The Body as the Unconscious

Its understandable the Unconscious has been called a mind for over two hundred years. Interestingly, it is nothing like the actual mind but the measurement tools we have today, were not available in the 1800's to inform the scientists and philosophers of the day. Oddly enough, William James aka the Father Of Psychology was right in his findings regarding the power of the unconscious. Now we know that it is conditioned neural pathways that fire and wire together so fast that the conscious mind can't get ahead of it. Which is why the unconscious has the tactical advantage over the mind. However, there is a solution - we have the power of the mind at our beck and call - but first, we have to tame the chatter of the unconscious. As far as I am concerned, this should be everyone's priority - everyone who wants a good life that is.
