Speaker 2 (00:37):
I'm a huge fan of the show. I've watched you from.

Speaker 3 (00:39):
Day one, and what I will say is that you
are what you see is what you get, and that's
what I loved about you.

Speaker 2 (00:49):
The whole time.

Speaker 3 (00:50):
And I would love to see that She'll come back
with you because I would love to see you mentioned
the word journey. I would love to see the journey
that you're on now. But I wanted to ask you
this question. I think as Italian women, we can say
we're passionate, and some people they confuse passion with anger.

Speaker 2 (01:13):
And I think, you know, when one thing, I know,
I still want to.

Speaker 3 (01:17):
Go to a like a place and flip a table,
I might, but but I'm a passionate person and sometimes
my passion may come out not so nice.

Speaker 2 (01:28):
But it's because I do have that I do have.

Speaker 3 (01:32):
I stand firmly for what I believe, and uh so
that's what I love about you. But I want to
know at what point in your life would you say
you went from what people must say, would say being
emotional to gaining emotional strength because you're very strong emotionally.

Speaker 4 (01:52):
Now, I guess at what point I guess when I
went away, yes, because like you know, I just I
wasn't I was more composed, yes, and I didn't you know, well,
and I didn't react so quick.

Speaker 3 (02:08):
And I always say, there's two in the clinical world,
there's two colors. Yellow is respond red and not even.

Speaker 4 (02:16):
When I went away, even like remember because I just
remember that scene, like I just saying this, they popped
in my head. When my brother called me again yesterday
Joe sent mentioned it again, scum. My brother called me
scummber that we were with that therapist and that therapist scene.
And normally I would beat the shit out of my brother,

(02:36):
like you know, I'm.

Speaker 5 (02:37):
Just saying, it's your brother, like exactly, I could.

Speaker 4 (02:39):
Do whatever I want to him, but I just was like,
you know, I'm leaving, like I just I was like,
I'm not you know, giving him any attention. And I
walked away because I just wanted to leave. I was like,
I just want to leave. I'm not going to give
any attention. I'm just leaving. And then when I told
my husband at the time, he got so mad because
he couldn't believe my brother would say that to me,
you know, and that's when he went inside.

Speaker 3 (03:01):
You apologize to your sister, And I think that was
one time where.

Speaker 4 (03:06):
So I kept my composure there you did, so you know,
I have to say there. You know, it wasn't just
you know when I went on with because it happened
before I went away, so I mean, yeah, I mean,
and then then I came home. I thought I was
going to stay calm, but then when somebody was attacking.
I see they're going after Louis, someone I really love.

(03:28):
And that's when I remember I threw everything on Margaret
in Nashville because I knew that she was doing that
and she was denying it, and I was just like,
I know you're doing it, and like, look, the truth
always comes down, always came out. It just takes a while,
but unfortunately.

Speaker 2 (03:44):
And I'm all about.

Speaker 3 (03:45):
To me, that's emotions, and that's my emotional beauty, what
I what I stand for. To me, that's our emotions
being tested. It may seem like a negative because we
do react sometimes, but believe it or not, it can
be are healing.

Speaker 4 (04:01):
No, and you know what it was? That felt good? Yes,
that felt so good to do that because she did.
She deserved that she did, and she was wearing white
and did you see what colors she looked like A So.

Speaker 5 (04:11):
She deserves any regrets at all.

Speaker 4 (04:16):
But the only regret I should have never signed that Joe.

Speaker 5 (04:20):
That's like, now you got your dream husband, you know what?

Speaker 4 (04:23):
And I really really do like Louis is like, yeah,
I mean you're glowing.

Speaker 5 (04:30):
Do you feel everyone here?

Speaker 4 (04:31):
Yeah? Yeah, No, he's really amazing. And my daughter's my
daughters even say, May, we can't even see you with Daddy.
They're like, they're like, Louis your guy, Like we like
the same things. Like it's so like me and Joe
said to my producer yesterday, Pat, and he's like, I'm like,
could you see me with Joe? He's like, and he
met Louis. He's like absolutely not. Oh, like I know,

(04:54):
I don't know what I was thinking. Yeah, I mean listen,
I grew up with Joe and I dated someone for
six years on and off and he was cheating on me,
and I was so devastated. So Joe was always there
like a rock. He was rock like Joe, like anytime
I used to see him growing up. We used to
play half when we were little. So yeah, and then
I really.

Speaker 5 (05:14):
Never thought you turned into a global icon.

Speaker 4 (05:17):
And my mom used to like didn't like Joe because
he used to get in trouble a little bit when
he was younger and still his parents' car, and like yeah,
and then my mother is still always keep me away.
So my mother used to hang out with his mother.
She would not take me. She was like, you know,
but she was a good friends with his mom. Like
they both came from Italy. Together. Yeah, and they became
friends and then and then it's like see when you

(05:40):
when you don't want your daughter to be with someone,
they want to be with that person get more and
it's like weird. But mom's are always right. Even though
Joe and my mom did have a great relationship, but
my mom was pissed at him when I when that
happened to me because she told my lawyer she was
really pissed. So she was just disappointed.

Speaker 5 (06:00):
I mean, how could you not be. Yeah, that's the
worst thing a mother could go through. But do you
wish that lou met your parents?

Speaker 4 (06:06):
Yes? And Louis always says, but I think they know
him because they sent him to me, so.

Speaker 3 (06:12):
I great family as well, right, yeah, Like.

Speaker 4 (06:16):
And that's the thing. His mom reminds me of my mom.
He was so sweet. And his dad same thing because
his dad always says like meaningful things to my kids.
I love that. I think they'll always remember, you know,
my father now my father in law, like, because I
always said to him dad, I call him dad. Yeah,

(06:37):
I'm like, my dad used to say well things like
this to my daughters, like things that they all remember always,
And I'm like, I love that his parents are so
sweet because you know, my first mother in law she
was they're like.

Speaker 2 (06:50):
Tough even now.

Speaker 4 (06:53):
Listen, my kids adore my ex mother in law, but
she was like tough, like you know, she wasn't.

Speaker 5 (06:59):
Like a heartwarm Italian now grandmother.

Speaker 4 (07:03):
Fine, you know, but my kids adore her and she's
really good to my kids. But with me, I don't
know what it was. And our parents were best friends,
and me and Joe thought it was going to be
the best thing ever. It was not like we were
like why yeah, but it was okay.

Speaker 5 (07:18):
I think we have just a couple more questions. We're
gonna make up quick, so I know we have to help.

Speaker 4 (07:21):
It's the best thing with Joe was our four daughters.

Speaker 5 (07:24):
Yes, and they're gorgeous than beautiful.

Speaker 4 (07:28):
Babies make beautiful.

Speaker 5 (07:29):
I really want them to come on. I would love
to have Gia on a special Oh yeah.

Speaker 4 (07:33):
And she is coming out with the show.

Speaker 5 (07:34):
Oh I heard, yeah, So I can't wait. I would
love to have Gia on Milania.

Speaker 4 (07:38):
I love.

Speaker 5 (07:39):
I almost named my daughter Milania because I love it
so much, but I went with the l theme. But
that was inspired by you. I love her. I love
watching them on TikTok watching them go out there and
they're just beautiful.

Speaker 4 (07:51):
My third daughter, Gabrielle, is really private. That's when it
goes to the University of Michigan, which I'm totally fine with.
But she does stick up for her mom. But you
see that on the show, and she needs and that's
not even telling her she wants to. And then my youngest,
I'm like, you got to get more on TikTok, you know,
because you know she likes doing it. So I'm like,
she's like I will. She was fifteen, so she's getting there.

Speaker 5 (08:14):
She's getting there. It's about being comfortable too.

Speaker 4 (08:16):
Yeah, I know she is so and that's the thing.
I don't push them whatever they want to do. Yep.

Speaker 5 (08:22):
So two more and do you have any more?

Speaker 3 (08:24):
I just want to know if Terresa Judiz I listen
to your podcast and there was one where you talked
about empowering women. So in your own unique way, how
do you empower women or how would you like to
move forward empowering women?

Speaker 4 (08:41):
How would I like? My whole thing is like just
believe in who you are, yeah, and just yeah, like
always stand strong and like that's what that's My second
book is called standing struck and if anything is ever
that in your life, oh any lipstick? Oh yeah I will,
I will, yeah, oh yes, I will. And my whole

(09:03):
thing is like, you know, if you have you know
something's bad in your life, you could always turn the
tables and make it positive. That's right, and never give up,
especially when you have kids. Like your kids are always
looking at you, so you want to be a great
role model for your children. So that's what always keeps
me strong and empowered, like because I know I have
four daughters that are looking at me and now even

(09:25):
two stepsons, like you know, and like I know, I
don't want to let them down. You know, you know,
got the get your role model authentic.

Speaker 5 (09:35):
That's what emotional beauty is all about.

Speaker 3 (09:37):
That's what emotional beauty is about, is authenticity.

Speaker 2 (09:40):
And you're right, turn it around.

Speaker 4 (09:43):
Have faith faith, yes, And you know I was mad
at God for a while, so I wasn't going to church,
but I am going. I started going back to church,
and my parents were really you know, Catholic because I
was just mad. I was like, really, you got to
take my parents away. I had to go away. I'm like,
why did you this? But then I got other blessings
with Louis coming into my life. So Louis and I

(10:05):
go to church every Sunday. Yeah, and Adrianna started going
to church with us to my youngest. So yeah, so
I have, you know, it's all good things. I have
my podcast, my lip collection, Let's by Teresa Lives by Teresa.

Speaker 5 (10:17):
By the way, your lips, thank you.

Speaker 2 (10:20):
I'm like, yeah, thank you, I have.

Speaker 4 (10:22):
So it came out with three three lip shades, three lipsticks.

Speaker 5 (10:26):
We're getting the girls. Yeah, get the website, geah.

Speaker 4 (10:28):
Three lipsticks, a lip gloss and it comes with two
liip liners. So it's the color it was. It was
around my love, you know, my love. Yes, So the
nude color is called I Do. Then there's like a
mauvy pinky one that's called three sixty five under the
three hundred and sixty five day series.

Speaker 5 (10:49):
Cool.

Speaker 4 (10:50):
Have you watched that movie?

Speaker 5 (10:51):
I haven't. I got it. It was all over every
everyone to do with Michael Moro.

Speaker 4 (11:00):
Oh my, that's my WoT past. I told Loie, wait,
you've never watched you can't. Then the other guy he's
not show in the movie. You've never never got You
need to watch it?

Speaker 2 (11:11):
All right tonight?

Speaker 5 (11:12):
All right? I'll DM you when I'm done. She has
no clue what she's expressing.

Speaker 4 (11:17):
Right, you watched it?

Speaker 1 (11:19):
No, I saw all the trailers, so I thought all
of your TikTok uh.

Speaker 4 (11:23):
I know I should watched it, but I watch it. So, yeah,
sixty five you need to watch what your husband did.

Speaker 2 (11:29):
Well there he is.

Speaker 5 (11:30):
Yes, you gotta watch it with my husband.

Speaker 4 (11:32):
You need to watch your sixty five days so so
you can wear it three hundred and sixty five days
of the year. Then my red one is called bessel
kiss A banished, and then my left gloss is called
love Bomb love it and it's it's beautiful pink with
like gold shimmer in it. And then you compare it

(11:52):
up with tulipliners Paradise that would love it and it's
high pigmented, last all day long. It's beautiful. Where can
you find it at Christian audabt okay my Christian or
like if you go to my Instagram, the link is
in my bio.

Speaker 5 (12:08):
Awesome.

Speaker 4 (12:09):
Yeah, so it's amazing. So I have that going on,
working on open up a restaurant, my podcast Turning the Table.
It's a lot of exciting things coming up.

Speaker 5 (12:18):
Turning the Tables, I love it. I love it, Teresa.
I want to just close it out with, first of all,
thank you, and second of all, we want to know
what has been your most iconic moment on or off
camera throughout your life?

Speaker 4 (12:31):
Oh my god, I mean I guess. I mean, I
don't know. There's so I mean, I guess what made
me iconic was the table flip. And now I am
embracing it because everyone does love it. Anything I'm ever on,
they want me to tip.

Speaker 2 (12:47):
Do we have a table here?

Speaker 5 (12:48):
She got a.

Speaker 4 (12:53):
What the stars? They make you flip a table on?

Speaker 5 (12:56):
We got to table for to flip? That's gotta be
the TikTok.

Speaker 4 (12:58):
Yeah. Yeah, I so like everywhere I go like, they love.
I did super Bowl commercials, three of them.

Speaker 5 (13:05):
That's funny.

Speaker 4 (13:05):
I flipped tables on that funny. So it's like, yeah,
I mean, so, I guess that's what. Really I'll never
forget Season one. I did that that year. I saw
it on the Emmys as a commercial. Yeah. I was
just like, well, you know, And at first I didn't
embrace it because they kept showing that mean face and
I didn't like that, and I'm like, why are they
showing that mean face? But that's I guess that's what

(13:28):
I already loved.

Speaker 5 (13:29):
Yeah, but you know what, everybody knows who you are.
You've proven yourself and that gave you the outlet to
do it. That was the thing that with the show
up let you up.

Speaker 4 (13:37):
So if you had to take one for that, I'm
saying so I might as well just embrace that. I mean, yeah,
I mean, I'm grateful that I was able to, you know,
have six books or cookbooks, two memoirs. I'm a four
times your time best selling author. I learned how to
cook from my mom.

Speaker 5 (13:52):
Amazing. So yeah, so you know, so if you were
to have dinner, who's on the guest list?

Speaker 2 (13:56):
And what are you cooking?

Speaker 5 (13:58):
Because I want to come? Oh like, I.

Speaker 4 (14:00):
Mean, it depends on you know who's coming over. Yeah,
I mean it would definitely like Michael Moron to come home,
get here, and I forgot I don't know how to
say his real name, but in the movie his name
was Nacho but his starts with SW to say his name.
But yes, I would love for them to come over.

Speaker 2 (14:19):
I'll cook.

Speaker 4 (14:20):
I'll cook for them my name.

Speaker 2 (14:22):
So maybe I'm related making.

Speaker 4 (14:27):
Yes, I love it making me But I mean that's
what I do on Sundays. Yeah, I love it. I mean,
and I put meat in the sauce so good, hot sausage,
put porkspeare ribs same? And did you use v it all?

Speaker 5 (14:42):
Yes, me too? The veal uh, the veal pork beef mixed.

Speaker 4 (14:46):
Yeah, that's how I make meatballs.

Speaker 5 (14:48):
Yeah, I can't wait. We'll be there. Thank you so
much for coming on Red Theresa.

Speaker 2 (14:54):
