off on this thirty day series on Manifestation. We are
on week two. We got through complete with week one.
Now we are on week two, and if you didn't
go back and watch day number seven, we talked about
the practical tips of daily manifestation and week two starts

the techniques and methods that you can use to help
yourself manifest And it's funny that we're talking about techniques
and manifesting because I got to go back into my
lucky bag and pull out some of my tricks and
trades for helping me bring things to the natural realm

out the spiritual realm as I walk on my journey
of making twenty k a month. Woo woo. Right, So
I know, one of my favorite affirmations or tricks on
manifestation to start with is to really stand in the
mirror and have a conversation with yourself and being able

to connect to your higher self and allowing for you guys,
to just communicate with no judgment and peer love, because
manifestation has a lot to do with your vibration of
how you're feeling, right, a lot to do with how
you feel and to be able to bring manifestation to life,

what you're thinking about, the things that you want and
your desires and the way that you feel about those
things have to line up. So the best way to
start that alignment is to talk to yourself in the
mirror and create that relationship with your inner self, your
higher self, or you know, whatever you like to call it,

so that comeing into but alignment. Your start believing more
of what you say, right, and talk nice to yourself,
you know, compliment yourself on more than just your looks,
and have that conversation of what you want and Imagine

what that feels like to have it. Picture yourself having
that desire you want that, if it's money, the relationship,
picture yourself already having those things, and focus on how
that's making you feel. And with that, while you're looking
in the mirror, it's gonna help you be able to

connect with that vibration to help you bring things to life.
That's just one technique or method. Maybe you don't want
to look in the mirror. They always say, write it down.
You can always write your desires down. Write them three
times a day. You can do them three six nine.
The first three times in the morning, six times in

the afternoon, nine times at night. You can do the
three six nine method. That's always a great way. You
always want to put your paper to pin when it
comes to manifesting. That's really the baby steps to getting started.
Grabbing you a pin and a piece of paper. It's
twenty twenty four. We like technology, but we gotta make

sure that we get back to writing things down, and
that's another way to align with yourself. You can definitely
practice affirmations. So the affirmations are how you speaking to yourself.
That's gonna help you while you're speaking in the mirror,

and that also is gonna help you with those writing
your manifestations down. Okay, so those are three techniques. I'm
not gonna overpower you. Those are three techniques that you
can use to help you with your manifestations. So you
got talking to yourself in the mirror, writing things down,
and you have y'all help me what I say. Oh,

in words of affirmation, y'all forgive me. But those three
things can be used to help you manifest Okay, make
