Pur essendo esplicitamente ammessa la coltivazione di canapa ad uso industriale sia dalle convenzioni che dalla legge italiana, sino a 8 anni fa era rimasta ormai una coltura residuale, sottoposta a controlli e senza un mercato vero, se non quello molto marginale degli affezionati canapisti.
La legge del 2016, approvata con largo consenso, ometteva però di regolamentare le infiorescenze: un tabù inspiegabile vista l’assenza naturale del cannabinoide psicoattivo (che per legge non poteva superare in campo lo 0,6% e nel prodotto finale lo 0,2%).
Questo ha aperto un fronte: un fronte sia economico che, come ascolteremo, di lotta politica. In parlamento e nei tribunali.
