Speaker 1 (00:00):
And loving heart. What does a loving heart have to
do with who we are and how content we are
with life? To me, the ability to love yourself accept
yourself and this does not mean not wanting to be better,
but basically accepting your self worth and all your faults,
means that your heart is open to love others. The

(00:22):
ability to love others allows emotions that are lift you,
remind you what it is to have the light inside
of yourself. It allows you to enjoy not only the
big things in life, but also the other things, like
a sunrise or a sunset. Often we walk through life
and never meet people who live with such an unloving heart.

(00:44):
But they are. They are more than you know, and
they are nothing more than a dark hole full of
pain whose only purpose is to take another person's loving
heart enjoy away. Sometimes you wonder if you should feel
sorry or bad for these times of people, But let
me tell you, we all have choices in the end.
I have met people who have experienced the darkest hours

(01:07):
in this life, but their heart at the core of
it all, is one that I would describe as a
loving heart. Do these people have a lot of things
to work on? Absolutely, But would they take the joy
out of someone for the pleasure of feeling better about themselves.
A loving heart can never do that. A loving heart

(01:27):
learns life lessons, becomes stronger, sets healthier boundaries, but never
seeks to harm others. Well for now, remember that although
life may bring you many storms, love always wins. The
next time, stay well,
