She I couldn't even think, andshe told me what to take and

oxalate dumping. I've stopped eating fruitsand vegetables about ninety nine point nine percent,
and nuts and also grains, andso she's helping me through the oxalate
dumping too, because holy cow,oxalates, I mean, oh my god.

guys. So we're going to talkabout oxalates. We're going to talk about
oxalate dumping, we're going to talkabout her book, and we're going to

I've got a golf cart and stillelectric golf cart, and our roads are
sand here. You know, wedo have a main highway up a couple
of blocks. But I cruised fora couple of miles down on the sand
on my golf cart this morning,and I heard run an activation for oscolate

So we'll do that today for thefirst time. Oh god, I'm

talks, timor we always do,I know, and I've been saying,
we've got to record this, wegot to share this with people. So
that's what we're doing exactly. Thanks, so thank you, that's what we're
doing. Yeah. Do you wantto talk about your story with COVID and
how you got to the point whereyou needed to great? No, No,

(04:33):
I'm so over COVID. I'm nowgoing through the oxalate thing my new
program I'm working through. What doyou want to talk about that story?
How you got to giving up fruitand Fiji. I don't really want to
go deep into that, but Iwant to talk about the process of doing

(04:55):
it. You know. I gotdermatitis, yes, and so I will
go through the story a little bit. I got dermatitis. I got a
biopsy to find out what it was. What was it? You know?
And they told me I did bloodtests. I also did blood tests for
allergies and had allergy tests. AndI really believe the oxalate dumping is causing

(05:26):
the dermatitis, although I had itbefore. I went carnivore and I cut
out the fruits and vegetables because Ifound out how bad they are for you
and as spiritual beans and people weretold to eat your five veggies a day,
to eat your nuts in your seeds, that they're really really healthy for
you, and your spinach. Youknow. I live at the beach,

so I burned through a lot ofpotassium, you know. So I was
eating two to four cups of spinachevery day to get my potassium. And
then to come to find out youcan't even absorb it really through there.
We don't have not set up todigest it, right, so we really
don't even get the potassium that's inthere for us. And I was trying

(06:06):
to do it the healthy food way, and then I was eating tons of
nuts, and I was drinking almondmilk, you know, and oh my
god, almonds is one of thehighest things in oxalates. Yeah, so
I was doing in tea. Tea'sreally high in oxalates too, and chocolate,

(06:28):
and really that was my diet.Sometimes I would just have chocolate for
dinner and nuts, and then I'dhave a spinach omelet for breakfast. But
seriously, sometimes dinner was nuts andchocolate, and I didn't eat anything else,
so I figured, I'm getting myhealthy whatever from all the nuts and

(06:50):
then chocolate. I was just addicted. What can I say. I mean,
seriously, I love my and I'mdoing really really good not eating and
I've had a couple of pieces overthe last six months, but I'm totally
oxalate dumping heavy. Now, ifyou are going to do this, make

(07:12):
sure you do research and take theright vitamins and work with a natural path
to guide you through it. Youknow, make sure you know what you're
doing, and don't do it reallyfast. I've been doing it really fast,
you know. I haven't had oxalatesin days. Yeah, and so
I try to drink a cup oftea, but they just started really coming

(07:33):
out of me. I mean,I told you, I have like a
piece of glass up here, andmost of it's out already, but I
noticed it a couple of days ago, I scratching it. It's like I
had a piece of glass and it'slike, you got to be kidding me.
Yeah, yeah, it's just anoxalate. So oxalate crystals that are

(07:54):
in plants, so they're a lotof crystals, and they can actually cut
to so they can cut selves,so they're hard. And when they're in
our body, our body does sortof doesn't know what to do with them,
so our body becomes inflamed by them. So we find oxalates and all

(08:18):
sorts of foods, including spinach.And I know when you came to me
and you were showing me your skin, and I said, what newther you
eating? You know, I waseating all the healthy stuff. I knew
the chocolate wasn't good for me toeat a lot of, but I thought
chocolate was good for me, youknow what I mean. So, yeah,

(08:41):
these are all the things I didto term as a natural path and
nutritionist. I was eating this waytoo, because this is how I was
taught. I was taught to eatlots of nats, and I was taught
to eat lots of spinach and lotsof dark greens. We got taught that
all these things are really good forus, and I got sicker and sicker

(09:03):
and sicker. And I was mostlyplant based for about seven years. I
didn't have dairy. I lived onsoy milk and and milk, and I
just got sicker and sicker and moremore and more tummy pain. And interestingly,
I was working with clients who werechronically ill, so little kids that

(09:26):
were chronically ill, you know,they had tubes in their stomachs and all
sorts of things, and I wasconstantly saying to the parents, please give
them more protein. Please don't givethem as much, you know, vegetables
and fiber because they're not processing.It didn't make any I was saying it,

(09:50):
but it didn't make any sense.But yeah, but not for you.
It was this is for your patience. And as healers, we do
that. We don't we see itin other people, and we don't see
it in ourselves. Not all thetime, of course we do, but
there's sometimes we just don't see itfor a while. So go ahead.
So about three years ago, Iwas actually ironing some clothes and I had

(10:16):
the TV on in the background,and I was actually listening to one of
your YouTube videos. And you knowhow the YouTube video finishes and it just
goes on with something else, andthat's what happened, you know. So
there was a new YouTube video andit was a man talking and I wasn't
really paying attention. Had the backto the TV, and I heard this

(10:37):
man say plans don't really want tobe eaten, and just like a light
came on in my head and Iturned around and thought, who is this
man? And it was doctor Kinberry. So if people want to look him
up, he's on YouTube. Andhe started talking about all all the things

(11:00):
that I had learned in nutrition about, you know, food sensitivities, and
so many food sensitivities are caused byplants because plants can't get up and run
away, right, they can't getup and run away, so they have
toxins in them so that they don'tget eaten by the birds or the animals.

(11:26):
And we're eating these guys listen toher right now. Yeah, but
we're eating all these plants with thetoxins. And here I am doing diets
for people that are gluten free andseciliate free and oxalate free, so all
that these plants that never I didn'tadd it up in my head. I

(11:52):
didn't think should be really be eatingplants at all. Yeah, And then
when this doctor Berry was talking aboutoxalates and all the damage they've done and
how toxic they are, I startedto really think about what I was eating

(12:13):
and this even brand new research aboutfiber not being good for you. Yeah,
all this information that I'd been taught, and I'll work a lot with
kids with constipation, and in thelast two years, I keep saying to
them, don't give them fiber.And as soon as they stopped having fiber,

(12:35):
the constipation goes away. So Iknow we're talking about supposed to be
talking about oxalates, but it's sortof all connected. But wait a minute,
their constipation will go away when theytook fiber. But fiber is not
really good for you. When theystopped fiber, When they stopped the fiber,
Yeah, stop the fiber because wecan't process fiber. We don't absorb

any of the fiber. And Iwould eat the garlic, the broccoli stocks
because that has a lot of fiberin it. Yeah, got a lot
of chox. Yeah. But youknow what, I'm not constipated at all
anymore. No, my gut isworking so much better. Yeah, so

have I had chronic constipation. Soone of the things we haven't talked about
is that I have a disability.I have cerebral palsy and one of the
problems, sorry, I have anoisy cash. I didn't hear him.
One of the very common things withcereble palsy is that we get chronic constipation

(13:52):
because the muscles aren't working very well. That when I stopped fireber, I'm
all issues, fantastic. So youknow, the wrong things all the time.
Yeah. Yeah, Now, I'mnot suggesting that anyone changed their diet

(14:15):
without talking to their practitioners, youknow. And I have done without checking
with someone first and making sure thatit's right for you. Well, I
told them, you know, Isaid, this is what I'm eating.
Yeah, you know, I eatingeggs, butter, and meat. Yeah,

(14:37):
maybe need too, a little cheesehere and there. I still have
coffee. I've just switched to decaf. I've switched that over. But I
put heavy cream in my coffee,high fat heavy cream. I don't use
milk anymore. Yep. So we'vegot to remember that every cell in our
body has fat in it, thatevery cell has got fat and protein,

(15:01):
and our brains are bathed in fat. Yeah. What is it like,
seventy five percent fat or something inour brains more than that? Really high?
It's really high. Yeah, Andit's not fat, it's cholesterol.
So our brain is covered in cholesteroland cholesterol, and then they tell you

(15:22):
to go on a low cholesterol diet. I know, I know, I
know, I know. Our brainis in a in cholesterol right, and
cholesterol is so important that our brainmakes its own cholesterol. And we talked,

(15:46):
why would the brain make something thatwas bad for us? I am
blown away right now. Wow,I didn't know that. And you're always
being taught to lower your cholesterol,to take things to get your cholesterol level.
You don't want to do that.No. In twenty fifteen, the

(16:08):
Australia, the American dietaries. Ican't remember the name of the big organization.
They've taken away the cholesterol limits justquietly, so cholesterol is not a
problem anymore. Twenty fifteen. I'llsee if I can find a link for

(16:30):
you. Yeah, that would benice. We can put that in the
show notes so people can read that. Yeh, wow, every tell of
our body has got cholesterol. Ourhormones need cholesterol. We need cholesterol to
make our homemones. So our bodydoesn't run with that cholesterol. Body can

run without oxalates, obviously, butwe can't run with that cholesterol. I
am feeling so much better. Ifeel better and better every day. I
mean, yeah, I'm going througha dumping thing again. I'm pulling out
all these crystals, but I feelbetter every day. And before we started
recording, you said that someone posteda video of me from four years ago,

and I look so much better now. You look younger, you look
ridiant. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I keep hearing I
look younger and I feel better.How do I feel better? Yep?

Oh? Look? Can you canyou give hell? Old? I it?
Oh, I'm not doing that.I'm fifty one, you're fifty nine.
I was gonna say you're fifty one, yeah, because I was trying
to remember what you told me,because I remember your birthday fifty one,

(17:59):
because I knew you're right around fifty. Yeah, yeah, you am.
I don't think I looked fifty.I don't think I even look forty.
No, I don't think I lookedsixty two. You don't thank you anyways,
you guys. Okay, So continue, Amanda, Okay, So do

we want to talk about the oxalatesand the crystals. Let's talk about spinach.
Now. Everyone thinks spinach is highlynutritious, which it is if you
looked at it, looked at thelab for spinach, and if you looked
at what nutrients was in spinach oris in spinach, you would see that

(18:47):
spinach is highly nutritious. However,to go through our gut, to go
through our digestive system, our digestivessystem has to work much harder in order
to access those nutrients, and withinthose nutrients, within what makes up the

(19:15):
spinach, what makes it stand up. It's oxalates. It's the oxalate crystals,
which our body doesn't know how toprocess, so the body just stores
oxalates in ourselves anywhere they can putit. And the oxalates are like crystals,
you know, like those tiny littleglass crystals or you know what we

(19:41):
feel like? Do you feel likeglass or sand? Yep so, or
your tissues wherever it can get to. So not only not only are we
not you know, they reckon weEven a healthy person with a healthy gap
that is not inflamed, it isonly going to get a very small percentage

(20:06):
of the nutrients in a plant.So you're not going to get fifty percent
of the nutrients. You're not evengoing to get. Its listened to get
this amount, but your body can'tactually really absorb that amount. So you're
not getting that. No, RememberI told you how much broccoli you needed
to eat that are working kilos,So I said you need to eat four

(20:30):
kilo. It's a broccoli to getthe nutrients from the broccoli. I don't
know what that is in you know, like like seven pounds. Yeah,
seven pounds a day to get thenutrients, to even go close to get
getting the nutrients or no, it'sit's more than pounds. So yeah,

(20:52):
it's like eat something like eight pointfour or something like that pounds. Yeah,
it's a lot. Yeah, that'scrazy. That's you're beating it all
day. Now, if you're eatingyou couldn't even eat that in a day.
Do you mean you'd be eaten itall day? How could you sit
out and eat eight pounds of broccoli? Man? Now, imagine if your

(21:15):
gut is inflamed, if you've eatensomething that you know, if you've eaten,
for example, nuts, nuts havegot this coat coating on them,
and they've got this coating on themto get through well basically it's to stop
the birds from digesting them. Soit's toxic. It's a coating that's toxic.

(21:42):
So if we're eating nuts, ourguts are getting inflamed. And when
we have an inflamed gut, wecan't absorb any nutrients. You know,
these poor people with gut problems,with like abe ib or crimes, they're
not getting any nutrients. And herethey are trying to a healthy you know,

(22:07):
do what we've been taught to do, but they're not getting eat.
That's what I was doing. That'swhat I was doing. I was eating
what I thought was healthy for me. So I was eating all of that
spinach. I was eating broccoli,you know. I was eating a lot
of salads and fruits and berries.Well, berries are still supposed to be

(22:29):
good for you. They're the lowestoxalates. But you know, it's really
funny. I hadn't had berries ina while, and I went to Costco
and I bought a pack of berries. They carry organic blueberries. And I
got home and the next day myhusband always watches them for me and stuff
and puts them in the refrigerator forme, and so I went in there

(22:49):
and I just grabbed a handful ofthem. I was hungry. I was
going to eat some blueberries. Iate. I finished what I had in
my hand, but I didn't eatany more. And I gave and why
the next day. Yeah, there'syour taste. And that was something I
loved and I didn't even want it. I didn't even like it. Yeah.

(23:10):
So yeah, so what's happening withme is like, I'm not I'm
not opposed to chicken, but I'mnot really even eating chicken anymore. I'm
not interested in the chicken. Yeah, I'm not. You know. I
like the beef, and I likesome lambon, I like some salmon,

(23:32):
you know, and and I'm goodwith that. So what what's happening is
for years and eats and years,you and I have been eating this what
we thought was a great diet.But what was happening was our body was
in survival mode because our bodies weren'tgetting the right amount of nutrients. So

(23:56):
all of a sudden we started tochange our diet. We started to eat
more food that was easily absorbable,so meat, red meat, and eggs
and dairy is more easily absorbable.So our body was you know, I
would only have meat maybe two threetimes a year camera because I thought that

(24:18):
I was doing the wrong thing.I was a vegetarian for a couple of
years. But yeah, yeah,so that's what I did for about seven
years. And so suddenly we're eatingmore meat and our bodies are getting flooded
with good nutrition. So our bodiesto start like these biochemical changes. Our

(24:47):
bodies have been in lazy mode oryou know, in survival mode for so
long. Suddenly they have to work. You know that all the organs have
to start working differently because we're givingthem the right food. Yeah, that's
when you started to dump ox likes. So but even before that tamor your

(25:10):
your skin was looking dry and readbefore you started dumping, so you know,
we knew that you were if yourskin. My skin has cleared up
so much. I had a coupleof spots and stuff, and they're it's
all like going away. I hadsome dark spots, this thing I've had
for years, and it's like athird of what it was, Yeah,

(25:33):
a third of what it was.It's not quite gone yet, but it's
going away. And like here,I had some pretty big spots and they're
like gone. Yeah, my faceis totally clearing up. It's so amazing.
We're going to go ahead and takea quick break because I want to
close my curtains because it's a littlebright on me. I feel like it's

just kind of washing me out,So we need to take a break,

with the cholesterol inf I thought inyou, I did not know. I
did not know. I was totallyblown away. And it makes sense,

you know. And it just likethe oxalates, you know, like they
tell you not to eat beef,that it's bad. No, that's exactly
what you're supposed to be eating.Do some research, do some research.
There's some really really great videos outthere. There's some really great people out
there interviewing great people, like yousaid. Ken Berry is amazing. I

absolutely love him. And then there'sthis doctor. She talks about she was
a nutritionalist and she kept getting sickerand sicker where she couldn't even walk.
Yeah, and she's teaching everybody toeat vegetables, and then she he stopped
eating vegetables. She walks, shelooks fantastic. She's carnivore. Now,
yep, so does doctor Georgia eightHey a Georgia eight a d. And

she's a psychiatrist, and she iseating diet to heal people's middle illness.
Yeah yeah, I'm hearing osilates withthe mental illness. Yeah yeah, this
guy Homestead. His channel is Homestead. He talks about how he was on

all these depression pills and everything else, and when he changed his diet and
he went carnivore, all everything wentaway. Everything went away. Yeah,
Yeah, And me, I keepgetting healthier and healthier every day. I
feel better. And I kept tryingto feel better by eating more spinach.

I'd buy a big box at Costcoorganic spinach and I would eat that bit
barks every week. And I wasbuying tons of nuts. I was eating
almonds and cashews and all kinds ofstuff trying to you know what I mean.
Well, for me, it's likewhat's going on? For me?

I was doing all those same thingstoo. And with cerebral palsy, they
talk about losing function for our body. Our bodies age quicker, that's what
they talk about. So our jointsstopped working at And for me, I
was losing my balance and I waslosing my independence and I was not able

(31:41):
to walk around without help. SoI had a walker. I have someone
with me when I'm out in public. And I started eating differently, not
all the stuff I've been talking talkto, but you know, eggs and
beef and bacon, and but andsuddenly I've got my independence back. I

(32:04):
haven't got any joint pain. Mybalance is getting better. How on earth
does your balance get better when youeat properly? That's because the information's not
happening in our brains anymore. AndI'm eating enough fat that they our brain.
My brain is actually functioning properly.So we need to eat fat so

(32:24):
the brain to actually send good messagesbetween you know, our muscles in our
brain. You know, when Iheard that I've been eating, I ate
a lot of butter. I mean, when I make my eggs in the
morning, you know, I'll dolike a cheese omelet with two eggs.
I'll put like a tablespoon and ahalf a butter in the pan and I'll

(32:50):
let it soak into the eggs becausethey tell you a lot or even put
it in your coffee. So Istarted put it in my coffee. Now
I'm doing have you, So I'mnot putting butter in anymore because I don't
need it. But when I wasdoing milk still before I found it because
again I live in Mexico. ButI found heavy cream and it's like eck
yah, So no more milk inmy coffee. I love my coffee.

(33:14):
I'm not giving that up. AlthoughI've gone decalf for now, I'm having
a little bit of caffeine, butI'm feeling better actually on decap but i
still want my cup of coffee cupand a half two cups a day,
you know. So now it's decafbut with heavy cream. So I've stopped
the butter, but my body's like, yes, you know, give me

(33:36):
that. Yes, we are supposedto eat fat and protein, you know.
Yeah, And they told us forhow long that is bad for us?
Fat makes us fat? It's nottrue. Sugar makes us fat,
yeah, and high in cholesterol.Yeah, Sugar turns out, turns out,

(33:59):
you know, it turns into fatin the body. Sugar, it's

YouTube, there's one doctor that eighttwelve sticks a bucket butter a day for
a week, and he lost weightbecause when our body, when our bodies
are getting enough fat, we don'tthe body doesn't need to hold on to

yeah, yeah, you don't feelas hungry if you're eating what you don't
you don't feel hungry at all.No, so I haven't. I also
have a lot of butter and Ialso have heavy cream. But where I

am in Tasmania, our food isyou know, really really good. You
know, it's only very small.We only have a small population, so
the food is really good quality,so nice. So you're getting off from
all life farmers right where you live. Yeah, oh fantastic. Yeah.
Yeah, the meat is amazing.Yeah yeah. And in Mexico here too,

Yeah. I love the food inMexico. Yeah. Yeah, Look,
I don't agree with the way theydo agriculture these days. I think
we need to go back to smallerfarms. I don't agree with these great
big you know, we can't keepcows on big lots, that's just concrete.

Big. They're not meant to dothat. They're meant to be on
graps. They need to beat.Yeah. So yeah, we could talk.
I mean, we could go offa thousand different ways with this stuff.

you've been going through and how you'vebeen healing. I mean, it's really
really amazing. The cholesterol thing tollynew to me. You know research,
you're going to do the right thingin decent research, not right now.

but we don't always see what's goingon with ourselves. I contacted Amanda
actually when I came back from Glastonburyand told her I was going carnivore and
she's and we started talking about itand she's like, oh, me too.

coins coming out of her hands.And I go into meditation and she kept
coming to me and said, runan activation. So she gave me this
activation called lash Me Infusion, Ithink she called it. And she was

quite forceful. You know how theysort of get up in your face and
they say you need to do this. Look at oh no, not me,
not men. Go to termra thatthe activation was for you. That's
funny. Yeah, I ran thisactivation. And she's known for bringing money

in but she's also known for bringingpossibilities and opportunities in, so you know,
it's about creating opportunities for money tocome in. You have to take
the action. So I'd been doingthis, and I have been working on

a couple of books. So I'dbeen writing a book about money because Lord
Mentatrona told me to. And thenhe said I needed to write something shorter,
a work book. He is.It's very early in the morning,
and I wasn't very awake, buthe basically told me that I had to
do it and had started this day, you know, whatever day he was

talking to me, I had tostart it, and he what I saw
sort of come into my head wasa combination of manifesting affirmations and money,
you know, money legers, andit all was in my hand, and

I had a desire at the time, so I told her exactly what I
wanted, and it's come together.It's taken a bit longer than I thought.
I thought it was only going tobe a few weeks process. I
thought it was. It's always longer, trust me, It's always longer than

you like that. I had thefirst draft back in October and I gave
it out to some of my friendsand my clients and said, please use
it, please get back to me. It's been infused with Lord Metatron's energy
and Lakshmi's energy. And I'm ina way. But the stuff that happens

to people when they start like this, this has come from Lord Meta Tron

money. It doesn't sit in thebank, like the bank is the container
and how we what we believe aboutourselves is directly linked to the money we
get. We bring in our money. Yes, any time money gets complicated,

we need to work on ourselves.So then we're the ones making it
complicated. Yeah, so you've gotto work on yourselves. Yeah, how
to work on yourself? I mentionedsacred activations as the modality to help people
clear these stuff. But yeah,it's all about how how money is connected
to directly to how we feel aboutourselves. Absolutely, absolutely, well,

Yeah. Light had a business.She has a big business, so it's
normal for her to deal with thatsort of money. And she's used to
the money vibration. That's something Iwant to point out. When you're used
to the money vibration, it's it'seasier. I had an uncle that was
a millionaire and tech business, andthen he lost it. But then he

recreated it because he knew how toYeah, you know what I mean exactly.
And there is a part in theback of the workbook. I'll called
it the Universal Payment System, andit's about getting used to that money vibration.
So you write, yeah, you'rewriting at what you'd like to earn,

and then you pretend or imagine thatyou are earning it. And that's
one of the ways you get usedto that, right now, money vibration.
Yeah yeah. I have a booksimilar to that that I give away
and it's I've had people manifest allkinds of stuff through it. So again
it's it's writing it down, seeingit, knowing it's yours, and claiming

it. I had this one clientin her in her money bank. She
had thirty two thousand dollars and sheactually needed that to close escro and she
received the money yep. So sheneeded exactly she received exact amount that was
written in her book that she hadbeen building up, you know, because

when you pay yourself every hour,it keeps building up. Yeah. Yeah,
you called it the money bank,yep. Because the money is all
around us. We just have totap into it. We just we just

you know, I've been eating meatfor years, and I was a vegetarian
for a couple of years many yearsago, and I just knew I was
supposed to be eating meat, soI didn't get caught back up into that.
But I know there's a lot ofpeople that are caught into it,
and so sending you lots of levet'sabout eating healthy. You know, it's

it's you know, and you can't. Well you can, but you know,
if you're eating carnivore and sometimes youhave something else like chocolate or ice
cream or or a tomato or likeI had smoked salmon with some cream cheese
for dinner, and I had acouple of little slices of onion with it,

or a slice of onion, youknow what I mean, just a
couple of little slivers of it,and that was really good, you know,
But to make that eighty percent ofyour diet, don't do it.
Use it like for medicine, youknow, use it for for that,
not for your daily nutrition. Exactlywhat do you have to say about that,

I'm going to shut up. Well, I'm also a herbalist, so
I used herds for medicine. SoI have been I have found that before
we know it was plant based.I had Tommy trouble every day, Tamera,
every day, I'd be in painevery day, and I just think,

oh, you know, I wasn'tlistening to my body signals. And
now that I'm mostly meat based,because sometimes we eat things we you know,
want to enjoy, like ice cream, I don't get the stomach pain,

I don't get the gas. Idon't I don't, you know,
it just doesn't happen. I havefound that. So my husband and I
had a virus a few weeks ago, and I have some herbs. I
took some mechination and the egination workfaster. So you know, we get

(52:53):
told plants for medicine. You know, plants are medicine, and medicine isn't
supposed to be long term. Iwas so surprised and how quickly the egrenation
worked. Yeah, yeah, justa couple of couple of doses and I

was done. It was sorted,and I feel fantastic. It's it's like,
what's that noise? Exactly? Soyou're able to heal so much faster,
and the herbs that are taking orable to help you because they're able
to do their job because we're notoverloading them with all that stuff exactly exactly.

You know. Yeah, I stillbelieve in her. Of course,
I believe in herbs. I've seenamazing things happen with herbs, you know,
and the homeopathy that we've talked about. Everything seems to work better when
we're not overloading our bodies with stuffthat we shouldn't be any which we thought

was supposed to be good for us. Yeah, yeah, yeah, the
scary superfoods. Yeah. I feelsso much better. And I'm just naturally
just like I said, you know, I was going to have some blueberries
and I didn'tven want them. Yeah, I need want them. So it's

so interesting, I am. Ireally wanted a donut and every now and
then, you know, I wentyears and years with that donuts and a
donut not very long ago. Itwould have been a couple of weeks ago,
and so the sugar hit my tongueand I didn't like it. Yeah,

(54:45):
so my husband and I. Yeah, because when we start eating differently,
that stuff that used to taste goodto us no longer tastes good.
Yeah. I didn't like it.So I call it the disappointing donut now
because I used to love donuts,not that I ate them. Very awkward
too. Yeah, No, Iwouldn't happen very often, but yeah,
I absolutely loved them. Yeah,once in a while. Yeah, again,

(55:10):
well that's what I was taught,you know, as a nutritionist.
You know, everything was once ina while. I never ate processed food,
so I didn't eat so I didn'thave soda or anything, so I
probably didn't go through the oxalate dumping. And I didn't. It's what I
have, but not as much asyou have. Well, I'm not a

(55:35):
soda drinker either. If I havesome type of soda maybe once a month
or something. I didn't do lemonadesor anything anymore. But I was drinking
three or four teas a day.Yeah, I was eating. I was
eating nuts almost every day, sometype of nuts. I had several different
types. I was eating that almostevery single day. I was eating two

to four cups suspinach every single day. That's crazy, but I thought that
was all super food. I wasstill I was eating my eggs, you
know, but I would make spinachomelets because I was trying to get the
potassium in, you know, Iwas trying to get it through food and
not even realizing that I can't evenabsorb it. But anyways, so I'm

six months into my oxalate dumping Ithink five or sex and it's getting gnarly
because I've really really cut back andyeah, but I'm really thankful that I
feel better. Every day. Ifeel really really good. You remember,
It's like it's like we talk aboutwith the activations, it's like a cycle.

It will come back, so youokkalate dumping will it will disappear and
then it'll come back and you'll doanother. Well that's what I'm going through
