(00:15):
Welcome to Moments with Mary Anne. This is your host, Mary A Pistana
and we're here today with special guest, doctor Ellen Cutler, and she's here
today to share with us her ECMmethod for well being. So, doctor
Ellen Cutler is a best sling authorand internationally recognized teacher, public speaker,

(00:36):
and media personality. She has achiropractic degree and specializes in food and other
sensitivities, gentle detoxification, and enzymeand nutritional therapies for chronic conditions that have
perplexed the conventional medical establishment. Thisis all addressed in her revolutionary healing technique

(00:58):
ECM method. So let's welcome tothe show, doctor Ellen Cutler. Thank
you so great to be with you, Marian. Oh my goodness, what
an honor it is to have youhere and to talk about this. I
think it's such an important topic rightnow. There's so many people that are
having difficulties with their bodies and they'renot understanding what that's all about. Yes,

(01:21):
absolutely, and you know everybody hasspecific organs that help them detoxify.
It's so critical because we live inan environment unfortunately that is more toxic as
the days go on and as theyears go on. So in order to

(01:45):
really maintain health and wellness and energy, it's important that these organs of detoxication
work efficiently and adequately, and itis important in so many ways. And
it's interesting, man, And becausejust today I get very early in the

(02:07):
morning because I have a morning routineand I'm always looking at some new updates
and science and medicine, and Ijust read about the amount of plastics and
nanoplastics that are in the body thatthey have discovered, which is quite alarming.

(02:30):
Of course, in the article itdoesn't say exactly what they do and
how harmful. But I don't thinkour bodies were made to harbor plastics,
so our bodies need to detox aboutplastics. And I think probably nobody is
free of that because it's in ourenvironment now and so we're so subject to

(02:57):
that inundating are organs and the needto detoxify. That just sounds just awful
how that is. And you're right, I mean, it's something that none
of us can really get away from. Because it's a north fish. I've
heard that it's even in some ofthe birds we eat, so I mean
there's a lot of different places thisshows up, even does it even show

(03:20):
up on like the vegetables and organics. Well, you know, they didn't
say specific, but I know inthe past what I have read is that
if people do eat fish, thatyes, the plastics are the fish eat
the plastics, so they're going tobe in our environment, in our bodies,

(03:42):
and so I wouldn't be surprised ifwe're all not. There's somehow all
of our bodies are have some ofthese nanoplastics because we're not sure what we're
eating and what's completely in it.And one of the things also that's important
to note too is that when youlose weight and the body sheds fat,

(04:08):
because toxins are stored in fat,so when your body sheds the fat,
the body excretes a lot of toxin. So a lot of times people will
have some toxicity or detox symptoms. And so you know this is and some
women and men can't lose weight becausethey're so toxics. And sometimes what you

(04:30):
need to do is help the bodydetoxify first and then go about losing weight.
I have found in my work thatthat is mostly successful, especially for
people that have been so frustrated withnot able to lose weight and then when
you start detoxifying and doing certain things, and there's all kinds of different ways

(04:55):
to detoxify, and you'll lose weightand maintain the way it's it's it's pretty
remarkable, but it usually works. And in my work I developed a technique
called the Ellen Cutler Method ECM thatit's probably there's nothing like it, Marianne
that exists, because I have beenit's been my life. This is what

(05:15):
I do. I feel like Ido at twenty four seven. And one
of the things that I look atis how the body's detoxifying, how toxic
you are, or how the loadof toxicity is, Where it's expressed in
the body, Which part of thebody. Where is it? Is it
the cardiovascular is it the liver, the biliary system? Is it? Is

(05:41):
it compromising your immune system? Isit the respiratory system? Is it your
skin? Is it that you arealways getting sick all the time and your
immune system is just you know, can't fight any pathogens. You're always one
that gets sick no matter what.So therefore I can find out exactly where,

(06:03):
what how the body is expressing thistoxicity. And even trauma in the
life, emotional trauma is toxicity tooin the body. So I have a
very unique way that I have createdto see evaluate and actually help and see
what's best to help the body detoxify. And I think it's important that people

(06:27):
do this regularly, if not maybetaking time once a year or twice a
year, or something they do monthlyor weekly or things like intimate in fasting
is a way of detoxifying. Youdon't have to do like an intense detoxication
process, but it's important because weare all suffering in some way from toxic

(06:50):
substances or toxic emotions, and tosticthoughts are all part of it. Oh
my goodness, I'm pretty sure everyonelistening is listen to that list that you
were just talking about and going,Okay, well, i have weight gain
that won't go away, and myskin's not looking one hundred percent and I'm
feeling a little sluggish because I've beenlosing weight. So and I know that

(07:13):
your method is just so remarkable.Your education is just phenomenal. What is
it that you look at specifically whenyou start looking through your method at each
person, What's what's like the startingplace. Yeah, that's great, thank
you, that's a great question.So let's say a new person comes in
to see me. They've heard aboutwhat I do, and they're experiencing,

(07:38):
let's say, product fatigue, theyhave some respiratory problems, they have a
little asthma, and they can't loseweight, or they're putting on weight constantly,
and it just doesn't stop. What'sgoing on. So the first so
it's there, there's three parts tomy sister, and I do it via

(08:01):
zoom, and I do it whenpeople come here or just to see me
in my clinic. And first thingI do is look at their toxic load.
How is it's not so much toxicbecause everybody's toxic. Are they detoxifying
adequately, are they taught? Arethey stagnant? Are their bowels working as

(08:24):
their skin showing up? So Ilook at their toxic and stagnant load,
and this might be emotions too, like I mentioned. And then I look
at where in the body that toxicload is manifesting, where it's located,
which gives me an idea, ofcourse, on some of the symptoms they

(08:45):
might be having. So that's thefirst thing that I come up with.
Maybe remedies or ideas or diets orwhatever that help your body detoxifying and gently
and where it really makes a difference. It's not something that has to be
done so intensely. Sometimes they arecircumstances maybe that happens, but most of
the time it should be a gentle, easeful detoxication. The second part is

(09:11):
my work has been in proper optimaldigestion. This has been one of the
biggest areas for me because it readmy book and you know me, what
saved my life maybe four decades agowas taking a full spectrum digestive enzyme and

(09:33):
in fact, I just talked aboutit on a Facebook live this morning.
It's one of the most important thingsto me. Digestion is key. You
know. It's interesting because Mary anda lot of people come in and they
talk about I have prodic fatigue,or I have acne, or I have
asthma, and they they don't mentiontheir gut. And I say to them,

(09:54):
well, how's your gut? Youknow what's going on? Oh well,
I've had to be constipated in mywhole life or I'm blow it all
the time, and they've been it'shappened for them. They're so used to
it they don't even think of itas a symptom. To me, it's
one of the most important. SoI look at how the bidas digesting,
look at the whole gut, andthen recommend the best digestive enzyme, a

(10:18):
full spectrum digestive enzyme for that. That's probably one of the most important supplements,
the number one and maybe the onlyone that I'll give. I am
not really a fan of taking somany different vitamins and supplements because many people
who are not digesting properly have aton of food sensitivities. And if you

(10:41):
have food sensitivities, it's likely you'realso sensitive to some of those supplements you're
taking if you're not digesting adequately. So that's the first thing I do.
So I help with detoxication, andthen I help with proper digestion and recommending
an enzyme. Then the X part, which is probably the most creative and

(11:03):
the most revolutionary, is I lookat what are the underlying causes of their
asthma, their gut, their fatigueor likeness or weight, What are the
underlying causes of it? And whatI look at and I go through.
I have a very specific protocol thatI look at again see how their body

(11:26):
is detoxifying, and then I lookat diet and I test all the different
food sensitivities, and eighty of thepopulation Marion has food sensitivities, not food
allergies, that's less common. Foodsensitivities. They're the most important, then,
the most important that I work with. I look at environmental stress or

(11:50):
and I look at at all assensitivities. I look at pathogens cardiobascua,
I look at structure. I lookat all the possible factors that can be
underlying the cause of these particular conditionsor things that are going on. Once
I learned that, then I gothrough a specific technique of clearing, and

(12:13):
this is what I do. Thisis the ECM method clearing through a specific
ACU pressure treatment, which they cando at home. I teach them how
to do it, and I doit here in the office. They learn,
and once you learn, the bodylearns it as well. It becomes
part of you, and the bodyknows how to clear things. It's extraordinary,

(12:35):
Like, for example, if it'semotions, clearing these emotions that maybe
you've had or traumas you've had foryour whole life that you not even know
or even sometimes pass down cellularly throughancestors. It's amazing. If you sat
with me in my office for aweek, you would be amazed at what
I find and what I clear andthe miracles that people experience some time almost

(13:00):
immediately. So that's, in short, briefly the ECM method that I've really
spent my whole life developing. AndI look at anti aging, I look
at, like I said, traumas, I look at the mitochondria that's important,
as well as other areas of thegut. These are all protocols that

(13:24):
I've come up with to support andhelp that are part of the ECM method.
So that's a little brief introduction ofwhat I do just about everything there.
My goodness, well, and yourwork is so important and it's one
of the things I was really impressedwith. And you have a quote that
I saw on your website somewhere thattalks about it's not only what we eat,

(13:50):
but also what we digest and absorb. And isn't that the truth?
Yes, I say that, Ithink you know twenty times a week for
sure. You know I've said thatbecause you know you can go spy,
go to the best grocery stores,do all the bad by all the organic
stuff and you and people come tome and said, I eat so well.

(14:11):
How come I'm so bloated? Howcome I'm so tired all the time.
How come i don't have any energyfrom my kids? You know,
I know I'm supposed to exercise, but I don't have the energy to do
it. What's wrong with me?You know? And so much of it
is not digesting your food. Andyou know, taking an enzyme is so

(14:35):
incredibly helpful. It is mind bobblingeven today when I recommend it and people
say it's made such a difference. You know, it's so interesting. Many
I've been in practice for I won'tsay you'll know how old I am,
but but you know, forty plusyears and I probably have patience that's still

(14:58):
by the end times that started fortysomething years ago. And you can't say
that about a lot of different supplements, for sure, because they know how
much it is. They first ofall, they know my passion about it,
and they know how much it's made. It's such a difference in their
life. I can't imagine eating afood and not taking an enzyme with it.

(15:18):
You know, of course, shootingyour food is important. Eating eating
a seventy five. A plant baseddiet is also very important something I stress.
I'm a raw vegan actually, andI've been that way for you know,
thirty years or something, and Itry to encourage people to be as

(15:39):
much as they can somewhat of avegan if they can, because I do
feel like a whole plant based dietis probably the most healthy diet. But
sometimes people have so many food sensitivitieswhenever they can't even tolerate any food,
let alone change their diet. Soit's stepped. You know. What I
do is tear lard to the individual, and that's what's different. So not

(16:03):
everyone who has asked but gets thesame same sensitivities. Every everyone could be
different. Everyone has fatigued, mighthave different sensitivities. You can even be
sensitive to a virus you might havehad when you were a kid. Somehow
it's still it's still you're still reactingto it, Isn't it interesting? That's
some of the stuff that I havefound too and work with that is so

(16:30):
important in clearing and supporting people intheir overall health. And now after many
years, I'm teaching again age toteach to hundreds and hundreds of people and
healthcare. But I'm teaching this toeveryone because I have seen so many people,
even though don't have much of amedical education, able to do my

(16:52):
work at home and help themselves andtheir family. It's it's wonderful. So
I've I've been now I'm open toteaching who ever wants to learn this ECM
method. How inspiring is that, because I know a lot of people do
want to take control of their ownhealing, and so many of us don't
know even where to start. Yeah, you know, I think after COVID

(17:15):
that was one of the things thatI've learned is people came a little bit
frustrated with so many of the medicalsystems and so much so many things that
were true that they found out weren'ttrue, and it's, you know,
nobody's fault. It was also newand you know, and it was thrown
against us and thrown out and nobodyknew what to do. So but I

(17:41):
feel like people in some way becamevery strong and felt they needed to take
it into their own hands and helpthemselves. And it's interesting because the whole
time during COVID, I don't thinkmy practice changed at all. I know
a lot of doctors. You know, it made a big difference in their

(18:02):
practice. I think I had morepeople than ever because I think people appreciated
what this work is about, appreciatedsome of the things that I have recommended
over the years, and appreciated thefact that they can help themselves and help
their family, just simple things thatcould not hurt them. You know,
that's the thing about ecmb at enzymes. They're totally safe. And my website

(18:26):
doctor Ellencutler dot com you can findout so much more about enzymes. And
what's exciting is my book micro MiraclesDiscovered The Yelling Power of Enzymes is been
updated and released any day and it'sall about enzymes and more about it.
And I have a whole chapter onpost pandemic enzymes and a whole new chapter

(18:49):
that highlights more about anti aging andenzyme used. So I think people are
going to really love the book.Book was one of my best sellers,
and this book is even more excitingbecause so much more updated too with all
that I do. How exciting isthat? My goodness? And I know
you've had such great success with thework that you do. Is there a

(19:11):
story that you can share with us? Well, yeah, I can share
so many stories. So I hadand this actually her. I have her
video on my I don't know Ithought about her, but I have her
videos on my website to listen toeven more about it. So I had
a patient come to see me afew years ago that had severe respiratory problems

(19:37):
asthma, and she was exposed tomold, which caused some lung bronchial damage,
and which is a huge one,by the way, for people who
do have asthma. Mold is abig sensitivities and something I've worked with very

(19:59):
success fully. So anyway, shewent to a regular she went to Stamford
because she lives around there, andafter diagnosis and testing, they said the
only option was to have surgery onone of her lungs and removed part of
the lung, which can you imagine. She was forty something years old and

(20:22):
oh, you need your lung removedor part of your lung removed it,
I mean, you know, Andof course she went to Stamford thinking,
you know, Fay know what they'redoing. I mean to Stamford, right,
So she looked him and she said, you know what, I think
I need another opinion. So thenshe went to someone else that did more
natural holistic medicine, and he andI know each other, and he evaluated

(20:49):
her and did some work. Andthen she was going out with a patient,
a long time patient of mine headand seen him in a long time
but very famous author and who livesin my area, who used to come
see me, and he said, calls me up. I remember I was
in whole food shopping and he said, doctor Ellen, please talk to my

(21:11):
girlfriend right now. She needs yourhelp. They want to remove part of
her lung. So I talked toher and I got her in and found
all these sensitivities and one of thebig ones were foods and mold. And
I said, look, we're getLoriene because I can say her name because

(21:32):
she's on the video. I'm gonnawe're gonna work with you with the ECM
of clearing your sensitivity or reactivity tothe mold and other things I found when
I evaluated her too. Well. Not only doesn't she never had a lung
removed, she is asthma free. She would cough all the time, hardly

(21:52):
cost. Every once in a whileshe might get a virus, but she
knows what to do and I workwith her it's been maybe seven years now,
completely three of that. And that'sjust one example. I have so
many other amazing miracles. But it'sit was incredible. I mean, she
she was they would have taken outher lung, part of her lung,

(22:15):
and we saved her life basically, you know. And she went back to
them later on and say, youknow what, listen to my lungs.
Her lungs are completely fine, whichis incredible. It's really a great story.
I have so many like that.I've had great results with migraines,
with all the intestinal inflammatory, bow, irritable bow, leaky, gut,

(22:41):
fatigue, skin, eggzema, femaleproblems, and my whole situation too was
a miracle as well. So it'suh so, that's one of many,
you know. And honestly, Idon't give up unless I get good results,
So I stay with me. Iwon't give bob, And that's what

(23:02):
I teach, you know. Buthonestly, sometimes, just like we said,
just helping me detoxification proper, justclearing sensitivity to foods with my clearing
technique and taking the enzyme makes sucha big difference. Now, let's say
someone's taking your ECM method course, how do they have to have any medical

(23:23):
experience or background to do that.I this point, I am, I'm
just teaching who ever wants to learn, and more often than not, the
people that do want to study withme do have a degree in health in

(23:44):
some ways. But I have juststart to do that, and I've been
so amazed and so overwhelmed with howwell these people with no medical knowledge,
how well they're doing the technique. And then they call me and ask me
questions, you know, and Ithink that you'd be surprised how much more

(24:07):
people who want to study with me. You'd be surprised how much more they
actually know, because they've always beenmore into this kind of study, you
know, learning about holistic health insome way. You'd be surprised how much
they know when they actually start workingwith me. I'm so impressed with them,
and it's actually very exciting and Ilove it. Like next teaching,

(24:30):
I one of a doctor of mine, a friend of mine referred me this
little young boy that is like abubble boy and this work has just changed
their family's life. And he pleadedwith me to see this little boy because
my practice is pretty filled up foryears and years. That's why I want
to teach so I can refer peopleto other people. And I said,

(24:52):
okay, I will take him on. And the mother now already is ready
to learn because my next clear isOctober. She's so excited about it because
she sees how much your name. She says, I just want to learn
it. That's what happens to Mary. I notice when people work with me,
they want to learn this. Theysaid, I want to learn because
it's we do have miracles, whichis you know, I know it's hard

(25:17):
to say, and maybe some peoplewon't believe it, but I see it
every week in my practice. Ihave seen it for years and years,
and I love what I do andand I know it's right. I just
know it's right because I see howit works and how it flows, and
how I have these aha moments andpeople light up. And you know,

(25:38):
sometimes too, when I'm working withpeople, just telling them, just them
learning what's going on helps them feelbetter. Sometimes just the knowledge of it
is very interesting. That's a wholeother talk in itself that we could talk
about, but it's it's fascinating, you know. My goodness. I was

(25:59):
just so impressed with how you bringthis all together, and it's in a
way. I think a lot ofpeople are you know, they're dealing with
a brain fog and floating and it'syou know, and you break it down
in a way that I don't.I don't think I've seen other people do
it in the way that you have. Like I had this woman today who

(26:21):
you know, and I zoom.I work with a zoom, which is
great because I hadn't even did itbefore COVID, so I was doing zoom.
I said, I have to trybecause of people from all over the
world. I have to try towork it out so they don't have to
come here because it's not easy. And my guys, this woman that we
found crazy enough a parasite and itdoesn't my work doesn't diagnose. I don't

(26:44):
see I diagnosed. But I founda reactivity of parasite she might have had
for years was related to interesting enoughand a spike in her glucose during the
night which caused some high perte pensionand some problems with waking up in some
brain fog. Because you mentioned brainfog and working to clear the parasite and

(27:08):
maybe using some different like I haveother supplements that have enzymes in it that
I might use. She's doing somuch better, and she said, you
want to hear this, She said, my sleep ATNA now is completely gone,
just by working on these parasite Whowould ever think that parasites was related
to a spiking glucose. Never, that's this kind of stuff I find that

(27:30):
nobody would ever find because you can'tdo this without some kind of an evaluation
process that I've created through an amazingprogram and the programmer who works with me
in this technique, and it's alwaysadvancing. Literally, I never know what
I'm going to find. It's amazingAnd people say, how did you know

(27:52):
that? And I said, well, you know, this is the work,
This is the technique with your yearsof experience and knowledge on this because
everyone is so different. You're notusing like this cookie cutter approach to dealing
with someone's asthma or someone's bloating. You're really looking at them in as a
whole person. And it's and it'sfun and you know it's uh, it

(28:18):
really is not about just giving amedicine or a supplement or you know,
like you know, people look atthese labs and will take this, but
that might not be the best thingfor that person. You know, they
might like. For example, therewas this whole lots of new data on

(28:40):
touring, which is an amino acid. They say, now it's the breakthrough
amino acid. Everybody should take it. It's anti aging, it's for the
mitochondria to help you lose weight orwhatever. And you know what it might
work for somebody, it's I don'tfind it on everyone they need it.
And sure enough I read something elsethat said, you know that it's not

(29:00):
really that well absorbed. So peopleare going to take all this, but
it's just gonna come right out oftheir kidneys anyway. So you know what's
better, digest your food and you'regonna get those amino acids that you need.
That's much better. Doesn't that soundmuch better than taking up you know
something? I remember I used tohave people come in with a suitcase of
supplements, and you know, andbesides the fact of being expensive, they

(29:25):
are more bloated and more toxic andmore unhappy about all these supplements. It's
overwhelming, you know, And Ilove taking people up all many of the
supplements at some are important obviously, like vitamin D is important. V twelve
is important for vegans, and maybeprobiotic for some everyone does well, and

(29:49):
the digestive ends and everybody needs that, you know, because also the soil
now is bereft of many of theend on minerals. That because we're shortage
of certain certain minerals. That that'swhy we in our plants, we're not
getting the enzymes they help I digestanymore. So because of agriculture and what's

(30:11):
gone on with our soil, wedon't make the enzymes that we need for
digestion of all the different food groups. So that's why the digestive enzymes.
So, like I said, we'renot vitamin deficient, most of the time,
we're enzyme deficient. Well, doctorEllen, can you share your website
one more time where people can connectwith you and make appointments and learn more

(30:33):
about your work. Yes? Yes, My website is doctor Ellen Cutler dot

and if people like to learn mynext seminars October, we have a few

good digestive enzymes I recommend to onmy website if you're interested as well.
So please you know, love tohear from you guys out there. Well,
