Today's practice is about transforming eating from a mechanical task into a sacred conversation with yourself. Imagine your next meal as a landscape of sensation, color, and energy. Before you take your first bite, pause. Close your eyes if you can. Observe the plate before you as if you're seeing food for the first time.

Notice the colors - are they vibrant? The textures - smooth, rough, intricate? Breathe in the aromas. Let your senses become curious explorers. This isn't about judgment, but pure, gentle awareness.
