so head over there, and youcan also subscribe to this if you
haven't already, and then you getthem get the recording as well. So
I'm Ella and I'm one of theteachers, and I actually run regular webinars.
I actually have a medical intuitive trainingcoming up in February March because two
(02:23):
weekends, four days, and alsohave a very popular YouTube channel called Inside
Healing. Every Friday, another littleepisode goes live, and then I run
maybe one or two sacred activations. But I speak it's kind of like this,
but only for fifteen twenty minutes,so it's a shorter so if you
(02:45):
haven't encountered that, it's a greatway to stay connected with me as well.
So today's session I have to preluditthis theme. I've been working on
myself with since well really since twothousand and four, but I would say
more seriously since two thousand and eight, two thousand and nine, when I
(03:06):
was moving through my dark night ofthe soul. Everything kind of everything kind
of propelled me to face a lotof things. And that is truly how
you overcome what the theme today isby facing it. Remember, awareness is
the first step to change, andthat is some scars which are both thought
(03:27):
patterns and emotional patterns and behavioral patterns. But we really are going to focus
on the emotional and the patterns thatkeep self sabotaging us lifetime after lifetime.
Wait to you, here's some ofthe things that we carry, Like we
have a long luggage of things thatwe carry over our thousands of lifetime.
(03:47):
Sometimes when I say that, evenI'm mind boggled by how rich and complex
our lives have been and how richand complex we are. And then we
think about how rich and complex eachof us are then we also see the
grand scheme of each of our potential, each person's grand potential. And I
(04:10):
think a lot of people don't liveup to their full potential because of some
scars. So let's dive in first. Of course, I think it's best
to define some scars are emotional scarsor emotional wounds, but yes, mental
too, because it does move alongyour neuropathways of your brain and it gets
each etched in deep. So thepattern gets etched in deep and becomes so
(04:31):
familiar. And you know, weare creatures of habit, so we like
things that are familiar or known. So we not only do we move towards
that with our reactivity or our emotions, but we even attract it, which
is it's a whole thing that goesbeyond just our physical body, our thick
dens anchor to our subtle bodies. All of that plays in the some scars
(04:56):
that we have grain etched in deep, as our emotional scars. And as
humans, we are vulnerable to repeatingdeath, birth and death cycles over and
over again of these patterns. Whichis like, even no matter how many
years I researched this stuff and workwith the stuff in myself, I'm still
(05:17):
like, Wow, the vastness ofour beings is still like I'm still in
awe to be honest, causes usvulnerable and vulnerable and suffering undercurrent impressions imprints
called some scars that we absorb frompast lifetimes, and even dare I say,
(05:39):
like even the ones day, somescars that we absorb in early lifetime
are still repeating patterns from other lifetimes. So I can say it's from your
childhood trauma, but that still couldbe repeating the pattern from your past lifetimes.
So some scars our impressions formed fromprevious life experiences, traumas from this
(06:00):
and past life that over time, with repetition, we've groups neural pathways in
the brain. So yes, thisis our thought patterns. Because remember our
thoughts have a big impact on howwhat we create and what power our life
looks. So do our attentions. So through synopsis and brain frequencies, we
(06:24):
have an easier time going down thesame pathway perpetuating the same emotional scars.
The way of thinking our emotions thatwe gravitate to, like anger or not
belonging, childhood trauma, separation,or feeling a loneliness world is a huge
one like seats planted in a subconsciousmind, which is that's why I say
(06:47):
prectivations is so amazing, because weclear thousands of subconscious belief systems, limiting
belief systems that do not serve us. So you're in the right place,
I guess my then in a selfconscious mind. So our conscious awareness responds
(07:09):
to this internal or external stimuli.I think it's really important to also understand
it's not just the external stimili butit's also how we feel about ourselves.
So the internal stimuli that perpetuates howwe respond to the external world. Okay,
so it isn't just all those thingsthat we attract with are some scars,
(07:32):
so the pattern keeps deepening with repetition, usually through triggers, and some
scars color our perception of self andothers, creating an identity based on whatever
we experience. There's such great attachments, as I want to quote if you
(07:53):
quotes today from Beau Forbes. Ifyou guys know, I also teach a
bit of yoga, and she's aclinical psychologist and a very unique yoga therapists,
and I've actually trained with her alittle bit as well. We're born
with a karmic inheritance of mental andemotional patterns known as some scars through which
we cycle over and over again duringour lives. Some of the big ones
(08:18):
that we identify with are unworthiness, not being unlovable, not belonging, feeling
alone, and separate. So ittook me quite a bit to separate,
to release some deep some scars becauseI went through the foster care, so
my whole childhood was chaotic, andby the time I already was feeling abandonment
(08:39):
even before I got into foster care. But then with three homes later,
you know, I felt all thesethings. Mostly, I think the biggest
one is feeling alone in the world. I would be in a room full
of people, it wouldn't matter,I'd still feel like I was alone.
So these are huge, very verydeep some scars that I think a lot
(09:00):
of us scary, especially abandonment, even if you want a band, by
your parents, just even if youknow the anchor resentment towards God. Even
feeling abandoned by life or not feelingsupported, which in your body is actually
your spine metaphysically represents not feeling supportedby life or others. So we've all
had these traumas, and even thefamily that we're born into. So even
(09:22):
the family that I was born into. Oh huh, okay, no,
I'm going to wait to say thistill after I want to get ahead of
myself whether there's some other juicy stuffcoming. So we repeat patterns from the
emotions and thoughts that are familiar tous, because I remember, we love
familiarity. We're even conditioned to kindof be in the know, otherwise we
(09:46):
get really scared. And that's ofcourse, not feeling safe in the world
is a big one. When wethink over and over again, I'm not
good enough or not creative, orI'll never accomplish this, or I'll never
accomplish that. No one will loveme for me. So we hide parts
of ourselves, so we hide ourwhole self. Even eating habits is a
way of hiding ourselves. The emotionalscar deepened with all these behaviors, thoughts,
(10:13):
emotions, and yeah are like evensome addictions like binging, and all
these are also their actions. They'realso deepened some scars, or they perpetuate
some scar that makes them deeper. And then, of course Pema children,
if you guys don't know, Pemachildren is like Oh, I think if
(10:37):
you've never heard of her, thenthe book that you need to get is
When Things Fall Apart. But she'sgot lots of quotes and this is one
of them, and this is verytrue. Nothing ever goes away till it
has taught us what we need tolearn or know. So what you know,
like if you feel deep down inyour subconscious mind that you're alone or
(11:01):
that you're not lovable, it willkeep perpetuating it. So here's here's what
I want to say about my lifeand also the some scars. We have
so many emotional scars, like thousands, because we've had thousands of lifetimes that
we couldn't possibly carry all those somescars to learn from and face and to
(11:22):
heal in one lifetime. So ouron our soul level, our seventh chakra
that goes with us three every lifetimeon a soul level, we choose a
few of our some scars to healin this lifetime. And this is where
I wanted to say that even thefamily that you're born into is not a
coincidence. Some of the like itis something that you agree to to heal,
(11:48):
to move through, or even somethingthat you didn't agree to on a
conscious level, but something that youagreed to because of some fear in a
previous life hoop. That makes it'sa really really important point that very little
in our life is a coincidence.Very little. What I wanted to say
(12:11):
is also that addictions are also grows, like some scars substance or behavior,
but also we get addicted to ourwounds. Even being a victim is and
it can be an addiction, orbeing addicted to getting healings is an addiction.
(12:31):
Or being addicted to anger or feelingsorry for yourself. But these are
subconscious, So we're addicted to thingsthat we It just becomes part of our
way of life. It's what weknow. But it keeps us blocked,
It keeps us hiding, and itkeeps us in deep fear. So when
habits and patterns become so ingrained thatthey alter our body chemistry, I usually
(13:00):
stem from abandonment or not feeling worthyor not feeling lovable. Those are the
main ones. There's actually more.Even anxiety is a some scar, Depression
is a some scar. A lotof how a lot is actually some scarc
to be honest with you, buthere's the thing. For example, some
(13:20):
of some scars may not even seemas big. Like if you are scared
of public speaking and you don't evenknow why, but you're scared of public
speaking, it's probably because you werepunished or persecuted in one of your other
lifetimes and you got the fear ofpublic speaking, and that some scar has
carried over into this lifetime. I'lltalk about how to move through and heal
(13:45):
your emotional wounds shortly. So.Yeah, so today we're mainly dealing with
the emotional scars. The emotional somescars, many of them custom from our
past life, many of them veryfew some scars are just from this lifetime.
(14:07):
In fact, I don't I'm wayto say that none, but yeah,
but I wanted to also make surethat I don't forget to talk about
the great some scar of the world, the Great wound, it's called.
When I heard about this a whileback, I was like, oh my
god, So the great wound ofthe global of humanity is that moment thousands
(14:33):
of years ago that we thought wejust like like that spark, where we
thought that we were separate. TheGreat wound is actually duality. That moment
we start to think that you aredifferent from me, that you are separate
from me, either by your skinor where you come from, or what
you believe in, or who youchoose to love. That is actually the
(14:56):
great wound. If it wasn't forthe great some scar, there'd be no
abuse, There'll be no violence, there be no wars. It's pretty big.
Wow. I no, I didn'thear how this great wound got into
inception. There would be no greed, there'd be no competition. But that
(15:20):
is a great, big some scar. And oftentimes are some scars are from
trauma from others that are also repeating. There's some scars, you know.
It's it's like it's like a repetitiveIt's a snowball that keeps getting bigger and
bigger lifetime after lifetime. Maybe notbigger, but it keeps showing up lifetime
(15:41):
after lifetime. But the Great Woundis spirit so deeply into our awareness,
and it's the main some scar ofduality that you are separate than me,
that I'm better than you, orthat you are better than me. Cast
systems. Cast systems are like, that is some scar. That is a
huge scar. That's the great woundsubscar. Besides, I'm not even talking
(16:03):
about the one that's just like youknow, that's well known in India wherever
he knows their place, but evenin everywhere, people kind of know their
place without talking about it. Likeyou know, depending what family you were
born into, what your conditioned todo, you may never try for more
because you know that that's you knowyour family didn't and that you don't think
it's available for you. So thisis it's that's the big subscar, that's
(16:30):
a great, great wound. Andthen you know, I know Tamra says
there'll be peace in this lifetime.I don't know if. I don't know
if we'll ever overcome this some scar, and I don't think that we will
because when you have, when youhave such a grand scale of anger and
hate, I don't know how youtackle that. You know, it's one
(16:55):
thing with one person and tackling theirs. And then when you have you know,
there's like over over a billion peoplein the world. So how do
we Well, I'll tell you how. You just deal with you manage you,
you manage your wounds, You manageyour some scars, and I promise
(17:15):
you that's plenty. I promise you. I shouldn't promise, Okay, So
how do we tackle our own somescars. Yeah, it's going to get
a little uncomfortable as you move throughit, if you choose to, it's
a choice. Awareness is the firststep to change. One of the first
quotes that I really fell in lovewith back and back in the time.
(17:40):
Awareness of negative behavior patterns, stoppingbreaking some scars, patterns of what you
attract as well, and patterns ofwhat you perpetuate, both within yourself and
also outside yourself. It's not justabout how we feel about ourselves, but
you will track that and then youcan keep like self sabotaging relationships, not
(18:03):
be able to hold a job.All these are some scars that patterns that
are somehow they may not even knowwhy they keep losing their job and why
they keep attracting these unhealthy sabotaging abusiverelationships. They may not even know because
on their deep subconscious So awareness isthe first step to change. I'm going
(18:23):
to quote BeO Forbes again, it'sBobo and then Forbes f or R b
E s. So shifting some scarsis the ongoing work of chipping way at
our negative patterns to eliminate the purityof the soul. So if you've been
with me before my other talks, especially a good vibration one. You should
(18:47):
listen to that if you're interested. The seventh. The seventh subtle body is
where our soul is, and oursoul goes with us through every lifetime,
moves with us through every lifetime.Like alchemists and our own transformation. We
constantly refine and direct our some scarsinto healthier designs. Well with intention,
(19:08):
of course, because it's pretty hard. If you don't. It takes work.
There's no way you can tackle somescars without effort and without discomfort.
You just can't ability to shift ourpatterns once we've seen that, once we've
soln the seeds is self generating, self sustaining, and self renewing. When
(19:30):
we're patient enough to facilitate some scarsorganic process to honor its inner sound and
slow rhythm, change simply flow. And it's a joy to taste the reward
of all this hard work in itsnatural form, the sweetness that arises from
seeing long labor and preparation come tofruition. I gotta tell you it's not
(19:56):
easy, but man, I wouldn'tview where I am now, I would
not be where I am now.Well, especially what I was happened to
be in twenty five, probably wouldn'teven be here, so beyond just being
here on O times. Yeah, okay, So the first step, I'm
(20:18):
actually gon do two things for youguys. I'm also going to do a
bit of a yoga system of tacklingsome scars. But first I'll do the
kind of like the simplified tackling ofsome scars, and we've got time.
Yeah, First is seeing and recognizingthe pattern. Example, fear of speaking
because persecuted in another life, sopublic speaking. So many don't we know
(20:41):
why they have this fear or thispattern, but they repeat it anyway,
fear of public speaking. When awareof these emotional patterns, we can understand
how they affect us and how thepower to feed them, and how we
can begin to shift them. Sofirst is that awareness. Okay, WHOA
(21:02):
I keep having this pattern? Andthis pattern stem from betrayal, fear of
worthiness, punishment, abandonment, notfeeling safe in this lifetime or in past
lifetimes. So now we're aware,Now what do we do? Choice?
(21:27):
Choice so super super scary to moveout of your comfort zone. I know
I've been there, and it's like, WHOA you just feel I don't know,
it's it's moving out of your comfortzone just enough to feel safe.
Fearlessness is needed. You need tokind of get to this point. It's
like, all right, already,I'm you know, I see that this
(21:48):
is happening. I don't want thisanymore. I don't want this in my
life. I don't want this inme. So facing the unknown and the
unknown is letting go of that identityof being a victim or feeling abandoned or
feeling alone. It is an identityby the way, as well, and
we identify it to it and weattached to it just to be attached to
(22:10):
being a victim. Oh oh mygosh, guys, I don't know how
many activations I carn, but there'sso many. So I have to be
careful not to knock you guys out. If it's nighttime for you guys,
it's okay because then you can sleep, go straight to sleep. So how
do you know you've activated a somescar while you feel strong emotional, mental
(22:30):
and physical reaction reactivity, not justnot just being volatile. You don't have
to be volatile to know there's somescar. It doesn't need to be so
extreme to realize that it's some scar. It's difficult to let go of those
strong emotional, mental, and physicalreactions. So we feel stuck in this
(22:53):
repetitive loop like unhealthy relationships, arenot feeling worthy or thinking that no one's
gonna love you as you are,and it may even feel impossible to shift
your mental focus away from the overwhelmingthoughts and feelings. So this requires great
(23:14):
courage and I like the word fearlessness. You could be you could fear it,
could be scared, and do itanyway to a degree that you that
you still feel safe in the world. That's really really important that the nervous
system goes with you on any healingjourney. If you don't even think about
the nervous system, it's it's goingto be a very long journey. So
(23:37):
let's make sure that you're tending tofeeling safe in your body. So if
you feel trapped in the cycle ofself destruction and self destitute, are helpless
to break out of it. Sothen the next step is when you notice
sabotaging the behavior or motion, well, then you start to replace it with
(24:03):
wholesome responses. This is the partthat I'm comfortable because it's almost like you're
shifting to a new way, anew you in a way, so shifting
to thoughts of loving and kindness. And the big way to do that is
setting affirmations. May I be enough, I am lovable? Or write things
(24:30):
that write things that are positive andalso write things that are negative and then
burn the negative. And actually thatreminds me. I used to be a
school teacher, and I did thisbefore I was even a Hillo. It's
so funny. I was teaching gradethree and we made a list of little
papers all the things that they cando, and then all the things that
they can do those little papers, and then we went to the back of
(24:51):
the school where there was soft soil, and we buried all the I can't
there you go. So that's likethose different ways to burn and clear all
the things. But you have tobring into your awareness and then you have
to start to say those intentions andthose mantras, and those mantras whether it's
I am lovable, are gonna therepetition of that till it starts to feed
(25:15):
and fill your souls. By theway, you will still notice your some
scars. I still am aware ofthings like sometimes when I'm in a busy
gym. I get it. Istart to have my tendency of like anyway,
and then I just take a fewbruths and I noticed that this is
not this is not this is mypattern, this is my some scar,
(25:37):
it's not me, and I puther aside and I'm going in so whatever,
this is just a little example. That was the behavior. Uh well,
no, that's so emotional some scar. I don't really like faces with
a lot of people. All Right, here's the Yogi version, and they'll
have to be quick. The Yogiversion of moving through some scars. I'm
not going to say the sanscrit names. I'm just going to say the explanation.
(26:02):
So first, what sensation that youexperience, What are you feeling,
what thoughts? Just kind of bringthat to your awareness. Then recognize that
that is a negative some scar awareness. Then recognize that that is you're some
scar up. Then fearlessness, likeI said, to face the unknown when
(26:22):
ending a familiar pattern, there's anin between space. It's really kind of
yucky and uncomfortable. You got tolike breathe through it and just know that
you are strong enough and courageous enough. Then you said positive intentions. They're
called some culpas. That is actuallyan important word. Intentions are huge,
just like the mantras, similar intentionsof what you do want your new vision.
(26:47):
You're positive some scar for example ontraditional love, then practice put it
into practice, kind of like whatI did, You know what I get
to I see my patterns show andI breathe and I notice, and then
I put that into practice and I'mable to show up without that some scar
self sabotageing me, So the patternmay not leave. It's a constant practice.
(27:12):
So when you notice an old pattern, unworthiness or feeling alone, you
repeat that mantra that you created, that that intention that you created the time
before. It is possible to shiftand lead a healthy life. More importantly
than leading a healthy life feeling goodand lovable about yourself and then also knowing
(27:33):
that you're worthy of it all.Wow. On that note, we're going
to take a look break and thenwith sacred activations, we're going to help
clear some of those self sabotaging somescars. See you in two minutes Home
(27:53):

and you could be me just onehour, if we could find a way
(30:14):
to get inside each other's mine.Walcome, mile in my shoes. Welcome
in my shoes. Well before youabuse, great aside accused, walcome ole
and my shoes. You know,it's good to get the information first.
(30:38):
And now we're going to breathe andreceive and almost that all this information that
I just gave is giving the healingcontext, not even even beyond your conscious
mind, even whatever showed up inyour body as I was as I was
explaining, So it's actually good. It's almost like it's ripening for the healing,
for the clearing. So this isactually it's a great combo. So
(31:02):
go ahead and sider laid down andwith every exhalation, bring yourself deeper into
your body. Start to really feelthe breath, move in your belly,
(31:23):
in your lower dantienne or just belowyour third chakra, and then go ahead
and make your way down to theheart of Mother Earth. Don't worry if
you don't see it. That intentionis enough. And from that place of
(31:48):
the holding of the loving Mother Earth, the feminine, give yourself full permission
to receive. Open up to receiveand know that you are worthy. Know
that you are worthy, maybe evenputting your hand on your heart as you
(32:10):
do that, and you may wantto do that throughout any time where you
hear an activation that you know isgoing to be a hard one for you.
Any time you put your hand onyour heart, it softens, it
lets the guard down and allows youto receive, knowing that you're safe.
We're going to start with running innerchild with connection except to receive. And
(32:37):
why I'm starting with this this is, by the way, also the fragments
of your inner child that were leftin other lifetimes and yes, possibly this
lifetime as well. But it couldyou know, when we're kids, well
(32:59):
maybe especially for kids, but notlimited to being kids. Even a little
bit of fear could have part ofour soul, a fragment of us be
too scared like we like let itgo, so we miss fragments of our
being. We lose excuse fragments.Fuller opposites, of course, allow us
(33:59):
for the new pathways of unconditional loveto replace the negative pathways in the brain.
By focusing on the programs that areconstantly running unconsciously, you're some scar,
you're ingrained scars. Let's shift thenearrow pathway addictionary direction. It can
(35:08):
be, of course, any kindof substance abuse, even food addiction.
But I also want you to considereven an addiction to playing small or being
the victim, things that maybe youdon't think about. That just kind of
(35:28):
yeah. So when you accept thisactivation, let it be for any way
that you are not showing self careand self love for you on a repetitive
in a repetitive way in your life. Running us addictionary directions in graduation,
(36:00):
any kind of emotions that cause suffering, and help to heal our perception of
experience that caused those emotions. Thishelp you release anything you may be using
as a substitute for love and nurturing. I'm going to stack the next two,
(37:08):
which means I'll be quiet for alittle longer as I run them both
one after the other, and oneis called karmaic loop patterns that you're repeating
karmically and karmically means from past lives. And then the second one is karmaic
trauma release, So releasing any traumasof past lives and it'll probably take them,
(37:34):
will release thousands, but it willrelease the ones that are most relevant
right now for you to release onan individual level, except to receive this
is a big eie. So reallyjust set that intention charmical loop starting with
karmically hamster wheel. Let's get youoff the hamster wheel of repeating anything could
(39:34):
you know? Can? It canbe something me feel small, but it's
still impacting you from truly feeling thatinner inner balance hamster wheel. Oftentimes it's
(40:00):
it's the familiarity, it's all we'veever known. And then it's the fear,
what what what will life look likeafter? What will I look like
after? What will the people aroundme? Will they abandon me when I
when I shift and I change?Actually, you will lose people as you
evolve. Absolutely, it's a lotof grief and healing, but it's all
(40:24):
worth it to reclaim your sovereignty andyour wholeness. I'm gonna stack the next
(41:08):
two yesterday's news, letting go ofthe old narratives because as you go on
this healing journey, those narratives arenot going to serve you. So the
old story we're living in that story, it's not going to serve you.
And self sabotage release similar because aslong as we hold on to that narrative,
(41:31):
it's going to keep we're living inour lives and sabotaging. So except
to receipt, I'm going to stackthe next two as well. Nervous system
(43:37):
upgrade. Remember you want a nervoussystem to go with you on your healing
path, and then fight or flightrelease. There's actually even fight flight,
and there's even fond fond like wherewe hide and we kind of play the
victim, and then there's freeze wherewe kind of stop in our tracks.
(44:00):
So we generally have these four patterns. You don't need to know which one,
or maybe you do know, some perhaps what I'm gonna do.
It's gonna run the nervous system upgrade. I won't you know, I'm gonna
write a fight flight faon or freezerelease and you just have to let it
(44:21):
flow. If the energy is intelligent, comes from source. It will know
what to release for you. Therewe go really allow yourself to receive this.
It's a huge attachment to one ofthese ways of responding to life.
A fight flight, paon or freeze, nervous system upgrade first fight and flop,
(45:27):
fight flight, bond or phrase releasesacred activation. And if you know
which one you are, then juststay in your mind release, release the
fight, or at least the priezmuspek the next two as well. It
(46:58):
just happened this way. It wasn'tclient the duality release you're separate in me,
which all of that is an illusion. So I'm gonna stack with that
is the reptilian brain. Release, and the repertilian brain is what keeps us
in the stories. It keeps usin fear, keeps us in the illusions
of the third dimension. They're justa really great pair to go together.
(47:22):
Except to receive these two may justreally breathe expensively m m hm hm.
(49:12):
Yeah, I belong. It's acrectivation m hm hm. So they're telling
me to run a universal child, universal chard. We all okay, I'm
(49:40):
talking with that universal child mm hmhm hm S S S S S S
(50:30):
s S S S S S Y. So both the next two have to
(51:24):
deal with love beyond just us asindividuals. So flower of Life, which
I love, it connects our energeticherd to the heart of the part of
the fifth dimension, but also goingaround unconditional love reconnection. So right now,
(51:45):
all around the globe there is likethe uncasional love grid system around the
planet. The love is like apee and the fear is like a watermelon.
So we're gonna switch down, andthis is where you healing you as
and individuals also helping heal the world. Really, so I'm going to run
(52:13):
Flower of Life and unconditional love reconnectionboth for you. Well it is you
and humanity really, so your vibrationwill resonate with uncon unconditional love. Oh
(52:37):
really allow yourself to receive this, and you put your hand on your heart
and know that when you heal yourself, you're not just healing you, and
it's not even just your ancestors. It goes beyond even that. We often
underestimate our own power in the impactwe can have because we think I'm just
(53:00):
one. Well imagine if everybody thoughtthey were just one and didn't do anything.
(54:45):
Broad Speed but all these activations runwith ease and grace, with the
speed that is in your each inanybody that's watching this episode, in each
individual highest good ease and grace andphoenix rising or the rise of the phoenix
(55:23):
rising from the ashes, full oflove, worthiness and feeling safe in this
great, big world. The thingis that when we rise back up,
(55:43):
we are more colorful or brighter, because not only do we rise back up
and we heal, but we're alsowiser, more courageous having gone through that,
and that reflects in all parts ofour life. This will continue to
(56:20):
run for the next couple of hours, and the integration for some of these,
especially the karmic ones, can takeseveral months. But make your way
down to the heart of Mother Earth. The Mother holds you in grounding,
healing and integrating energies and mean onthe next in hell. Just let the
(57:17):
breath travel and stop at your heartcenter and think if your breath's expanding,
your breath in your chest cavity, and if you want you to put your
your hands on your heart are goingto close off with a amantra if it
resonates, say it out loud. It's always it's always different. Vibrations spoken
(57:43):
aboud, I am back into mybody. I am worthy, I belong
and I am lovable. I amback into my body. I am worthy,
I belong and I am lovable.I am back into my body.
(58:07):
I am worthy, I belong andI am lovable. And you are lovable.
Start to little your fingers and yourtoes a little stretchy stretch if you
(58:30):
can, if you're not too latefor you where you are, and you
take a little walk outside. Justreally feel your feet on the earth and
the sun above you father's father skyand mother Earth, and know that you're
always hell, both above and belowand all around as always. It's an
honor. Thank you Tomra for allowingme this honor and privilege to hold space.
(58:52):
But whoever comes across this episode muchlove, bye for now. Thank you at
