On April 1, officers responded to a burglary at a business near Southern Avenue and Stapley Drive. Items, including electronics, were reported stolen from the premises. Police are actively investigating this case.

Later on April 1, a suspect was arrested near Guadalupe Road and Alma School Road for second-degree murder linked to an altercation earlier in the week. The suspect is currently in custody, and the case is progressing.

On April 3, a shoplifting incident was reported near Gilbert Road and Main Street. Merchandise was taken from a retail store, and police are reviewing surveillance footage to identify the suspect. The case remains under investigation.
