Welcome to the NYD podcast Manifest Your Destiny. It's a vibe.
I'm your ho Smeoshanmu, it's your favorite life coach, and
let's get into it. Today we're gonna start a thirty
day mini series on manifestation. A lot of us love
to use the principles of law of attraction, but some
of us don't even know what exactly that means. So

today we gonna keep it short, we gonna keep it sweet,
and I'm gonna tell you exactly where you wanna start
when it comes to manifestation. So what exactly is manifestation. Well,
manifestation is bringing those thoughts of your dreams into the reality.

(00:45):
Is connecting your physical thoughts to your spiritual realm. So
manifestation is like turning your thoughts into reality. It's the
idea that focusing on positive thoughts can attract positive outcome
in your life. Some people believe in the power of
manifesting their desires through intention and visualization. So manifestation is

taking the power that God has given you and applying
that to bring all of your blessings from the spiritual
realm down to the physical realm where your reality is set.
And that can only happen a couple ways, and the
first way is to make sure that your mindset is

set on something that's positive, that your mindset is focused
on the things that you want, because the universe wants
to see you succeed. The universe wants to see you successful.
The universe wants to bring you the desires of your heart.
God has already granted you the power. You just have

(01:55):
to ignite, ignite that power that's within you. So you
want to focus on the things that you want and
spend less time on the things that you don't want.
When it comes to manifestation, the universe don't know the difference.
So whatever you're thinking that in which will come to pass. Okay.

So for beginners, if you've never manifested in your life,
you want to start with writing down positive thoughts about yourself,
writing down positive things that you want, because as a
man thinkth that is what he becomes. Okay, So you

have the power to go and change your reality now
into something better by just your thoughts and making sure
your thoughts are focused on the most high everything around
you starts to fall into place. So the first thing

(03:04):
about manifestation is what exactly is manifestation, and we're going
to continue to build upon what we know manifestation is.
So in this mini series, I'm gonna take you day
by day, step by step on how you can become

(03:26):
better at manifesting. And as we continue you, by the
time we finish this thirty day mini mission, you'll be better.
You'll be stronger, your thoughts will be healthier. Not saying
that the bad thoughts are not gonna come, because they will,

we're human, but we'll have the power and the strength
enough to reverse those thoughts. Okay, So the first thing
about manifest Station, it's just I wanted to give you
an introduction on what manifestation is. And again, manifestation is

like turning your thoughts into a reality. So if you're thinking,
if you think negative thoughts, negative thoughts will manifest. If
you think positive thoughts, positive thoughts will manifest. So whatever
you are making your focus on, just make sure it
is of the things that you want to see in

your reality. Because you control your reality. You are the
creator of your reality. God lives within you, and if
God lives within you, you have his same powers to turn
your life around, to move mountains. So Day one is

what is manifestation. We will continue our mini series with
DY two, So if you're ready for for day two,
we gonna get into the power of positive thinking. So
day one we already know what manifestation is. Day two

will get into the power of positive thinking. Just wanted
to drop something quick for you guys, something to think about.
Be intentional with your thoughts today, and let's be great
and take over the world. Okay, let's take over the world.
Let's take over our world and create a life that
we wanna live before we get out of here. We

wanna see ingratitude. Just breathe and think about all the
things that you're thankful for. Your eyes, the air and
your lungs, the feeling in your t s, fingers and toes,

(06:05):
you being able to function, how beautiful the trees are,
how beautiful your smile is. Thankful for the protection over
our family. Thankful for all the good things that are
gonna happen to us today. Thankful for the the not

(06:29):
so good things that are gonna teach us something today.
Thank you for the power of perspective. Thank you for
the ability to be able to hold my fold and
talk to you guys today. Having the strengthen the courage
to actually speak. Thankful for the protection of my family

and friends and loved ones and listeners. I'm thankful that
each and every one of us has a purpose. I'm
thankful that each and every one of us is taking
charge of our own lives. I'm thankful for NYD, and

as we sit in its gratitude, we gonna give it
up for ourselves for just showing up today. Showing up
today cause be showing up. And if we show up
for ourselves, we won't need anybody else to. I will
