Welcome to a special bonus episode of Luca’s Insight Track. In this 'Off Track' edition, inspired by my conversation with the record-breaking global visual artist Sacha Jafri, we delve into the corruption of the art world, the agenda of certain charitable institutions, and how we should deal with the mental health epidemic facing us and future generations.

Inspired by an incredible episode with Sacha, it became clear that the episode we recorded was less about art, and more about the human spirit and the dangers we all face. I reflect myself on the magic, imagination, and passion we are all born with as kids, slowly disappears as are engulfed in a world of anxiety, depression, and loneliness. The key to turning this around? Healing ourselves, but also what to give our kids. Whether self-reflection through 7-minute daily meditation or healing through therapy - getting back to our child-like state where possibilities are endless should be our focus. Giving our kids the feeling of being safe, loved, and brave is to ensure they continue to have a fuller life and create magic long after we are gone.

In this unfiltered and improvised episode, I share my personal insights that continue to shape who I am. If you’re looking to listen to a raw and honest conversation on different subjects, Off Track is the place for you.
