Egli aveva iniziato 15 anni prima del trattamento a frequentare siti porno e negli ultimi 5 anni, dopo il licenziamento, questa frequentazione arrivava anche a 8 ore giornaliere.
Tale frequentazione serviva ad alleviare problemi di ansia del paziente ed in parte a procurargli un eccitamento particolare. Dopo il trattamento con rTMS la situazione si è normalizzata, nonostante la pandemia di COVID_19.
