What Up, What Up?
Speaker 2 (00:19):
What Up?
Speaker 3 (00:19):
Welcome back to Lockdown Universe, home of the bizarre, peculiar,
and unheard of stories of UFO Legend of Paranormal Lore.
I'm excited today because we're going to get into some
multiple stories that are going to coalesce and make some
sense in this crazy UFO world. So we're going to
start a write off. So I'm going to blend Phil
Schneider if you've ever heard about his story.
Speaker 2 (00:40):
Back in the nineties, he was a geologist and a
worker on the deep underground military basis also known as dumbs.
And we're going to talk about the recent revelation that
a missus Catherine Austin Fitz, who is the Secretariat of
Housing and Urban Development from nineteen eighty nine to nineteen
(01:01):
ninety under George Bush, told everybody and their mama about
the twenty one trillion dollars that had been funneled into
making the construction of one hundred and seventy underground bases
across the US. Now everybody believes her right. This is
the difference between Phil Schneider and Catherine Austin Fits When
(01:22):
she came out and said, hey, we're making these doomsday bunkers.
We have one hundred and seventy of them. Some of
them are located underneath oceans, some of them are spread
out across the entire United States and the world. Nobody
bats an eye. But when a guy comes out like
Phil Schneider did back in the nineteen nineties, before you
(01:42):
know the internet even, you know, this guy had, you know,
a couple fingers on one hand and a couple fingers
on another hand, because he said he was working on
these bases and he encountered some aliens that were in
the shafts that he had he had blown up, and
he was going down this tunnel in one of those
bucket type basket things, and he had he had weapons
(02:04):
on him to defend himself against, you know, maybe any
creatures that he might encounter in these tunnels. And according
to him, he had an alien shoot a laser beam
from like a pendulum, and this alien was like a
tall white and it encountered him, and he pulled out
his pistol because you don't know what the hell he was.
He was never briefed on aliens, and he was like,
(02:27):
holy shit, what's going on? So he pulls out his weapon.
They touched this pendant on their chest and it shoots
a laser beam out and say he says, it gots
something like a fish. It takes it like immediately sears
off his fingers.
Speaker 1 (02:39):
And in his in his.
Speaker 2 (02:44):
Presentations that he did in nineteen nineties, you know, he's
he's about as straight a shooter as you can get.
I mean, he's a man's man, and he gives it
to us straight. So I'm gonna play a little bit
of his conversation, his presentation that he did back in
the nineties. I'm going to tell you a little bit
(03:04):
about him as well before I get into that. So
in nineteen ninety five, he started giving these lectures about
these alleged experiences with secret government projects. People who believed
believed in him, people who didn't believe thought he you know,
they didn't believe him. Right, But the way he presents,
and you'll hear it in a moment, the way he
(03:25):
presents is so legitimate, so believable, that you can't you
can't really.
Speaker 1 (03:31):
Think that he's just making stuff up.
Speaker 2 (03:33):
And to come to find out later on in nineteen
ninety six, he was only doing these this circuit for
a year. The government came out and took him out
in January in nineteen ninety six. They made it look
like it was a quote unquote suicide, but don't you
don't suicide from multiple gunshots.
Speaker 1 (03:54):
Sorry, it only takes one.
Speaker 2 (03:56):
And the way they did it made it look like
he was like, hey, himself too. I mean, it was
just a totally ridiculous scenario. And all his stuff was stolen,
All of his documents were stolen.
Speaker 1 (04:09):
So what are some of the.
Speaker 2 (04:11):
Main allegations and claims that he made. One of the
main allegations he claimed were was that in nineteen seventy nine,
he was involved in a firefight between humans and extraterrestrials
who were deep underground at the Dulci base. You've heard
a Dulshie base. I know you have because you're listening
to this program. It resulted in the death of sixty
(04:31):
human personnel. There was only a few people that made
it out, and in his conversation his presentation, he states
that he's one of the only people that was alive
to give presentations afterwards. There were two other guys, I
guess in Canada or something like that.
Speaker 1 (04:46):
You'll hear it.
Speaker 2 (04:47):
And one of his other main allegations and claims was
that the government is in collaboration with aliens, that they
were collaborating with them since the nineteen fifties in exchange
for technology black budget programs. Now, this is kind of
where we have the corroboration between Catherine Fitz and Paul
(05:09):
Schneyder Phil Snyder here where we have him stating that
they're using black budget, the twenty one trillion dollars black budget,
and they're using it for clandestine operations and to build
underground facilities and develop exotic technologies. He also stated that
there was going to be a new world order.
Speaker 1 (05:29):
He worried.
Speaker 2 (05:30):
He warned about a global agenda aimed at establishing a
one world government that would take out five, six or
seven eighths of the population, and that was going to
happen by twenty twenty nine, he said. And throughout the lectures,
Snyder presented photographs, diagrams, and alleged government documents and evidence
(05:52):
to support his claims. He had all kinds of documents
if you watch his stuff on YouTube, all kinds of documents.
But in nineteen ninety six January seventeenth, nineteen ninety six,
Phil Snyder was found dead in his apartment in Wilsonville, Oregon.
His death was ruled a suicide. The problem is is
(06:12):
that some of his supporters and family members have disputed
this conclusion. They suggested that his murder is due to
the sensitive information he disclosed. They point to the unusual
circumstances around his death and the disappearance of documents and
artifacts that he allegedly possessed. So let's get into just
(06:35):
a couple of minutes of his presentation. I think you'll
really enjoy it. So I want to play that for
you right now. Let me pull it up, and I
think you'll get gain a lot of information about who
he was and how he presented his information here.
Speaker 1 (06:54):
Unmuted that would help.
Speaker 4 (06:56):
Un mute Asley mentioned to you something that's very scary. Date,
I'll tell you what the.
Speaker 5 (07:02):
Alien agenda is. It's going to sound very familiar. The
ill own agenda is the complete takeover this planet and
killing him off with five, six to seven eighths of
the world's population by the year.
Speaker 4 (07:17):
Twenty twenty nine. The US military has known about this
for forty five years.
Speaker 5 (07:24):
If so, no one as far as I know, I'm
the only person standing before a crowd talking about.
Speaker 4 (07:30):
The alien of gender secretively and okay, they back in
nineteen fifty four. I'll give you a quick overview.
Speaker 5 (07:40):
There was the Greed in nineteen fifty four treaty where
Eisenhower signed a pack with the known alien species of
the time there were three at the time, and said
that we're going to deal in mind technology, but you
can take a few head of cattle and a few
human beings you can extreminal.
Speaker 4 (08:01):
It's unthinkable stuff straight out of the Nazi death calves.
And I'm hitting not it's plane the s and it's
got to stop the grade. In nineteen fifty Fourtu Lado
had been violated after the Great Firefight the Alien Human War.
Speaker 5 (08:24):
I am the only living survivor talking about it worldwide
at all own one. The other two are in nursing
homes in Canada, and the Canadian government refuses to allow
many US people, including myself, to talk to them because
they're afraid of kidnapping. Probably the reason I got shot
(08:48):
to pieces and eleven attempts on my life is I
am a direct threat to the entire system.
Speaker 4 (08:55):
The New World Order. The alien agenda is one in
the same.
Speaker 5 (09:00):
It's world takeover and the decimation of the population of
this planet. I'm gonna tell you something a little bit
different about the alien species, the.
Speaker 4 (09:09):
Bad those ones.
Speaker 5 (09:11):
There are nine races of alien populations.
Speaker 4 (09:16):
So look at a human being as a bag of food.
They're not cannibals.
Speaker 5 (09:21):
They don't eat the flesh and the bones and all
that kind of stuff. They use the glandular secretions of
animals and human beings as a mixture of the vitamins
for their food. They get high off of our adreamal
plant substances called the drenal corn.
Speaker 4 (09:42):
It's something like cocaine to them. Now, what can we
do about it?
Speaker 1 (09:51):
Okay? And that's the end.
Speaker 2 (09:53):
So it's interesting because to hear him talk about, you know,
the atrenochrome, the anal glands and things like that.
Speaker 4 (10:02):
You know it.
Speaker 2 (10:04):
If you're new to this, it might seem crazy to
think about, right, But if you, if you're a human,
you know that we take animal parts and areas of
animal bodies and use them for a multitude of different things.
Not only do we eat animals, but we also utilize, uh,
(10:28):
the the anal glands of the beaver to create the
vanilla flavoring that you love.
Speaker 1 (10:35):
That's right.
Speaker 2 (10:36):
The anal glands of the beaver, and they give it
a different name because they're not going to put anal
glands of a beaver on the back of your your
package that you want to enjoy. No, they give it
a different name, and I can't pull it off the
top of my head. I can google it, but I'm
not gonna So when you think about you know, what
do they what do they do used to get high?
Speaker 1 (10:58):
Sure? What do we use to get high?
Speaker 2 (11:00):
Dmt? DMT is taken from frogs. Yeah, you can synthesize it,
you can make it synthetically, but initially we used it
and got it from frogs. And we got it from frogs.
All it is is like the oil off of their
backs or the pimples off of their backs, and then
they spread it out onto a glass slide and bottle
being bottom boom. You got yourself something that's going to
(11:21):
take you into an entirely different realm. I mean a
lot of people want to get taken into an entirely
different realm because a lot of people aren't happy with
being on the planet Earth, and so it totally makes sense.
Randy Kramer even stated that our main export is beer
(11:41):
to intoxicate different species because they like to get intoxicated,
and it's one of the things that we've made for
thousands of years and perfected. So so Phil Schneider, Okay,
guy who's been through it all. He got opened up
by a laser, whole his whole torso got cut open
(12:02):
and he saw these aliens. He got he got all
this information. He went on a tour about it and
got off. Okay, So why hasn't Catherine fitz had any issues?
Why isn't she running? You know, it's almost like it's.
Speaker 1 (12:23):
It was.
Speaker 2 (12:24):
It's been put out there for us on purpose, purposeful disclosure, right,
so that we can gather this information and know about it.
And the problem I have with that theory is that
I can't see the government being okay with telling us
about dumbs at all deep underground military bases. Despite the
(12:46):
fact that some people might say, you know, be into
the UFO phenomenon, be into interested in it to come
out and have somebody come out and say it, I
can't believe they didn't put the kabasha on that. And
you know, one person can say it from like thirty
forty years ago, but it still doesn't prove anything, right,
(13:10):
just because somebody says something doesn't make it true. She
can't like take us to a base and show us.
So even though she said it, it's still just kind
of like hearsay, right. She might have seen a document
on it. She might not even have seen the actual basis.
She might have seen a document that says we spent
twenty one trillion dollars on developing bases or something like that.
(13:32):
So we have a real problem with proof. But we
have a lot of people who've come forward stating that
they've worked on these bases, been in these bases, Emery Smith,
Randy Kramer, a lot of individuals who have been in
these bases, worked in these bases, Bobb Blazar and and
people who have seen documentation are worked on the financing
(13:55):
of it, like Catherine Fitz and Phil Schneider who worked
on Billium.
Speaker 1 (14:00):
You know.
Speaker 2 (14:01):
So we even have Elon Musk's Boring company that is
one of the main companies that creates these humongous tunnels
for not only vehicles standard human vehicles, but also for
these deep underground military bases. Basically they have theseous humongous
like it just looks like a huge drill bit, but
(14:22):
it's like stories tall and has wheels on the outside
of it, so it can wheel itself into the dirt
and literally make it the glass or obsidian around it,
so it's like a black glass. And you can just
have this thing tunnel and it can tunnel miles quickly,
and then developers can go in there and create their
(14:42):
own bases under there. It's amazing to me that we
had Phil Schneider coming out saying that, hey, we have
all these bases. They might be underwater, they might be
underneath your feet right now, right miles below. People didn't
believe it. It was conspiracy theory. Then we have somebody
(15:05):
who actually worked under the administration and worked for George Bush,
and when the government comes out, we believe them. When
a person who's a contractor comes out and they don't
have an official position within high government, it's almost like
(15:26):
we have this disbelief, yet we want to believe. But
I just watched a video about a guy who said, Hey,
why are we only believing in this community, in the
UFO community. Why do we only believe it when a
higher up official in the government comes out and says it.
Why do we only believe them? Those are the people
(15:48):
that we don't trust, right yet they're the ones when
they come out and say they have evidence.
Speaker 6 (15:55):
We're like, oh, we believe you, thank you for giving
it to us. Master right, We're like, oh, you know,
it's it's just ridiculous. So I think we need to
start putting more trust in these contractors and more trust
in these whistleblowers than to just, you know, wait for
some government official to come out and.
Speaker 1 (16:13):
Say, hey, it's true.
Speaker 2 (16:16):
And we already have these officials, right, we have like
Representative Pauline Aluna, we have Representative timber Chet, we have
Matt Gates, we have a whole bunch of people that
are working on the disclosure. So there's lots of official
government people that are working on our side to.
Speaker 1 (16:32):
Get it out. You know.
Speaker 2 (16:34):
The scary thing is that, you know, they worked so
hard to keep this a secret. They worked so hard
to off people that they didn't want to be keeping
continue talking.
Speaker 1 (16:45):
They threatened people.
Speaker 2 (16:47):
They you know, threatened to throw guys that were in
the military off helicopters into the into the forest so
that their friends and family would never see him again.
I mean, just horrible, terrible stuff. They coughed people up
interrogating for like eighteen.
Speaker 1 (17:01):
Twenty four hours. I mean, just horrible shit.
Speaker 2 (17:04):
So I think when we're looking at this now we
have a better understanding of why like Zuckerberg, Bezos, Oprah
all these other huge, hugely rich individuals are able to
create their own bunkers and they may have a knowledge
(17:24):
of something that's coming that we don't have knowledge on.
I mean, you know, and this stuff goes back to
Rockefellers and you know the original you know, Freemasons that
have inside information, the Majestic Twelve individuals as well, you
know Vanovar Bush and all these guys that worked, you know,
(17:46):
in the Majestic Twelve. They know all this stuff. They've
already made their bunkers. They already know that there's some
either either going to be a you know, a battle
on the surface of Earth that's going to kill a
or we're gonna have to hide from some sort of
alien species that's going to come down. It's going to
be a war between aliens and a government, or aliens
(18:08):
and aliens and other species that'll try to protect us.
But there's a reason they're making bunkers. I mean, you
don't just make bunkers just to make bunkers. Yeah, sure,
I mean Zuckerberg has so much money he doesn't even
know what to do with it. Also, let me make
a bunker so my family's safe. But then you have
all these other people that are making bunkers too, And
(18:29):
then you have to ask yourself, well, why did the
government make one hundred and seventy of them? It makes
sense to make I don't know, maybe forty thirty forty,
but to make seventy five, one hundred, one hundred and
twenty five hundred and fifty hundred and seventy that we
(18:50):
know about, that's a hell of a lot of bases.
And you can put a hell of a lot of
people in that amount of bases. And these bases are
at the high level of luxury as well from what
we've heard. So we have all this money tied up
in all of this product, in all of this living space.
(19:14):
Total economy dollars around the world worldwide each year, what
does that come out to? It comes out to one
hundred and one trillion dollars right now. I think there's
two trillion dollars in bitcoin investments, and there's one hundred
(19:37):
and one trillion dollars in global GDP currently as a
twenty twenty two. Okay, twenty twenty two, one hundred and one.
They spent what was it? An insane amount according to
Katherine Fitz. It was like Katherine Fitz, let's just double check.
(20:02):
It was twenty one trillion. So we spent a worldwide
we spent a quarter or twenty percent of a world
wide GDP on creating these bases for one year. Of course,
it was more than one year of building them and
funding it. But and that's that's in today's dollars, right,
(20:25):
I mean, you know, think about how much that was
back then. That was a hell of a lot more
because the GDP would have been a lot less than
one hundred and ten trillion, you know, as inflation goes.
So I'm sorry, yeah, one hundred and one million. Yeah,
(20:46):
it's crazy, it's crazy.
Speaker 1 (20:47):
So these bases are out there, it's not just fiction.
Speaker 2 (20:51):
They exist. And why do they exist. It's because the
government knows that there's a reason to have these things there.
There's a reason to create them because there's a threat.
You don't just make bases just to have bases. There's
a legitimate threat out there that they need to know
about and they need to be prepared for. And if
(21:11):
you build bases under the ground, then you're going to
be safe from certain certain radio wavelengths, certain nuclear blasts,
certain weapons tech, maybe certain telepathy tech, maybe certain search
and find operations. So the technology that they'd be using
(21:31):
to search and find humans, they might be able to
block that as well. Given the fact that we've had
such a reverse engineering technology program under place and underway
since my nineteen forties, it's just it's just unbelievable. So
what do you think. Do you think that we should
(21:52):
have spent that much money on those Is it worth it?
It's worth it if we get to go, but chances
are likely that it's not gonna be you of me going,
So anyway, I like to hear what you think. Hopefully
you guys are having a great night taking care of
