Speaker 1 (00:00):
Upcycling cans. By now I have done episodes on everything
that would normally be thrown away but can be upcycled.
So now we're not talking about just one type of can.
I'm talking about many types of cans, not just the
ones that come with canned food in them, Cans that

(00:22):
might have held cookies or popcorn, or candy, or dry fruits,
or any type of can. I know. For the longest,
cans from vegetables or other canned foods have been used
for organizing, organizing things like pants and pencils, or even markers.
But as we learn more and more about upcycling, how

(00:42):
about a windshine for your outdoor space using cans, or
how a by placing a wire on top of the
cans by opening holes on either side and creating a
small basket. One of the most interesting things I saw
was those old fashioned boards where people used to wash
clothes made out of cans. Of course, this is probably

(01:05):
more for a decative purpose. I'm guessing that this particular
project took a great deal of time, But if you
like a challenge, this would be one of those projects.
I also saw a desk lamp made out of can
of a can. It looked quite crafty, but like it
really could fit into a nice office desk. Another very

(01:27):
innovative idea was where I saw tin cans cover in
map paper and they look really stylished as a way
to store those items you want handy but never find
a space for it and can never find when you
need them the most. I saw a candle holder and
strictly made out of so when you put the candle inside,

(01:50):
the light shows through with some designs. This is why
I love upcycling so much, so much, Just when you
think it is all and there are more ideas you
find and more ideas that you can even come up
with of your own. Well for now, remember the life
is about possibilities, not impossibilities. Till next time, stay well,
