Il viaggio dentro questa ferita non è stato facile pe me da scrivere perchè mi tocca molto da vicino, ascoltando la traccia capirai il perchè.
Questa ferita ci parla di come siamo abituati a fingere che vada sempre tutto bene, di come ci importa e influenza il parere esterno e di come ci rende maniaci del controllo su noi stessi tanto da dimenticarci di noi e del tempo da dare a noi stessi per stare bene.
Mollare la presa è funzionale per prendere ossigeno e riprendere il contatto con noi stessi nella nostra sfera più intima e pura.
