Dr. Mattia is a women's advocate as seen from her book, "Gender on Wallstreet, Uncovering Opportunities for Women in Financial Services", numerous articles, columns, radio shows, podcasts geared towards "Financially Empowering Women" and her TEDX calling women to engage in their financial lives. She believes that when women develop money management skills, they can make a meaningful impact. Her financial expertise is a unique combination of advanced financial degrees and certifications and over 30 years of financial leadership experience as a CFO/Controller for Fortune 500 companies and Wall Street firms, as a Wealth Manager for individuals preparing for retirement, and as a Finance Professor at Universities. Throughout her career, Dr. Mattia has managed and mentored hundreds of women.
