That's all my website, and itstarts in April and goes for six
weeks. Today is a topic thatI would all be the first to admit
that I've had to consciously work onthis, and that's to be in live
in the flow. You know,there's either flow or there's friction in force.

(03:54):
And guess where that we mostly live. So to live in the flow
in the day three D world wherethings we're told we have to work really
hard. We're told with the forcewe have to We're told we have to
control. We told we have toknow the next step. And that's where
the second part of the flow isthe feminine and the masculine, and both

(04:15):
the men and women need the balanceof both masculine and feminine. But guess
where we mostly live. We mostlylive in the masculine, and that's where
we're a little bit more controlled.We don't like the unknown, and we're
very organized, so the school systems, everything's kind of we live in a
masculine world attached to time and nounknown. God goodness gracious. If we

let go to the unknown, whathappens to us? And the feminine is
more that the feminine is more lettinggo of the rains. The feminine is
really allowing for the unknown and mostimportantly, the surrender to the unknown unknown.
The unknowing is the trust, thetrust that you us has your back,
and most importantly, to trust yourselfknowing that you'll be okay. Now

(05:06):
after this, after these two things, probably the first thing to move into
the flow is to heal childhood traumabecause as long as you as long as
you're carrying all that baggage, it'sgonna be really because you could be in
the trauma response, but said no, you can be in the in the

(05:26):
survival, the trauma survival response.And when you're in trauma survivals and response,
you're gonna be fully in the masculinebecause you're gonna be hyper aware.
You're going to be wanting to control, because when you're in trauma survival response,
you are you don't feel safe,and I'd say most of us don't
feel safe. Because then there's alsogenerational trauma. I think in every episode

(05:47):
I've had to bring this up andand I'll add that it's that it is
part of every theme because all thetraumas and the pain that we car in
our generations before us that you're continuing, it impacts all of this upgrade expansion
to whatever. Even the flow isan upgrade. Living in the flow is

(06:08):
living in oh my god, it'sliving in the bliss state where you're not
blocked because fear blocks you. Worryblocks you. So I when I talk
to you about seven ways to kindof really be in the flow, yes,
I want to keep it mostly notpositive, but I wanted to show
you all the ways that living inthe flow brings for us. But do

(06:32):
keep in mind, as long asyou're in trauma survival response, it is,
it's going to be hard to letgo and live in the flow.
That's the short of it. Andthat is why I've had to work really
hard on It's actually not even happyto work hard. It's actually a constant
practice. I still don't work hard. That's also a masculine I just used

(06:54):
the masculine word for working really hard. But I still have my rituals and
my practices that helped me stay inthe flow in the moment, in the
now and really present and connected inmy body. Flow is a choice,
but it was also a practice.You know. That was actually the first
thing that came up when I wasresearching, is that flow is a choice.

(07:17):
And I would argue that, youknow, I think we all,
I think we like, do youwant an easier way of life? Do
you want to feel more joy?Do you want to feel more present.
I think everybody would probably choose yes. So yes, it's a choice,
but there needs to be some unpacking, some clearing, and then of course

(07:41):
a practice you have to practice.And especially if you've had childhood trauma,
I don't know if you ever fullyclear it, but you can take the
wisdom and then whatever paints like it'sjust going to keep you. You just
have to keep practicing, whether you'vehad childhood trauma or not. And we're
moving out of separation, which isall about I mean, a collective is

(08:01):
in separation. If you judge somebody, you're living in separation. If you're
thinking that they're better than you,you're living in separation. This is not
flow. This is stuckness. Iknow, I don't think that's a word,
but that's stuckness. Is where we'regoing to be living. So living
in alignment with the flow of lightbrings happiness and freedom. Yuh, of

(08:22):
course that was the first thing whenI was researching, is like, yes,
I would agree with that. Everyonehas their own unique life flow.
Whatever what I think is flow mightnot be what you think is flow.
Like I love to be busy andcreating lots of things and to me,
that's flow as long as I don'tfeel stressed or get worrisome. But maybe

(08:43):
if somebody else's flow is being inthe forest in the cabin, and well,
this is hunky dory, so weall have oh my god, I
don't know why all this language.I think I'm just channeling other kinds And
I never say hunky dory. Justso everybody has their past, everybody has
their flow. My sense of definitionthe flow is different from yours, but

(09:05):
there's probably our similarities amongst a groupof people, say, and when we
are not on a flow, we'reprobably also not living our aligne path.
And I love I used to loveobituary obituaries, and I love kind of
reading what the regrets of the dyingare. And guess what the one of
the top the top five regrets ofthe dying is not living a life that

(09:28):
was true to them, living alife that was to lead to someone else's
expectation or to please them, orto we all know that I had to
go to I went to two universitiesto do something that was not aligned for
me. So we've maybe we havenot all been there, but I have.
And not only that, but Iwas actually really good at what I

(09:50):
was not aligned for, so thatkind of keeps you tracked into that right
because then it's like, I lovethis, I'm good at it. But
if you start to well, theuniverse will shift you slowly if it's in
your cards. And you may notlike to shifting. You may be like
me taking screaming and yelling and rampagingon the feet and arms everywhere. But

(10:13):
here I am, and I'm alsoreally happy to be here. So you
can make or hinder moving into theflow. And it all depends on how
much as time talks about NonStop andme too, how much do you plug
it into the three D and theirexpectations and the fears that you will not
be okay. You will not beokay if you become a medical intuitive and

(10:35):
a spiritual being that you can't besuccessful at that there's no regular paycheck.
These are all the different fears thatare plugged into us. And guess what
there, I say, I makemore money without my regular paycheck. Yes,
you can say what too? Sohow do we I feel really lucky

(10:56):
that I got pushed into the pack. But I would say some people,
many people take the lifetimes to findtheir aligned path and maybe lifetime after lifetime.
So I'm not sure what makes Ithink there's always karma and I think
there's no coincidences. So I thinkthis is where I was meant to be
in this lifetime, and so hereI am. Yeah. So oftentimes people

(11:18):
don't see the option. They justkind of we're like machines. We just
kind of maneuver in the non awareness. You know, ninety five percent of
our life is led by the subconsciouswhen we're not unaware of what we're doing.
While we're doing it, we don'tknow the why. And I'm coming
to the why. That's that's numberfive. We're number two. Now,
let's stay with number two. Slowdown out, Okay, So getting to

(11:43):
the flow is even what I justdid. You know, sometimes I get
really excited, and then it's thatjust taking the pause, no matter where
you are, no matter how manypeople from you, and just if you
just bring your hands on your heartand bring you back to the moment.
So it is a practice, especiallyif you're like me, you can't get
really excited kind of fast too,and especially when you're talking about this stuff.

(12:05):
Number two, it flows about livingin harmony with you. There is
no wrong. And then there's noright way to be goodness gracious. When
aren't we always worried about being corrector pleasing or being the good one?
The good How often do I clearthe good girl archetype in my sessions?
I don't have that today, Butdon't worry. I've got a lot of

(12:26):
other juicy stuff today. But it'sall the basis of it is not feeling
safe, and the basis beyond that, deeper than that, is not feeling
loved or not feeling love of bullAnd then when we expect a five D,
then we just know that we areloved. It's interesting, isn't it.
So we don't need to be perfect. You don't need to be a

(12:50):
certain way. You don't need tofit a certain box labels and boxes.
I will be running that for youtoday, very specific labels and boxes.
Though true to you, you don'tneed to be vegan, because the spiritual
community is vegan. Like how oftendo we even want to belong to something?
We shift things that are not alignedfor us. We don't mean tune
in. We just like, oh, I'm I want to I'm part of

(13:13):
this group, so I need todo this. So when we how do
we start to honor and listen toour being. Trust your gut. I
will be running that and that's reallyconnecting to your gut, your heart and
your mind and allowing that to flow. Actually, so much shifts just with
that activation alone. So if youjust want, you can run that every
day too, if you can toget the record and just put it to

(13:33):
that spot and just play that unlessyou're a practitioner, and then I think
you guys can run it on yourself. So to live life in harmony with
yourself and the universe, So firsttrusting yourself and then trusting that the universe
also has you back. And Ithink what's really important to mention here is

(13:54):
when we are faced with challenges inthe general me too, before we think
that, oh my god, I'mnot supported. Oh my goodness, that
door is closing. Oh. Insteadof thinking that we are being led to
something better or something more aligned,or that there's some wisdom or lesson to

(14:16):
learn, don't we think automatically whensomething big change happens, or we lose
a job or this door closes,that oh my gosh, I'm not good
I'm not good enough, I'm notworthy, I'm not supported by life.
I think I am running. No, I think I took out guys like
nineteen sacred activations, so I hadto like, let's let a few go

(14:39):
to So how do we move intothe flow and trust that well, they're
back to the trauma trauma sexual response. We either go into flight, fight,
fun, or freeze. Yeah,I was gonna run. Had to.
I had to discern which activation isturned because there's so many. Yeah,

(15:05):
exactly, those are great ones aswell. So until we start to
see, until we start to feelsafe in our body and our world,
any challenge, any shift, wewill get panicky. We will like,
oh my goodness or oh my goddess, and that will block you any kind
of worry. Oh that's some birththat's coming up. Worry is a big

(15:28):
blockage. We think, Oh,I'm just worried about this. We just
speak about it like it's nothing.Worrying is big. And how do we
stay connected to our breath, toour awareness, to our body, and
how do we continue to cultivate Iam safe that the universe has my back

(15:50):
as long as you hold trauma inanger around any kind of abandonment or abuse
or trauma anytime, especially childhood,when we are confused from trauma. It
is a hard one. It's likeit's it becomes Yeah, you'll you'll just
have more practice to do, whichI know. That's why I have my
I get up at five am todo my practices and the latest I get

(16:12):
up a six am. So itis possible. It does take a bit
more effort, but I don't know. I think I'm worth the effort,
and I think you are too.So make it. Make your practices yours.
When one door closes, another oneopens. The habit we heard that,
I don't know. Even if youdon't like Oprah, I'm going to
quote Oprah. Your job in lifeis to find your flow. This is

(16:37):
a huge lesson for me. Everythingelse is gravy or have you ever heard
everything else is just a moot point. Everything else is just a mood point.
Focus on you, focus on youfinding your flow, everything around you
will shift. Oh yeah, healthyboundaries is a great one. Number three.
When in alignment with flow of life, fear and worry drop. So
I already talked about the power ofwar, and we just speak about these

(17:02):
things like they're nothing, and yetwe're blocking all the things from entering and
leaving. So don't underestimate the powerof worry. We already know the power
of fear, but then there's somewords and feelings that we kind of like,
I'm just worried, no breath.How can you feel safe in this
moment? Because fear can stop youin your tracks. We already know that,

(17:25):
because we're living under the pressure offear. Of the third that I
mensied, and if you missed afew sessions ago, I talked about the
astral cloud over the whole globe.Astral is all our emotional mental some scars
and fears and traumas, and we'rein the heaviness of that, and that's
why the fear overwhelms us. Oh, the other emotion is overwhelmed. How

(17:48):
many spiritual people do I counsel withreleasing overwhelmed? I Kin'd'm just too overwhelmed.
You're worthy of the practices to shiftout of that. And it does
take time. When in a flowin alignment, fear has no place.
Fear is there, like you know, if I know him in danger.

(18:08):
Of course we want that fear.We want to know when as an angry
dog and we should run for thehills. But otherwise we can be friends
with fear, just like we canbe friends with the ego, you know,
make your ego your am ego.So no longer live in fear.
No one has hold over you.So how can we live in the three

(18:29):
D but not plug into the threeD? How can we live in the
now? That's where the practice is. Meditation is a practice. You don't
get anywhere. There's nowhere. OhI've arrived. No, meditation is practice.
So it is possible to live inthe present moment and to be free

(18:52):
of all the fears. Occasionally Isometimes like these next you know, sometimes
I do get a little caught upbecause so much is going on at once.
But then with my practices, Ican you can still manage the flow.
And here's the thing that I wantyou guys to understand about flow.
It's not in my notes. MaybeI'll bring it up really quickly. It's
not that you can't set goals orset intentions. I do. I set

(19:14):
goals and intentions all the time.It's the place you're at when you're setting
those goals and intentions, like areyou in the moment? Are you in
the feeling of joy that's where youwant to set your intentions from, Or
are you like I need this tomake this money. I need this to
survive. Is everything like a survivalthing? Or is it about being in

(19:36):
the present moment and setting the intentionfrom there? Set goals I set.
I set serious goals. I've gotmy goals for twenty twenty four. I
have my vision board. I doall that by the way, I did
my vision board on Canva No More'sclippings, magazine pictures. So much is

(19:56):
so easy for you. So muchis so which is readily available to help
you align with your flow, andthat could be different from my flow.
Until we do, we're gonna bestruggling against the self, and we're gonna
be struggling against life. And thatstruggling against life is struggling that life is
not working for me, Life isworking against me. Well, guess what.

(20:18):
Life is just waiting for you.Life is just waiting for you to
surrender and let it happen the wayit needs to happen for you. When
truth flow is denied, that's oneconfusion. And I think it's really important
that first seven years of our lifewe are just eating things up subconsciously actually

(20:41):
even of course our whole life,but the first seven years is when we
get filled up with all that,all the belief systems, CANVA, c
A and VA is the platform.I use it also for all my images
for Instagram use canvas. Its great. Yes, that's correct. H Yeah.

(21:06):
So heal your old wounds. Itwill take time, it may not
be pretty. You don't need togo back to the event. You need
to go back to the emotion.You need to just feel those feelings of
being abandoned or being left behind,or feeling unloved. And it's a disconnect

(21:26):
from life that causes to struggle,reject life and resist life and clutch to
the pain. Don't we attached tothe pain? In fact, well,
that's a whole other thing. WhenI heal, When I help people heal
trauma, they stay feel a wholeother grief and pain from letting go of
the identity of the clutching. Soit's it's like it is truly becoming a

(21:49):
new human, a human that's morealigned, more lighter, more in the
flow of all things. And thenyou learn to trust yourself none of that.
You learn to actually feel like youknow, like when you hear something,
you'll contract or you will expand justsay, oh I don't feel that.

(22:10):
It's a practice of awareness. It'sa practice of awareness. Of course,
maybe the first time you try ityou may not, but I absolutely
do. Or if I said yes, something should have been a no.
My team just constantly haggles me.So anyway, there's all the different ways

(22:33):
as you kind of progress that you'llfind your ways to stay in aligned life
for you. That's number five.I did. The number four. I
just may have not mentioned there wasnumber four. Collective belief that we need
to be massive producing machines, humanmachines, be more, do more.
When I don't know if you guysknow, about to teach still a bit

(22:53):
of yoga, and then when Ido shav astana, I often say,
when we're trying to ali that beingstate, we are not human doing.
We're human beings. It's even inour name. We're not meant to be
just work work, work work.In fact, it's actually when I take

(23:15):
that pause sometimes oftentimes that more comesto me. It's like stepping away,
especially if you're creative and you're likeyou're you're you're always inspired to do more
and more. It's not wrong.But then also taking a step away or
that pause, you can create alot of magic. This can take us

(23:38):
but when we're just doing doing,doing, forcing, forcing forcing, I'm
attaching to this, I'm attaching tothat. Have your goals, but stay
anchored in the present moment so youdon't get further away from yourself, further
away from the flow. Let's startto listen to your inner guidance. Start
to listen to your inner direction.For example, there is something that I

(24:03):
do now, and I remember myone friend. You know it, there
is muscle testing now she goes,no, it's thirty eight percent. And
I knew in my heart that itis something that I wanted to do,
and I'm still doing it, andI'm so glad I listened to me.
This is when you discernment. Ialways say discernment is a really big spiritual
word, and it really is,because how do you discern even when your

(24:27):
friend is muscle testing was something whenI asked her actually to muscle test for
it, But then I still knewin my heart that I needed to go
for that, and I did,and I'm so glad I did. Number
six is follow your intuition. Well, guess what intuition is. Intuition is

(24:48):
feminine. Intuition is being in theflow. Intuition is opening up to the
unknown, and most importantly intuition istrust because yes, you know how when
I when I'm the new students thatpeople are building their intuition, they say,
how do I know it's not it'snot me that's speaking. Well,

(25:11):
that's where the practice comes in.You start to discern because it is like
a thought. It's like a thoughtthat keeps answers you and answers you.
So how do you discern? Andyou know that that is your intuition,
that is your team and especially whenmy team has grown and that it's like,
who much one of you guys isgiving me this advice. So you

(25:32):
can work with it, develop itand be in the flow and of the
trust and know that you're so guidedwithin you to live the best life outside
of you that is aligned, passionateand grace, full of grace. Don't
let the ego. The ego willstop you in your tracks as well.
Have the ego to get bed anddo what you need to do. So

(25:56):
they trust your gut, get intothe flow of knowing. Do you can
restrict or expand when when you're whenyou're making a decision. I already talked
about this. The more you listen, the more you'll evolve in the dynamic
process of co creation with the universe. I got to tell you, I'm
in the whirlwind right now. There'sthings that are happening that I didn't put

(26:17):
on any intention board. It's nowhere. It's just flying at me. And
this is why my rituals are evenmore important, because I it was my
intention to have greater impact. Butthen when it's all coming at me like
a snowstorm, how do I handleit? Well, I need to continue
my practices, so I handle itwith grace and ease and still in the

(26:42):
true intention of service. So easy, so easy to move into the ego.
Guys, be so careful. Noticethat's where staying, meditation, energy,
healings stay in the present moment.You don't want to get into the
ego. Then a whole intention ofwhy whatever it is that you're doing will

(27:03):
not serve its essence. It stillmight be popular, but it might not.
It will not serve its essence.Okay, So you open up to
your truth and to your gut.The more you have the practices. Number
seven, Oh, I love howI'm right on point with everything. This

(27:25):
is a rare moment where I'm notrushing at the end. Number seven,
when you surrender to the flow oflife, it will be scary at first,
like really really scary to let goto the unknown is now what we're
taught. Even if you had notrauma in your life, which I don't
believe there's anybody that has not hadnot no trauma in their life, surrendering

(27:45):
to the unknown is super not inour any kind of teaching or modeling that
we've had in our life. Sohow do we surrender to the flow of
life? It will absolutely be scary, So learning to breathe through that and
life will unfold more more coherently fromone phase to another. Yeah, and

(28:11):
trust absolutely, But I also recommendthat you can continue support. I have
my person I have several people thatI go to weekly because I am if
I'm going to be of service,I also need to serve myself. I'm
like the top machine, you know, like you know like that there are
different kinds of cars. Don't judgeme, but I love Porschas, So
I'm like, like my favorite colorof Porsche, and I'm going to treat

(28:34):
it the best way I can withthe best gas, which be the best
people in my community that are helpingme. So you and life are moving
as one. There's no friction,there's no force, there's only flow,
and then there's trust. Not onlythat. You know, a few weeks
ago, I got, I gotdenied something that I really wanted. I
got, and I won't lie toyou for a moment. I got a

(28:56):
little, you know, a littleit into that pattern. But then I
breathed, and I and then Iexpanded, like it's once you have your
practices going, then even when youhave a disappointment or if something doesn't go
your way, you'll just trust thatit's not the right time or something else
is there for me, or you'lljust trust whatever whatever it is it needs

(29:18):
to happen for me. I thinkit just wasn't the right time. I
think it still will happen not theright time. Okay, what I'm going
to close off with an Oprah quote. I gotta tell you a story about
Oprah really quickly. We have wehave a moment. Somebody asked her,
how how do you go into aboardroom full of men as a black woman.

(29:42):
This is before this is before therewere you know, all the diverse
people and all the roles, andthis is what she said. On an
interview, she said, well,when I walk into the room, I'm
