Yesterday afternoon, the Worth Center released details about a Sunday
night escape. It happened about seven point thirty. Officials say
Schuylar Judy and Braden Baker climbed the recreation yard fence
at the Worth Center during scheduled programming and left the
facility without authorization. Immediately, the Worth Center activated its emergency

response procedures, working closely with the Allen County Sheriff's Office,
and both Judy and Baker were shortly located and apprehended
in the Lima area. Additionally, the Worth Center as initiated
an internal investigation into the circumstances surrounding the escape to
determine any potential procedural failures and to assure the continued

safety and security of all residents and staff. Meanwhile, the
Allen County Sheriff's Office releasing details of an early Sunday
morning shooting in American Township on Lima's north side. Deputies
were dispatched to the area of North McDonald Street and
Jacob's Avenue about five a m. Sunday and referenced two
gunshots heard in the area. Multiple witnesses said they heard

gunfire and observed vehicles leaving the area as the shots
were happening. One vehicle and three residences, one on North McDonnell,
one on Jacobs Avenue, and another on Sandpiper Street sustained
damage from suspected gunfire. Twenty four year old Mark west Townsend,
twenty three year old Byron Meeks Junior, and twenty two
year old Willie Banks Junior, all of Limou, were taken

five arrested statewide in Operation next Door, a crackdown on

forty nine years old Jason Worley of Ottawa, and forty

explained why prosecuting people for just showing money and not

said the city is currently in a hiring freeze as
they anticipate funding cuts from state and federal sources. It
appears by this time tomorrow, oh the US government will
