Simona Mango is from the south of Spain and is a certified life coach including credentials from Evercoach from Mindvalley where the 6 phase meditation was born from founder and author, Vishen Lakihana. Simona and I collaborated on how the 6 phase meditation is a creative tool for enlghtened women's empowerment. We did a live coaching session and also spoke of how her career in opera has evolved.
