I talk to a passionate lawyer, a firecracker, named Tracy Henderson from the California Parent’s Union, which is the antidote to the teachers union.

Remember, teachers unions donate to 99.9% far-left democrats for school board seats.
Parents, Grandparents, Educators, the California Parents Union is your union and she’s looking to gain 1 million members and take back the schools.

Tracy has a visceral disdain for drama and seeks simply to get things done, I love that quote from her Linkedin.

We talk about a tragic story of Ted Hadacko, whose wife told him their son was trangender in 2019 and that she was leaving him with their 15 year old son as she was filing for divorce. You have to hear this.

I’ll update LD1735, the Maine trans-trafficking bill as well.

(00:00):
Today, I talk to a passionatelawyer, a firecracker named Tracy Henderson from
the California Parents Union, which isthe antidote to the Teachers Union. Remember,
teachers unions donate ninety nine point ninepercent of their funding that they steal
from teachers to the far left Democratsfor school board seats. It's basically just
a churn and burn money laundering scheme, parents' grandparents, educators. The California

(00:21):
Parents Union is your union, andshe's looking to gain one million members and
take back to schools. Tracy hasa visceral disdain for drama and seeks to
simply get things done. I lovethat quote from her LinkedIn we talk about
the tragic story of Ted Hadako, whose wife told him their son was transgender
and then oh, by the way, she was leaving him and taking with
her their fifteen year old son asshe filed for divorce. You have to

(00:43):
hear about this story. I'll updateLD seventeen thirty five, the main trans
trafficking bill as well, along withsome other stories. This is the main
source of Truth podcast, and veryfew parents have said anything what Sean mcbriarty
did. Sean mcbridy is in thefutre socus today, Seawan, though,
how pervasive is that in our school? Sean mcbriarty joins us. Now he

(01:07):
just won this lawsuit and gets fortythousand dollars from the school board. Good
morning, Shawn. You're his mostdangerous dad apparently. How are you?
Are you being soon or workings bya local district for exposing the transgender library
display? Can you explain to what'swhat happens? Hey? You are so
with everything that's going on to bejust positives like alcohol mail, Yeah,

(01:32):
about the over septualization of books andlibraries at the school, and then look
like you put the handle on that. That's the way it makes you to
support that. I ask you tosupport this podcast if you wanted to continue,
and if you want to help mewith my legal expenses and god willing
a legal offense fund to help othersin need, please consider chipping in at
www dot gibson go dot com slashSean mcbriarty And now onto the show.

(01:57):
All right, folks, season three, so ninety seven, we're getting closer
to that one hundred hundredth episode mark. It's pretty amazing. This is January
eighteen, twenty twenty four. Aswe record, I can't believe it.
January is now more over than itstarted. Just crazy. We finally got
some snow here in Maine. Butwe're gonna be talking today to Tracy Henderson
from California Parents Union, a veryjust you know, go get them kind

(02:22):
of person. Just an amazing beaconof light. In my opinion, I'm
really blessed to have the opportunity totalk with her. Our next guest also
is kind of new to religion andthe last few years, I guess she's
she started to take her faith walk. I've really only been back at the
church over the last two two anda half years. But she was understanding.
She was able to understand that thisis a battle between good and evil.

(02:45):
And I've said that often a lotof people have said that to me.
That's ultimately how parents need to breakdown this issue that's happening within these
schools and really this whole transcultism, this separation of child from parent. And
we're going to speak about a storyabout that. So I provide a Bible
verse every podcast. I'm fairly new, like I said in my religious walk,
so you know, here is averse about good and evil it's Isaiah

(03:07):
five twenty woe into them that callevil good and good evil, that put
darkness for light and light for darkness, that put bitter for sweet and sweet
for bitter. Now listen again, that's what's happening in our schools today.
And parents are having their rights strippedaway from them. They're having their kids
really, you know, just takenout of their homes and becoming wards of

(03:30):
the state. We're seeing this allover the place. So an update.
There's an article from twenty twenty two, almost a year and a half ago,
showing that the nation's largest school districtsin California, we're seeing a nine
percent drop in enrollment. Now Mainehas about a ten percent home school rate.
Now I hope through more exposure,we can get that number to twelve
percent. This fall. California showedalmost a seven percent home homeschool enrollment in

(03:53):
twenty twenty two, seven percent charterschools and almost ten percent in private schools.
Maine has less price at schools. They only have I think eight charter
schools because the Democrats in the state. Again, the teachers union going to
be a recurring theme during this episode, didn't want competition. You know that's
one of the biggest issues. Ifyou have competition, then all business flourishes

(04:15):
or some businesses that suck like thesepublic schools would go out of business.
This school system, I mean, whatever town you live in is the worst
run business in your town. Itmight be the biggest business, the biggest
worst run business in your town, bar none financially, academically, spiritually,
it doesn't matter what it is.These schools are just clown shows. So
why the mass exodus? Well becauseof things like what I have posted the

(04:39):
last few days on my Twitter accountat Sean mcpriory. Please follow me.
I have Twitter envy and I gotto give you guys. You know,
I haven't done this in a whilebecause I kind of keep forgetting this this
buttons here, but we got togive this for this shout out bloom more
blomore at all right, everybody groomalert because GOROAM Main Middle Schools Spanish teacher

(05:00):
Sarah Collins asks ten to twelve yearold students what their pronouns are when they
began her class. They actually sentout she sent out a survey to these
kids. She asked the kids whattheir pronouns were, and, according to
the school's attorneys Drummond Woodson who aressuing me in three different cases. It's
not legal to ask students their pronounsin school. So this teacher, Sarah

(05:21):
Collins, also asked if there wereany personal situations that the students wanted to
disclose to her. Now, Igot a little bit of crap because an
Ellsworth kindergarten teacher she might have infirst grade, she had a sign on
her wall that said classroom is family. There should be nothing nothing like that
going on. Classroom is not family. Family's family. These are teachers that

(05:44):
are supposed to be teaching the verybasics of education, and Miss Collins is
asking these kids, these young minorkids, these ten or twelve year old
kids, do you have any personalsituations that you'd like to disclose. She's
a Spanish teacher, you know, like, how about each in Spanish?
You just ding dong. Also,Collins told a minor student that their upset

(06:04):
parent had asked her for the survey. She's trying to seed division by the
kid and the parents. I mean, it's just in crazy, so Stuperintendent,
and no, I didn't say thatwrong. Stuperintendent. Heather Perry from
Gorum has an entire full of teachersperforming grooming behaviors just like this example.
And this is why we need peopleto email the Judiciary Committee in the state

(06:28):
of Maine. If you go backon my Twitter or follow Courage as a
habit, you may have seen iton libs of TikTok Elon Musk actually retweeted
LD seventeen thirty five the trans TraffickingBill which wants to take kids away from
you. This stuff starts in publicschool, folks. Public schools are nothing
more than in doctrination centers. Sowhen it comes to surveys, a parent

(06:49):
in Maine, and I don't knowwhat the other states are with the other
policies in the state, but inMaine, every school year you have to
op your child out of all surveys. I beg you, any any parent
list litening to this podcast, sendyour school an email and opt out of
all surveys, verbal, written, anything, and better yet, just pull

(07:09):
your kids out for homeschooling. It'sthe only way you're going to save them.
So you could be the worst homeschoolmom or dad in this state and
do ten times better than these Kthrough twelve public school teachers. And I
know some school teachers. Okay, nine out of ten school teachers are going
along with this woke nonsense. There'sabout ten percent of the teachers that are
speaking up. You know. It'sa tragic situation. So the other thing

(07:31):
I heard on the radio today,I might have this quote wrong because I
was driving when I heard it,but Donald Trump recently said something like the
reason there after his freedoms is becausehe's fighting for yours. I'm also fighting
for your freedoms, your First Amendmentrights, your parental rights, and they're
trying to do the same thing. They want to silence me. Herman School
Department has sued me for my FirstAmendment rights because they don't want me talking

(07:55):
about teachers. They don't want meexposing the transgender ideology, the trans cultism
that's happening inside these schools. Soa way you can support my calling.
And as you folks may know, the last two and a half years,
I have done this virtually unpaid. But I've joined forces with patriot Barbie Lindsay
Graham with my freedom cart. Shewas on episode seventy five. There are

(08:16):
some amazing items that can help yousave money while purchasing them from an American
owned American made company, from immunehealth to protein powders to personal care,
skin therapy, black labeled beef, exclusive services just like home security. But
these items are safer, more effectivethan the big box store brand names you're
probably buying right now. And thesecompanies are not supporting all these woke,

(08:39):
nonsensical things happening in our school andin our society. A specific example is
Windex. Windex is a brand weall know, we thought we could trust.
Not only is the comparable item lessexpensive, Windex is ninety four percent
water. The my Freedom Card version, clear Power is a twelve x concentrate
and it's made in the USA.Supportive of American value. So I've tried

(09:01):
the protein powder. I'm due foranother order. I love it. Just
some great products so you can saveyourself some money, support American owned conservative
businesses, and support the podcast bygoing to myfreedomcart dot com slash main source
of truth Maine spelled like the stateof Maine. Myfreedomcart dot com slash main
source of truth and start shopping forover four hundred products for you and your

(09:24):
family. So I mentioned the horrificLD seventeen thirty five. If you go
to my Twitter at Sean mcbriordy,You're going to see a number of tweets
on this, starting I think Friday. Libs of TikTok picked this up from
my buddy Alvin Louis from Courage asa habit. I really appreciate his partnership
and supporting the state of Maine. The bill authorizes a court to take temporary
jurisdiction because a child has been unableto obtain gender affirming healthcare or gender affirming

(09:48):
mental healthcare. This is exactly thesituation we're going to be talking about with
Tracy here in a moment. ButLibs of TikTok picked this up. Donald
Trump Junior retweeted it and said, they want full control of your kids.
They want parents to have no sayso so that they can do what they
or whatever they want. And thesepeople are evil and insane. Stop this
madness. I agree one hundred percent. Elon Musk then picked that up as

(10:09):
well. The Libs of TikTok piece. If I look at it today,
it has been seen now six pointfive million times, and the Libs of
TikTok. Actually, I'll just retweetthis right now. The Libs of TikTok
Peace here that I just reposted. It has all of the emails of all
the committee members that you need toemail and urge them, plead with them,

(10:31):
beg for them to make sure thatthis seventeen thirty five does not pass.
Because there's not a parent in theUnited States who would be immune to
this situation. These kids could beput on a bus or a plane flown
to Maine, and you, asa parent, then have no jurisdiction over
your kids, and the police cannothelp you. They can't help you from

(10:52):
the state of Maine, and theycan't help you from whatever state you live
in. These kids become wards ofthe state. They are ripped out of
your household. They're then sent ona process where again it started with pronouns,
then it went to gay sexuality alliances, then it went to they thought
they were a cat, now they'retransgender advocates. Then they go into maybe
things like going into a social worker'soffice in school talking about how they think

(11:16):
they're transgender. That social worker givesthem a breastbinder, you know, and
tells them to keep secret from parents. Then they get on chemical castration drugs.
Then they get a double missectomy orpenile inversion or fallio plasty. These
things you can all see in myarticle on my substack at Sean mcbriordy.
The state of Maine is just soscrewed up. These people are absolutely crazy.

(11:41):
And Megan Kelly I got to giveher props another one and a half
million views. Megan Kelly says, this is sick. Bombard them with emails.
This cannot pass. So we reallyneed everybody to pick this up.
Moms for Liberty retweeted it as well. A number of folks just have have
really picked up to realize that thestate of Maine, it is the California

(12:03):
of the East Coast. Tracy's fromCalifornia. We're gonna be talking about this
here in a second. Just absolutelyinsane, the amount of things that are
going on. And nine out often parents here in Maine have no idea
because this had not hit not onefake news outlet in Maine, not a
newspaper, not a TV station. It is radio silence because they don't want

(12:24):
to make sure that that narrative isout there to parents to let them know
they're gonna they're coming for your kids'parents. They're literally coming for your kids.
Blom Age blomore at lumo Agut. All right, next, we've got
Tracy again. This is a veryimportant conversation. I appreciate your time,
thank you for listening. And thisis just kind of a hey, a

(12:46):
fledgling podcast. We've got a smallaudience, it's growing every day. Please
get the word out. Let otherpeople know there is not another place.
They're not another podcast in this countrywho have had the guests and have taken
on the mission that I've taken onto completely expose k through twelve horror shows.
So listen, listen to Tracy, heed her words and very excited to

(13:09):
have this conversation with her. Allright, our next guest, described in
one word, is passionate. She'sa parent and her husband was once the
principal of the Catholic school. Shehas a marketing communications background with true business
acumen. She's also a lawyer ather own practice that takes on high stakes
litigation on a multi state and federallevel. Unlike many lawyers, her integrity

(13:30):
and core values are not for sale. I love this quote from her LinkedIn.
She has a visceral disdain for dramaand seeks simply to get things done.
She wants to been sure the parentscan understand that they can use their
god given right and their Fourteenth Amendmentrights to be in charge of the children's
education. Doesn't sound that complicated, but she's also willing to take on the
powerful teachers unions to do so.She's the president and founder of the California

(13:54):
Parents' Union, a special interest groupthat started in June of twenty twenty two,
and you can find them on Twitterat Calparents Union, in online at
www dot Californiaparents Union dot com,Parents, grandparents, Educators. This is
your union. So I welcome TracyHenderson Esquire to the Main Source of Truth
podcast. All right, Tracy, thank you for your time today. I

(14:22):
know you're driving, so we'll doa little you know, on on the
road podcasting today. So I certainlyappreciate you being here. Wow, thank
you for having me. Sean, you just made my day. What a
sweet introduction. Thank you. Cool. Welcome. So, so let's dive
in. So you're a lawyer.Generally lawyers are risk averse from what I've
dealt with. So, so tellme about how a lawyer got involved in

(14:46):
planning a flag for the California ParentsUnion. Well, and you mentioned in
your opening. My husband was theprincipal of the Catholic school in Carmel,
California. And I don't know ifyou know about the history of the mission
in California. They're the landing postsfor a lot of our fathers and our
priests in the back in the days, right and Carmel Mission had a school.

(15:09):
It's called unipper As Sarah. Itwas around for seventy five years.
Leon Panetta went to that school. The whole town went to that school,
and he was a principal. Andthey made a fear based decision during COVID
to close the school. And youknow, honestly, if DAYA stayed open,
they'd had over enrollment. So heloses this stream job that he got

(15:30):
into and he looks around for ajob for about six months in California,
and at the time, as youknow, the school was closed, he
couldn't find a job. So hecomes home one day, true man,
trying to forge for you know,to make a living disport his family,
and he says, Honey, I'mmoving to Utah to be a ski instructor.
And I just just looked at him. What went through my head was

(15:52):
like, I'm not his mother,I'm not his mother. Okay, sure,
honey, we'll help you. AndI I went in the bedroom cried
for three weeks. You know that'sfrom Fast Forward. He moved first my
daughter, who was then a freshman, and I moved after and open school.
Okay, first week of school. She forgets her lunch, So what
if mom do? Mom brings herher lunch. And you got to remember,

(16:15):
or you got to know that Inever wore a mask when the whole
thing started, I thought this wholething was about control. I had dreamed
this was a fight between good andevil. I didn't understand what was happening
that I was. You know,I'm not participating in this. So I
did it, and I was persecuted. I was dragged through a casino,
handcuffed a bench, charged with acrime of trespass, screened at, jumped

(16:36):
by five security guards, throwing offthe ski resort. I didn't know anything
about that. That's crazy. Yeah, like you can't sixty distance on a
ski resort act're supposed to. Youknow. I was kicked off United Airlines.
They deemed me a direct threat, even though I wasn't sick. And
that's a whole nother story. SoI had been through the Ringer, you
know, this little PTSD going on. So I walked through the school and

(16:59):
I look in the classroom rooms andthis is more republican Utah, and i'm
there's these kids are in masks, but they're deaths three feet apart. And
it looked to me like a horrorshow, because you remember all our schools
were closed. Everybody was zoomed right, sean. So I looked at that
and I thought, oh my gosh. And I start walking out and a
couple of juniors come up to meand like, you're not wearing a mask.

(17:22):
And I said, well, you'renot my doctor, you're not the
police. I got this, anddo you want us to call the police?
And something in me snapped. Literally. I went up and down that
stair which the Governor's office is superintended, the health officers are everywhere,
and they finally sat me down andthey said, go hang out with Utah
Parents United, and they did,and they made me their legal director volunteer

(17:45):
and in two months just lead thepeople, no lawsuits, got a law
pass banning masks in schools, nojoke and that yeah. And then six
months later we came home to Californiaand I started California Parents United, and
that was that's great and long storyshort Sean is that the rallies. After
a year, the rallies, theT shirts, all the raw raw wasn't

(18:07):
doing anything to move the needle. It's money in numbers, and we are
going to be the antidote to theteachers unions when we get big en app
and we'll have the money to influencethe legislation just like they do, and
the numbers so that they'll listen whenwe walk in the door. So that's
that's basically the nutshell of the storyof Californian Parents Union. And I love
the name, by the way,it's kind of a double middle finger to
the teachers Unions. So you know, it's you know, we've all been

(18:30):
told, you know, we're noteducated enough to understand how to parent or
to educate our own kids. Youknow, these are folks that are the
most highly educated, dumbest people inthe land that are running these schools.
And I say a lot meins theCalifornia of the East Coast, you know,
I've been saying it for years, and what happens there happens here.
So in our case, Led seventeenthirty five is trans trafficking bill that I

(18:53):
mentioned in my open You know, that's that's just this radical agenda that these
people are looking to take children awayfrom parents. And we're going to discuss
one of those cases here in abit, but I want to backtrack a
little bit on the COVID Biden bucks. So what did you find with these
huge sums of money that schools weregetting to initiate mask mandates DEI Diversity,

(19:15):
equity inclusion or I call it DIEbecause that's really what it's doing. It's
killing our schools and killing our kids, and then this other woke political nonsense
inside the school. So what whathave you? You know, what did
you find out about these Biden bucks? And I'm going to talk a little
bit about, you know, somemain situations in a minute, but want
to know what your what your thoughtswere on this whole COVID conspiracy to just
pump money into these schools for politicalyou know gain Well, I cannot wait

(19:38):
to hear what's going on in beingexcept confess I don't know a lot.
I've been paying more attention because ofour new acquaintance, but I can tell
you that one of the reasons californParents' Union is now messaging around being the
anadote to the teachers unions is becausethroughout the last three years, we've realized

(19:59):
how ninety percent is ninety five ninetynine. Some people say percent of the
problems in our schools in California areteacher union backed. And one of the
things that happened during the pandemic wasthere's a I don't know if it's a
source. I if anybody wants toemail me at Tracy at Californiccurrents Union dot
com, I'll send you the source. But there you can find online by
searching for your school district how muchmoney they got, right, And so

(20:22):
these school districts were paid millions andmillions of dollars. And what we found
out through our advocacy work, andit was actually one of my board members
discovered this over in the Roseville,Sacramento area of California, that the teachers
were sitting down and entering into whatare called memorandums of understanding the school districts.
So think of it like a contract, and teachers unions have representatives,

(20:47):
collective barnying agents, representatives that negotiatewith the district for every the wages,
the time off, all those things, and it goes into a contract called
a memorandum of understanding, and inthat memory of understanding, during that negotiation
period, without a parent in theroom, they negotiated to keep our kids
masked for another year for money.Okay. Now, is as a mom

(21:12):
that angers me, But as alawyer, you're negotiating a way parents rights
without the parents even being in theroom. That's that was That's one example
I give when I'm talking about theevil of the teachers. But I can
tell you more and more stories andfrankly they're complete facade and we can go
into that if you want to.But that's the worst and gregious thing that

(21:32):
I saw during the scandemic. Now, in my litigation cases there, I
don't know if you know anything aboutsuing somebody, but when you sue somebody
in California, there's called the Discoveryapp and you go through and you can
ask for documents and ask them questionsDiscovery Discovery. And so during my discovery

(21:53):
effort, I'm demanding the funding forcesthem today and their insurance and their funding
sources and the terms and can underwhich they were given those funds because I
want to see what the terms andconditions were put on them by the Biden
administration state in federal so that Ihaven't gotten super deep into it. I
have some volunteers for Celiburn Current Unionthat just went down that rabbit hole,

(22:15):
but I did it, so that'swhat I know. Well, I can
potentially hook you up with a localparent here in Maine who did a lot
of that investigation on her own.And I'll give an example. My local
school district here in my hometown,Hamden, Maine, RSU twenty two took
two point two million dollars from theBiden books and instead of catching up their

(22:36):
students. So Hampden's probably a townof like ten thousand people. There's three
other towns associated with it, butlet's just say the total population of the
school district is like twenty five thousandpeople, and I think they might have
two thousand students two point two milliondollars. Instead of catching up their students,
which is what the Biden bucks initiallywere earmarked for because of the horrible

(22:57):
educational assessments we already have here inMaine, instead they put it on as
a third floor of the high schoolwith a declining enrollment so they could have
an e gaming room. That wastheir goal e gaming room to two point
two million. So none of thesestudents were caught up from the COVID conspiracy
theater. It was basically a joke, and you know, a few of

(23:19):
us kind of mentioned, hey, look, this is just ridiculous. They
should be spending that on you know, extra teachers or you know, summer
school or evening classes or whatever tocatch these kids up. But in that
document it talked about diversity programs andit talked about masking, and so they
were taking money for masking for diversity. And to me, I just said

(23:45):
to people, don't take the money, you know, like, what's the
point, big deal, Don't takeit. Don't be held accountable to this
nonsense. But the other thing thatmain schools did, many of these schools
up here took that money to hiremore school counselors and social workers who are
now sexually transitioning children behind the brickwalls of the schools, like happened here
in Little dammer Scott, a,Maine, a town of two thousand people,

(24:07):
a quaint little town on the coast, where a thirteen year old girl
was sexually transitioned and given a breastbinderby a school social worker and told her
keep it a secret from your parents. So Maine is facing these schools are
facing a financial cliff because the taxpayer of money, you know, and
the other thing these people said,Oh, it's free money, you know,
we're just gonna take it. Peoplehave no idea anymore how the tax

(24:27):
is. So but I'm not awareof any school in Maine actually spending it
on the kid's educational loss during COVID. I mean, it's just insane.
So that's something that I'll Sean,Yeah, no, I think Sean,
you're right. Is that's one thing. So in the legal system, you
know, we have subpoena power, and I discovered your act power. I

(24:49):
have judges. But that is onething they hold so tight onto where they
spent the money. And I canguarantee you. I mean, I know
of maybe two schools districts that usethe money for good literally, and I
know most of them didn't. Andthe rumor on the street was that they
were getting five thousand kids to maskthem, right. And the other rumor

(25:12):
on the street is that where newsome governor Newsim had a warehouse bull attack
that you needs zellam yes or toomany? I mean it was it was
just bad, yeah, train andwe all we all still think he's gonna
end up being the Democrat candidate forpresident, but who knows. We'll see

(25:33):
what happens. But all right,I'm gonna take a moment to take a
break here. One of the thingsthat you can do to help support this
podcast obviously give send go dot comslash Sean mcbriory. Uh, that's where
I raise money. I don't takea dime. Everything goes into fighting for
your rights, fighting for the kids, fighting for the schools. My sub
stack at Sean mcbriory. There's anoption now where you can become an annual

(25:56):
subscriber for fifty dollars to support thepodcast, or for five dollars a month.
So I've got dozens and dozens ofarticles on there. I continue to
bring you things at other news outletsin Maine will not cover especially transgender issues.
If you can, hey provide fivebucks a month, that would be
a huge thing for me. Ihave three paid subscribers. Just give you

(26:17):
an idea, and it was like, I think it was one hundred bucks.
I got so excited. It waslike a million dollars to me.
So if anybody has an opportunity,I'm going to continue to try to put
out content. But I can't dothis forever if I can't figure out how
to keep the lights on here atthe home. And I mentioned, you
know, every couple weeks my wifeasked me when I'm going to get a
real job. I think I'm doingit. I think this is my calling,

(26:38):
but I can't do this without yoursupport. So please, conservatives,
Christians, constitutionalists, if you aren'tgoing to use your mouth, please use
your wallet. I'll be your spokesperson. Put your money with your mouth,
isn't that would be very supportive tome and I would appreciate it so much.
Thank you some of your cases. So let me try to summarize this
or set it up a little bit. So one this tragic story Ted Hadako

(27:03):
whose wife told him their son wastransgender in twenty nineteen and at the same
time she was leaving him with herfifteen year old son. And during the
divorce proceedings, this crazy ass CaliforniaSuperior Court Judge Joni Hiromoto dropped a bomb
on Ted, grilling him that ifhe believed in transgenderism as a sin,
which the article said it didn't.He didn't, and Ted was simply confused

(27:26):
about this whole shift in his sonright under his nose. But Judge Heromoto,
the mother of a transgender child herself, which he never disclosed, then
stripped Ted of his parental right sothat he couldn't even speak to his son
Drew. And then Ted lost theright to stop the medical transition. His
son was brought to UCSF. Idon't know if it says Benoff Child and

(27:48):
Adolescent Gender Clinic. So tell usthe updates and the medical trauma that Ted
has now had to endure as hisfather is stripped of his rights. And
this this feeds right into Maine's LDseventeen thirty five. The trans Track of
Trafficking bill that day is on thetable for next Thursday. Yeah. So,
Sean, you've been fighting the goodfight. And by the way,

(28:11):
God bless you. Thank you forbeing a man, for standing up when
this whole thing started. We werelooking for our men, you know,
it was all women, So thankyou. But you've been in this fight.
You can sense the transition and hotissues, and right now the biggest
challenge we face is parents' rights advocates, is the over sexualization of our children.
And it's really bigger than we think. You would be surprised, but

(28:32):
in Ted's case it is. Oneof the things that really blows my mind
is I get called during the scandemic. Its slowed down this last year,
but I was on the phone foreight hours a day because people figured out
that I was a lawyer and hadwet ter things, and so I used
to do legal rights too, SoI was talking to parents about this stuff
all the time. It shifted andshifted and shifted, and so now it's

(28:52):
all the transgender stuff. And thecraziest part of this is it's the women.
It's the mothers, which flows mymind, that are that are bought
have bought into that socially affirming genderaffirming a child is a good thing,
but it's actually mentally damaging your children. There's a lot of there's a lot
of woke white women, unfortunately,and that's where I think I read a

(29:14):
stat seventy eight percent of this transgendernonsense is done with white white kids.
But woke white women are like thebane of my existence up here, you
know, like, no offense toany white woman, because I love women.
But it's just like the whole thewhole thing isn't crazy that, it's
just you know, these I don'tknow what it is. It's just like
the men have been effeminized. Theydon't want to talk back anymore. They

(29:38):
don't want to not talk back, but they don't even want to challenge some
of these indoctrination efforts. And thesewomen are just going crazy. Well and
this is so and this is likethere's moments where you see stuff on the
news or you're talking to somebody, but this case really hit me because in
the pleading, you know, wejust where it is. We're in federal

(30:00):
court and there was a bunch ofmotions to the smith and so I just
spent weeks opposing them. And itgoes to hearing on February sixteenth. But
in the pleadings it says that beforewhat happened was this judge here motto is
actually connected to a gentleman named aesofOr who's a lawyer and he works for
UCSF and he's actually a transactivist. So watch out for this guy. He's

(30:22):
in this case too. And thetwo of the Miner's Council and the doctors,
and the mother. They all gottogether and they went behind my clients
back in violation of a court order. So even though hero Moto is a
transactivist, she did say in theorder, no gender identity surgery before the

(30:45):
minor is eighteen or both parents agree. So this is a family court order.
You're supposed to follow orders. Allseven of these other people went behind
my clients back in violation of thatorder and had a two hundred and nine
thousand dollars Sufferlin puberty blocker implant surgeryson on this minor child. Okay,

(31:06):
so before they did that, inthe pleading the mother it had the sun
go deposit sperm in a sperm bank, oh man, because she knew this
was going to sterilize her own son. So I mean, who is this
woman? And then what what Ijust discovered today because I just spent two

(31:26):
ten hour days opposing these emotions,is that the Sufferlin implant is controversial.
Is the COVID injection. It's experimental. And this child who's now nineteen,
maybe mentally stuck emotionally for the restof his life because of these activist lawyers,
that activists UCSF and activist judges.Yeah, I've never I've not heard

(31:49):
of the of an implant. I'mgonna have to do some homework. But
you mentioned October twenty twenty one,Ted's insurance statement all of a sudden showed
a two hundred and nine thousand dollarscharge, and he wrote to Christine,
which I think is his wife, maybe yes, correct, She confirmed that
months earlier, the puberty blocking implanthad been inserted in Drew's arm and he

(32:12):
had begun a course of cross sexhormones, which we are no, they're
just chemical castration drugs. That's reallythe way to say it. But no
one had obtained Ted's permission, asyou said, So parents, you know
they're they're stripping. There's no legalrecourse really besides going through this arduous and
expensive legal process with lawyers, nooffense, and then you hope to regain
you hope to regain the right, but the damage is already done. Like

(32:36):
this kid is screwed, right,Yeah, you know, honestly, this
is again this case has blows mymind. So I think of this for
a second. So in Ted's case, he's going after civil rights. He's
really fighting for the already established parentalconstitutional fundamental right the upbringing of your child.
That is a fundamental constitutional right inour Supreme Court jurisprudence forever. I

(33:00):
can't even Troxel Pierce these Society sisters. He's fighting to have it modified just
a little bit to say you can'tmedically mutilate and put children through life altering
surgeries that they're not capable of understandingwhat they're doing without proto consent. That's,

(33:20):
you know, and he's so emotionallychallenged by this. Imagine a man,
I mean, you can imagine you'rea man having a son whose wife
is turning him into a girl behindhis back, and now he maybe mentally
stuck forever. Right, So,I mean, it's it's a tragedy.
To me, it's a tragic story. What I say is follow the money,

(33:44):
like that'll give us to the solution. Every single time, these big,
big pharma companies, these big medicalcompanies. I mean, I read
an article the other day looking atld seventeen thirty five year and main delemistectomy
is like ninety grand now that theinsurance companies you know, get the charge
for. So every time, thesepeople aren't doing this for any other reason

(34:04):
except for money. And unfortunately hiswife, Christine is a woke, white,
crazy person who has been indoctrinated herself. And you know, these parents
are they're fed a bunch of garbage, Like you know, in this case,
do you want a trans girl ora dead son? And nothing could
be further from the case. Butit sucks in this case because you know,
Ted sounds like he kind of said, well, something's totally off,

(34:29):
and all of a sudden, herewe go, and unfortunately his kids in
rough shape. So one of thethings I know, California Parents Union has
an upcoming event Thursday, February eighthat six pm. You'll be speaking along
with a couple other brave teachers todiscuss the California Teachers Union. And one
of the things that read I readon that one page slick was obviously,

(34:49):
the school boards are being supplemented bythe teachers union, just like district attorneys
are being supplemented by Soros and hismillions of dollars. Same thing happening here
in Maine. Can you talk alittle bit about that upcoming event and how
you're trying to expose the teachers unions. Well, it's really interesting to me.
So there's a school district in Clovis. It's like Central California, and

(35:10):
for thirty years, thirty years,Sean, they've never had a union,
and that's not the norm. Youknow how it works. I'm not sure
it works. The name and inCalifornia we have local, state and the
national teachers unions and so locally exactly. Okay. So you pay like a
thousand, fifteen hundred to the teacherjunions a year out of your paychecks,

(35:31):
well, most of that goes toNational, and National was the organization that
sat down with the CDC to closeour schools, remember Winegardens. Well,
Clovid has never had a union. And we had a consultant come to our
board of PhD and he did someresearch and he educated that California Teachers Association
is perceived nationally number one most powerful, Okay, but they're actually thirty seventh

(35:54):
in services seventhrain I say, theMEA Teachers Union is the most powerful union
in the state. Barnut. Okay, Yeah, we're actually perceived more powerful
California's TTA, and perceived more powerfulin the nation. So I started thinking
about that, and then I startedworking with Clovis. So Clovis has never
had a union thirty years. Whathappens is the head of the faculty,

(36:16):
the head of the maintenance, thehead of the nurses, ahead of the
psychologists, sit down with the districtsand then do their negotiations and everybody gets
along and they give them their raisesor whatever they want. Well, the
teachers' unions realize there's two thousand teachersin the school districts that aren't paid in
the fifteen hundred a year, andso a group of fifty little teachers sued
them and stud them for CURB andNRB violations. And it's been going out

(36:39):
for a year and a half andI started working with them. And when
you really stop for a second andyou realize that this group of teachers two
thousand has never had a union, what's the real value, Well, they're
a facade. The teachers' unions goafter you know this, Sean, but
your audience and hopefully teacher's listening. They go after young teachers and they say

(37:00):
you need lawyers and you need insurancebecause the parents are crazy, the school
district's going to mess with you.We need to protect you. We got
your back, and so young teachersare like, yay, right, Well,
there's an organization called AAE teachers dotOrg that gives you the insurance and
lawyers double the coverage for twenty dollarsa month between say fifteen hundred. Right,

(37:20):
So there goes that, and thenyou know, then you get into
the fact that then California don't knowabout Maine. I'd love to know too.
Five hundred million ish dollars is whatthe CTA have. Sixty to seventy
percent of that. Maybe if somebodysaid, actually eighty goes to woke politics,
you wonder why the California legislature isso bad that five hundred million is

(37:42):
the people. I try to thinkof Corey I can't think of his name
off the top of my head.On Twitter, he does a lot of
educational freedom advocacy, school choice stuff, and he puts out a charter once
in a while that the NEA teachersand all these teachers unions support ninety nine
point nine percent Democrat rat candidates everywherefrom school board all the way up to
the presidency. So there's no doubt. I mean, if you your website,

(38:05):
it says teachers unions responsible for keepingthe schools closed, contracted our parental
rights away, didn't protect our teachersand instead turned on their own. And
that's part of really your your mission. So yeah, mea teachers union.
Same thing here in Maine, wehad a local teacher, Aaron York,
a third grade Herman main teacher.I'll call her a union thug, same

(38:29):
district, assuing me if are myFirst Amendment rights for exposing trans cultures inside
their school and in public comment? She said, and you can see this
on my rumble channel. Quote thoseof you who don't trust us, you
can take your children elsewhere. Sothe eighteen year teacher said that if you
think there's a better fit for yourfamily, do it. And I said,

(38:50):
I accept your terms. Like allthe time, I say schools are
irreparably broken. Pull your kids now. You can fight for these schools because
they're part of our community, they'rea part of our history. But pull
your kids before they're taken away fromyou, like ted. So, unfortunately,
I know we're running a little biton short on time here, But
how do the listeners follow your workand social media? Well, just one
more second, you know, kindof draw turning it back around to what

(39:14):
you were asking me about the schoolboards. So in my travels now I
know everybody in the parents' rights spacein California, right and in my travels,
it's become very clear that we're notuntil we get to a million members
my organization, which we're not closed, we're not going to have the millions
of dollars to go up against theteacher tunes. So I need people to

(39:36):
join and I need to get there. So what do we do in the
meantime, because I'm not just goingto sit here and wait what the solution
from my perspective is that we needto turn our school boards over into parents'
rights choice supportive like you said earlier, not teacher union. Local control is
the only way we went right. And in California, the legislature has delegate

(40:00):
extremely broad powers to school boards. They don't even realize. I talked to
We have a state wide school boardmeeting that we do every other month.
I talk to them. They don'teven realize the power they have. That
is where we hold the line againstthe crazy California legislature. So what's going
on with this event that you wereasking about, is we're trying to get
teachers to leave the union. We'retrying to get them to join us.

(40:21):
We're trying right, because if theyleave the union, we tip that apple
car of power back to frans andteachers and we defund the teachers' unions,
which is huge. And then wefocus on conservative parents rights, choice,
school board members. And it doesn'tmatter what newsoman is, his cronies up
there and the legislature do, becausewe will have control of our communities.
So that's while I'm building to fivehundred thousand million members, please God,

(40:44):
that's what we're working on, andthat's what side of the sense. So
I know one of the unique thingsthat I saw on your website and I
thought this was great. So themembership benefits of joining CPU for only twenty
five bucks a year. As aparent, you'll able to learn how to
advocate for your kids on legislative issuesthat are you know should matter to you,
parent focused bargaining representative at local districtlevels, thirty minute free legal consultation

(41:05):
with a licensed California attorney, youknow, access to exclusive resources. I
mean that that is a value fortwenty five bucks a month. And you
I think on the website I said, h year, yeah a year,
yeah, a year, and inless than a chance to go out to
eat at this point, it's probablyhalf as much. Half his expension is
expensive to go out to eat.Twenty five bucks a year as a parent
is outstanding. So and then uh, you also have a tip line and

(41:30):
a contact us form online? Whatis the social media again? So we're
we're on everything. So was itInstagram? It's California Underscore Parents Underscored Union.
And then it's like you said calParents Union on Twitter. I Facebook
is CPU. Look for CPU CaliforniaParents United. And if you know,

(41:52):
if you know anybody who we reallywant to only be twenty five dollars a
year a grassos. I really wantto be proud one day to say I
have a million members one by one. But if you do have extra money
and you want to drop some dough, then we have a pack c p
O c p AC dot org andthat's going to be all about supporting school
board members. There is one onelegislator that we are targeting and we consider

(42:15):
him parents Rights Enemy number one inCalifornia and his name is Scott Wiener.
And if you google him and look, he's a Wiener wi Yeah. Yeah,
So we're gonna help. We're gonnawe raise enough money. We're gonna
like kind of indirectly help you VetCorkoran, who's running in Sanrancisco against him,
But it's more really about attacking himand getting him out of the legislature.

(42:37):
Because Sean, if you could imagineif we achieved getting Scott Wiener out
of the Teliferia legislature is a shockwavessend it. I'd have a bunch of
T shirts to say, cast straightWiener. That would be my use it.
Oh yeah, yeah, no,I'll just send me a free T
shirt and I'll be good. Solisten. Tracy Henderson from California Parents Union,

(42:58):
I appreciate being a main source oftruth Today'm glad there's some cool lawyers
out there fighting for what's right, fighting for the truth. And I really
appreciate your time today. Thank you, God Bles. Stay in the fight
all right. Time for some finaltruths. As I've said a dozen times,
I wish I could air the conversationsI've had with my guests off the
air. I'm so blessed to havesome amazing people. I think Tracy Henderson's
just one of the best. Iwas near crying at some of the stuff

(43:21):
we were talking about, laughing atother things. She's definitely one of the
good ones. So one of thethings I mentioned earlier is Aaron York.
So I want to play this videoin her own words and just let you
listen to the mental derangement syndrome thatis coming from these union teachers here in
Little Herman, Maine, a townof about what probably twelve fifteen thousand people.

(43:42):
So let's listen to her statements aboutparents. Basically, if you don't
like it, shove it and youcan go somewhere else. I'm in my
eighteenth year of teaching third Rade hereand throughout that time, I've witnessed the
group of teachers, ed Tech's supportstaff and administrators continue to grow professionally to
a place where I can dare sayI feel like we're the best around of

(44:07):
Herman Middle School students don't know math. As classroom teacher, I'm part of
a group of incredibly talented professionals. It's important to use that word professionals to
describe what we do. Ex ProfessionalHerman teacher Mallory Cook performed in anti Trump
pro Bernie Sanders video from the highschool classroom using high school public, taxpayer

(44:29):
funded equipment. Many of us notonly went to college to earn our bachelor's
degree, but we've gone on toour masters and above. We've spent years
upon years dedicated to perfecting our craft. So for the record, her view
is that fifty six percent of thirdgraders who can't do math is perfection.
We spent countless hours wait to professionaldevelopment workshops. Professional development workshops like those

(44:55):
that were performed on March eighteenth, twenty twenty two, about equity sel connecting
with students of color. That's theprofessional development you're looking for, grading for
equity hups, taking extra courses andstudying the work of other top notch educators
to make ourselves better for our students. Everything we do is for our students.

(45:19):
The hours spent preparing each week.Because of the professional nature of our
work, it's difficult for us tocontinue to sit back and allow the attacks
on educators to happen. If wewere doctors, lawyers, or electricians,
no one would be telling us theway we do our job is incorrect.
Would you go to a doctor whofailed sixty seven percent of the time,

(45:40):
they wouldn't be calling us rumors. My definition of grooming pedophiles. I'll talk
our station that we have doctrinate kidsso Transgender men are people who the doctor's
thought was a woman when they wereborn. When they grew up, they
could tell people that they're actually aman, and so they transition to a
man. I'm friends. Families marchingthree by three, Hurrah, Brah.

(46:05):
Families marching three by three Hurah. These papers are non binary. They love
each other so proudly, and theyare not marching in the Big PARADEO the
name of a number of events inparades which take place throughout the year,
sometimes known as gay Pride. Theseevents are like a party. It's a

(46:28):
celebration brought to you by the mainDepartment of Education for kindergarten students. Kindergarten
students five year olds. They wouldn'tbully us online and post our names and
pictures of us public information, fetuatinghatred to the citizens of Herman. The
fact is we work in a publicdistrict. Our schools are for every child.

(46:51):
Educators here know what's best for ourstudents. We have the training,
we have the knowledge, we havethe experience. Say your prayers, beat
your finance, be true yourself throughyour country, be a real American.
Please trust us, and those ofyou that don't trust us, you can
take your children elsewhere. If youthink there's a better fit for your family,

(47:15):
do it. But please don't thinkthat you know what's best for all
children. And don't try to runout our amazing educleators and administrators that we
have in our district. And tothe school committee, I asked that you
keep your trust in us and knowthat we're doing everything we can to serve
our students in this public district. If you know this, please stand up

(47:39):
for us, say something to thosewho are ignorant enough to slander us.
Never slandered anybody because there's nothing tothe main source of truth podcast. And
if you want me to continue toexpose more teachers failing at their job,
please consider chipping in or providing adonation at www dot give sendgo dot com
slash Sean mcbriardy. There you go. You're gonna hearn that. Hear that

(48:00):
again here in a second. AaronYorke just an absolute batshit crazy teacher from
Herman, Maine. Another you know, just typical union thug crazy person.
In her own words, she saysour students quote four times, they're not
your students, hunt, they're theparents' students. They're the parents' kids.

(48:22):
And this is a video, sonot everything you know sort of came through
on the audio here, but themain Partment of Education videos are also on
my rumble channel. That cartoon garbageyou heard. I never called anybody a
pedophile. First off, I calledher a groomer, not not her,
but the other teacher that's involved,Mallory Cook, and I actually had a
full definition of what groomer is,and I can read that for you.

(48:44):
The definition of grooming the deliberate actof bringing a child into a sexual,
political, or racial ideology, practice, cult, or lifestyle without the knowledge
of consent of his or her parents, for the aim at isolating them from
their family so the external party canabuse and manipulate them. That's what the
gay sexuality alliances do in four thousandschools across the country. They isolate your

(49:07):
kids, They keep secrets from parents. Parents don't even know these groups exist.
So you could send your kid tosoccer band chorus or talk sex with
a forty year old teacher after school. They have no idea what's going on.
So I say, listen, don'ttrust the teachers, don't trust the
union, don't trust the administrators, don't trust the superintendents. Don't trust the
school board members, or at leastdon't trust about nine out of ten of

(49:30):
them, because in my three anda half years of subject matter expertise on
this subject, ninety nine percent ofthe Democrats are all leftist crazy people.
