take control and experience true happiness. So please welcome the host of Love

(00:32):
Light and Wisdom, Shashawa. Goodmorning. This is Shoshanna Auberbach, your
hostess of Love, Light and Wisdom, and you're watching me live on Bold
Brave TV. We're so glad thatyou've joined us today. We have a
wonderful show that's paralleling all the uncertaintygoing on in the world today, and

(00:58):
especially in light of recent news aboutPresident Biden stepping down from the presidential race.
So even if you are not watchingthis in current time, there is
always something uncertain going on in theworld, and hopefully in this show we

(01:19):
will discuss how to deal with thatin a healthier and happier way to keep
you centered and in authentic power. So let's take a look at today's topic
and more depth next slide place. So we're going to be exploring how to
use the emotion code to cope withuncertainty. This modality helps to release trapped

(01:45):
emotions that keep you stuck in physicalpain, emotional turmoil and negative states of
being. It promotes well being, balance, health, and happiness, so
the body can heal itself and itmay release pain and Rea de Douce anxiety
and allow you to experience life inreal time, in the present moment,

(02:06):
not in the past, and notstuck about moving forward into an even brighter
future. I do want to mentionthat it is not a substitute for physical
nor mental health care. So sitback and with your seat build on and
let's learn about the Emotion Code. But first I'd like to tell you some

(02:28):
more about myself. I do intuitiveenergy healing and spiritual healing readings that provide
medical metaphysical insights, physical and metaphysicalinsights for physical and emotional maladies, relationship

(02:49):
issues, fielding stuck, deal withdepression, anxiety. I also practice remote
spirit release and provide space clearing services. I just got my certification as a
Belief Code Practitioner, which is thethird of the three in the series of
the Emotion Code, Bodycode and BeliefCode, and these modalities help to identify

(03:13):
and release trapped emotions and negative thoughtsand traumas for healing emotional and physical pain
in the state of New York.I'm a licensed music therapist and social worker,
and I provide life coaching services tohelp you be more of your authentic
self. So please look me upon www. Dot Authentic Radiance dot life

(03:38):
for more services and information and schedulea private session with me. I also
invite you to look up and listento my music. This is available on
all of the major platforms like YouTubeand Spotify iTunes, and I invite you
to listen to these nurturing healing songsthat I wrote which talk about life and

(04:03):
perspective about life. And I wrotethe music, the lyrics, IT did
the arrangements, I sang, Iplayed the instruments, and I hope that
you will also enjoy these songs andfind them inspiration and give you perspective about
your life and situations and who youare. So while you're looking me up

(04:30):
online, you can also look atmy other shows that we've done. This
is show number twenty today. I'msure that there's something in the previous nineteen
shows about explaining energy. He'llnet energyhealing in user friendly terms and discussing emotions,
depression, forgiveness, energetic boundaries andthe like. So look us up

(04:54):
on Spotify, YouTube, iHeartRadio,Roko TV, and the lif All right,
so let's jump right into today's topicagain, emotion code. So,
when we're dealing with uncertainty as weare, president just announced that he's not
running for in the as the Democraticcandidate for election. We don't know who's

(05:20):
going to take his place. Wedon't know who's going to be the vice
presidential candidate. We don't know alot of things. We don't know how
if the president is going to finishhis term. We just don't know.
And many times this creates fear basedresponses to uncertainty. And again this is

(05:43):
a very natural response to because wejust don't know, and we can be
afraid of what is around the bend, but we are not around the bend
yet where it can be stuck inthis hamster wheel of anxiety, feeling unset,
feeling overwhelmed, panicked, fear, have racing thoughts and rumination. We

(06:06):
just keep thinking the same thoughts overand over and over again. You can't
stop yourself. You feel like thisis just impossible to deal with, and
it overtakes and sometimes it can resultin a full blown panic attack. So
yes, that's one way to gowith these feelings. And again, these

(06:26):
feelings are very normal and natural, but how we deal with them is what's
going to help determine the outcome, and it's also going to determine our mental
and emotional health and staying in control, positive control, and creating the future
that we want. So we cantake advantage of this time, this energy

(06:53):
and harness it for our benefit. So why do we have this fear based
response to uncertainty. Let's take alook at what's going on in the brain.
There's a little structure here that yousee in blue. It's an almond
shaped structure called the amygdala, andit is responsible. It is part of

(07:13):
the limbic system, which is responsiblefor us feeling our feelings, especially fear
and anxiety. It's where we processalso not only the emotions, but we
assign meaning to them and we storethem through our hippocampus, which is another

(07:34):
part of the brain that the amygdalais very close to. So this is
why we feel these feelings. Whatelse is going on in our brain?
Let's learn a little more. Sometimeswe get overloaded and our system is like
ahha, and we get short circuited. This part of our brain, the

(07:58):
amygdala gets short circuit. We areoverloaded with fear and anxiety. It may
trigger a fight or flight response,it might trigger past memories of trauma and
overwhelmed and uncertainty. So we arenot in our thinking state. We're in
a very irrational state. We're notthinking from the thinking part of our brain.

(08:22):
We're reacting from the emotional part ofour brain. So the amygdala has
now overridden the frontal lobes where wehave rational thinking, and we decide from
a more centered place. Now whatam I going to do with this energy,
with these feelings. So this iswhy we get overloaded and can go

(08:46):
into panic mode if it's not controlledin a healthy way. And perhaps one
way to deal with that is juststop, pause and breathe, and maybe
do things to avoid overloading oneself, like pacing tasks, breaking them up into

(09:07):
small steps and celebrating victories, orjust saying I'm not going there and think
about something else for the time being. Let's learn some more about the brain.
So this is the Olympics system. It consists of these parts of the
brain, including the amygdalah which isconnected to again the hypocampus, which is

(09:33):
where we sign we remember these memoriesor they get triggered from a prior event.
Right. The hypothalamus is what controlsour body temperature and makes our heart
releases all kinds of hormones and neurotransmittersthat makes our heart race and increases are

(10:00):
breathing and like sweaty palms or sweatingon the forehead, tightness in our digestive
system. And then we also haveconnected with the amygdala the thalamus, which
is like the grand central station ofthe brain. Okay, what am I
going to do with this information?Do I need to keep it? We
discard it? Send it now.I'm going to be in control. I'm

(10:24):
going to send it to the prefrontalcortex and deal with it in a calmer,
more centered way, more grounded way. So what's also interesting here about
the thalamus. It gathers sensory inputfrom our eyes or ears, our intuition,

(10:46):
and in about fifty milliseconds it decideswhat to do with this emotion.
So like this, we can gointo overload mode or we can go into
call mode. All right, Soalso our prefrontal cortex has deals with what

(11:07):
I call response ability, the abilityto respond in a calm centered thought.
Out mode, not panic mode, and that happens within about three hundred and
fifty milliseconds according to the research ofdoctor Kate Truett. All Right, so

(11:28):
again the connection with the hippocampus cantrigger memories of previous traumas, which can
also contribute to causing reactivity and helpbursts. So when we're dealing with all the
uncertainty of not only our political situation, but maybe we're feeling, Okay,
what's going to happen with the changeof new president, what's going to happen

(11:52):
to my savings? What is itsafe to be here? Is it safe?
Do I need to learn off defenseor make better investments with my money?
Right? But there are these areall natural ways they're dealing with panic.
So we're here today to share love, light and wisdom and discuss maybe

(12:16):
healthy alternatives. So let's learn somemore about the brain and why we react
this way. So in when weare feeling our emotions, we're also deciding
what are we going to do withthis emotion? How is it going to
get encoded? Is it going tostay as a memory as part of our

(12:37):
autobiographical memory, which is the memorythat contains all of the events that have
happened to a person and here's herlifetime, right? Am I going to
send this to the prefrontal cortex again? Where is my or not? Where
is my attention going with this? How? What do I want to do

(12:58):
with this energy? So when weare in this mode, we have three
parts of our brain operating. Wehave the new brain, which is the
thinking brain. We have the middlebrain, which is part of the limbic
system where we process and feel ouremotions. And we have the reptilian brain

(13:18):
in the back, which is thereactive and more primitive parts of our brain.
So when we are in this overloadmode like migdala hijack, we can
experience trapped emotions, especially if theold memories get triggered that keep a person

(13:39):
experiencing the present through the lens ofthe past. Because your brain doesn't differentiate
time, it knows energy, Itknows experience. So we can experience a
feeling of panic from uncertainty, whetherit's now because of current political situation,

(14:01):
or it could get triggered to somethingthat happened very early in childhood. The
brain doesn't have a timeline. Itjust knows panic. It knows uncertainty,
It knows anxiety. So again aboutninety percent of the brain perceives and experiences
the present event as a past one, and that's why people can get triggered,

(14:26):
especially very easily and quickly instantly infact, when they have PTSD or
a panic reaction or a phobic reaction. So these are some things that are
going on, some of the processesthat are going on in the brain.
To explain to you on a neuroscientificway, what's going on when we're feeling

(14:50):
this uncertainty over we have some informationslide place. This is also some more
other parts of the brain where weprocess these feelings of risk and fear,

(15:11):
such as in the ventro prefrontal cortex. It also plays a role in the
inhibition of emotional responses. No,that's not appropriate to scream in a when
you're listening to a classical music concert, but it is appropriate to scream when

(15:31):
you're at a sporting event, forexample. This is also one of the
parts of the brain that's involved indecision making and self control as well as
morality, and many times when aperson is under the influence of substances or
maybe in a later stage of dementia, or a brain injury, these parts

(15:52):
of the brain are affected and maybemore cerbic kind of responses will be expressed.
So I hope now that you havea better idea of what's going on
in the brain and what makes peoplereact in perhaps in an irrational way,

(16:14):
although it's a very normal, naturalway to fear an uncertainty. And we're
going to discuss more about how wecan use the emotion code to harness these
energies and remain calm and in controlof ourselves and be an authentic power.
This is Shoshanna Auberbach speaking to youlive on Bold Brave TV on Love,

(18:33):

Global Network and tune in radio.Welcome back, everybody to Love, Light
and Wisdom, and you're watching melive on Bold Brave TV. This is
your hostess, Shoshanna Auberbach, andwe've been talking about how the brain operates

(18:56):
when we're dealing with uncertainty. Soon the opposite end of the scale,
the inability to feel emotions is calledalexathymia. Alexathymia it's also called emotional blindness,
and it's a neurophysiological phenomenon characterized bysignificant changes in recognizing, expressing,

(19:22):
and describing one's own emotions. Itis associated with difficulties and attachment and interpersonal
relations. It is highly prevalent amongindividuals with autism spectrum disorder, ranging to
about fifty to eighty five percent ofprevalence. This is also what's involved in

(19:44):
emotional blunting or flat affect, whichis like catatonic kind of act. Affect
is how we express emotions on ourface or it's also operating in dissociation.
This could also be part of what'sgoing on when a person numbs or checks

(20:07):
out, such as depression or schizophrenia. Borderline personality disorder or PTSD. It
can also be operating with repression, which is totally blocking out of unpleasant or
painful memories, as well as suppression, which is pushing them down. And

(20:29):
as you know, when we pushthem down, they get expressed in other
ways such as somatically nick eggs, back aches, and digestion headaches and the
like. So maybe in a wayit's a blessing to feel our emotions,
even though they're not pretty sometimes andpainful, but they are a part of

(20:52):
the spectrum of our feelings. Now, let's learn about the emotion code and
how this can help you. Sothe emotion cod was developed by doctor Bradley
Nelson, who's a retired chiropractor inUtah, and when he was in practice,
he was wondering why his patients weren'tmaintaining the benefits of the chiropractic adjustments,

(21:14):
and he discovered that they had trappedemotions that were causing a disturbance in
their energy field. So this techniqueworks to identify and release trapped emotions,
which are harmful emotional energies from negativepast events. They create a disturbance in

(21:37):
the bio energy field and they stayuntil they are identified and released. There
are many ways to release them andthis modality is one such way. And
what I want to also emphasize itsquick, easy and painless. And I
do speak from experience, and yesit sounds too good to be true,

(22:00):
but it really does work. Sosome of the benefits of having a session,
and again you can call me fora private session of this modality is
living here and now, and itmay alleviate physical and emotional stress and may
promote self healing energy healing, andit's energy healing. It's not psychotherapy.

(22:26):
It can be used as a complementarymodality for psychotherapy. It can be used
on humans and pets for just aboutany issue emotional, mental, physical,
and spiritual. It can be donein person or on zoom, by proxy
or by a surrogate. So alittle bit about how I got into this.

(22:48):
My mother passed away unfortunately going onnow four years and a friend of
mine who was certified in the BodyCode and the Emotion Code, offered me
sessions as a friend gift, andthey were really helpful to help me process
my grief. So I went forwardand learned how to do this for myself

(23:11):
and other people, and I inviteyou to try a session as well.
You can contact me through my websiteat www. Dot authentic radiance dot life.
That's Authentic Radiance dot life. Let'slearn some more about the emotion code,
and we'll also be doing a demonstration. These are some examples of how

(23:33):
the emotion code is used. Itcan be used for allergies and again this
is not a substitute for medical noremotional first aid and care. It can
be used for test anxiety, forphysical pain, blocks to losing weight,
feelings of depression, anxiety, anger, and fear. It can be used

(23:56):
to address self sabotage or to helpreduce the emotional charge around challenging relationships.
It can help you let go ofresentment and trauma and just maybe ask yourself
this challenging question, what would lifebe like without or with less blank,

(24:18):
anger, fear, resentment, depression? Is that scary? Does it sound
incredible? Maybe it's also welcomed. So I invite you to try a session
of this privately as well as you'llsee later on the show, we're going
to do a demo. Let's moveforward. So what are the body code

(24:44):
and belief code modalities that are partof this triad. The body code goes
broader and deeper than the emotion codeand focuses more on the body such as
toxins, nutrition alignments, and soforth. The belief code focuses on identifying
releasing negative beliefs. Both of themdo use the emotion code, and you

(25:11):
can get certified and trained as partof a self study online program. You
need to do these courses in order. The emotion code, followed by the
body code, and then the beliefcode. You can also take a look
at doctor Nelson's books. The emotioncode in the body code. Let's move
on, please. This is theemotion code chart. You'll see there are

(25:36):
two columns and six rows and consistsof sixty emotions. And this is the
chart that we use in the emotioncode. Now, a person could be
feeling any one or a number ofthese emotions, but we're going to be
using something called muscle testing or appliedkinesiology to identify what is the main trapped

(26:00):
emotion that the client's subconscious mind isready to release safely and easily at this
time. And sometimes by releasing thatone emotion, it will release other emotions
at the same time or bring upa different level of underlying emotions. Let's

(26:22):
move on, please. There hasbeen a there was a research study done
about the emotion code and it wasfound that emotion code may be useful tool
in aiding to decrease reported symptoms inthe areas of anxiety, PTSD and depression.

(26:45):
Let's learn some more about the emotioncode. Emotions are energy in motion.
The word emotion is e. Theprefix E means out and motion is
moving. So our emotions are likea river. They are moving and it's
energy moving out. And just likea river gets damped up, so does

(27:08):
our emotions and trapped they get.The energy gets trapped and that can result
in irritability, back aches, neckaches, in digestion, headaches and the
like, or just not feeling yourself. Again, not all emotions are pretty,
but they hold wisdom and they arepart of our feeling spectrum, and

(27:33):
they are our truth. I'm angry, I'm hurt, I'm disappointed as part
of life as well as I'm happy, I'm joyful, I'm proud. So
again, these emotions are meant tobe fluid, flowing like a river,
not to get stuck and out ofcontrol. We do not die from our

(27:56):
feelings, but we die inside. If we don't feel them, we don't
have to reexperience traumas, but wedo need to just let them flow out
of us, and like a darkcloud over the sun, eventually they will
pass if we just breathe into theposture. Let's learn some more. So

(28:22):
emotions or feelings. These are twowords which are used interchangeably, but they
are different emotions. There are sixbasic emotions. They are conscious mental reactions
whereas feelings, and they are temporary, whereas feelings require awareness and they are
longer lasting, and they are connectedwith an event. So they are somewhat

(28:48):
similar, and they are also different. Let's learn some more. There is
a new movie out, Inside Outpart two as well as part one,
and these are five emotions that areoperating inside this little girl's brain. And

(29:08):
it's a very creative interplay about orportrayal of these emotions. Let's move on.
So where do these trapped emotions linger? Where do they stay? They
stay in the subconscious mind. Thesubconscious mind stores all of our memories.

(29:33):
And as I've said, we usemuscle testing to access the subconscious mind,
so it will allow access to onlywhat is safe. So there's no mind
control nor manipulation. When using theemotion code in order to protect us from
trauma, the subconscious mind may tuckaway an emotion to be processed later.

(29:56):
This is part of what goes onin suppression. But again, suppression can
result in somatic symptoms neck ache, backache, and digestion and the like,
irritability and the like. So anychallenging, traumatic life experience or stress can
create a trapped emotion. This mayagain result in chronic stress, physical injury

(30:18):
or illness, or be as aresult of rejection, abandonment, negative self
talk, relationship issues, loss, and others. What we express, we
express, suppress we express in otherways. So the emotion code helps us

(30:40):
to access the subconscious mind and identifyand release these trapped emotions for more health
and happiness and well being. Okay, let's move on, please to the
next slide. So ways that emotionsbecome trapped, they can ancestral. We
can inherit them. Like we havea genetic DNA, we have an emotional

(31:04):
DNA. Emotions can become tracked duringpreconception and pre natal or after birth.
We see as children, we internalizewhat other people are doing, acting when
it may not be in relation towho we are. It can be connected

(31:26):
to a trapped trapped emotion, canbe connected to a traumatic or distressing event
and get trapped in one or morebody parts or systems. So we're going
to come back after the break anddo learn some more and do a demonstration.
So this is Shoshana Auberbah speaking toyou, Live on Love, Light

(31:48):
and Wisdom, and you're watching meon Bold Brave TV. See you in
a few minutes. Did you knowthat your beliefs create your entire reality?
What? It's the subconscious beliefs thatdo most of the creating. Belief shifter

and transcripts of The Carrying Generation areon my website Pamela Dwilson dot com,
plus my caregiving library. Online caregiversupport programs and programs for corporations interested in

(33:46):
supporting working caregivers. Help, hopeand support for caregivers is here on The
Carrying Generation and Pamela d Wilson dotcom Welcome back, everybody, Blady to
love, light and wisdom. I'myour hostess, Shoshanna Auberbach, and you're
watching me live on Bold Brave TV. We've been talking about trapped emotions and

(34:08):
how they create energy disturbances that resultin physical and emotional pain. So we're
going to move forward now about theconsequences of trapped emotions and also include a
demonstration of the emotion code to helpus deal with these uncertain times. So,
the consequences of trapped emotion include adisconnection between our mind and body.

(34:35):
We are also which we experience asunhappiness and lack of harmony. According to
the law of attraction, we cankeep attracting the same kind of so called
luck and unfulfilling relationships, losing money, negative loop and what else. This

(35:01):
creates and balances in the body thatmay trigger poor health, unhappiness, and
pain. It keeps a person stuckand resonating on a lower frequency and disrupts
the energy field and a body's energy. And it also can create a heart
wall, which leaves less room forenergy and energy for giving and receiving love.

(35:22):
Let's learn some more about trapped emotionsand the emotion code. So the
emotion code uses what's called applied kinesiologyor muscle testing. This marks on yes
no questions. It does not workfor lottery numbers. There are various methods
that we can use to apply thisbiofeedback tool that's used in alternative medicine and

(35:47):
healing, which checks vibrational and energeticresonance with the system, persons system or
lack of resonance. So the methodthat I like to use is the finger
rub method. So I'm I'm rubbingmy third finger across the top of my

(36:09):
thumb like so, and when it'sstrong, it's a yes. So I'll
say to my body, give mea yes, okay it's strong, and
give me a no. It's weak. It doesn't stick. So this we
also use the ring method. Thisis a yes, this is a no.

(36:35):
We can also use the fingermet Thisis a yes. This is a
note. You might have also seenwhen it's being done here with two people.
So let's move forward. So theidea of releasing trapped emotions is to
create balance. So there are threedifferent types of trapped emotions in the emotion

(36:57):
code. We can have a commontrapped motion and inherited trapped emotion from our
ancestors. And we can also havea heart wall emotion that was created with
stronger types of traumas like and heartbreaks, and we connect this with a person's
age, an event or other peopleinvolved, or the number of generations back

(37:24):
on either side. If it's aninherited trapped emotion. So let's go on
to the next slide and look atthe process. I'm sorry before we do
that. We also use a magnetand to we go, we release the
trapped emotion by tracing over the governingmeridian which is connected to all the other

(37:52):
meridians in the body. These areenergy pathways. And in the next slide,
please we'll see why do we usea magnet because it draws out those
energies. Now, if you don'thave a magnet of refrigerator magnet, you
can also use your hand because there'smagnetic energy in the body. And we

(38:14):
swipe three to five times for commontrapped emotion, starting from the top of
the nose going all the way tothe base of the neck, and ten
times for an inherited trapped emotion. Now let's do a demo so you'll see
the emotion code chart on the rightside and this is part of the process.

(38:37):
This is the process on the rightside. So first I'm just going
to center myself and ask for divineassistance. Okay, Now I'm going to
test. I can do this onmyself and other people, and even if
you're all the way across the globeand with permission, I can test for

(39:01):
you. So that's how it works. When I'm doing sessions for other people,
whether they're on Zoom or I'm doingthe session on myself as if I'm
the client, it's because energy doesn'thave any barriers, all right. So
I'm gonna do the session myself, accessing my higher self. Give me a
yes, give me a no,give me a yes, give me a

(39:24):
no. Okay. So the topictoday that I want to address is a
feeling of uncertainty. Uncertainty makes mefeel uncomfortable. So how much of on
a ten point scale is this affectingme? Now? Sometimes we just know

(39:45):
intuitively, we can also muscle testit's affecting me now ten nine, eight,
seven, six On a ten pointscale, ten is the worst.
Zero is nothing. Now all right, we can we move forward now?
Yes, all right. So thefirst trapped emotion I need to release today.
Is that from column A yes?Is it an odd row yes?

(40:12):
Row one yes. So now yousee those five emotions in column A and
row one. Is it abandonment no, betrayal no, forloren? Yes?
Okay. At what age we needto know more information? Yes? At
what age did I experience forloren? Is it under ten? Yes? Ten,

(40:37):
nine, eight, seven, six? At age six? Do I
need more information? Yes? Orsomeone involved? Yes? Male? Male?
Female? Yes? Was it mymother? Yes? Did it Which

(41:46):
heart? Okay? Now was itconnected with a particular event at age six?
At age six, I was infirst grade. Is it something to
do with school? Yes? Okay, when I was in first grade,
yes, I didn't have to dowith the teacher. Yes, when I
was in first grade, I hada teacher who I felt did not treat

(42:12):
me very nicely, and it stillaffects me to this day. She humiliated
me. She embarrassed me in frontof the whole class. She in those
days we had corporal punishment. Shewould hit me with a yardstick on my
behind in front of the whole class. Horrible. Okay, so is this

(42:36):
safe to release now? Yes?So I'm going to take my magnet and
I'm going to have in mind torelease a trapped emotion of forlorn at age
six. I'm not sure how thatinvolved my mother, but also involved this
teacher. Sometimes we don't need toknow the specifics. We'll just say,

(42:57):
for example, an unknown event,an unknown person. All right, So
we're gonna swipe that out from mylungs and heart three four, five,
and I'm gonna check is this complete? Yes? Okay. I'm gonna take
a sip of water and a deepbreath, and okay, I do feel

(43:22):
a little bit lighter. All right? Is there another trapped emotion that I
can release safely and easily? Today? Yes, it's from column Is it
a heart well emotion? No?Is it from column A yes? Row
odd, ro yes, row oneyes, abandonment, betrayal forlorn lost?

(43:45):
Does it have to do with thisscenario and people from the school, the
teacher and all that. Yes.Okay, so I'm gonna we can shortcut
this and I'm going to relieve thetrapped emotion of lost from my heart and
both lungs that involve my mother andthat first grade teacher. Okay, here

(44:12):
we go, say goodbye, three, four, five, Okay, take
a deep breath, sip of waterto reset my system. Is this complete?
Yes? Okay, just check inwith what I'm feeling, and I

(44:36):
do feel lighter, all right? Is this complete? Yes? Is there
another trapped emotion that I can releasedealing with the topic of uncertainty? Yes?
From column A yes, odd rowyes, row one no, row

(44:59):
three yes. Is it crying yes? Did it have to do with the
incident at school? Yes? Allright, So now I'm going to release
it. Got trapped in my lungyes? A colon yes, so long
or colon now it's both for mein this case. Okay, So we're

(45:22):
going to release from my lung andcolon a trapped emotion of crying when I
was six years old, involving thatfirst grade teacher and my mother say goodbye,
three, four, five, Okay, take a deep breath and a

(45:45):
drink of water. Is this complete? Yes? And just check in now,
I feel some energy being released frommy lower this sacral area. Thank
you. All right? Is thereanother trapped emotion? Yes? Call them

(46:07):
a yes, odd roa even wrotetwo. Call him a anxiety. Is
it the same thing? Yes?All right, let's release anxiety from my
spleen stomach, from my spleen atage six, involving that teacher. Okay,

(46:30):
is this complete? Yes? Andjust check in. Yes, I
feel a little lighter, okay, all right. So I would release as
many trapped emotions as my system willallow, and we'll continue with this when

(49:06):
everybody to love, light and wisdom. This is Shoshanna Auberbach, your hostess,
and you're watching me live on BoldBrave TV. We've been talking about
how the emotion code can help releasetrapped emotions as specifically, the topic we're
dealing with in this demo session hasbeen the topic of uncertainty, which parallels

(49:28):
of the current political situation and uncertaintyis also a part of life. So
we started off doing a session ofmyself as a demo. I started off
as rating myself as a six outof ten on a distress scale, and
so far I've released three trapped emotions. So now I'm going to ask my

(49:50):
system, is there something else thatcan be released safely and easily from my
subconscious today? Yes? Is it? From column a yes, odd row
even row yes? Is it tooyes? Anxiety, despair, discuss nervousness,

(50:13):
worry. Okay. Does this haveto do with age six and the
teacher? Yes? Did this gettrapped in my spleen? Yes? Did
it get trapped in my stomach?Yes? Both? Okay, So now
we're going to release worry from agesix that got trapped in my spleen and

(50:34):
stomach, regarding that teacher, anincident from first grade, and something about
my mother. Okay, swiping fivetimes, breathing okay, breathing in,

(50:55):
taking a sip of water, resettingmy system? Okay? Is this complete?
Yes? Is there something else thatcan be released today safely and easily?
Yes? I call them a yes, odd row yes, row one
three five yes. Is it blamingdread fear? Okay? Does it have

(51:23):
to do with that incident in firstgrade at age six? Yes? Where
did the fear get trapped my kidneys? Yes? And my bladder? Yes?
Both. Okay, let's release themand say goodbye. I've been holding
on to those for a long time. Okay, here we go. Okay,

(51:51):
breathe and I did feel something releasedthrough my root chakra. Okay,
take some water, Okay, Isthis complete? Yes? Okay? Is
there something else that can be releasedtoday? Yes? Call him a yes

(52:12):
or odd row yes, row onethree? Yes? Is it crying,
discouragement, rejectous, sadness, sorrow? Where did this sorrow get trapped in
my lungs in my colon? Yes? At age six with the school event.
Yes, let's say goodbye to it. Okay, just check in what

(52:40):
I'm feeling. I feel a lotof sadness in my eyes and in my
in my lungs. That's what sorrowis. And sometimes we just need to
sit with that. Is this complete? Yes? And sometimes just pross us.

(53:00):
And now I'm going to send loveand light to that six year old
part of me that was full ofsorrow, crying, feeling anxious, feeling
fear, and I'm just going toswipe out any residue and give her a

(53:30):
hug. Okay, is this complete? Yes? Is there something else that
can be released today? No?So my system has had it's at full
capacity in terms of being what's beenreleased. Maybe tomorrow, a few days

(53:51):
from now, when this gets integratedwith my system, I can release some
more. So I'm going to goback now and rape myself. I started
so that is six. How muchis this feeling of uncertainty affecting me now?
Ten nine, eight, seven, six five four three? All right,
so it was cut in half.Is there anything else I need to

(54:15):
do now? Yes? Drink morewater? Yes, okay, And I'm
just going to take a moment. And what am I feeling? My aura
feels clearer and cleaner a little bit, especially around my head and in my

(54:36):
root chakra and my lower back.So hopefully this will help me have a
brighter day and be less preoccupied withthe worry about uncertainty. So again I
