Speaker 1 (00:19):
We've looked in Miami, We've looked in New York. We've
looked in New Jersey, we've looked in La. I just
don't know what to do.
Speaker 5 (00:24):
You know, I've been saying Miami, but she wants La
Now she wants Jersey.
Speaker 4 (00:29):
I don't know what we're gonna do.
Speaker 1 (00:30):
I'm just like being like near like at least like
the entertainment capital. And I know it's taken some challenges,
you know, the fires and so many other things, but
it's still the entertainment capital.
Speaker 4 (00:39):
I do understand.
Speaker 6 (00:40):
I get it.
Speaker 4 (00:40):
I get it. I'm I'll be down for like a
house in every.
Speaker 5 (00:43):
City if like that's all we want to do for us,
that's like sounds good something like that. At least we
don't have to worry about, you know, like moving away
from family, because like we told our family to package,
you know, like one of us sleeves, we all leave.
Speaker 1 (00:53):
That's right, So now I have to find a ten
bedroom house.
Speaker 5 (00:55):
Yeah. Basically yeah, we basically have the fate of everyone
in our family's futures.
Speaker 4 (00:59):
In our hands.
Speaker 1 (00:59):
We depending on where we want to basically. Yeah. But
I have one of my friends from Long Island, which
I haven't looked there yet, gave us an incredible line
of jewelry today to wear, and it's from Let's bag It.
They have amazing jewelry. I love their stuff and we
always have so much fun with them.
Speaker 4 (01:16):
Oh my god, they're the best. They're so sweet.
Speaker 5 (01:18):
We actually met them when we did Good Day New
York a few months ago, and now we're working with that,
which is pretty cool.
Speaker 1 (01:23):

the best bags, accessories. Make sure you check it out

Speaker 4 (01:55):
Yea, you guys are gorgeous.
Speaker 1 (01:56):
It's the first thing I said to them, and they walked,
Oh my god. I mean, like if they don't even
have a wrinkle of bag nothing, and like you.
Speaker 7 (02:02):
Weren't really good lighting in there doing its thing.
Speaker 6 (02:06):

Speaker 1 (03:43):
I know you ladies are selling in the city and
I want to know all about the show, But I
want to, like start at the beginning. I want to
know where you got your start. I know you're each
not from the city, So tell me a little bit
about your start and where you got started. We'll start
with you Abby.
Speaker 8 (03:56):
Yes, So I grew up in South Carolina and Greenville,
so the upstate everyone knows, Charleston and Myrtle Beach. I'm
on the opposite side, like where the mountains are.
Speaker 2 (04:04):
And I was.
Speaker 8 (04:05):
That little kid that you know, said I'm moving to
New York City. And I just always had big energy
and big dreams and I didn't really know what I
was going to do, but I knew I wanted to
be here eventually. And so my husband is from Long
Island and he went to school down south, so I
met him there. He said he was moving up to
New York and I said, I am coming with you.
And I've been here now for over five and a
(04:27):
half years, which feels crazy.
Speaker 1 (04:29):
Has it been amazing? Like everything to dreams come true?
Speaker 8 (04:32):
Dreams are coming true? It's really it just feels so
amazing and blessed.
Speaker 1 (04:36):
Yeah, you look like so happy like it when you
talk about it.
Speaker 2 (04:41):
I am, you know.
Speaker 8 (04:42):
It's it's my little girl dream to be bopping around
New York City and going in and out of gorgeous
apartments and doing it with these fabulous women and my husband,
who is just like the best rock and support system
in the world. So I mean, I can't complain.
Speaker 7 (04:56):
I love it.
Speaker 4 (04:57):
Yeah, you went from wanting to move to the city
to running the city.
Speaker 1 (04:59):
Yeah for baby. So Jordan, tell me about you. How'd
you get your start? And where are you from?
Speaker 7 (05:07):
Sure, I'm from southern California.
Speaker 1 (05:09):
Oh really be pret Riverside? Okay? What is that like
by Riversides?
Speaker 7 (05:14):
If you're like coming from LA and going you passed
through Riverside to get either to Vegas or to San Diego.
Speaker 1 (05:19):
I loved growing up there.
Speaker 7 (05:21):
It was close enough to the craziness of LA but
also far enough that, like I could still have a
pretty normal upbringing.
Speaker 1 (05:27):
I love that. Uh huh.
Speaker 7 (05:28):
I'm still friends with all of my high school friends,
my middle school friends like Riverside.
Speaker 1 (05:32):
What's up? I moved to New York in twenty fourteen.
Speaker 7 (05:36):
Originally okay, and then shortly after I got my real
estate license. My first deal was a ten and a
half million dollar deal, so I kind.
Speaker 1 (05:43):
Of sky rope a thank you, thank you.
Speaker 7 (05:46):
I got to kind of skip the rentals and the
and the you know the lower end real estate and
jump right into luxury, which was fun. And then the
pandemic brought me back to LA for a few years,
so I got my license out there. So if we're
looking at La, you just let me know you to
find you in La.
Speaker 1 (06:01):
Spy, I am, I got you. I literally just went
out last month and I've been. I went to everywhere
like Burbank, Glendale, PV. I'm learning okay, PV. I'm how
you doing. So I do love it out there. I
just you know, it's hard to decide, Like there's so
many beautiful places in the world, and like, I want
to try it all. And I have three young kids,
so I got to find a good school, and I
(06:22):
like the nestle of like you said, a community for
your kids to be normal, for them to do the
La thing too.
Speaker 7 (06:27):
Pallas Ferdie's is a good place for it, actually, because
you do have like your the proximity of the city
is pretty close.
Speaker 1 (06:32):
You have the beaches.
Speaker 7 (06:34):
There's amazing restaurants out there. Like it's not a bad joy.
Well we're gonna have to talk, yeah, yeah, But anyways,
I found my way back to New York. I'm in
Brooklyn now in October July twenty twenty three, summer of
twenty three.
Speaker 1 (06:47):
And now I'm here.
Speaker 7 (06:48):
I'm here with the girls. We did our show all
throughout twenty twenty three twenty twenty four. We're ready for
season two.
Speaker 1 (06:54):
Let's go baby, so exciting. And I have to know, Gazelle,
tell me where are you from. I'm like, tell me everything.
I want to know all about you.
Speaker 9 (07:01):
Okay. So I'm from New Jersey. I've always been a
Jersey girl. I'm from northern New Jersey, so I've always
come to the city. I'm literally like a hop and
a skip away from the city, so County, Bergen County.
I grew up in Union County and Elizabeth, which from
there we would just hop on the train yep, which
was like a thirty minute train ride leaves you right
on thirty fourth Street yep. But now I'm in Bergen County.
(07:23):
I do a lot of real estate. I do a
lot of New Jersey. Actually just got number one for
the state of New Jersey for our company. So yeah,
it's been great. Honestly, Jersey has been. It's been picking
up a lot. And I also I've been working with
a lot of clients who are relocating, coming with families,
looking for new communities. I work with a lot of
(07:43):
like the New York Giants, the New York Jets, So
it's it's been great.
Speaker 6 (07:47):
It's been great. It's been great having you know, my
girls to.
Speaker 9 (07:50):
Work alongside them and mentoring each other and like holding
each other accountable, having the show together.
Speaker 6 (07:55):
There was some drama that.
Speaker 9 (07:56):
Went show between me and went on everything.
Speaker 2 (08:02):
It's called girlhood about it.
Speaker 9 (08:04):
Yeah, but it's been grey. Honestly, it's been grey. And
like Jordan said, we are definitely ready for season too.
There's a lot of updates and I know we're just
like itching to share, but we have to like hold
back a little bit because we're waiting for the cameras
to be ready.
Speaker 1 (08:19):
You know, amazing. Well, I'm praying you guys get the season.
I know you will. You ladies are amazing. All right,
We're going to jump into the drama. How did it
all take place, ladies, because I know and I'm glad
to see you tour in the same room here. So
I mean that y'all had the juicy drama. You feel
like I drum was.
Speaker 9 (08:38):
A little it didn't I guess, yeah, I guess it
was kind of juicy we had.
Speaker 2 (08:41):
We had a.
Speaker 7 (08:42):
Little we don't have celebrity, we were kind of.
Speaker 1 (08:47):
A celebrity.
Speaker 7 (08:48):
I guess maybe you tell you're a little more personal
to you, so you go ahead, Yeah.
Speaker 6 (08:52):
I mean I guess, Okay. So basically it was someone
that I used to date a long time ago.
Speaker 1 (08:57):
I will tell you who.
Speaker 2 (09:00):
The bea TV show?
Speaker 3 (09:01):
Sorry about that, the girl next door. She's like, you know,
and I have a big man no, but yeah, So
it was Michael B.
Speaker 9 (09:13):
Jordan, And so Jordan was out one night, ran into him,
ended up like talking about real estate and helping him
find a place.
Speaker 6 (09:22):
But I was unaware of the situation.
Speaker 1 (09:23):
And he was your past X. I mean come on yeah.
Speaker 9 (09:27):
So yeah, so basically that was what it's about. It
was about like Jordan, you didn't even tell me.
Speaker 7 (09:32):
You know, I have learned lesson, yes, but what happened
like behind was much better now because because I know,
you know, obviously was everything that was portrayed true and
real because a lot of times they twist things.
Speaker 6 (09:43):
It was honestly a lot of it was real.
Speaker 9 (09:45):
They definitely do want us to like add on to
it and make it a little bit more dramatic.
Speaker 6 (09:49):
Yea than it is in real life.
Speaker 9 (09:51):
Like if I if they get wins of anything, they're
gonna want to add.
Speaker 1 (09:54):
Like yeah, yeah.
Speaker 7 (09:57):
Like my the way I handle things typically is like
my voice doesn't go above this.
Speaker 1 (10:01):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (10:02):
I'm like okay, but how what are we actually talking
about here? And they're like no, no, no. I remember
during that scene Giselle came out, She's like, Jordan, I
trust you. You're a girl's girl. They're like absolutely not,
absolutely not. You don't trust Jordan.
Speaker 1 (10:15):
You don't know if you could ever trust Jordan. And
I'm like, yeah, they.
Speaker 9 (10:18):
Like coached us through the whole thing. They were like,
you're being too nice. I'm like really, so we got
coached like through the scene. They were like no, Jordan,
like turn up, you know.
Speaker 6 (10:28):
I will say.
Speaker 7 (10:28):
What it did though, for me is typically I'm like
I do like sweep things under the rug.
Speaker 1 (10:32):
And so it allowed me.
Speaker 7 (10:34):
It unlocked this part of me that's usually not allowed
to come to the top, to be like just say
what you want to say.
Speaker 1 (10:39):
And I was like all right, And there's a lot
of power in that. There is a lot of people.
For a lot of people never actually hone into that
right unless like.
Speaker 7 (10:49):
We're taught to behave and like, yeah, one hundred percent,
So that was and I feel like I was still
pretty mild, but I agree.
Speaker 6 (10:55):
With that, No, you were, you were. I think it was.
I think it was great.
Speaker 9 (10:59):
And and and then to add on like what you
just said, I think we're still learning how to do
that also, right, So I think that now that we
shot this first season, like for season two, I think
we're ready to be a little bit more of ourselves,
a little bit less composed and guarded.
Speaker 1 (11:13):
Yeah, like you're Internality TV, And obviously we all know
producers poach. Like you said, they probe, they proder, for sure.
They do everything they can to get the story out,
which is their job, right. They want to sell this
show like you guys sell houses. They're selling the show
and whatever juice they have. You know, I totally get that.
Do you think the next season is going to have
more drama? Are there things in the pike that we
(11:35):
don't know about? Doubt?
Speaker 6 (11:37):
I'll let you take that one out of me.
Speaker 8 (11:39):
Ohky, Like, I think it's been a very interesting learning
process that we've all had to go through. You know,
we had all known each other before we started filming,
but when you start that process, you know, there's a
lot of pressure, there's a lot of nerves. We had
never done anything like that before. On top of that,
you're still trying to do your business. Yeah, so we
(11:59):
were all learning like what type of communications style.
Speaker 1 (12:03):
We have, Where the boundaries?
Speaker 8 (12:04):
What where are the boundaries and sort of I think
to what Jordan said about just really being active versus
passive about every little thought that you're having in your communication.
I definitely think we all became better communicators throughout the process.
But obviously with time and when you're in this sort
of real estate and reality TV are both like just
dramatic industries, so obviously there's gonna be some some drama,
(12:29):
but we're excited to show that in season two.
Speaker 1 (12:32):
Do you guys actually really like each other? Yeah, genuinely, genuinely.
Speaker 2 (12:36):
But I think Jordan did not like me in the beginning.
Speaker 7 (12:41):
Our drama in the show was our like journey to
figuring out how to be friends.
Speaker 1 (12:46):
And it wasn't that I didn't like you. I was
just like, you just wanted me to like you quicker.
Speaker 2 (12:49):
Yes, I'm very.
Speaker 8 (12:50):
Much like Hi, this is me, here's my life story,
love me.
Speaker 2 (12:52):
Let's just skip all of the.
Speaker 8 (12:53):
Get to know each other and just be best friends.
Like Jordan's like, what the she had like whiplash, She's like,
what is going on here? And then I was just
that like I'm not feeling understood. But that was also
something for me to learn, like how other people are
different and how they need to process certain things and
people are on their own timeline and so you know,
there was a moment in one scene where Jordan says, like,
I don't love you, you know yet, I'm not there yet,
(13:16):
but now she definitely does, I would say, So we've
all really bonded throughout this process.
Speaker 5 (13:23):
Oh god, that's imagine when the show started, Like how
did it all start?
Speaker 4 (13:28):
How did the show start for you guys?
Speaker 9 (13:30):
I mean I was the last to join, so yeah,
I think I was the first one to for Eleanora
to like reach out to. So basically it all started
with Eleanora, and you know, she had just done this
major deal in the city and she was talking to Netflix.
They were looking for a New York realtor to like
do a show on. They reached out to her, she
(13:51):
connected with them. You know, it all worked out, and
then they started to like try to cast she started
to try to build a team for this show, but
she also wanted it to be like a real life thing, right,
you know. So when she had first reached out to me,
she was looking for a realtor in New Jersey to
give some of her business too, because she had things
going on, but she doesn't have a New Jersey license,
(14:13):
uh huh. And so when I first met with her
was on that basis. But then after like two or
three weeks of knowing each other and working together, then
she brought it up to me and she was like,
I want you on this show with me for Netflix,
and like I'm gonna build a team and like told
me the whole thing.
Speaker 6 (14:28):
I'm like wow.
Speaker 9 (14:28):
So I was there with her from the beginning, just
like watching all these girls come in and out of
the office she interviewed.
Speaker 1 (14:35):
She says, two hundred girls.
Speaker 7 (14:36):
Yeah, because obviously Netflix wants the drama and the personality
in this and Eleanora wants someone that's still gonna get
the worst job done and like for them to find
the you know that right, chemistry of that took them
a long time.
Speaker 9 (14:49):
And we've seen a lot of girls come in and out,
and I think even even when Jordan was, Uh, actually no,
I think maybe you came after I was when Sarah
was with us.
Speaker 8 (15:01):
Yeah, that was right when I joined. You were right,
she was leaving when I was coming here.
Speaker 1 (15:04):
Yeah. Yeah.
Speaker 6 (15:05):
And we had Lauren. We had Lauren. Who else? I
mean there was this girl Victoria.
Speaker 9 (15:11):
I have so many different group pictures all that time,
and it's like.
Speaker 7 (15:15):
Every one of our team photos, you have to you
have to drop it at a certain point.
Speaker 1 (15:19):
People draw.
Speaker 6 (15:20):
We've had to like Ai like face the just do a.
Speaker 1 (15:24):
Solo and then Adam is like the America's Next Top
Model and then literally that is so.
Speaker 9 (15:34):
Yeah, it's been It's been an interesting ride and journey,
you know. But I think ultimately like we ended up
with the exact people that we were supposed to, like
end up with.
Speaker 2 (15:42):
We don't just film. I mean this is our job.
Speaker 8 (15:44):
We film what three months out of the air last year,
and we worked together every single day.
Speaker 6 (15:49):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (15:50):

Hey, you did twelve months of giving, which was so exciting.
Thank you, and I want to know a little bit
more about that. I'm big into community give backs, Like,
to me, that's so important, and this show is so
important too. But these are the things that make you
you right, make you unique, and I want to know
about that experience. Thank you.
Speaker 7 (17:24):
I appreciate you for asking about it. So it's called
Twelve Months of Giving.
Speaker 1 (17:27):
Essentially.
Speaker 7 (17:28):
It was born in the pandemic and it was me
and my girlfriends. I'm back from river Side at this
point feeling like, you know, there's all we're doing. I
feel like we were like repost warriors. Everyone's like just
reposting things, and you know, the Black Lives Matter thing
is happening, and there's so much going on in the world,
and it just got to the point where it felt
like all I'm doing is like, what is my repost
(17:48):
really doing? Like, is there anything like palpable we can
actually do that well, really help. And there was a
group at the time that was feeding the unhoused community
in skid Row, which is like a really it's a
huge community out in downtown LA and they would go
out every day. We'd get some hot and ready pizzas
and passes out but It was such a cool It
(18:08):
changed my thinking on you know, on house communities, because
for me, I was like, I think we all kind
of go and it's like they're a little off the
rock or there is so much there were like politics
within there. They had different leaders. There's leaders in the
community who are making sure everyone's good. It really changed
the way I looked at that community, and it was
(18:30):
really changed the way I looked at my friends. It
was the first time I got to see them outside
of partying or outside of you know, lounging on the couch.
I got to see them really make a difference to
people immediately and.
Speaker 1 (18:39):
Have an opinion on things too.
Speaker 7 (18:41):
Right. Yeah, but it's like pretty addicting, like once you
see your immediate impact on something, you realize like, oh,
I want this.
Speaker 1 (18:49):
I want this every day.
Speaker 7 (18:50):
And so we formed this group where every month we
would have a new cause. So twelve months, twelve different causes,
and we did you know, art auction for breast cancer,
where we got a bunch of influencers and we molded
their hot little bodies and we sent them off to artists,
had them painted really cool, and we auctioned them off.
Speaker 1 (19:06):
That is so cool that we should.
Speaker 7 (19:08):
Do, honestly, the cat do that we did on House Animals,
the on House community in downtown, which we did every year,
really twelve different causes, and it was cool to see
what things connected with different people. Like if it wasn't
women's health, maybe it was mental health. If it wasn't that,
you know, maybe it's young families. Like whatever it was,
(19:31):
someone found something they connected with. And so this will
be If you go on the Instagram, it says like
it's on a hiatus, and it is. I plan on
coming back to that. I want to make whatever money
I make in these next let's say ten years, and
then that will be my main focus without a single sport.
Speaker 1 (19:46):
Yeah, and that's why I had to touch on it,
because I knew you were so passionate about it. And
skid row is no joke. Oh if you that it's
called skid row for a reason.
Speaker 5 (19:55):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (19:55):
So if you've been to LA and you've seen that area,
it's it's not a pretty place and you made such
a difference and thank you for that.
Speaker 7 (20:02):
Yeah, And there's just so there is what's crazy is
it's not like outwardly a pretty place, but there is
so much beauty in there. Like and you don't know
until you actually go and speak to the people there, yep,
for sure.
Speaker 1 (20:12):
And so many people have been successful, like you said,
like they'll come from all walks of life percent and
you would never think one wrong move and you could
end up in a place like that. There's lots of
stories for sure. Well, thank you for sharing. Thank you.
I really appreciate you absolutely, And I wanted to talk
to you, Giselle about family work life balance because I know,
you know you're out there hustling all day. Jersey's not small, right,
(20:35):
So you're here, you're there. You're probably showing town by
town by town to different players, you know, from the Jets, Giants,
all these you know, different industries. How do you do
it all with the family balance?
Speaker 9 (20:45):
Oh my gosh, it has been insane lately, And like
I feel like my boyfriend, my daughter and my dad
they are already to kill me, Like honestly if it
was like they're holding it down. Yeah, they really are,
Like especially my boyfriend, Like yeah, he thank god he
has like his career, he's a consultant for different restaurants
and he runs his own business yep, so he's able
(21:06):
to really like spend more time at home. We have
a home office that we use to like work out of, yep,
so he's able.
Speaker 6 (21:11):
To be there a lot more than I am, you know.
Speaker 9 (21:14):
So he's right now, he's the one like taking care
of like the grocery lists and like doing the cooking,
like all that stuff.
Speaker 1 (21:20):
I love him.
Speaker 6 (21:21):
Yeah, Like he's like.
Speaker 9 (21:21):
Taking my daughter, you know, to school, pick my dad
actually has been taking her to school in the morning.
He picks her up, like takes her to sports, like
gets her. You know, it's been crazy. It definitely is
like a team effort within my family. And yeah, they're
always ready to kill me because my phone has been
like my hotline's been.
Speaker 6 (21:38):
Blinging lady like crazy, and so we're like at dinner,
my phone's going, I'm like I have to take this.
I'm so sorry, you know.
Speaker 9 (21:46):
But I definitely feel like, you know, look, we are
women in business, all of us, right, and we know
how it can be. And I think it's important to
like really sacrifice for a few years because I don't
want to always work like this, right. I want to
build my career and establish myself so that by the
time I'm forty, I could like relax a little bit.
And you know, do all these beautiful, lavish things and
(22:08):
have fun. But like right now, I'm just grinding it out,
and I like, I am a slave to my clients.
Speaker 6 (22:14):
It's okay, that's what I want right now.
Speaker 1 (22:17):
Yeah, you know, I respect the hustle so much and
I appreciate that absolutely. And and you know what I think,
like when I talk about work life bounce because the kids,
right it's important to them to be there for them
too as most important.
Speaker 6 (22:29):
And I know you you mentioned something about like mental health.
Speaker 9 (22:32):
It's so important for the kids to feel like their
mom specifically is like there. So I have had moments
where I have had to take, you know, a little
time away from what I have going on to be
there for her and to show her like I can
still show up to her basketball game. I can show
up to like her flag football game. I'll still pull
up during her lunch, and I'll bring her a sandwich
(22:54):
like which I did today by the way, like I
had a ten thirty showing her lunch is at eleven
ten called the deli. I had the sandwich ready. I
literally picked up the sandwich, picked up a gatory, dropped
off at her school, then went to the ferry to
come to the city.
Speaker 4 (23:08):
Oh my god, So what time in the day even
is it right now? I've been here for hours.
Speaker 1 (23:14):
I don't even know what time of day it is
right now.
Speaker 6 (23:15):
And that's normal on that that's literally.
Speaker 1 (23:17):
No, Oh my god. But and I have three kids,
and it's it's a lot. My husband takes on a lot.
My mother listening to she's eighty three, she takes on
a lot. She has her food on the table every night.
So we're able to do it. And it's a unique
person to help with the family, right But every night
we go to bed and that's when we talk, and
there's it's it is hard as a mom. But I
also think the kids idolize that too, absolutely, and my
(23:40):
my son's especially, like they'll see me I sing I've
been singing my whole life, and they'll see me on
stage singing. They're like, Mom, that was crazy. I can't
believe that's you. I love or like stuff like that, and.
Speaker 6 (23:50):
I want to hear you.
Speaker 1 (23:56):
It was so.
Speaker 5 (23:57):
I was actually babysitting her kids when she went to
go work for n LA for a few days. And
we're sitting there and I'm like putting them in bed
and They're all talking about what they're thankful for, and
then at one point they just start listening the things
they love about her.
Speaker 4 (24:07):
They're like, they're like, I miss her so much. I go,
let's talk about what we like about her instead.
Speaker 6 (24:11):
So everything they love about her, I can tell you're
a great mom. I like I could just I feel
the energy for sure, you.
Speaker 1 (24:20):
Too, And you know, I think you can do everything.
People say you can't do everything, and I don't agree
with that. I think you can. I think there's balance
right when your kids need you more than you're there,
and like, you do what you can. If things are stable,
you can go do it a little bit. You have
to know how to work it, but at the same
time have a good you know, surrounding, absolute support around you.
(24:42):
And not everyone has that, so I respect that. But
in my situation, I am able to do it all.
And I'm so thank you. That's awesome and it is,
you know, and I'm happy for you too.
Speaker 6 (24:50):
Thank you so much.
Speaker 1 (24:51):
And you know life, life is all about meant to
be lived, you know, all in due time and all
with balance. So I want to ask you a question
at and I want to talk about you know, first
of all, coming up to Manhattan has probably been a
game changer for you. It was always your dream, but
did it actually mean the dream for you? Once you
got here is a competitive, cutthroat What are some of
(25:13):
your challenges.
Speaker 8 (25:14):
I mean it was a culture shock, to say the
least when I first got here, like the amount of
times that I took the subway in the wrong direction.
You know, there's things you have to learn about living
in New York City. And also to just I am Southern,
you know, I say, y'all, people look at me funny.
Speaker 2 (25:29):
And when I first got here, I'd wave at.
Speaker 8 (25:31):
People walking down the sidewalk and they're like, what the
hell's wrong with that crawl? Like, there's just things you
have to learn, and you gotta like walkway, you don't
talk to people.
Speaker 2 (25:40):
You just go and people say how are you?
Speaker 8 (25:42):
They don't actually want an answer, like see, And so
there's just things that you have to learn. And but
as far as you know, once I got into real estate,
I mean, that was really like the hustle that I
had always dreamt about, like pushing.
Speaker 2 (25:52):
The pavement and going into these beautiful homes and.
Speaker 8 (25:55):
The competition and really like this is the city they
say if you make it here, you can make it anywhere.
And after the years of living here, I can understand why,
because it does just take a different type of person
to be successful here, Like you have to be willing
to fall down and get trampled and like run over
by a bus, and then you have to like put
on lip gloss and then go sell an apartment like
and look good, no.
Speaker 1 (26:15):
Bags, no bad language, and you're perfect Well.
Speaker 2 (26:18):
Bad language, I don't know. That's the one part of
me that has one hundred.
Speaker 1 (26:24):
She's got this ship. We've set up a curse jar.
Speaker 2 (26:27):
Literally, Oh my god.
Speaker 1 (26:29):
Really all right, so the Southern ballast is dead.
Speaker 2 (26:32):
Yeah, she's still here.
Speaker 1 (26:34):
She's there.
Speaker 6 (26:35):
She just has old she's already the sailor's mouth, you know.
Speaker 4 (26:38):
I mean, you guys are doing so much, even outside
of real estate. You and your husband. You have the
Elite B football showcase. Yeah, I talk to us a
little bit.
Speaker 8 (26:44):
Yes, Elite five showcase for the five Burroughs. So that
also sort of started during the pandemic. So my husband
was working with this organization called About You Outreach, which
works out of Harlem, and they basically have football training
coaching as at tutoring.
Speaker 2 (26:59):
They help you prep for college. And it really became that.
Speaker 8 (27:02):
Much more important during the pandemic when these schools got
shut down, the after school programs got shut down. Like
people don't realize that a lot of the time, like
a lot of people in America, Like they don't have
multiple computers and Wi Fi and tablet, Like a lot
of people, there's multiple children and they're trying to all
do virtual school at the same time on one computer.
Speaker 2 (27:21):
It's just it's impossible.
Speaker 1 (27:23):
Use a lot more of it than you think.
Speaker 6 (27:25):
You would.
Speaker 8 (27:25):
Be so shocked and so really the Elite five showcase,
my husband played football at Clemson in college, so he
really wanted to help get these New York kids the
recognition that they deserve from recruitment coaches.
Speaker 2 (27:40):
He never got eyes.
Speaker 8 (27:41):
He had to literally get into college for academics and
walk on to the football team and earn his way
on that way. It's that nobody really cares about New
York football. So he kind of gave eyes to these kids.
And now we've had so many kids who have gotten
full rights to college. A few of them are in
the NFL now, Like it really you can see pos
lives have changed, and it it just makes me just
(28:03):
admire my husband so much, like the same way that
I look at Jordan, like so amazing that in that
moment of the pandemic when you just BLM's happening, Like
people's lives are really suffering and all you can do
is just repost or share something on Instagram, and they
really decided, no, I'm gonna act and I'm going to
do something to help, and it worked.
Speaker 4 (28:22):
That's amazing.
Speaker 5 (28:23):
I mean, especially like athletes in high school during COVID,
I've seen so many athletes that I even knew, like
start hating the game because of the way COVID went.
And like it's kind of sad to like see that
athletes lose their spark because they worked all their lives,
all through high school and all these years to do
a sport and then they don't get recognized for college
and then they lose it.
Speaker 1 (28:42):
And that's got a job and they really depended on that,
right well, right, and they have the talent nine times
out of tend the talent. Oh yeah, it's just again
they're not in the right place right time. They're allowed
the recruiter, right, it's all these things. So thank you
for doing that, because I think sports are so important,
and going back to mental health for confidence, oh my god,
for work, you know.
Speaker 8 (29:02):
I think for young men to learn how to process
emotions and be able to let out that aggression in
a healthy manner.
Speaker 1 (29:08):
It's just so important, so important. My middle one is
a little aggressive, little guy on the field. He's a
soccer field man. He's amazing. Parents are like, my god,
I want that as my kid. Oh my god. And
I'm like that. You don't want him at home, right,
You might want him here, but not at all.
Speaker 4 (29:27):
He's not kicking the soccer ball exactly.
Speaker 1 (29:30):
He's kicked three TVs in my house, all in good fun,
I guess, you know. But speaking of mental health, mental
health America, Dutchess County is a really big supporter of ours.
And Andrew Grady, my friend there, has been doing so
many amazing programs. So kudos to each of you for
doing your parts in that because I know the show
(29:50):
can get you right, it can get you to want
to probe and be be your bad girl self. But
at the same time, having the mental strength to still
remain friends is so important and to stay like stable. Yeah,
it really was.
Speaker 7 (30:04):
I would say filming the show is the only time
I've ever had actual anxiety.
Speaker 1 (30:10):
Really, Oh my god, what caused it? From an outsider,
you know, looking in it just seems like you are
who you are. It's I think it was one.
Speaker 7 (30:19):
It was the balancing of two jobs, and then once
the show came out, it was the balancing of three jobs.
We had to do the appearances, we had to do
our real estate work, and then social media has become
a whole.
Speaker 2 (30:29):
I had no idea. Yeah, it's literally a job.
Speaker 9 (30:31):
I mean, yeah, having like I feel like, we like
to be responsive and we like to show our fans that, like,
people who have showed us like support and love, that
we hear them and like we see their comments, and
so we try to like respond to everything.
Speaker 1 (30:43):
That alone is a.
Speaker 4 (30:45):
Job twenty four hours.
Speaker 1 (30:46):
That's what I should hire, like a three way assistant.
Speaker 6 (30:50):
Well maybe honestly, we were talking about that earlier. Our
assistant would need an assistant.
Speaker 7 (30:56):
I think the hardest part though, was managing relationships. I
think that we all had to learn each other in
a very like intense world during you know, while filming,
we all had to you know, our the lead of
the team, Eleanora, the star of the show, was also
learning us and figuring out how to lead us. And
(31:17):
I think that you see some of that in the show,
but I think post show, when there's no longer the lights,
then it's like, Okay, how do we exist as a working,
real team and respect each other and respect each other's
boundaries and love each other in ways that like maybe
we hadn't in the past. So I think the anxiety
comes from like, we're a family, and it's are we
(31:38):
a family that's going to stick together? We have family,
it's going to fall apart, right, there's a lot of
families that.
Speaker 1 (31:42):
Full part in this. Stay strong. I've heard it all,
trust me. I just love Pixie Beauties.
Speaker 7 (31:48):
On a second, I'm not ready yet.
Speaker 1 (31:51):
Oh jeez, ash, seriously, are you kidding?
Speaker 4 (31:53):
Have you seen how my skin has been glowing lately?
Speaker 1 (31:55):
I'm stopping. I mean seriously. Pixie Beauty products are for
every day and they are the best. I love the
glow Tonic. It's become a staple in my skincare.
Speaker 4 (32:05):
I love that product.
Speaker 5 (32:06):
I use it every day before I do my skincare,
and honestly, it's like Braden's my face.
Speaker 1 (32:10):
I want to say, yeah.
Speaker 5 (32:11):
I mean.
Speaker 1 (32:11):
A guest commented today on how beautiful you looked, and
that you were dewey and glowy, and it's all because
of Pixie.
Speaker 4 (32:17):
Honestly, Pixie products just know how to make you feel
beautiful in your own skin.
Speaker 1 (32:21):
My favorite is the Pixie on the Glow blush. It
is so much fun. You can just stick it right on,
take it out. It's just one of my favorites. It's
so much fun and it looks so good on.
Speaker 4 (32:30):
Honestly, it gives you like a nice sunkiss glow. I
absolutely love it and it's going to be great for summer.

Speaker 1 (33:47):
You know, I think too, Like again, I've never been
through the reality process, so I can't imagine what you
guys have gone through, But I think again, keeping that
first and foremost and just knowing like, look, you're on stage.
This is when you're on stage, and this is when
we're not sad and even just coaching yourselves through that
a little bit.
Speaker 8 (34:03):
And we're really good too, I know, like in these
moments where we did have to have difficult scenes, like
Jordan was always amazing to come up to me afterwards
like are you okay, give me a hug, like let
me know, you know, yes, we have to exaggerate these
emotions and and sort of play it up. It's like
wwe reality, you know what I mean, It's like a
highlighted version of it, exaggerated form.
Speaker 2 (34:21):
And Jordan was always wonderful.
Speaker 8 (34:22):
I think Justselle mentioned that they had a similar conversation
after one of their more difficult scenes, and I think
just touching bass and checking in with each other and
really like respecting each other is how we made it there.
Speaker 6 (34:33):
I think it's I think that's huge.
Speaker 9 (34:35):
Like it's hard because obviously we want to give a
good show, and like we like obviously shows me drama,
like nobody's watching it, nobody wants to see everybody kumbayan.
Speaker 1 (34:44):
I mean, if you're like, oh I love you, I
love you too.
Speaker 5 (34:48):
Yeah.
Speaker 9 (34:49):
Yeah, So it's hard to like want to give a
good show and and and also like not want to
offend your friend or not want to say something that
you know will hurt your friends feel So I think
we always said, like, look, if it happens, it's all good,
but just like let me know before I see it,
you know, like let me know what was said before.
(35:10):
So I had no idea that, like, for example, that
Abby had said the Michael B.
Speaker 6 (35:13):
Jordan name because we were hiding it the whole.
Speaker 9 (35:15):
Time, and then like she was like we had lunch,
she was like, by the way I said his name,
I'm like, oh shit.
Speaker 5 (35:23):
Have there ever been like situations on the show where
like it's affected like your personal life because your daughter's.
Speaker 6 (35:27):
Sixteen, right, she's just turned fifteen.
Speaker 4 (35:29):
Just furn fifteen.
Speaker 5 (35:30):
So she's out in like the world of social media,
Like the kids she goes to school with are on
social media.
Speaker 9 (35:35):
Did they bring it up to her as like nothing
has affected us in a negative way? Okay, good, Yeah,
she says. Sometimes she gets annoyed. She's like, oh my god,
like mom, everybody like her friends just want to come
give me a hug and say hi, and she's over it,
you know, but thankfully, like nothing has affected her in
a negative way.
Speaker 6 (35:50):
So it's been it's been good. It's been good.
Speaker 1 (35:52):
Yeah, that's amazing. And you know when you ladies are
ready to start your families or not. Either way, I'm
so already. All right, let's go. Maybe we'll have a
baby on the show right here, right here, let's go,
let's go. So, ladies, I cannot wait for season two.
I am manifesting it into existence. And thank you so
(36:14):
much for taking the time to come on Red here
with iHeartMedia, the Hudson Valley. We love you, and congratulations
and I can't wait to see where this goes and
hopefully we'll have you back on ten seasons later.
Speaker 7 (36:25):
Absolutely, thank you guys so much, Thank you so much.
Speaker 1 (36:28):
Fun today, yes, absolutely.
Speaker 6 (36:30):
And we're gonna do a girl's karaoke soon.
Speaker 1 (36:34):
Is gonna happen?
Speaker 5 (36:36):
All right?
Speaker 4 (36:36):
Where can you guys online?
Speaker 8 (36:38):
Yeah, I'm on Instagram at the Abby Godfrey Jordan Taylor.
Speaker 6 (36:43):
Now, I'm so sorry.
Speaker 9 (36:45):
I have a very Spanish name and it's my whole
Spanish name. So it's jiselleman ss Nunez.
Speaker 1 (36:51):
All right, try to spell it. All right, let's do it.
Watch you never want to watch the watch.
Speaker 6 (36:57):
Season one The City?
Speaker 1 (37:00):
Yeah, selling the City Netflix, it's out, you know it's
been out eight episodes. Make sure you check it out.
We're going for a season two and tag them while
you're watching. These ladies support their fans, so make sure
you check it out. It's Michelle Broon on Red. You
can find me at Michelle Broon online.
Speaker 4 (37:13):
And you guys can find me at Ashrak Fierson two
HS on All Socials.
Speaker 1 (37:16):
All right, see next time. Bye, So little bonus, I
have to just ask you two ladies. So, Abby, I
know when you first came on the show, you were
like super excited to impress Jordan, and I know that's
not a secret. So when you met her, you were
like really like bubbling it up, and Jordan was kind
of like, I don't know if I really like you. You know,
you said like you had to like get her to
(37:38):
warm up to you. And then you got this listing
five point nine million dollars, right, and you guys had
to work together. Jordan, were you like culture shock? Like,
what was that like with Abby?
Speaker 7 (37:48):
It was I don't think everyone was necessarily trying to
like impress me. She was just trying to find her
place on the team. Yeah, and I'm you know, I
genuinely kind of get along with everyone, but it was
it just felt a little like a little too in
my face when.
Speaker 1 (38:00):
It came to the listing.
Speaker 7 (38:01):
Yep, we had never worked together and it was a
big client for me, So it was you know, for me,
I was trying to figure out one trying to learn Abby,
but also two trying to make sure that I protected myself.
Speaker 1 (38:13):
And this client.
Speaker 7 (38:15):
In hindsight, now I know now that I know Abby
and I know the way she.
Speaker 1 (38:18):
Works, completely unnecessary.
Speaker 7 (38:19):
Yeah, But at the time and in the show, like
a big part of our friction was her feeling unappreciated, unseen,
and me not being able to recognize that she could
very avidly do her job, and again me trying to
kind of.
Speaker 1 (38:34):
Just be like just chill, chill, bro And what about you, Abby,
how'd you feel about the situation? You were like, let's
just go make I know.
Speaker 8 (38:42):
I mean, it's obviously frustrating when I know me and
I know my work ethic and I know what I
can bring to the table and trying to like just
shake some and be like damn it, But you.
Speaker 2 (38:51):
Know, that's just that's who I am. It's not new
Jordan is.
Speaker 8 (38:53):
And I totally respect the fact that she wanted to
protect the deal in the client, in the business like
I want to do the same for my clients as well.
Speaker 2 (39:04):
And it wasn't really a personal thing.
Speaker 8 (39:06):
It was just, you know, let's just see how this goes.

well together.
