A twenty one year old Ridersville man lost his life
yesterday in an industrial accident in Auglaize County. Auglaize County
Sheriff Mike Vorhees says the incident happened at Card Welding
in extreme southwest Auglaize County outside of Menster. That happened
just before seven am yesterday. After their investigation, Sheriff Vorhees

talked about to what happened.

He was doing some work on a conveyor where they
had these big beams they were conveying and through in
like a sand blaster, and he was moving around with
a hoist and he wasn't too far off the ground,
probably three four feet or so, when they looked like
the beam shifted and knocking the ground. The beam fell

off and land on top of him. They actually had
security video in the shop that caught the accident on cameras.

The young man who was killed was twenty one year
old Eiden Hadding of Kridersville. Co Workers discovered having a
shortly after the beam fell on him, but he had
already succumbed to his injuries. Card Welding is known for
making ibeams for bridge construction. Ohio House Speaker limo's Matt
Huffman is calling back representatives from recess later this month

Ohio state legislators will return to the state House on Monday,
July twenty first to convene in the hopes of overwriting
three of the governor's line item vetos from the state budget.
The Columbus Dispatch reports that the House will need sixty
votes and the Senate will need twenty votes to be successful.
On the agenda are the property tax vetos, including the
elimination of school district and local governments to levy replacement

property taxes, the calculations related to levi's in school funding,
and county commissioner authority to reduce voter approved school levies.

House members will be back in Columbus on July twenty first.
Of the Ohio Senate have not yet set a date
for a special session. Turning to the situation with the
flooding in Texas, Governor Greg Abbott said the death toll
from the flooding is now one hundred and nine, with
another one hundred and sixty one persons still missing. Abbit

emphasized that search efforts will continue until every missing person
is found. For more on this situation, we turned to
Fox's Jeff Monasso.

In Kirk County, Texas so for a dozen people remain missing,
including campers and a councilor at Camp Mystic, as the
search through layers of debris along the Guadalupe River continues
for any signs of life.

plans to carry out mass job cuts across federal agencies.
The justices lifted a district judges order blocking those layoffs.
The President signed an executive order in February directing agencies

into two alleged attacks on ICE agents in Texas and

Ten people are charged with attempted murder of an officer
and what the FED say was a heinous, pre planned
ambush on an ICE facility south of the Dallas Fort
