relax and let go, you might find it's more relaxing
to just go ahead and close your eyes. Whenever you
are ready to drift into a deep meditation, just close

those eyes, letting them drift lower and lower. And as
you continue to relax, noticing the sounds outside the room,

(02:59):
there's this distant sounds that just seemed to drift on
the air, no labels or recognition, just noticing the sounds
drifting in the air as if hearing them for the

(03:21):
very first time. And then noticing the sounds inside the room,
those gentle sounds drifting around you. No need to try
and recognize them, just let them drift in the air

(03:43):
all around you, almost as if you could watch those
sounds floating in the air as you continue to drift
deeper and deeper within yourself, noticing the sound of my voice,

the sounds behind my voice. As you continue to react,
My voice will comfort you, will ease you, will keep
you safe. As you continue to drift deeper and deeper,

and you can begin to notice any fragrances around you,
some distance, some close, those beautiful fragrances that dance so gracefully.
No need to wonder what they are. Just enjoy the

fragrances drifting on the air. No, I don't know how
you will find yourself connecting with people on a deeper
level and being your authentic self. But you do, and
that's what's most important. So as you relax even deeper,

(05:28):
you can repeat the words silently in your mind, just
as they are spoken. I am worthy of authentic and
meaningful connections. I communicate my needs clearly and confidently. I

(05:48):
embrace vulnerability as a strength in my relationships. I listen
actively and without judgment. I set healthy boundaries that honor
my needs and values. I am open and honest in

(06:12):
my interactions with others. I attract and cultivate supportive and
respectful relationships. I trust myself to express my true feelings
and desires. I am patient and compassionate with myself as

(06:36):
I grow. I deserve to be seen, heard, and understood
the who I truly am. And as you let those
words drift through your mind and body, the constant reminder

of the transformation you can enjoy. You can get a
sense of the beginning of a new energy, maybe smaller first,
as it just begins to grow right there in the
thumb on your right hand. That energy slowly moving through

your hand, up through your wrist, your elbow, your shoulder,
down the right hand side of your body, your hip,
your knee, down into your right foot and all the

(07:52):
toes on your right foot. And notice now that energy
the thumb on your left hand, That energy slowly moving
through all the fingers on your left hand, after your arm,

(08:14):
down your shoulder, all down the left side of your body,
even down into your legs, and all the way down
into your left foot and all the toes on your
left foot. Notice now that energy drifting across your head.

(08:41):
Notice the muscles in your forehead just telling them to relax,
release thatch. Notice the muscles around your eyes just relaxing,

(09:03):
letting go the bundles of nerves behind your eyes relaxing.
Notice how those bundles go all the way into your mind,
relaxing even deeper. Notice the muscles around your ears relaxing,

(09:36):
releasing the muscles inside juries. How's that? Notice the muscles
around your mouth, your jaw relaxing, drifting open, resting, that

(10:01):
relaxation you have created, drifting down your chest, down to
your stomach, even into your legs. That relaxation that new
energy drifting through your whole body. Now, just for a moment,

(10:33):
I'd like you to focus on your breathing. Just notice
the gentle rise and fall of your chest, and allow
yourself to take a deeper breath all the way in
and then letting it go with a sigh, letting go

(10:54):
of any tension, as if you were sat relaxing after
a long, hard day. Notice the beating of your heart,
the pulsing of the blood in your veins, the natural
rhythm of your body, and you can allow yourself to

(11:20):
become more and more absorbed in the life, the energy
of you. You can notice words, notice noticing words, and
you can notice your body can relax and your mind

(11:43):
relaxes as your breathing carries on or by itself, your
mind carries on thinking or by itself, and you can
just watch it wander away. Your experience, your understanding, your

(12:06):
awareness can just attach and slow down, and my voice
can be soothing, can comfort you and ease your mind
as my voice goes with you as you drift deeper

(12:27):
and deeper within yourself, and you can learn something new
about how you connect with others around you, and how
you help yourself to be understood, and there are times

(12:47):
you are more understood and times you are less understood,
and times you feel close to people and times you
feel a little more distant, and your unconscious can integrate
new learning and understanding about how you connect with people

(13:11):
in the unique way. And sometimes it can seem like
you or others are speaking a different language and that
you could do with a translator, and your unconscious can
act as a translator, and you may not even realize.

(13:33):
And we communicate on many levels, and to be understood,
we have to pick up on many levels of communication.
And as you listen to people, you can really focus
and learn and develop with what they are communicating to
know how to put what you want to communicate in

(13:58):
a way that they will understand and you can understand
through communication and discovery and learning. And when you're around
someone that spends time breathing like you, and spending times
using similar words to you and similar categories of words

(14:22):
to you, and spending time smiling, and yet much of
this is so subtle you don't consciously notice, you can
find yourself feeling deeply emotionally connected and feeling all of
your senses and emotions lighting up with the pleasure, and

(14:43):
you can form appropriate emotional connections with those around you,
and you can learn to recognize the signs that allow
you to know when to approach and when to back off.
And when you approach a wild horse, you know you

(15:04):
are no threat, and you know you just want to
get close to them. But if you approach too fast,
or approach looking aggressive or threatening, the horse runs away.
If you take time and approach at the right speed,
paying attention to the horse, so that if the horse

(15:26):
begins to show any signs of being uncomfortable, you can
slow down, and if they appear more comfortable, you can
speed up until eventually you reach the horse. And you
know if a horse approaches you for food or for petting,

(15:49):
you should feed or pet that horse. And even horses
can make the mistake of pushing their luck even though
they have been fed or at it. And you can
learn more from this than you realize on a conscious level.

(16:52):
And so before you allow yourself to drift up completely
into conscious wayful learnness, or maybe you might choose to
drift into sleep to let the lessons communicate at a
deeper level, it might be useful for you to utilize
the opportunity now to think about what you've experienced, the thoughts, images, understandings,

(17:18):
and how you might use those things later on, from
one day to the next, because you have an unconscious
mind and you have a conscious mind, and those two
minds can learn from your experiences here today some things
that you can utilize to deal more effectively with those

(17:38):
things that have been challenges for you before. So as
you continue to relax, you can see your own hand
moving across a blank page as it writes the words
I set healthy boundaries that honor my needs and values.

(18:00):
And as you finish writing those words, you can go
ahead and see yourself signing your name in your own
sparkling golden signature just underneath. And so before you continue
to drift up into conscious awareness, normal waightful awareness, or

(18:22):
maybe choose to lect your mind and body drift in
to sleep, it is your privilege to use his time
to become more aware of those things you can use
later on, those learning's abilities and skills you may have
overlooked before to give you a new view of the

(18:44):
possibilities for a new way of thinking and feeling and
doing things. That's right takes some time now, a brief
time that seems to be a long time to review
and plan at some level of awareness. Yes, those things
you'll do later on. Those things you may change later

(19:05):
on as you begin to use more and more of you.
You can use that time now, because in a few
moments from now, when you drift up and awaken, or
maybe let your mind and body drift in to sleep,

(19:26):
it may be interesting for you to know that in
that drifting, relaxed state of mind with thoughts, drift by
my dreams and enter awareness for a time and drift
through the mind, while some are left behind to be
utilized later on, and others are remembered or seem to

(19:51):
be remembered at first, but then become more and more distant,
forgotten over time, and the entire experience can seem so
far away as your unconscious mind protects a conscious mind
and lease those things behind forgotten but remembered too, and

(20:16):
time changes too. See, you can know what a journey
it's been when you begin to know that what seemed
to take a short time turns out to have been
a long time, and what seems to be a long time,
there's really no time at all. So for now, whenever

(20:38):
you wish to return to your normal world. You can
just count from one to five as you're awakened, or
perhaps you might drift into a deep and relaxing sleep
to let all the messages sink even deeper.
