Speaker 1 (00:00):
Brian Farrence with the Magamind podcast. You can follow me
(00:02):
on Exit Brian Farrens one or Magamine podcast dot com.
Also on True Social at Brian Farrence. With Me Today,
I have a special guest, Patrick Hallie. Patrick is well
known for being a contributor on Info Wars. His website
is Patrick reports dot com. He is a popular writer
(00:23):
and is sort of famous or infamous for breaking the
Ashley Biden diary story. So Patrick say, hello.
Speaker 2 (00:31):
Thank you, I'll take you either one. I'll be in
from this. That sounds fine. I like that.
Speaker 1 (00:36):
Well good, and uh, you know, Patrick, I appreciate you
being on the show. We definitely want to talk a
little bit about the Ashley Biden diary story and also
what appears to be you know, the partial withholding or
cover up of it. So you know, you're welcome to
give like a brief intro into some of your work
if you want first, and then let's let's launch into
(00:58):
that story.
Speaker 2 (00:59):
Yeah, So you can get in touch with me at
Patrick reports dot com. I've been a citizen journalist for
fourteen years. For most of my career, I worked for
Tucker Carlson at the Daily Caller. When we were you know,
building that in the early years of the Daily Caller
and whatnot. And now my articles are on info wars
dot com these days, and they're wonderful, by the way,
in terms of not censoring. And it was actually on
(01:23):
the Alex Jones Show that I broke I really broke
the Ashley Biden diary big back in October of two thousand.
At the time, you know, me and Tom Pepper, we
were running a news organization in the Midwest called National File,
which certainly had its moment and had a lot of
big stories, and we were on air contributors on Info Wars,
and you know, we were trying to start a new
(01:46):
investigative news service that could rival something like Reiters or
something like you know, the Real Wire kind of stuff
like Bloomberg and whatnot, and which is pretty tough to do.
But you know, they came out us with law Fair
and everything like this. And at the time though, you know,
we had some major major sources and I still do, uh,
(02:08):
And we broke it very big in October of two thousands,
and people remember it very well. It was actually a big,
very massive story at that time. In the last days
of the election, many millions and millions of interactions in
the article. You had Wynnwood, who was on Trump's legal team,
sharing it, and all kinds of big people sharing it.
So it was a very big story. And then you know,
(02:29):
as time went on, then it became it took on
this life of its own. But what I've always said
is that what this story is really about is what
Joe Biden was doing with his daughter in the shower
and beyond that. You know, so there have been so
many process pieces and whatnot the New York Times and whatnot,
but you know, the story is about what Joe Biden
was doing with his daughter in addition to all the
(02:51):
other stuff that Ashley Biden had to experience that you know,
led her down a road of addiction, and you know,
all of his kids became you know, damaged people in
some way. I think that Ashley Biden wrote the diary
in a very sympathetic voice, you know, as a victim,
and I didn't change it at all, So it's not
like Patrick was editorializing on the thing, and you know,
(03:14):
I just put it out and it was her words,
you know, And I think that's why it was so powerful,
because it actually was well written and very moving I
thought and.
Speaker 3 (03:23):
Just a question.
Speaker 1 (03:25):
You know, I think most of the viewers are familiar
with the content of Ashley Biden's diary, but some of
the highlights were, you know, allegations that he was inappropriately
showering with her at an older age. Is there any other,
like major allegations that were in there that maybe some
of our viewers might not be aware of.
Speaker 2 (03:43):
Oh? Sure many. I mean the probably not appropriate showers
is a huge takeaway, but it just ties into everything else,
the drug addiction, the feeling of alienation in her family.
I mean, you can go read her words and obviously
the problems with Hunter, and then when you had the
Hunter buying laptop out at the same time thanks to
(04:05):
Jack Maxi and Marco Polo. By the way, my friend
Gary Zigler did a great job compiling all of the
criminality that was in there, and he gave me credit
too for the Ashley Byden diary. So you know, when
you had that out there, and then you see what
Hunter was doing, I mean, just the financial criminal stuff
alone with the you know, being involved with the biolabs
in Ukraine through a Gilian Maxwell associate, you know, doing
(04:28):
business in China with the you know, the ten percent
for the big guy or whatever it was. The big
guy was getting a whole lot of percent. He was
getting cotton all. So yeah, now gee, I mean that
was a nightmare. That was four years of a nightmare
for this country. Really, and I broke that actually Biden
diary story at the end of an era as Trump
(04:51):
was being forced out of office. Of course, we all
sort of had our lives destroyed. I didn't suffer as
badly as some of the folks who went to the
gulag for January sixth. But in the long run, we
have made a comeback. And the reason why we've made
a comeback is our boy, Donald Trump is just resilient
and just a total alpha alpha male. And I love
that he has a big ego because it just he
(05:11):
just can't lose. He can't lose, and he just he
has to keep going. And it's so great. They shot
him in the ear and he's just like this hero now,
I mean, the greatest president of all times. So you know,
it's fun to be in Washington, DC during the Trump
administration and you know he's doing great work.
Speaker 1 (05:30):
Well thank you, yeah, thank you for sharing that. Let's
get into a little bit about you know, the cover
up of releasing the Ashley bert As think it's the
Ashley Biden video where she actually says, yes, this is real,
this is my actual diary.
Speaker 3 (05:46):
Do you want to talk a little bit about that.
Speaker 2 (05:48):
Yeah. So, when I was breaking this story, you know,
I wanted to have as much back ups as possible
because I could tell that I was going to get
a lot of arrows for this being in the you know,
on this one, and Project Veritas was in possession of
a tape of Ashley Biden confirming that the diary was hers.
(06:09):
I knew this. I pleaded with Project Veritas in order
to release it. In order to help me, I got
some people who I won't name, on the phone, and
you know, we really really tried, and they refused to
do it, and it took years of pressure. I want
to thank Stupeter's actually because he helped me to pressure
(06:31):
them when they were on the show to finally release it.
And when it was finally released, I was totally vindicated.
That's when you saw I think that was the time
when you saw snoops and everything change, all the ratings
and all the official fact checkers changed. It's true, you know,
And it was true all along of course.
Speaker 1 (06:50):
Well, and you know, what can you share about maybe
any of the players or the reasons why it wasn't
shared at the time. I mean, I know there was
some controversy between James O'Keeffe and Project Veritas as they
had some disagreements.
Speaker 3 (07:05):
They eventually parted ways.
Speaker 1 (07:08):
Project Veritas has recently posted that, you know, James O'Keeffe
is using their logo again and they've dropped their lawsuit.
So I mean, what do you think was happening There
was there a conflict.
Speaker 2 (07:22):
Or yeah, there is definitely a conflict between James and
Matthew Tierman, who I call Matthew rahtt Tierman. I've warned
James about Matthew Rattierman many years ago. I knew it
was going to go badly like that, and so I'm
not on here to call out James. By the way,
James is an old friend of mine for dating back
many years, and you know, it was unfortunate that he
(07:45):
went along with matt Tierman on this narrative that it
wasn't confirmed when it was confirmed, But you know, in
his defense, he went away from Project Veritas did his
own things. So I'm not here to call out, James O'Keefe,
my old friend. I am here to say that they
is a massive effort, including by people at Project Veritas,
to cover this story up, to collaborate with the FBI,
(08:06):
to make sure that they never saw the light of day.
Speaker 1 (08:09):
Yeah, that's that's very unfortunate, and unfortunately we saw a
lot of that kind of FBI collusion and cover ups,
and some people argue we're even still seeing it today
with for example, the rely the delayed release of the
Epstein files, and there's been claims that some of those
files have been destroyed by the FBI, for example, what
are you what are your thoughts about that?
Speaker 2 (08:31):
I I hope not. And we haven't seen definitive proof
that they've been destroyed, But what we have seen is
that they are definitely going through them and in my view,
probably deleting, redacting a lot of stuff. And whatever they
put out, I mean, I could give them a million
Jeffrey Epstein files. You know, let's get to let's just
(08:54):
get the real answer. Who was he blackmailing people? For
which foreign government? Which agency is he black and who's blackmailed?
And what did they do? All right, just put it out,
Just put it out. Julian Assans they persecuted him. He
would have just put it out. See, this is what
I did with the Ashley Biden diary. This is real
credibility and journalism. Release, release, let the public decide, you know.
(09:16):
So we have to keep up the pressure. But what
an absolute joke. Pim Bondi is a bad choice. And
I like Matt Gates quite a bit. And I think
that Matt Gates would have made a great attorney general.
Maybe he can still get the job. You know, he's
doing a talk show now, but you know, i'd like
to see him, you know, get the job and come back.
Speaker 1 (09:33):
Yeah, that's a good point, and I agree with you
on Pam Bondie. I've not been impressed with her. You know,
she's on she's on Fox and Friends, Fox News all
the time. But I haven't really seen as much actions
as I would have anticipated. And then of course some
of her history, some of her actions against the Second
Amendments as the Attorney General of Florida, and then her
(09:56):
closeness so I'm in Arizona, so she was. She was
very close to John McCain. It looks like she made
some very positive posts about John McCain. Whether that's political
or not. That strikes at the heart of any Arizona Republican.
That's that's a huge red flag. So I have not
been happy with Pam Bondy or her action, her lack
of arrest. You know, Cash Battel is kind of almost
(10:19):
going on an apology tour. I saw some recent post
from FBI Director Cash Brittoni's saying, you know, there's definitely
been some issues. We're working to correct it. We're dedicated
to releasing the files. We're working hard. You know, we're
working with the DOJ. But it's it almost comes off
as like apologetic for Pam Bondy's lack of performance.
Speaker 2 (10:41):
Yeah, she's on Fox News all the time, and she's
not very interesting on Fox, not very entertaining. I have
to say, she's no Tucker. But now she's it's very disappointing,
very big disappointment. You can see the photo of her
with John McCain. She was for Jed. She was part
of the Jed team, the Jed Effort, Jed exclamation Point
remember that I see have I still have the commemorative
(11:02):
Jed exclamation point mints that they were giving out in
New Hampshire. In my in my home museum of politicalities
that I've picked up over the years.
Speaker 1 (11:10):
Have you have you seen anything on There was two
specific Epstein victims, one of which was allegedly committed suicide recently,
and then another one I think it was six months ago,
sort of mysteriously passed away. There were some strange circumstances
and theories going around. Do you have any concern that
(11:30):
there's another kind of cover up in terms of maybe
eliminating witnesses or are they being placed in protective custody
or being lied to?
Speaker 3 (11:39):
What is your thoughts there?
Speaker 2 (11:41):
Well, I only I only say things that I can
one hundred confirm. And it's certainly it's very suspicious that
some of Kevin Spacey World witnesses and other things like this,
you know, ended up dead. And there seems to be
a pretty big body count surrounding the matter and surrounding
Bill and in Hillary Clinton and Killery as we as
(12:01):
we all know. So yeah, certainly concerning, very concerning, and
obviously with the death of Virginia Guy Effrey that was
really a h The deep state is they're not They're
they're panicking, They're not they're not having a good day,
and you know, they've really crossed the line. And President
Donald Trump seems to have more power now than ever before.
(12:25):
In the first term, when he first got in there,
and he had Rex Tillerson as Secretary of State, and
you had these different people who sort of got into
the administration who Trump didn't know very well. You know,
there was a genuine concern that the administration was kind
of overthrow him like that, that they were going to
to do that to him, and it was it was tough.
There was a big power struggle. But this time around,
(12:47):
Trump is really consolidated power, consolidated the support of the party,
is a three time in a row nominee and has
really built the party in his own image. As you
see with jd. Vance, it looks like being getting the
torch handed off to.
Speaker 3 (13:01):
No, that's a good point.
Speaker 1 (13:03):
I did want to go back briefly to James O'Keefe,
so he posted recently this video and this claim talking
about Pam Bondy, and what he said was, you know,
the Age made an almost identical statement publicly after O'Keefe.
Media provided a quote of what she said in a
request for comment. It seems like James O'Keeffe is also
(13:23):
scrutinizing Pam Bondy potentially, I don't know, if there's some
undercover video about what the inner workings. And then of
course he also released this, you know, kind of breaking
video with one of the Royal family advisors talking about,
you know, a member of the Royal family engaging with
(13:44):
relations with underage girls. So I mean it appears that
James O'Keeffe is engaged in these stories. Well can you
comment on that.
Speaker 2 (13:54):
Well, sure you. I mean I think that that with
regard to Prince Andrew, what you see is the British
Royal family and I six, over the decades has been
integally involved, in my view, with the Massad and with
the CIA, and it's really sort of inextricable. I think
that the intelligence agencies of Israel, Great Britain, in the
(14:17):
United States, to some extent Australia, actually they are in
a little cabal together, I believe. And the CIA obviously
has a lot of black market wealth that they've picked
up from all these war ventures that they've done over
the years. Robert Kennedy Junior has always said that the
CIA assassinated his father and his uncle, which is not
to discount the role that the Massad has in terms
(14:40):
of influence, you know, working with the CIA, and so,
you know, we have to get to the bottom of
all this. We have to figure out, you know, exactly
who was Jeffrey Epstein's handler. Wasn't Elaine Maxwell, the daughter
of Robert Maxwell? All right? And there's a book Robert
Maxwell is really super Spy that's actually a very very
good book. He was a is a British media magnet
(15:01):
who was you know, acting as an Israeli spy. And
then you know Gilean Maxwell's daughter. How does Gileen Maxwell
hang out with Kevin Spacey? You know, what's going on here?
And what's how these people all know each other?
Speaker 3 (15:13):
Right?
Speaker 2 (15:14):
Like, we got to get to the bottom of all this,
and I think if we did it, then we can potentially,
you know, free our country by bringing down a lot
of these folks that were involved in these blackmail operations.
And I think they're making Diddy the fall guy. I
don't in a million years believe that Diddy just you know,
made it on his own hustling his hustling and made
it to the top of this criminal empire and was
(15:36):
running everything. I think that he had handlers and they're
trying to make him the fall guy.
Speaker 3 (15:41):
Now, well that's a good thing. That's a good point too.
Speaker 1 (15:44):
We'll come back to Diddy in one second, but I
want to go back to what you mentioned. You were
talking about, you know, well inferring about the JFK files.
Really I did see with the latest release JFK files,
and I guess there was a request from the CIA
to redact but it was not done. Was the involvement
of I don't know if it was the Israeli government
(16:06):
or the Israeli Intelligent Masad agency with the CIA prior
to the JFK assassination. I guess it was in terms
of funding sources for the CIA. Are you familiar with
that at all or in those files?
Speaker 2 (16:21):
Yeah? So, you know, I've gone through these files pretty
extensively though still haven't gotten into everything. But what you
do find is that there was a back channel between
Israel and the United States Deep state, and you know,
it's pretty obvious based on those files, and there have
(16:42):
been a lot of articles and stuff that have come
out that proved, I mean very definitively that the CIA
was involved in this, and no question in my mind
Lyndon Johnson knew about it, no question in my mind.
It was motivated by the military industrial complex. The Gulf
of Tonkin instent, of course, happened within a year, and
then America was plunged into the Vietnam War, and he
(17:04):
did not want Vietnam to escalate. It said that Kennedy
did not want Israel to have a nuclear weapon at
the Demona nuclear plants. In general, Kennedy just pissed them off, right,
and just across the board. They didn't like him. It
was sort of a Trump situation, right, because he was
Irish Catholic, and you know, they were putting out propaganda
he was being manipulated by the Pope and whatnot. And
(17:25):
they hated his father, who they saw as an illegitimate bootlegger.
And so that family has been very, very badass and
the torch too to this day being carried by Robert Now,
you know, standing up with Trump and you know, actually
trying to get some stuff done.
Speaker 1 (17:41):
Okay, no, that's a good point. And then so let's
go back to P Diddy. Started were jumping around a
little bit, but so P Diddy, I mean there was
in his hearing, his trial, there was a star witness.
I guess that turned up missing, right, and the star
winness just went missing. I'm not sure if it mentioned
the star witness name it was Vicy him three. I
guess it was mentioned, but I guess still missing, unable
(18:03):
to testify. I mean, what are your thoughts on that
is that it's almost a pattern of these elite where
the star witnesses typically turn up missing. The victims end
up you know, suicided, you know, or they disappear. What
are your thoughts with p Diddy since you mentioned that?
Speaker 2 (18:19):
Yeah, man, it's it's weird to think about the culture
just in general. I mean, this guy was puff Daddy
from the East Coast, and I guess the West Coast won.
Tupac's finally getting his revenge now, so I guess the
West Coast came out on top. But yeah, no, it's
it's weird because like Jennifer Lopez was dating Diddy and
she when I was a kid, it was like a
(18:40):
major celebrity dating Ben Affleck who got where he is
through Hervey Weinstein, and they acted like, you know, oh,
goodwill hunting and won the Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay.
First of all, even if they did write it, it
was terrible the movie was terrible. It was the low
IQ kid, you know, the the kid from Boston, the
(19:01):
working class kid actually has a high IQ. He can
do math. Wow, fascinating, what a fantasy. I'll think it's
so great. The depiction of Boston was just so over
the top and hey, Sully, Hey it's a drink at
the stream. Good God, all right, Hollywood. But you know,
all of our culture was just so bad and subversive,
(19:21):
like our whole lives. And I think people are finally
realizing that and waking up from it.
Speaker 1 (19:28):
Okay, that's a that's a good comment. I I did that.
I did want to talk. Also, you mentioned the pope
so so I'm a Roman Catholic and I was very
critical of Pro Francis. He was a globalist, a socialist,
you know, really had some bad, uh you know, non
conservative kind of policies and approaches. The new pope, Pope
(19:51):
Leo the fifteenth, I believe, is that the name that
he took. There's a lot of discussion on, you know,
will he actually be a lot more conservative? Of course,
he's the first US pope. You know, there was a
pope from I think South America before, but this is
the first North American of US pope and what are
(20:13):
your thoughts about Pope Leo.
Speaker 2 (20:15):
Yeah, I'm a Catholic as well, but you know, I
didn't like Pope Francis, and you know, at a certain point,
you know, the Vatican no offense to anyone, but you know,
they had all those banking scandals. You remember the Godfather
put three era, when the popes were dying and stuff
like this. They've had a lot of problems over the years,
and this Francis person was just awful, Like I don't
(20:36):
need to listen to a lot of it has to
do with, you know, pushing mass migration, pushing the mass
immigration agenda, and so it looks like this current Pope Leo,
you know, he weighed in on George Floyd. He was
all about stopping racism and whatnot. So it's pretty obvious
that the media wants him to be the well woke
hope to go against Trump. And even the Pope is
(20:58):
horrified by Trump slate at comments. You know, that's kind
of thing. I mean, I can see it, and I
don't want to offend people. I am a Catholic, but
I mean I can see their plays and you know,
I don't know if the dad can't really necessarily you
can be a Catholic without the pope. I guess if
he's a left winger, I mean, right.
Speaker 1 (21:19):
Yeah, there's some discussion that I guess his brother is
a Donald Trump supporter, and people are a little bit optimistic,
you know, my I've been talking with my parents a
little bit and they say, you, well, you know, let's
see how he does first, Let's give him a chance.
And I think there is some optimism and some hope
that he'll be maybe less of a globalist or at
least act more in America's interest. And you know, allegedly
(21:43):
he's not a big supporter of transgenderism. So well, all right,
very good. I do want to show I have a
banner here. I would show your Patrick reports dot com again,
but will you share share with us? Is there is
there anything that you're working on now, any any stories
that you're getting ready to break, or anything that you're
(22:05):
particularly interested that you want to share.
Speaker 2 (22:08):
Yeah, so you know, you can find myself at Patrick
reports dot com. It goes up on InfoWars dot com.
I've been, you know, pretty focused on trying to root
out the DEI programs that still exist in the government
that Trump is actually doing a very good job getting
rid of to give you know, people a chance. So
not everything is just like anti white racial discrimination and
(22:30):
every tiring in our country. But that said, we have
to compel the private sector to get into accordance with
the orders that are being done in the government. Like
Trump's executive order against DEI was great. But the corporations
you need to you need to compel them too, I
think with with state power. And I'm a big fan
of President Trump using state power. By the way, I
(22:52):
like that. So oh and by the way, so I
figured out how to how to make music, and I've
I've released a couple of songs on the inner like
who did nine to eleven? Ballad of a White Guy
on TV about how you know, white guys are like,
you know, always stupid and commercials and stuff. And I'm
gonna I'm gonna release a free album called Second Chance,
(23:12):
a great mess of country songs.
Speaker 3 (23:14):
I like that. I like it.
Speaker 1 (23:15):
So it's a country country songs.
Speaker 3 (23:17):
I didn't know. Okay, all right, is it is it?
Speaker 1 (23:21):
You?
Speaker 3 (23:22):
Are you doing the vocals on that? You're doing the
I'm not.
Speaker 2 (23:24):
Doing the vocals. I'm producing.
Speaker 3 (23:26):
I'm producing okay, all right, yeah.
Speaker 2 (23:31):
No, it's good. I've actually it's changed my life. Like
I figured out how to like digitally make music, and
it's like it's really good. I really like it because
I always wanted to do country music, and I think,
you know, with some of the technology that's coming out now,
you can really maybe lay off Hollywood, layoff some of
the producer folks in Nashville, you know, and put out
(23:51):
more independent stuff because a lot of the country is
very effeminate now and like very subversive. And you know,
my car broke down. It's sort of good ones you
can be feel pitiful and downtrodden, right, you know, So
I want to helplift people second chance at greatness. And
the album cover is going to be like Sergeant Pepper's
but all Trump characters like Trump and Roberts.
Speaker 3 (24:12):
I like that.
Speaker 1 (24:12):
There's I think there's a big market for that. I
think it could be very successful.
Speaker 2 (24:16):
Yeah yeah, all right, well.
Speaker 1 (24:18):
Good, Well, I appreciate anything else you want to share
before you go, uh.
Speaker 2 (24:23):
No, I think that's that's good. So we're going to
be focusing on that and you know, hopefully getting some
some more good executive orders on all kinds of things
stopping CPS, child drafticking and other issues that I've worked on.
So just trying to help the world in my own
small way.
Speaker 3 (24:40):
Excellent.
Speaker 1 (24:40):
Well, I appreciate it again, Patrick Hallie, thank you for
coming on the show. Please check out Patrick Reports dot com. Oh,
I did have one more question. Have you heard from
Alex Jones? Is there any movement you know with the
judgment against him in the Sandy Hook case, because I
know I believe he appealed it to the Supreme Court
(25:02):
and I think they declined to hear the case. Is
there is there any movement there or any any updates
that you're aware of.
Speaker 2 (25:10):
You know, I don't want to speak for Alex because
they'll they'll quote me in I'm in for worse, and
I don't, you know, I just defer to him. But
I know that the deep state has been very ruthless
and ridiculous really and and then all of this, but
the fact that Trump, you know that that Alex has
that Trump spirit. I'll keep going, make it. Let you
get bigger. You know, they shot Trump, he didn't shrink away.
(25:33):
He came back even bigger. So I know that that's
what Alex is always going to do. So no matter
what he does. You know, I want to be part
of it. And I hear he's getting a twenty four
hour networksan so that would be good.
Speaker 1 (25:44):
Really, that would be amazing that that would be really good.
And then I just want to throw out there again,
free Tina Peters. That's that's another that I know Trump
was pushing for that as well. So I don't know,
what do you think of the possibility of Tina Peters
as free she you'll pay and Bondie gets fired and
then we have a new ag.
Speaker 3 (26:02):
What do you think about that?
Speaker 2 (26:04):
