24. november 2023 udgav SUMMONS sin nye EP 'Past Is Now Now Is Past'.
Efter mange års hi vender gendannede SUMMONS tilbage med EP’en ‘Past is Now Now is Past’, der i sine både grandiose og nærværende alt-rock-kompositioner undersøger personlige fragmenter af fortiden, og hvordan de ses, forstås og føles nu så mange år efter.
SUMMONS blev oprindelig dannet i 1990 i medlemmernes tidlige teenageår, og indtil sin opløsning i 1997 indspillede bandet fem EP’er og spillede adskillige koncerter. Efter bandet stoppede, bestod venskaberne årene igennem, alt imens medlemmerne fandt andre og forskelligartede musikalske udtryk og veje gennem livet.
