Today’s affirmation is: Tomorrow is a new day, and I look forward to what it will bring.

Sometimes the day does not go as planned. As you get ready for bed, your mind immediately starts to replay all that went wrong that day. Don't let it. This affirmation reminds us every tomorrow is a new chance for something better.

In this episode, I'll share an exercise to help you see the potential in tomorrow.
