Spencerville woman dies from crash injuries; Cincinnati adjusting curfews; Ohio property taxes rated 8th most burdensome in USA; Nutrien to hand out $70,000 non-profit grant.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol says a Spencerville woman has
passed away as a result of injuries from a crash
a week ago today. The crash happened at State Route
one ninety seven and Conan Road last Wednesday night. The
Highway Patrol says twenty two year old Jeffrey Odenweller of
Elida ran a stop sign and collided with a vehicle

driven by thirty five year old Michael Maker of Spencerville.
Thirty five year old Terra Schemes of Spencerville, a passenger
and Maker's vehicle subsequently passed away on Monday. A preliminary
investigation suspected alcohol as a factor in that crash. Maker
was recently released from the hospital. Odinweller remains at Saint

Rita's in stable condition. Cincinnati city leaders are proposing adding
hours to the city's curfew as a way of cutting
down on crime. The viral street fight on July twenty
sixth that brought national attention to Cincinnati's violent crime problem
now members of city Council considering making the curfew for
people ages sixteen to eighteen eleven o'clock at night and

even earlier nine pm for an unaccompanied miner in downtown
and over the Rhine. Under the planned, city leaders would
establish curfew centers around the city instead of sending curfew
violators to juvenile Hall. A new report from realtor dot
com ranks Ohio eighth in the nation for property tax burden.
The Committee to Abolish Ohio Property Taxes is pushing to

get their agenda onto the ballot next year. They're trying
to end all property taxes across the state. Delaware County
as the highest property taxes in Ohio and in fact
the highest in the Midwest outside of the Greater Chicago area.
Governor Mike Dwine has formed a working group to recommend
changes to try and lower property taxes. Meanwhile, the Ohio

Legislature is considering trying to override dewined vetos from the
budget bill. He negated property tax reduction proposals that were
in the budget passed by the General Assembly. The Ohio
Chamber of Commerce Economic Advisor Council recently released its third
quarter report on Ohio and the nation's economic trends. The

Economic Advisor Council presents its new report with cautious optimism
toward the US economy. Quote tempered by persistent uncertainties. Quote.
Members agree that recession fears have lessened since April's report,
though they remain concerned about the medium term economic trajectory
amid ongoing trade policy uncertainty and mixed economic signals. Also

of note, most members expect one or two rate cuts
from the FED before the end of the year. California
Democrat Senator Adam Schiff is under federal criminal investigation for
alleged mortgage fraud violations. We get this story from Fox's
Sue Guzman.

A Trump administration source telling Fox News the investigations being
conducted by the US Attorney's Office in Maryland. Schiff's accused
of falsifying bank documents in twenty eleven, claiming a property
in Montgomery County, Maryland is his primary residence in order
to get a better loan rate. He also allegedly stated
a condo in Burbank, California, is his primary residence. Schiff

maintains his innocence, claiming he's being targeted by the Trump administration.
It's Triff the House Intelligence Committee. Adam Schiff led the
charge to impeach Trump last month. The President said shift
