Speaker 1 (00:00):
Upcycling, rediscovering my upcycling crafts and artworks. I had been
trying to be more consistent with my creative work. As
a result of this, I have been discovering some sites
with my upcycling work and crafts. And what better way
to not only rediscover this part of my creative energy

(00:21):
than to share it. I stopped creating much of my
work due to COVID. Prior to COVID, I was busy
creating crafts and artwork. I was putting my own exhibition, small,
of course, but this was in February, and by March
the rumblings of COVID had started, and then after that
the world was a very different place. I've thought often

(00:45):
about starting again, and to some extent, I feel my
upcycling needs or sort of feed my ubscircling needs through
this podcast. I have also moved and from one place
to another, and this is always very unsettling. But one
day I hope to go back to those days of

(01:05):
making crafts and creating artwork, most successful, some were successful,
and some were true fails. That's what happens when you upcycle.
I will be leaving a couple of links to my
artwork side that are still actually around. Well for now,
remember that life is about possibilities, not impossibilities. The next time,

(01:29):
stay well,

Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
