Mini Missing Moment - Bailey Smith & Kyndall Palmer

Two teens are currently missing out of Owensboro Kentucky. Kyndall Palmer went missing on April 18th and Bailey Smith went missing on May 3rd. What I find really bizarre is that they were both reported missing from the 1300 block of West 3rd St. They don't give any other information, just that. But when I looked into it, there is a girls home there... so it has me questioning everything.

Kyndall Palmer is 13 years old, 5'0 tall, 160 lbs, last seen with blonde hair but can be dyed or she may be wearing a wig. 

Bailey Smith is 15 years old, 5'6, 120 lbs, blonde hair.
