like
really getting them to take their own responsibility for their
life's as well that you're going there. Yes, you make

(10:02):
them feel good, but if they don't do the stretching,
if they don't do the other things, right.

Speaker 5 (10:06):
Yeah, fifty percent on patients. I'm here to give you
my expert opinion, right right, But the expert in the
room is my patient, believe it or not. Only you
know your body, Only you know what you're doing to
show up in this world. And so that's whether it's exercise,
drinking water, all those things, that's your heart, yes.

Speaker 4 (10:23):
And I love it.

Speaker 3 (10:24):
So your practice doesn't just crackbacks which we talked about before, combines, cuppying, decompression, scraping,
shockwave therapy, and even more so, what's what's one technique
that still blows you away with the results it.

Speaker 5 (10:35):
Brings, honestly, spinal de compression. I'm here for spiddic compression.
That awesome, amazing, it's my number one for cervical disc injury,
lumbar disc injury, sciatic I have gotten so many patients
who were pre surgical walking pain shooting down to their
hands and legs. They are they are a better person

(10:57):
because it's spond de compression. And I've been able to
get them out of the surgery. And that is so
incredible to say.

Speaker 4 (11:03):
I love that as well without surgery.

Speaker 3 (11:06):
If you can get them like I had Matt Labosco
for movement os, He's and palmetans, I have to make
that introduction you as well. Fantastic. His whole goal is
to have you not go to surgery, right, And that's
what you know. Bring people like you and and the
movement os get the body moving like a human body.

Speaker 5 (11:21):
Should move men, right, you mean it's built to move.
Movement is key, period and people have to understand that
in health. And this is where people go wrong. Oh
once I go to the chiropractor, always have to go back. Guys.
You have to show up and do work and your
relationships and your finances. Whether it's your school, homework, whether
it's a project. You have to keep doing the work.
Maintenance is the hardest part, right right, same thing applies

(11:44):
to your health. You don't do it once and just
say oh right, I'm done.

Speaker 3 (11:48):
Wash your car one time and see if you don't
get it. Get one oil change in eight years, right,
That's how it works.

Speaker 5 (11:55):
So yes, you have to keep going.

Speaker 4 (11:58):
I love that.

Speaker 3 (11:59):
In squad, we are going to throw it to my
really good friend and doc Alessandro is good friend Steve
Austin for our mortgage update here in Palm Beach County
and so just stick around because we're gonna dig back
into some NFL legends that she's worked.

Speaker 4 (12:12):
With in one of her favorite transformations that she's had.
So Steve take it away.

Speaker 6 (12:17):
Thanks Scott. Steve Austin here with the Revolution Mortgage Dynamic
team with your mortgage market recap for the week of
August fourth. Mortgage bonds have maintained a high level of
training since the jobs report last week, and I'm not
mad about it. With a stable week of bond levels,
we have seen improvements and rates. So for those out
there purchasing now, you should be seeing benefits and your
mortgage options. Holding onto these levels is something that hasn't

(12:39):
been happening and is why we have seen more volatility
up and down with rates. If we can keep on
this path, it will continue to help the buying powers
of consumers. Next week, the always market Moving CPI reports
will be coming out on Tuesday. The measure of inflation
is very key in what the rate market's going to do,
so as always we'll be keeping a close eye on that.
That's it for this week. Have a great weekend, everybody.

Speaker 4 (14:42):
Awesome, man what a.

Speaker 5 (14:43):
Transformation i'm so proud of again a testimonial to not
only as show as a, physician how it pushed. Me
she's a patient From. Boston, guy she flies in for
thirty days at a time and she gets adjusted every
single day while she's with. Me just to give you
a tit, back she has a mass in her cellar,
bellum her little, brain, migraine. Headache she's been on opioids

(15:04):
for over seventeen years of her life's cerebral policy does
not allow her to walk, properly so many. Enailments if
you saw HER x, ray you'd be blown. Away guys
barely walking, right barely. Walk she's now about a year
in with chiropractic. Care she flies in every quarter AND
i can safely say to date she is opioid. Free

(15:27):
she is migraine. Free she is not pain, free but
we're talking about someone who was a ten out of
ten pain can now be In liverpool two at a.
TEN i will take. It chronic pain is a real
thing and it is a silent killer for so many.
People she is a walking miracle and it makes me
proud to be a.

Speaker 4 (15:45):
CHIROPRACTIC i love. It you got her away from dope,
sick you, know she got her.

Speaker 3 (15:48):
Off was she kind OF i want to say, addicted
but was she really relying on Those oh.

Speaker 5 (15:53):
My, god her first day she walked. In you can
even hear it that the chapin is the driving, mouth you,
know the unsteady, hands the, Shaking it was the real. Deal,
guys and and she. Was she was so. Tonic her
musculatures were voluntarily contracting all the. Time she literally physically
couldn't bend and flex her knees her arms within one.

(16:13):
ADJUSTMENT i have it on. Video right one adjustment she
was flexing and bending her knees arms like.

Speaker 4 (16:19):
Nothing was she an athlete before or something like?

Speaker 3 (16:21):
That because, really because she looked when you just look at,
her she looks like you and, woman.

Speaker 5 (16:26):
Right, incredible incredible.

Speaker 3 (16:27):
Story i'm so blessed that the DAY i came into
your off as she was, there you, know and to
be able to meet. Her, so you, know from The
Today show to being Voted Palm beach best, chiropractor well.
Deserved you know you're in a spotlight most doctors never step.
Into so how do you stay grounded and keep your
purpose front and?

Speaker 4 (16:43):
Center?

Speaker 5 (16:44):
Humility, yeah that's the.

Speaker 4 (16:46):
Word, Humility tumble yet, hungry, Right, YES.

Speaker 5 (16:50):
I am very grounded of WHERE i came. FROM i
did not come from a, lot and it is the
one thing that makes me WHO i, Am SO i really.
Am it's important for me to never lose sight of.
That my, friends my. FAMILY i lean into my faith a,
lot especially WHEN i have times That i'm troubled and
when it gets to my, head let me tell You,
god lets me know every single, time, right you know

(17:11):
how you Make god?

Speaker 4 (17:12):
Laugh how you Make god? Laugh tell them your?

Speaker 3 (17:14):
Plan, yes, Right he's, Like, okay we're gonna flip this
switch a little bit on.

Speaker 4 (17:19):
You so you use this term a.

Speaker 3 (17:21):
Lot it's aggressive, happiness, Right so, YEAH i know that it's.
AWESOME i love, it so use that. Phrase so what
does that really mean to you in the how do
you live it? Out in the way you maybe treat, patients,
parents lead, Serve, like how does aggressive happiness really on you,
know lean into your?

Speaker 5 (17:41):
Life it really goes back to my. CHILDHOOD i talk
about my. Trauma there was so much trauma happening FOR i,
Mean i'm telling you for twenty twenty five plus years
in my, life AND i didn't have time to cry about.
It so it Was i'm gonna put a smile on my.
Face i'm going to be. Strong i'm going to have
the courage to show up even WHEN i don't have the.
Strength and that's where overtally, LIKE i was gonna be

(18:04):
aggressively happy And i'm gonna make sure that EVERYTHING i
do is with a. Smile i'm promoting positivity in this
world energetically And i'm gonna allow that to flow into my,
finances my patient, care my, family my love, life and
that positivity is going to bring me the best richness
in the.

Speaker 4 (18:20):
World it is programmed. In, yes like, you you did
it so, much.

Speaker 3 (18:24):
SQUAD i always talk about repetition and really activating the
reticular activating. System, Right it's kind of like that thing
that like kind of goes into subconscious. Mode like people
will be, like for you're always. Happy it's like this
BECAUSE i. Am it's not like an. Act you, KNOW
i have my.

Speaker 4 (18:38):
Moments don't get me, Wrong.

Speaker 5 (18:39):
Yes but it's like but it goes back to being
a mindset is a. Practice it is a, practice and we're.
Human we're gonna have our, days we're gonna have our,
lulls we're gonna have our pits and. Valleys but it's
still a. Practice and when you're feeling like you're in that,
valley you got to, reboot look in the mirror and
go back to that. Mindset that shift it, SAYS i
need to get back to that girl. Again let me

(19:00):
get back to where she. Is and it always kicks me.

Speaker 3 (19:02):
Back from the neutral mindset kind of, thing. Right you,
know it's, like because Like i'll for, you mister. POSITIVITY
i was at a golf, course country club and LIKE
i had a terrible. Round, Right they're, like, hey mister,
positivity how that work out for? You And i'm, like,
well it didn't work out that. Well you, know positivity doesn't.
Work you, know mindset doesn't work one hundred percent at the.
Time well you know what does work one hundred percent
of the, time negative? Mindset, yeah one hundred.

Speaker 4 (19:24):
Percent it. Will it'll bring you down and destroy. You
it just destroys.

Speaker 3 (19:28):
You so when you're maybe working with a prospect they're
not even a client yet, maybe and you kind of
go through your protocol and stuff like that and kind
of explain to, them is there any good question that
you wish they would ask?

Speaker 4 (19:40):
You but never?

Speaker 5 (19:41):
Do oh, man that's a solid. QUESTION i don't think.
So AND i know it sounds. Ridiculous it's not THAT
i don't want them to ask me a. Question i'm
just so intuitively reading them THAT i feel LIKE i
don't need them destined the QUESTIONS i already know, THERE
i ALREADY i know what they're going. THROUGH i know
they're having a bad. Day it's Like i'm a sick
kid and not they're not telling you they're. SICK i

(20:02):
just am reading the, room. RIGHT i can't REALLY i
can't really REMEMBER.

Speaker 4 (20:05):
I work with a doctor or something like. That i'm,
like who treats? You? Like? Seriously who? Doesn't LIKE i
had a cauropractor at one time AND i.

Speaker 3 (20:12):
Was on the road AND i just, was you, KNOW
i was speaking and it WAS i needed it that.

Speaker 4 (20:17):
Day And i'm, like, so you, know who's who you?
Know treat?

Speaker 3 (20:20):
You?

Speaker 4 (20:20):
GOES i don't get out.

Speaker 5 (20:21):
Right, NO i get adjusted every week by Doctor Jason.

Speaker 4 (20:24):
Jewel Okay, jewel doctor Yes, man last.

Speaker 5 (20:28):
Night Doctor Steve Carrollton. KOZAK i have a couple of
people in my back.

Speaker 4 (20:32):
Pocket jewels.

Speaker 3 (20:33):
AWESOME I i met him at a networking event AT
Pj national probably ten years. Ago greatest, dude happy jolly
talk about really good, dude, RIGHT i love.

Speaker 4 (20:43):
That so so running a.

Speaker 3 (20:45):
Business raising a, family healing, others living out loud in.
Public and what routines are non negotiables you, know or
maybe even mindset habits you use to stay.

Speaker 5 (20:55):
Lined, NO i have three things that are mine non.
NEGOTIABLES i must one thousand percent work out on the
minimum three times a. Week that is a non. Nego
what are you doing FOR i do, YOGA i play.
Tennis SOMETIMES i just go do a group class with
like some, friends whatever might. Be but working out is
WHERE i free my. Mind. Uh the second THING i

(21:17):
do IS i write it down to execute. It, guys
if you saw past my front, DESK i love. It
if you. SAW i carry a notebook with me like
it's my. Child and every DAY i sit down BEFORE
i start my, DAY i write out my to do,
list my. AFFIRMATIONS i don't care if it's making the,
bed drinking, water seed in a. MEETING i it's my goal.

(21:37):
Setting it doesn't matter how big or small it. Looks,
Okay number, THREE i, really really really try hard to
affirm all the, time whether it's before bed and going to,
bed whether it is waking up in the. Morning and
maybe do an affirmation through a podcast on my way to.

Speaker 3 (21:54):
Work the affirmation is key right and use the like
add the emotion to with incantations to, it and try
this one, time turn your affirmation into a, question like you,
know how AM i feeling so healthy and grateful THAT
i like asking because our minds are programmed to problem, solved,
Right so just use your affirmations this one day and

(22:15):
turn it into a powerful.

Speaker 4 (22:16):
Question to see what happens and do it.

Speaker 3 (22:17):
Today, yeah because it will like sit in your subconscious
and be like, Start you'll start acting it out where
you can, Say i'm, Good i'm, Great i'm.

Speaker 4 (22:23):
Terrific how is it THAT i feel so, good feel so,
great feel so. Terrific just try it.

Speaker 3 (22:27):
Once i'm my clients and like get, It but then
they start asking them the questions or, like, dude my
subconscious starts answering it for.

Speaker 5 (22:33):
Me right, now my current affirmations are evolved around my
manifesto Love. It so like my manifesto is not WHERE
i see myself in my current. Situation it's WHERE i
want to be HOW i view my brain and tent
my life in ten, years whether it IS i want
to be vacationing on a, YACHT i want to have,
THIS i want to have, THIS i want to be
able to travel with my. Kids that's my, manifesto that's

(22:55):
my future. Goal so my affirmations are affirm WHERE i
want to be love.

Speaker 3 (22:59):
It, yeah and then where you will be, yes, right
and that that's, amazing. Squad WHAT i really got from that,
is you, know if you don't, plan then you're failing to.

Speaker 4 (23:08):
Plan like a lot of people will fail the plan.
Right it's like you write it.

Speaker 3 (23:12):
Down the Power Benjamin Frank i'm gonna totally let's creak,
this but he, said the power of the famous ink
is stronger than you, know the whatever you can hold
in your, mind if you can just write it down
and see it and have it in your. Peripheral BECAUSE
i have a board to my right AND i write
stuff and like BECAUSE i believe that goals are WHICH
i saw Your, yeah you, know in the goals are

(23:33):
nothing but byproducts of your, standards like the standards that
you hold yourself. To and it's, there and your peripheral
is picking it up when you write it. Down the
reticular activating system, again WHICH i coach a lot, from you,
know it really starts picking up on.

Speaker 4 (23:45):
It so you've already made, history you. Know but so,
like what's?

Speaker 3 (23:50):
Next what mission or vision are you leaning into now
that might surprise people watching your?

build my current practice right, now which is The mets,

wealth and more, IMPORTANTLY i really want to Bring chiroproject
to the. Masses love it and there are some things

(24:17):

just change the.
