L'ufficio di merda
"Sarei felice se non fossi in un ufficio di merda", questo è il mantra che recito quando torno a casa dopo una giornata trascorsa nell'ufficio tossico dove lavoro. Perché il problema è, certo, il padrone, il sistema, ma non solo, spesso il problema è semplicemente chi ti siede accanto alla scrivania: colleghi e colleghe che pensano che la felicità sia reale solo se tu sei più infelice di loro. Di quella sorta di fattoria degli animali che è l’ufficio di merda, racconterò puntata dopo puntata la specie dei "Piegati", impiegati cioè che hanno scelto di non alzare mai la testa e proprio per questo vengono premiati. La Testa-di, la Capa, lo Zelante e tanti altri, soggetti archetipici che potrebbero a uno sguardo distratto apparire come caricature ma che caricature in realtà non sono, perché non c’è nulla di accentuato nel loro ritratto; ne descriverò le gesta, le situazioni, in una sorta di - per dirla in maniera un po’ altisonante - “Fenomenologia dell’ufficio di merda”.
Episodes
Due soggetti in particolare sono vestiti molto eleganti: scarpe lucide, completo nero, camicia, cravatta, capelli leccati all’indietro, petto gonfio.
Ma cos’è? Un matrimonio?
Ah no, sono solo arrivati i consulenti!

Gli aspiranti frapposti il più delle volte provengono da un percorso di studi con un indirizzo specifico. Possono essere campi di studio diversi, magari economia e ingegneria per esempio, ma accomunati appunto dallo stesso indirizzo: quello gestionale.
Questo significa che la loro ambizione, vocazione, predisposizione, è gestire.

E tu sei una delle fortunate vittime scelte per svolgerne una parte.
Tutto chiaro, ma anche altrettanto semplice? Potrebbe esserlo: tipo che tu fai A, lo sottoponi al direttore, lui ti dice eventualmente di modificarlo in D, lo accontenti e finisce lì.
Ma nell'ufficio di merda vige la complessità, tale per cui:

Persona in carne ed ossa o entità astratta, qualunque cosa sia, le sue apparizioni sono rare, è molto difficile, se non impossibile, vederlo dal vivo.
Nonostante questo è un grande amico, a sua insaputa, di tutti i piegati. Non importa se non lo conosco...
E poi puoi far lavorare i tuoi dipendenti in un open space, tutti insieme appassionatamente - direttori, capi, capetti, sottoposti - per dire che siamo tutti uguali, anche se non lo siamo.
