CMSgt Chuck Wilkin

Chief Master Sergeant Charles L. Wilkin is the Senior Enlisted Leader, 341st Maintenance Group, Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana. In this role, he is responsbile for leading 450 Airmen in the safe, secure, and reliable sustainment of the Minuteman III weapon system at 150 launch facilities and 15
launch control centers throughout a 13,800 square-mile complex. Originally from Sidney, Ohio, Chief Wilkin entered the Air Force in July 2001. He completed the “Missile and Space Systems Maintenance” course in April 2002. During his 21 years of service, he has held various challenging positions spread across Wyoming, North Dakota, Louisiana, Virginia, and Montana, to include a deployment in support of OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM and OPERATION IRAQI FREEDOM. Prior to assuming his current duty position, he served as Senior Enlisted Leader, 341st Missile Maintenance Squadron, Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana.
