and wanting to be a part of Day two. We
are on our thirty days of Manifestation of thirty days
of Law of Attraction series, and this is now day two. Now,
for Day two, we're going to discuss the power of

(01:06):
positive thinking. I know it sounds so simple, but it's
something that can be so hard. A lot of us
battle a lot of thoughts in our minds that don't
necessarily condone the lifestyle that we're wanting to live. A

lot of us are dealing with mental health issues. A
lot of us are dealing with depression. So on day two,
I want to get into the power of having positive thoughts. Okay,
So your thoughts are the tool that drives your manifestations

(01:49):
into reality. Think of it like putting gas in your car. Okay,
without any gas in your car, no matter if it's
brand new, with no gas, that car is not moving
in any direction. So you want to make sure that
your mind is set on something that's above and not beneath. Okay,

you wanna beset your mind on positive thoughts so that
that can be a chain reaction so that you can
have positive thing. You have the positive thing, have the
positive thing come into your life versus having something negative. Okay.
A lot of times we hurt hear the quote if

it ain't one thing, it's another, right, And we've probably
said it once or twice in our life. Right, And
that's mostly because we were probably having a bad day.
You know, when we're having a bad day and we
don't recalibrate thing. You know, one thing leads to another. Right,

So we wanna make sure that we're just more intentional,
but about the focus we're putting on our mind. Wanna
make sure that we're very intentional about the things that
we allowed to think about. A lot of us live
in the past, and the past can't be changed. You

(03:23):
can't go back in the past and change any bad
thing that has happened to you. You can't go back
in the past and change any good thing that's happened
to you. So you wanna make sure that you're learning
from the things that you're going through versus letting yourself
sit and sulk anything that you're going through. So things

(03:46):
aren't happening to you that are happening for you. Okay.
Another thing I wanna leave you with is when it
comes to positive thinking, stop listening to those who are
not pouring into you. Everybody has an opinion. Everybody has

(04:06):
an opinion. Everybody has an opinion of where they think
that you should be in your life. Right, but guess
what your opinion is the only opinion that defines your reality.
Nothing nobody else says that's not pouring life into you,

(04:27):
defines who you are and defines what your life gets
to look like. Okay, you gotta remember that everybody's journey
is different. Just because they went through something this way,
that doesn't mean that your story is gonna play out

(04:49):
that same way, So what they got to say about
the situation doesn't mean anything unless you ac You gotta
realize that in certain situations, things only get better with time.

(05:13):
Things only get better with time, Your thoughts only get
better with time. It is a muscle that you have
to exercise. Positive thinking is a muscle that you have
to exercise. We would like to think that we are
programmed to be positive automatically, but that's not the case.

(05:34):
You have to have intentionality when it comes to your thoughts. Okay,
and a lot of time, our negative thoughts have a
lot to do with coming from negative people. Right, not
just what you th what they think of you, but

(05:55):
what you think of somebody else. Right, Your judgments are
a confession of your character and not what you think
that you're doing for the other saying about another person.
It really has something everything to do with you and
not them. Right. We put too much thought and we're

(06:20):
so hard on ourselves that we overthink where we're supposed
to be in life. We overthink everything and we end
up sitting in our emotions. We end up feeling overwhelmed
instead of just thinking about where our true happiness comes from.

(06:45):
Happiness is a decision happiness is a choice. There are
a lot of sad things going on in the world
right now, but I de I choose, and I've made
the decision to focus on what is positive because positive

(07:06):
thoughts create positive things. I know that I don't have
control over anybody else's happiness, but my own. Not my kids,
not my lover, not my friends, not my family. I
control my own happiness, and I do that by being

(07:29):
intentional with my thoughts. And my thoughts must remain positive. Okay,
go stand in the mirror and smile at yourself. Go
stand in the mirror and love on yourself. That is

(07:49):
always a great way to shift reality. Smile. Your smile
can influence somebody else. This can take Let's not give
our germs, Let's give our smiles. It don't cost you
a thing to be kind to someone. Right, And this

(08:13):
journey of half of manifestation and positive thoughts, it's not easy.
It's not easy at all. But it's only a failure
if you don't try, if you quit, if you never
make the change. And how you're thinking and controlling your thoughts.

(08:39):
Think of your thoughts as seeds. Okay, you want to
put a whole bunch you wanna plant a whole bunch
of positive seeds in the ground, and how you think
about those seeds is what's going to cause them to
grow or to never flourish. So I'm not gonna hold
