What's going on?

Speaker 3 (02:44):
Hey, good evening.

Speaker 4 (02:48):
All as well.

Speaker 3 (02:50):
I am just so blessed and so grateful to be
present with you.

Speaker 2 (02:54):
Awesome, awesome. I'm very excited. Like I was saying, this
is gonna be free we started, It's going to be
an awesome discussion. I am very excited what God has
in store for us. Yeah, let's get this started. So say, say,

(03:18):
for instance, how does this movement start.

Speaker 4 (03:23):
Well, I am a GOPA licensed spiritual practitioner and what
that means is I insist individuals and cultivating a rich
and meaningful relationship to prayer. And in prayer, we want
to bring our awareness to the presence of God as

(03:44):
the very activity of our consciousness. And so that is
what I am. A walking body of prayer, and I offer,
of course spiritual therapy, but it is affirmative prayer that
is the very fabric of my being. I signed up

(04:05):
to pray for the rest of my life. So I'm
very excited too. It's there some things this evening.

Speaker 2 (04:11):
I love that experience to the way you said that
I signed up to pray for the rest of my life.
You know, we're going through a mighty heap of things
through today's tests at time you notice that, Yeah, if
it's not one thing, it's another. Doctor It's it's like

(04:38):
like say, for instance, I work in the community. You know,
I work with the kids as a crossing guide. You see,
you know a lot of heap of things. You know,
you can see like I'm not saying I'm a mind reader,
but you can see how the movement is going, like

(05:04):
with the community. And it's like you can read how
certain people are going with the with the livelihood, like
as far as some of them don't have a father

(05:26):
in the home. Some of them don't have a mother
in a home. You can tell when they have their
mother in their home and their father in the home
because they their mother and their father is walking into
the school or driving them to the school. That's a
good sight to see. Yeah, what I'm trying to say

(05:47):
is I'm praying every day. I'm praying even when I'm
waking up. I'm praying at nighttime when I'm like before
I'm going to bed. Matter that saying. Before I came
on this this movement with you, Lady Marrie, it's like,

(06:09):
like I was telling you, you know, if you do
not feel that what we was talking about, that means
God is not ended.

Speaker 4 (06:21):
Yeah, yeah, you know, I know that there's a lot
going on around the world. There's a lot of Christ's happening,
you know, But as believers in the Body of Christ,
we get to look to the hills from which cometh
our health. We're not ignoring the chaos, the pain, the
lack of limitation of the world. We're not ignoring that

(06:43):
that is very much present. But this was a time
where we are really called as a body of Christ
to pause and to pray there's a cripture that says,
if my people who are called by my name would
humble themselves, turn from there with waves and seek my face.

Speaker 3 (07:09):
Them, well I show up.

Speaker 4 (07:11):
I will heal their sins and forgive their land. And
so this prayer we are all called to pray, that
is what's going to bring.

Speaker 3 (07:23):
Peace and love. Yes, once again, it's going to restore.
This is what we're called for.

Speaker 4 (07:30):
This is an exciting time. I know it's kind of scary,
but it's such an exciting time to be alive and
to be here as a body of Christ offering prayer. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (07:44):
Yes, Like say, for instance, when I I'm a person
of outrage, So like I like when I go to
any place, like if I go to the store, I'd
like to talk to I talk to everyone. You know,

(08:07):
it don't matter how big you are, how tall you are,
how small you are, how you look, or whatever. I
talk to everyone because I believe that that person needs
someone to smile back at them, you know, to make
you know, you know, a smile reacts a smile, you understand. Yeah,

(08:31):
So that's basically what I'm all about, reaching souls and
winning souls. It doesn't matter how I win them. It
doesn't take you know, a platform. You know, it could
be any platform, it could be. You don't have to
when I'm trying to say, you don't have to be

(08:53):
behind them four walls or that's right in the fo
in them four walls to reach or win. So that's right,
that's right, just a lot of Christ. Yes, that's the ministry.
Wherever you are, that is.

Speaker 4 (09:09):
The ministry training the light of Christ.

Speaker 3 (09:12):
Whether it's at the station, at a grocery store for him, yes, yes, wherever.

Speaker 4 (09:19):
Yeah, it's powerful thing.

Speaker 2 (09:23):
Lady Thomas, is your time to take over?

Speaker 4 (09:27):
Oh wow? Well, I know you said that everyone was
expecting music tonight. It's right, and so I don't want
to let your listener down. So I'm going to sing
just a little bit of a song Roger that we
used to sing during Rucy service at Vegas View Church
of God in Christ.

Speaker 2 (09:48):
Wow. Wow, you're gonna take you back.

Speaker 4 (09:51):
Wow. Yes, we are talking about prayer, and I want
to tell you that the prayers that your grandmother, mother
Mason and poured into me still is yet thriving and
I am still leaning into those prayers. And I just
want to sing something and uh, something from back in

(10:14):
those days.

Speaker 3 (10:15):
Real quick, just for the music listeners.

Speaker 4 (10:18):
And it goes like this, somebody prayed for me, had
me on their minds just the time, and praise for me.
I'm still that they prayed. I'm sticking that they parade.
I'm sign that they prayed for me. All right, So

(10:39):
let's get this started.

Speaker 5 (10:41):
All yeah that, yes, I could not let your hope
dis a point.

Speaker 4 (10:54):
There have to be a little bit of element of music.
But this topic is prayer. Uh huh, Yes, it is prayer.
So I just want to open up.

Speaker 3 (11:07):
With a prayer.

Speaker 4 (11:10):
And so wherever you are, I just want you to
settle in and be still and just recognize that the
presence of God is right where you are. Hold how

(11:31):
good and how pleasant it is the brethren to dwell
together in unity. And so it is in this unified
consciousness that I enter the gates with gratitude and thanksgiving.
How grateful I am for this very moment, How grateful
I am for the very breath that I breathe right now,

(11:52):
knowing that this breath is the very breath of God
that animates my body. I'm grateful for Roderick. I am
grateful for this platform that he has, that it is
blessing and bringing so much love and healing to over
one hundred and fifty countries. I am grateful, so grateful

(12:17):
that love we get to hold virtual hearts and we
get to be unified in this moment of prayer, releasing
everything that has happened before this very moment, letting it
all dissolved into love, and recognizing that there is only
one power, one presence, one heart and one mind. Lord.

(12:41):
That is heart and mind of God. God is the
center of peace. God is love, intelligence, God is beauty.
God all that there is the beginning and the end.
And I know that I am created in the image

(13:02):
and likeness of God. So therefore in my life is
the very demonstration of God. And as I know this
is true for me, I know this is true for
everyone that's under the sound of Michael Waye, that right
where you are, the presence of God is. God is
in the space in between ourselves. It is a very

(13:23):
flame that sparks the neuron and our body. The creator,
the creative force that created the sun, the planet, the moon,
and the stars, the water. There is a divine order
that is happening right here and right now. Yes, so

(13:45):
I belives this time together. I bless the engineers that
are making this happen. I bless each in every being
that is listening, whether it's live now or whether it's
so where down the road, knowing that right when you
hear this prayer, that it was meant to sow a

(14:08):
seed in the fertile grim and just left this time together,
and I released this prayer the name and the nature
of my Lord and finger Jesus Christ.

Speaker 2 (14:21):
Amen, if it.

Speaker 4 (14:22):
Came, they'd.

Speaker 3 (14:26):
H I love to pray. Amen, I love it.

Speaker 2 (14:30):
I can see it. I see it.

Speaker 3 (14:34):
So it's was my time to take over. This is
your time, yes, all right.

Speaker 4 (14:41):
So I just.

Speaker 3 (14:43):
I want to begin with.

Speaker 4 (14:46):
Just acknowledging that the Master Teacher gave us the perfect
formula of prayer. Our Father, who are in heaven hollowed,
be thy name, Thy Kingdom, Come, Thy will be done
on earth as it is in heaven. Let's just stop there.

Speaker 3 (15:10):
Just let us think it.

Speaker 4 (15:13):
As a life and spiritual practitioner, we have a prayer
treatment that we call affirmative prayer, and it models the
prayer that the Master Teacher lay before us. We begin
with gratitude, enter into the presence of God with exceeding joy,

(15:37):
so I want to encourage each and every one of
us to begin the prayer, no matter what we are seeking,
no matter what we are turning our faith to God,
to the presence of God, no matter what the situation.

Speaker 3 (15:54):
Is, begin with gratitude.

Speaker 4 (16:00):
Gratitude and expressing.

Speaker 3 (16:03):
That in your prayer.

Speaker 4 (16:04):
First, it's the apes an atmosphere of praise. It invites
the Holy Spirit to celebrate all of the great.

Speaker 3 (16:16):
Things that God has done.

Speaker 4 (16:18):
In spite of what we are praying. Coming into the
faith of prayer for we get to recognize all of
the good that has already happened, and all of.

Speaker 3 (16:27):
The good that is yet happening.

Speaker 4 (16:30):
We get to be grateful for those miracles, those breakthroughs.

Speaker 3 (16:37):
We get to be grateful for it all.

Speaker 4 (16:40):
And then we get to model what Jesus said, our father,
who are in heaven followed, be thy name. What is
the name. That name is Love, that name is peace,

(17:02):
that name is grace, that name is power, that name
is plentitude, that name is eternal, that name is benevolent.
Is the name and nature of God. See, Jesus was
telling us, if you see me, if you really see me,

(17:29):
you have seen my father and brother rogers. What are
some of the things that we know about Jesus. We
know that he came here as a prince of peace,
as divine example of infinite love, love, intelligence, beauty, compassion,

(17:55):
loving kindness, steadfast wisdom, uncompromising and harmonious good, the absolute truth.
Jesus said, if you see me, you see my Father.
We are one, there is no separation. And as the

(18:18):
body of Christ, we want our life to shine as
the body of Christ. We want to have the mind
and the heart of Christ. And so if Christ says,
when you see me, you see my Father, we want

(18:38):
others cannot see our faith, not even see our deeds.
We want them to see the beauty, see the love,
see the compassion, to fill it. Not see it with
the eyes, but fill it. And that is the face

(19:01):
of prayer, of being ingratitude and recognizing the faith of God,
and recognizing all that God is. When I am in
those two steps of prayer, I literally forget.

Speaker 3 (19:21):
Sometimes not all the time, but sometimes.

Speaker 4 (19:23):
I forget why even stopped and came.

Speaker 3 (19:27):
To the censor of prayer. I forget about the problem,
because once.

Speaker 4 (19:32):
I answer the gates of thanksgiving and gratitude, and once
I think about all the goodness of God. And once
I connect to that love that gives me everything that
I need to know that the rest of the Holy

(19:54):
prayer give us as they our daily bread. I know
that I am going to be bad because I know
that God is the infinite certain supply forgive us our debt,
because we could give those that owe us. I'm not
worried about the wrong that's been done, and I am

(20:16):
gratefully accepting the grace of the wrong that I may
have done, knowing that God's got me that whatever the
problem is, it is already done in the heart and
the mind of God. And that's the power of prayer,
that's the power of gratitude. So going back to our topics,

(20:38):
your true nature, what is your true nature? Our true
nature is I'll repeat some of the things that I've
mentioned before. It's peace, it's love, intelligence, it is power,
it is compassion, it is loving kindness, intelligence, it is
harmonious good. So what is my quality? What is your quality?

(21:09):
I am unique? You are unique. That is one of
the qualities of the true nature. Psalms one point thirty nine,
Verse seventeen and eighteen reads how precious also are the
thoughts unto oh God, how great is the some of them?

(21:32):
If I should count them, they are more than the numbers,
than the fans. When I awake, I am still with thee.
I am unique. Another scripture that my mom have quoted

(21:53):
to me all my life that has given me strengths,
that has given me what I needed to continue on
is the Olympians four and thirteen. I can do all
things through Christ with strength and me. So no matter
what we are going through, no matter what we are facing,

(22:14):
no matter what the challenge is, if we hang on
to that source of what we don't that Jesus Christ
is there with us, that is all the strength that
we need. And in that no matter what it is,
an illness, it could be grief, it could be loss

(22:35):
of income, loss of a job, chaos, whatever it is,
there is strength in Christ. And we can do all
things through Christ that strengthen us. And I'm going back
to gratitude and quoteing something else. The joy of the
Lord is my strength. And so no matter what we're
going through, in that space of gratitude and recognizing the beauty,

(23:01):
the beauty of God, that is the strength that I need.
That carried me from thinking about the issue to understanding
that I don't know how I'm going to get through this,
but I know the knower. Amen.

Speaker 2 (23:21):
Amen.

Speaker 4 (23:24):
Another another thing that I want to share about your
true nature is that you are perfect just as you are.
I am perfect in the heart and mind of God
Psalms one point nine, verse fourteen is one of my favorites.

(23:45):
I will praise THEE for I am fearfully and wonderfully made,
marvelous art that works, and that my soul knoweth right. Well,
how about that I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Folks,
let me tell you, beloved, God doesn't make junk.

Speaker 3 (24:06):
God don't make no junk.

Speaker 4 (24:09):
His creation is wonderfully made, marvefully made. So what does
that mean that everything that you need is already there?
Already there, You've been fearfully and wonderfully made in the
image and likeness of God. And so all of the abundance,

(24:33):
all of the strength, all of the love, all of
the compassion, all of the power, all of the creativity,
everything that you need is already there. We just have
to surrender and allow it to be, which is the
second part of the topic. Allow the emersience. You know,

(24:59):
my Reverend, and often share.

Speaker 3 (25:04):
The story of the acorn.

Speaker 4 (25:07):
This little tiny acorn seed fit in the palm of
your hands, the secure little acorn. But what we know
about this acorn is that this little seed has everything
that it needs to become an oak tree. This little

(25:30):
seed has everything that it needs to come until its
full expression, which is a forty feet fifty feet up
to eighty feet tall tree, oak tree. And you know what,
this little acorn doesn't worry about how am I going
to get there? How am I going to be this big, old,

(25:55):
tall oak tree. I'll tell you. During those times that
we feel like chaos and hopelessness has overtaken us, that's
when we go to the pre closet. That's when we

(26:16):
are there taking root. Just as we bury this little
acorn and cover it up with dirt, it doesn't worry.
It is safe. Even in the darkest hour. There is

(26:36):
safety knowing that I am blossoming to my full potential.
And in that the elements come together and provide a
loving container that allows us acorn to eventually open up
in the darkness. And then there's roots, that's where the

(27:01):
prayer life come in.

Speaker 3 (27:03):
There's roofs that are.

Speaker 4 (27:04):
Planted before we even see it's spark of that green
little plug that comes out of the ground. Roots have
already taken place. What happens when the acorn knows that
the water, that the sunlight, that everything that is needed
to ensure that there is a safe container to grow,

(27:28):
It's already there.

Speaker 3 (27:30):
And then there's the.

Speaker 4 (27:31):
Angels whispering to this acorn, grow, throw, grow. You're beautiful,
You're beautiful. Your nature is love. You have everything that

(27:51):
you need. You're not going to grow into a road bush.
You're not going to grow into a little rock. But
God has planted in you, little acorn. It's already there,
and there's nothing that this world can take. Just trust

(28:11):
and know that you are perfect and that you will
blocking into everything that God has for you, and that
acorn eventually becomes the oak tree. See, this is what
prayer does. It allows us to tell the roots our

(28:36):
foundation and allows us to just surrender and allow whatever
it is that God has already planted and roots to
deep it in us. It's already done.

Speaker 3 (28:50):
We just have to allow it to emerge.

Speaker 4 (28:56):
And so I am grateful again just for this opportunity
to talk about prayer, because certainly, when we allow ourselves
to really be immersed in the presence of God and

(29:18):
really connect to the nature of God, that is our
own nature. Everything around us begins to shift, our experience
begins to shift, the lives around us begin to shift,

(29:39):
and the world around us is shifting. If my people
who are called by my name will humble themselves and prayer,
I will heal their land. So, brothers and sisters, I
just want to encourage you to begin your prayer with

(30:02):
praise and gratitude and then acknowledge who and what the
Father is to all of the creation that God poured
itself into fully holy, let nothing else.

Speaker 3 (30:21):
We are loaded and encoded.

Speaker 4 (30:23):
With everything that we need as God's creation, and so
let's just add those things to our prayer and stay
in that space of gratitude, stay in that space of
recognizing who God is, and don't move from that space

(30:43):
and ask for anything until your cup is full, until
you feel the Holy presence all throughout your body, and
then then pray for the issue that you are approaching
the throne for. But I guarantee when you finish those

(31:04):
first two steps, you'll forget about how heavy that mobe was.
It will become light because you are light. You are
the light of Christ. Roger, I thank you, I thank
you take over Nation for allowing me to spend some

(31:27):
moments with you. I hope that there is something that
you can take from this, that something has been activated
that will bringing you to your next greatest level to be,
because certainly you started off as an acorn, but truly

(31:51):
we are all the oak tree and I am complete. Amen.

Speaker 2 (31:57):
Amen, the topic of you your true nature allows emergency.

Speaker 4 (32:05):
Bye.

Speaker 2 (32:06):
Lady Morris. I am so over wound. I am all
in the awe moment right now. You made my our
ancestors so proud. You made my grandmother, Oh my goodness,
she's looking down at us right now, and she's just smiling.

(32:29):
She's just smiling at us, and she's saying, look at
my grandbaby, look at my my daughter. Just talking to
my grandmother.

Speaker 4 (32:39):
Yes, my god, Grandma, I got the Holy God.

Speaker 2 (32:45):
You don't understanding what I'm saying. It's uh, it's one
of those moments to where it's like I'm loving it,
you know. So, Lady Marshay, you got to you gotta
come back because there's gotta be uh a number two
