lessons I learned is that we cannot wish a situation
to be what we would like. We cannot distort reality

it to be. We cannot fantasize a situation to be

and change a situation. We cannot pretend the situation is
different than what it is. In the end, the walls
come crashing down. Life has many unexpected things. Some we see,
some we choose not to see. In the end, dealing
with the things for what they are sooner is always better.

Life is short, and we must not waste any time
or what was, what could be, and what could have been,
or what we wish it to be. We only prolong
our pain, and by doing so, what was once a
small hill does not become a mountain, but a raging volcano. Life.
