You can know the most important concept to remember, it's

relaxing your body and breathing deeply and listening to this

thinking the thoughts you're thinking, which means we can trust
that you're unconscious. The most powerful part of your mind
already knows what to do to enhance your focus. So

setting aside the next thirty minutes or so with no
cell phones, no to do list, no obligations, no distractions,
no interruptions. This is your time. You have chosen to
create this time and space for developing your personal sense
of focus and motivation, which allows you to receive powerful

it knows. Your unconscious already knows exactly or to create

No need to wonder what they are, Just enjoy the
fragrances drifting on the air. And as you continue breathing, slowly,

silently saying to yourself, I give myself permission to relax

your own hand writing the words on the page. I
give myself permission to focus on the things that truly
matter to me as a priority. And as you finish

focus on those things that are truly important to you

is not so much a journey of years and years,
but rather a moment of recognition that you are now

begins to shift, as your mind begins to wonder and wonder.
Are you allowing yourself to create this powerful sense of

focus because it allows you to go and do the
things you most want to do. Or are you enjoying
this transformation and self realization because it feels so good,
or do you have a better reason for making this
change immediately, you decide whether you'll just let it happen

or have you noticed that you can take this transformation
of self understanding deeper without knowing how you're doing it now,
No matter how much deeper you go, you can easily
trust my voice will go with you as you let

those words my voice drift through your mind and body,
a constant reminder of the transformation you can enjoy as
you continue to breathe, imagining all the cleansing, refreshing, oxygen
entering you moving into the body and all through you,

bringing healing and harmony to every selling your body, every
fiber of your being, increasingly aware of your focus, your gifts,
your skills, and how they will become more and more
important to you over the coming days and weeks. You

are still aware of the needs and wants of other people,
but you are developing the power to focus on your
needs first and then to help others with what they need.
So as we start to drift even deeper into this

sense of absolute focus, knowing that everything will turn out perfectly,
you can get a sense of the beginning of a
new energy, maybe small at first, as it begins to
grow right there in the thumb on your right hand,

That energy slowly moving through your hand, through your fingers,
your wrist, your elbow, up through your shoulder, down your side,
even down into your leg, and all the way down
(10:53):
down into your right foot and into the toes on
your right boot. And notice now that energy in the
sum on your left hand, slowly moving through that hand,
up through your wrist, your elbow, your shoulder, and all
(11:17):
down your left side, down through your left leg and
into your left foot. Notice now that gentle energy drifting
through the muscles under your hair, relaxing, your forehead, letting go,
(11:43):
the muscles around your eyes, the nerves behind your eyes relaxing,
letting go. Notice how those nerves go away into the
center of your mind. That relaxation you have created, gently
(12:12):
cascading down through the muscles around your mouth, your jaw, relaxing,
drifting open, resting, down lower, across your chest, your stomach,
(12:35):
and even into your legs. That relaxation, that new energy
drifting through your whole body. And just for a moment,
notice your breathing, the gentle rise and fall of your chest,
(13:02):
and just allow yourself to take a deeper breath all
the way in and just hold it for a moment,
just a little longer, and then let it go with
a sigh, noticing the beating of your heart, the natural
(13:23):
rhythm of your body, allowing yourself to become more and
more absorbed in the life, the energy of your body.
You can notice words, notice noticing words. You can notice.

Your body can relax, and your mind can relax. Your
breathing carries on by itself, your mind carries on thinking
or by yourself, and you can just watch it wander away,

your experience, your understanding, your awareness can just attach and
slow down, and my voice can be soothing, can comfort
you and ease your mind. Now as you continue to relax,
(14:38):
and your mind slowly slows and it becomes easier to
play closer attention to your thoughts, to where your mind goes.
And I wonder if you can begin to notice that
each thought, each sensation seems to stand out, to become
(15:04):
bigger than before, the way tiny images become enlarged when
viewed through the lens of a magnifying glass. The kind
use my private eyes to look for fingerprints and clues,
to carefully study each object one at a time, to

examine things in detail, to not miss a thing, the
way you can be aware of everything I say, listening
to each word, hearing every sound said, focusing in as
I begin to explain to you that you can pay
close attention to to whatever you need to, whenever you
(15:53):
want to, by quieting down and zeroing in and becoming
still inside like this, as the mind finds it easier
to be aware of one thing at a time, like
it is easier to listen to me and examine every
(16:15):
detail that the mind, confined through that magnifying glass and
a child can use to explore tiny worlds and enjoy
discovering how it all fits together, how things stick together,
and sticking to a job seeing it through, dealing with
(16:38):
every detail right to the end. Becomes easier over time
as the mind begins to play with its own ability
to just stay put, to be intently still. As you
realize how easy it is to continue doing so, even
(16:59):
as you begin to will be aware that the mind
can comfortably stare at anything at all, absorbing it all,
enjoying it all. The way you continue to hear the
sound of my voice and the meaning of the words,
each one, letting you know even more than before that
(17:23):
you can do that now are paying attention fully, a
magnifying lash you can use anywhere at all. And so
before you allow yourself to drift up completely into conscious
waking alertness, or maybe you might choose to drift into
(17:45):
sleep to learn the lessons communicate at a deeper level,
it may be useful for you to utilize the opportunity
now to think about what you've experienced, the thoughts, images, understandings,
and how you might use these things later on from
(18:06):
one day to the next, because you have an unconscious
mind and you have a conscious mind, and those two
minds can learn from your experiences here today some things
that you can utilize to deal more effectively with those
things that have been challenges before. Now inside your mind,
(18:33):
you can see yourself writing the words, I am committed
to focusing on the matters that are important to me
and prioritizing them. And then just underneath sign your name
(18:54):
with your own golden signature that you are accepting the
responsibility of focusing and taking ownership for how you prioritize
your life. And so before you begin to continue to
(19:15):
drift up into conscious awareness nor more wakeful awareness, or
maybe let your mind and body drift into sleep, it
is your privilege to use this time to become more
aware of those things you can use later on, those learnings, abilities,
(19:38):
and skills you may have overlooked before, to give you
a new view of the possibilities for a new way
of thinking and feeling and doing things. That's right. Takes
some time now, a brief time that seems to be
a long time to review a plan at some level
(20:01):
of awareness. Those things you will do later on. Those
things you may change later on as you begin to
use more and more of you. So you can use
that time now, because in a few moments from now,
when you drift up and awaken, or maybe let your
(20:25):
mind and body drift in to sleep, it may be
interesting for you to know that in that drifting, relaxed
state of mind, where your thoughts drift by like dreams
that enter awareness for a time and drift through the mind,
while some are left behind to be utilized later on,
(20:50):
and others are remembered or seem to be remembered at first,
but then become more and more distant forgotten over time,
and the entire experience can seem so far away as
your unconscious mind protects the conscious mind and leaves those
(21:10):
things behind, forgotten but remembered too, and time changes too,
so you can know what a journey it's been when
you begin to know that what seemed to take a
short time turns out to have taken a long time.
What seemed to have taken a long time was really

no time at all. So for now, whenever you wish
to return to your normal world, you can just count
from one to five as you are awaken, Or perhaps
