A Negative Mental Attitude Drains You

A Negative Mental Attitude can actually do more damage than the good you get from a Positive Mental Attitude. A negative mental attitude does all sorts of things to your success plans. It can trigger a fixed mindset, it’s like negative goal setting from the pictures you form, it can send cortisol rushing through your body as anxiety and fear of what you don't want increase. There is a lot more but just consider the percentage of your day that you have negative chatter in your head. Yes, you want to use a positive mental attitude and part of that work should be to quickly identify when you are being triggered towards negativity and take steps in advance to stop it in its tracks. There are processes you can apply including meditation. The first step is awareness and acceptance that it has more of an impact on your days and weeks than you may have thought.
