Speaker 1 (00:00):
And I think that was probably an aspiration or a
goal in my youth is to have a relationship stronger
than the Spanish announced table, like and here we are. Yeah,
I could be stepping back care get the horns, you know,
do the whole thing. I do the I could do
the move on you.

Speaker 2 (00:15):
Yeah that's once I'm not pregnant.

Speaker 1 (00:19):
Yeah, yeah, exactly. So yeah, I mean yeah you won't
be so I mean like, there you go a little bit.

Speaker 2 (00:27):
I'm gonna put it like this, I need Dirty Dom
to grow a pair.

Speaker 1 (00:30):
I am over him. We're going right after seeing.

Speaker 2 (00:34):
Girl Crazy, she's been doing a little like positivity rants
and like choose you're happy, and how like just at
the end of every week, grateful I got to be
in these places this week, Grateful I have a job,
and just her wonderful. Her positivity is fantastic.

Speaker 1 (00:52):
I love that. Hi, and welcome to the My life was.

Speaker 2 (00:57):
What am I do?

Speaker 1 (01:00):
Hello, and welcome to my Wife Loves Wrestling podcast. This
is my wife.

Speaker 2 (01:04):
I'm wife, I'm Miles Webber, I'm Pathy Webber.

Speaker 1 (01:08):
Welcome to our podcast.

Speaker 2 (01:09):
I feel like I'm just going to take it as
I do so many things that when you said my wife,
there's a laundry list of things your brain wanted to
say instead of just loves wrestling.

Speaker 1 (01:19):
No, I just get flupped up in my words sometimes.
That was a that was a thing that always used
to happen when I was doing like hosting things, like
back when I was doing teleprompter work a lot.

Speaker 2 (01:31):
I'm sure there's no way I could do that, all right,
So you.

Speaker 1 (01:34):
Just kind of you flub up over your words.

Speaker 2 (01:36):
I flubbed up on our wedding vows. I lost my place.

Speaker 1 (01:39):
So I could not dare you, and thus it was ruined,
I know. So yeah, No, we're here to chat about wrestling. Yeah,
so yeah, I know that you've been. I mean, because
it is the My Wife Loves Wrestling podcast, you do
tend to steer the ship here and we bounce off.
Is that you steering the ship? That was very cute.

(02:00):
If you're only listening then you can could see she
was doing this very like cute steamboat Willie type thing. Yeah,
it was. It was good. That was good. Yeah, And
I know you've came with your copious amounts of notes
about what we've got on the docket to talk about
wrestling wise, So let's cover the wonderful world of wrestling,

(02:24):
shall we.

Speaker 2 (02:25):
I mean a lot's happened since I started these notes
because I think I started right around money in the bank.

Speaker 1 (02:32):
Okay, because we haven't talked about money in the banks.

Speaker 2 (02:35):
We haven't. And here's the thing. My notes rarely have
to do with what actually happened on wrestling with not
like it has to do with wrestling, but like it's
a lot of like behind the scenes type thing.

Speaker 1 (02:53):
Sure, now with like the actual matches.

Speaker 2 (02:55):
Yeah, I mean the matches were great, the women's.

Speaker 1 (02:59):
Ladder match, which was great. I mean the women's ladders
matches never disappointed. Never.

Speaker 2 (03:03):
I mean that's where Son prefers them.

Speaker 1 (03:05):
This is very true. Can I see the girls wrestle?
I want to see the girls with the ladder. I
want the ladder. Can I have a ladder? No, you
cannot have a ladder. You're three and a half and
you sometimes are apprehensive about jumping off for the couch
and onto a mattress on the floor. Definitely can't do
a ladder. So, yes, the matches were good. Money in

(03:27):
the bank was good. What did John Cena do? Logan
was a tag match? That was a tag match? That's right? Yeah,
So Yeah, that was fine.

Speaker 2 (03:37):
I think it was great. So we're going to talk
about it.

Speaker 1 (03:39):
Let's talk about it. The logan Paul jump oh yeah,
and that that beautiful moon salt from the ring apron
up and over to the announced table, the reinforced announced table. Okay,
so most people, at least you know, from when we

(04:00):
were watching wrestling in our youth, that poor Spanish announcement
table took a beating all the time, all the time,
first to go, oh, that was always the first to go.
So and I think that was probably an aspiration or
a goal in my youth is to have a relationship
stronger than the Spanish announced table, Like and here we are,
here we are. I know, we're double reinforced. We're so reinforced. Absolutely.

(04:25):
So yeah, the the he did the moon salts onto?
Was that Jay that took the moon salt? Or was
that Cody?

Speaker 2 (04:37):
I believe it was j J.

Speaker 1 (04:40):
I want to say it was Jay I took the
moon salt. Yeah, So what do you have to say
with the moon salt? And not that it was perfect?
I mean it was perfect, It was perfect.

Speaker 2 (04:49):
Okay. Well, so it's kind of like a sidebar that
we've never talked about. The unsung heroes of WWE, the workers.

Speaker 1 (04:57):
I know where this is going.

Speaker 2 (04:58):
Yes, I mean the camera guys obviously catching that was fantastic.
But if you never watched the camera guys work, like
just watched.

Speaker 1 (05:07):
Like when you're there, I think that's a big perk
to going to a live event for WWE is you
get to see just how the ship is actually ran
and seeing the camera guys like half to like they
were backwards, running backwards the camera holding the camera still
like on a gimbal, like getting their shot in and

(05:29):
then turning it around. Like the fact that they were
able to run backwards like they are and nobody trips
in falls. Yeah, ever, insanity, absolute insanity. So give those
men their flowers, absolutely wholehearted.

Speaker 2 (05:43):
And then for the moon salt, somebody did catch from
the audience. While Logan was getting ready to do it,
a worker was underneath the table.

Speaker 1 (05:55):
We saw a little bit behind the curtain.

Speaker 2 (05:57):
I'm assuming loosen things.

Speaker 1 (05:58):
It seemed like it was loosening the table up a
little bit so that way there would be some give,
which is still impressive because they don't always break, No,
they still even if that is a practice where in
order for them to do that move on the table.
Somebody has to be on there to unloosen a couple
of knobs. The fact that it still doesn't always break

(06:21):
is pretty incredible.

Speaker 2 (06:23):
Well, and what I also found incredible, because I think
we watched it a couple times, was how Logan knew
the guy was no longer there to do the flip,
Because in my head I was like, okay, well maybe
because the refs have the earpiece, they tell the ref,
the ref gives him a signal. But then when we
rewatched it, the ref is over at the side where

(06:45):
Logan can't see him. Fact, So how that whole spot
came together? Magic?

Speaker 1 (06:52):
Yes, true?

Speaker 2 (06:53):
Magic?

Speaker 1 (06:54):
Yeah, I mean at that point, I think it's just
I don't know. I mean, I think you obviously have
to time the spot. They know that the big spots,
I believe, are talked about where beforehand they're like, okay,
well how do we get from this spot to this
spot to this spot and we improvise everything in between.
We'll call it out there. But there's gonna you have

(07:16):
to talk about, like, oh, I'm going to do a
moon salt off the apron onto you on the table.
And so when that gets set up, Ultimately, I think the.

Speaker 2 (07:25):
Partners off the rope, right and at the apron, it.

Speaker 1 (07:27):
Was off the ropes. The well, he was on the
apron and then he jumped onto the rope and Moon
salted off. Yeah, so very Sean Michaels asked, because John
Michaels was the only one who used to do that,
and man, yeah, the fact that he was able to
clear it and get there so perfectly was insanity. But yeah,
just trusting, like, all right, I'm going to assume that

(07:50):
that guy is not there anymore.

Speaker 2 (07:52):
The thing is set up and out of the way.

Speaker 1 (07:54):
It's like the pit crew in Formula one. Yes, you
know what I mean, it's just all right, gone, all right,
we got this. So but I mean we saw he
barely got out from under there, like it was the
last second and then bam and he just kind of
like tucked and rolled out of there. So yeah, no,
very impressive.

Speaker 2 (08:12):
So that the whole thing was magical. What made it
more magical, and especially because I was periodically checking social
media as Money in the Bank was going on, and
of course because I don't know if you've seen this,
but the Rock's mom was sitting behind the commentators.

Speaker 1 (08:29):
She was I didn't hear that she was. Everybody was
sitting behind the commentators, Travis Barker.

Speaker 2 (08:36):
They thought Travis Barker was hoppinging.

Speaker 1 (08:38):
No, no, nobody thought Travis Parker but to Pangamita.

Speaker 2 (08:43):
Row Hand. But so because he was she was sitting
behind them, everybody thought The Rock was going to do
something on there. And y'all, Rock owns a piece of
the company. He wants his mama there. He wants his
mama there and she probably lives in La. Maybe I
don't know because they were in LA. But everybody was like, oh, well,

(09:04):
that's like a spoiler because she's right there. Spoiler. He
didn't show up.

Speaker 1 (09:07):
He didn't.

Speaker 2 (09:08):
But what was really cool, and I don't know if
you've seen anything on it is after he did the
Moon Salt. Because the Rock's mom is just trained in
this industry, she was doing the sign to Logan and
Jay for them to signal back to her that they
were okay because she knows all the insects signals and

(09:29):
so if you watch it, she's doing the signal to
get the signal back that they're okay.

Speaker 1 (09:34):
That's the signal.

Speaker 2 (09:35):
It was something like to do that or the same.

Speaker 1 (09:39):
As like milk for for.

Speaker 2 (09:41):
Infinite Maybe she just needed milk. I don't know, but
and so I thought that was so special of.

Speaker 1 (09:49):
The milk, and he was like you're welcome, right, But.

Speaker 2 (09:52):
I thought that was so special.

Speaker 1 (09:54):
That's sweet. Just yeah.

Speaker 2 (09:55):
I mean it's you know, ingrained in her head from
the whole family.

Speaker 1 (09:59):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (10:00):
So she's been to everything.

Speaker 1 (10:02):
Yeah, she's been around long enough to know like, oh,
are they okay? And it's like, hey, give me a
little yeah, and they're like, well, okay, I'm I'm a rock. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (10:11):
So I thought I thought that whole thing topped about
him was a beautiful thing.

Speaker 1 (10:16):
That's sweet. Yeah, that's really really nice. I hope that
she could pass some of that compassion down to the
rock to do it's too much money, you should give
some of it away, like you've lost touch with what
it means to be a human bank right Okay? Yeah? No,
that that that is very very sweet. That is sweet.

(10:37):
So I did listen to the Podmates World and latest
episode they did talk about having gone and how into
wrestling to Panga and their kids are I guess Travis
Barker and is it Chloe whatever the Kardashian that he's
with they showed up like an hour and a half late,
so it was yeah, they weren't even there. The seats

(10:58):
were empty for the first half of the event, and
then they peeped there's a commotion, and then Travis Barker
and the Kardashian came and sat down and so yeah,
and then the cameras came on, like Travis Barker and
she's just like, Hi, I'm Topanga in the back, so
you know, she she got the the Wilford Dell treatment,
the C four D, you know, yeah, like who It's like,

(11:20):
there'sga back, Yeah exactly. So uh yeah, no, right on. Yeah,
everybody was sitting behind the announced table. Go figure in
l a w A shocker, right, So okay.

Speaker 2 (11:33):
I mean that was like the biggest things I had
on that. Of course, World's Collide was amazing.

Speaker 1 (11:38):
Worlds Collide was fantastic.

Speaker 2 (11:40):
We need to touch on that, but oh my god, that.

Speaker 1 (11:43):
Was that was just some of the best wrestling that
we had seen in a while. I mean, go figure
that guy. And it's shame on me for we'll still
learning names, man, But whoever it was that was wrestling
Track Gable in the main event. Uh, that was that
was just like such an incredible match, but everybody was great.

(12:05):
I mean, like I have mister Iguana. Is that the
guy's name, mister Iguana is a thing with the Iguana puppet.
But I mean, dear Lord, like, if you could do
moves like that, he could have Elmo attached to his
forearm and I'd be like, we want Elmo, like I
would do starting the chant in the crowds because oh,

(12:27):
mister i Guana was so so so good. So that yeah,
that event, you know, I mean I want to go
back and watch it again just so that way I
can better commit the names to memory. But I mean
that's just kind of how you know luchador wrestling has been.
I mean, I remember that was like the best part
about WCW in the nineties for me at least, was

(12:51):
seeing like Eddie Gerrero, Raymisterio, Demon Linko, like the Cruiserweights,
you know, all all those guys who were just really
in there doing the stuff that was just so fast paced,
so crazy moves that you're just like, I don't even
understand that that was possible, the flips, And that's why
I think like the women are on pace now, they're

(13:13):
doing similar matches they're really pulling out a lot of
similar spots.

Speaker 2 (13:16):
I Am, lets talk about the work that Stephanie Vicer
put in between SmackDown World's Collide, Money in the Bank insanity.

Speaker 1 (13:23):
In eighteen hours, she had wrestled like three matches or
something that's insane, absolutely insane. She is so good. Yeah,
Like Stephanie Bucker is so amazing, like just character in ring. Like, man,
it's just I'm so excited that she's getting bumped up now.

(13:44):
It seems like kind of a bummer that she's just
kind of like just getting Like I was hoping she
was going to win the Money in the Bank match.
I'm happy Naomi won it. She deserves it, But I
mean I also was excited at the prospect of her
when that I was hoping she was going to pull
out the the King of the Queen of the Ring qualifier.

(14:04):
So yeah, I hope that they actually utilize her in
the way that she deserves to be utilized, because she
is just she's easily one of the best. I'd say
I'd say her and EO Sky are pretty easily the
best wrestlers in the company right now. They're so so
so good. I had our our friends that I was

(14:26):
staying with this weekend in Texas, I did shows and
I was staying with a friend of mine, and uh,
you know because Mike used to watch wrestling back in
the day and so that I was like, oh, well,
let me see if I could show you guys a match,
And so I showed him and his wife the triple
women's triple Threat from WrestleMania Night two between Bianca Belaire
Eosky and Riha Ripley, and they're like, we're almost converted.

(14:52):
Like that was absolutely incredible, just what those three women
did and the pacing of it, and they were just
so so good. They told a story, they loved the
pageantry of it all. Like yeah, so, I mean, just
the women's divisions a very very exciting right now. But
I'm extremely excited that Stephanie about Care is being inserted
into everything. Very very I gotta get me some horns,

(15:15):
yeah right, yeah, that's going to be the case play.
I'll just start worry.

Speaker 2 (15:18):
You're going to be for Halloween?

Speaker 1 (15:20):
Oh man, that would be good.

Speaker 2 (15:21):
Yeah, I mean, I actually think Robin will be down
if we all dressed up as female wrestlers for Halloween.
Like I think I think he'd he.

Speaker 1 (15:29):
Would want to do that to it. Oh yeah, he
could be the EO Sky.

Speaker 2 (15:33):
I know, I don't know who he could be because
he jumps around so much.

Speaker 1 (15:36):
It does jump around a lot, so but yeah, no,
that would be fantastic. We know he does want to
be Ascar because he's kind of afraid of.

Speaker 2 (15:42):
Her, only because of the face paint.

Speaker 1 (15:45):
Like anytime you see somebody that's got like contact lenses
in that that changes the color of the eyes, He's like,
I don't like it.

Speaker 2 (15:53):
He was like scared of Pent at first, but now
Pent is one of those fair Now he loves Pent.
Even yesterday I think I I don't know if I
put it on there, But yesterday we went to the
beach and he was doing his photo shoot on the log.
He did like the little penta hand. Yeah, so I
have to pull up one of the pictures.

Speaker 1 (16:12):
But yeah, that's so funny. So is that what he
was doing with his hand? Like, yeah, because he's like
doing his hand. Oh my god, of course he was.
Why wouldn't you be right on won't take a picture
with him? There are the people who cause plays pana
WrestleMania too scary, but like a big fan of him
loves Penta. Oh yeah, yeah, No, he's out there wrestling
with his beanie babies and they're all a different wrestler,
and I always hear oh Penta the common kick out.

(16:36):
Oh man, yeah, man, fantastic, fantastic. That would be great. Yeah.
I could be Stephanie buck Care, get the horns, you know,
do the whole thing. I could do them. I could
do the move on you.

Speaker 2 (16:46):
Yeah, once I'm not pregnant.

Speaker 1 (16:50):
Yeah, yeah, exactly. So yeah, I mean yeah you won't
be so I mean, like there you go, still be healing,
but yeah a little bit. Yeah, so it'll be okay.
We won't do it on the concrete perfect. Yeah. So
that's that's that's how we That's how we compromise. I
love you, I love you, Okay, all right, what else
do you have on?

Speaker 2 (17:10):
I mean, I'm gonna put it like this, I need
Dirty Dom to grow a pair. I am over him.

Speaker 1 (17:15):
We're going right after seeing.

Speaker 2 (17:17):
Girl Crazy, I looked at it at today because I'm like,
this has been going on for so long. He started
the rear Ripley relationship in twenty twenty two.

Speaker 1 (17:28):
That's three years now, three years that.

Speaker 2 (17:30):
You've just bouncing from Girl to girl to girl like, yeah,
and now it's like Roxanne pros and well even tonight
Monday Night Raw like, because he was over for a
hot minute and.

Speaker 1 (17:42):
He was today everybody's day. It was just like, we're
over it. We'll ruin him again. And I think the
shame in that whole storyline with Dom being so consistent.
I think he's too good of a wrestler to be
caught up in this stuff. He doesn't. I think that's
the frustrating thing. He doesn't need to be, Like you
can put on a good match.

Speaker 2 (18:02):
There is a reason that T and A didn't last
long with Trish, and it is because Trish was so good.
Tri was so good she didn't need to be.

Speaker 1 (18:12):
Is Dom tristratus in this analogy? Look at you, Dom,
You're the trist Stratus of WWE right now? You really
really are man Like, Yeah, you're too good to be
getting caught up in storylines where it's just you know,
who am I making out with this week? You know,
and like, let me stand behind my lady.

Speaker 2 (18:32):
And it's just got hurt tonight and so she's going
to be out. Oh did I only caught bits and
pieces because Robin to sleep but I think they actually
had to call the match. I'm sorry, I haven't rewatched
it yet.

Speaker 1 (18:44):
We just give the X.

Speaker 2 (18:46):
Yeah, is I believe she got her shoulder dislocated against
Kyrie Sane. I believe is what happened, so I have
to like go back. But everything I've seen on social
media is that she's out right now on injury that
we'll see and I can't imagine it could be a story.
But she was just out, could be sure doing the movie,

(19:07):
so I can't imagine they'd be like, could leave again.
So I feel like it is legit.

Speaker 1 (19:11):
We'll find out if it's a worker. Shoot, who knows? So,
but yeah, I mean, so is your opening, Like he's
the Icy champion, let him do anything else. The fact
that people were so excited to see him when we
were there, like that stadium went nuts when he won, like.

Speaker 2 (19:30):
Even post show when he was out there and doing
his interviewing.

Speaker 1 (19:34):
Dirty dum, dirty dirty dumb. Yeah, man, I mean they
need to give him something that is worthwhile. That would
be give him a good Icy title run man, Like yeah, no,
he's he's good. But I mean, if you're gonna keep
him as a heel, let him be a heel on
his own. Let him stand on his own, and I
think he could be like one of the best heels

(19:55):
in the company because I mean, he generates so much heat.
But he is he's good, he's great. He's great in
the ring, you know. So he works hard. That's the
body by Chicken Tenders. But he still works hard. So yeah, no,
I hope that they were able to do something different

(20:15):
with him. But I mean, adversely, it's hard. I think
so much, like we've talked about this before, I think
so much energy is being put into Johnsen the storylines
that everything else is just kind of going by the wayside,
where we're carrying Across is still nowhere to be seen.

Speaker 2 (20:27):
That was part of what I was going to bring
up because Goldberg came back to me and what, please
show me how much merch Goldberg's been selling this year.
I would just like to see those numbers compared to
Carrying Cross, Killer Cross, whatever.

Speaker 1 (20:44):
The name is. I mean, it's going to be Killer
Cross soon because he's probably going to end up going
to aw Man. He deserves it.

Speaker 2 (20:50):
I think at this point, I'm hoping that he's not
being put in like the King of the Ring and everything,
because his contract's about to expire, and he just wants.

Speaker 1 (21:00):
He does he have a spot in the King of
the Ring.

Speaker 2 (21:03):
And that's my thing, is like, at this point, I'm
telling myself that it's because his contract is going to
be up sooner and he's just going to go because
it is insanity that he's not getting pushed.

Speaker 1 (21:15):
Criminal. Absolutely, it's criminal, because he's We've had this conversation
over and over again. Amazing on the mic, Amazing in
the ring, great character, great entrance, over with the fans,
selling the most march, what are we doing?

Speaker 2 (21:30):
How much he's grown on the mic? And we can
say that because.

Speaker 1 (21:33):
We saw him when he was fs W in Vegas
whatever it was.

Speaker 2 (21:39):
But we got to see him in Vegas, yeah, right
before he signed andies and everything and before he got signed,
and to see how much he's grown as a character,
his charisma on the mic, just everything about it. And
he is beyond over, beyond.

Speaker 1 (21:54):
Over, He's absolutely over. So yeah, I the Goldberg coming back,
No man, I mean like that, dude. I mean I've
been on record before saying that. I think you know,
Rick Flair is one of the most overrated wrestlers of
all time. Goldberg, right, there.

Speaker 2 (22:14):
Like and like how many wrestlers have said, like on interviews, sucks,
he sucks, He's not good to work with, like all
of these.

Speaker 1 (22:22):
Things, like talk to brat Hart.

Speaker 2 (22:25):
There are enough. There are enough people on the main
roster right now doing the spear.

Speaker 1 (22:30):
Yeah, we don't.

Speaker 2 (22:31):
We don't need Golberg.

Speaker 1 (22:32):
We only need Goldberg. We only I only need to
see a jackhammer that's almost gonna paralyze somebody like that
that devil's glare that the Undertaker gave him when he
almost killed him in Saudi Arabia. Just like that says
it all. So I don't need any Goldberg doing anything.
I mean, if he's going to do anything, I better

(22:53):
be putting gun through over. I don't want to see
a squash match between gold I mean, and he's not young,
like how old is he? Like he's in his fifties easily,
And I'm like, dude, just stop, like just stop, like
does he still have his podcast? Do your podcast? And
just just right off into the sunset man, Like I mean,

(23:16):
it's just but I remember back in the days when
I was a kid watching him on WCW. It's just
like spear jackhammer later that was that was all it was.

Speaker 2 (23:26):
And I mean, I mean I think even as a kid,
I'm like, if you're that tough, w do you have
so much security?

Speaker 1 (23:31):
Yeah? Real, talk like you're the toughest guy.

Speaker 2 (23:35):
He goes through the audience every night, doesn't security I
think has one a little bit ahead of him.

Speaker 1 (23:40):
Yeah, exactly, just maybe just like keeping a slow eye,
and that's really just to make sure he doesn't drop
whatever kid he's yeating with. I mean, just like it is.
It is, but that's what they're doing. That's what they're doing.
It's not dirty, it's not dirty. Look it up. So yeah, man,
he does this little yeep movement and he just grabs
the kid and is bouncing them. So yeah, security is

(24:01):
probably just making like don't drop that kid.

Speaker 2 (24:03):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (24:04):
So yeah, yeah, Goldberg, if you're so tough, why do
you need the security. That's a big that's a big one.
I hope that it's Like it'd be funny if he
does the traditional Goldberg intro for Saturday nightment event, but.

Speaker 2 (24:18):
That's all the lady wrestler's walking about.

Speaker 1 (24:20):
That would be funny too. I was thinking, like it's
like this security from like back like thirty years ago,
but they're all old as hell now like he is,
and so it's just like a bunch of old yeah,
old dude. But no, like him getting escorted out by
the women wrestlers, Yeah, god, crazy crazy for a feeling

(24:45):
so lonely. Oh yeah, that would be fantastic. But he's
got way too fragile the ego to be able to
do that. Man, No, that would be great. I'm just
going to bask in that image for a minute. That
makes me so happy, just him wearing a little crown
tiara and a sash getting getting carried out by Rya

(25:07):
Ripley and Stephanie Bucker. And uh, that's make it so,
make it so? All right? Your move god, But yeah, no,
I don't need it. I don't need any more cold
but runs. I don't need this, this weird storyline coming
around next? Not you please? I mean like, yeah, man,

(25:30):
I mean anybody, anybody should be next, but but him.
So all right, we'll see what happens anything else.

Speaker 2 (25:38):
More so, I'll continue down the line of people in Mada,
and then we'll finish on a high note. Vince Russo
have you seen any of him?

Speaker 1 (25:46):
No, you were going. I saved this for this you
Let's go buckle. You have not told me. So what
Vince Rosso said, which, first of all, notorious dumbass like
Vince Rosso.

Speaker 2 (25:59):
With wrestling now to start.

Speaker 1 (26:01):
Yeah, yeah, if your name is Vince and you have
anything to do with wrestling, should probably take a hike
for a good five to ten and just wait for
the dust to settle because it's not looking good. So yeah, Russo, just.

Speaker 2 (26:16):
So as you know, there's been the stalker issues with
the female wrestlers. We've talked about this lot.

Speaker 1 (26:22):
Yes, yeah, that's been a thing. Didn't their addresses get
leaked or something?

Speaker 2 (26:27):
So I think this month there's been a couple arrests
at the Performance Center. Yes, I think they Last week,
I want to go say, like going into the weekend,
they arrested another one of Liv's stalkers at the Performance Center,
and Vince Russo pretty much said that it's because the

(26:48):
women seem too accessible on their social media. Tell me
she's asking for it without.

Speaker 1 (26:55):
Telling telling me she's asking for it.

Speaker 2 (26:57):
Yeah, seriously, Like the whole thing of what do you
want them to do? Like, they're not writing love letters
to people, They're not like they are playing a character.
They are playing a character and it is not their
fault if people can't see the difference of what is
real and what isn't. And even them, a lot of

(27:20):
them are posting their real husbands on their their real
boyfriends or whatever. So the whole thing of like it
very much just felt like the underlying tone of like,
oh this happened because she more reward this than she's
asking for it.

Speaker 1 (27:36):
I mean, oh yeah, it's just like, oh, I've got
a stalker, and it's like, have you considered it might
be your fault? Get out of here? No, Like that's
absolutely ludicrous. That's essentially the angle there, you know, because
I mean, if we can agree, stalking not good. Not
a good thing. If you're thinking about there and you're

(27:56):
thinking of doing the stockery thing, even too big of
celery stocks also probably not the best either, So just
be cautions of stocks of anything except for chicken stock,
because like, that's that's probably not too bad.

Speaker 2 (28:10):
It depends on how much you have.

Speaker 1 (28:12):
Then that is a fact. Sodium there is, there's a
lot of sodium unless you get the reduced sodium one,
but that's neither here nor there. So yeah, stocking bad.
So your response should just be like that sucks. I
hope those guys get what they got coming to them,
not like well, yeah, but did you consider my like
you did?

Speaker 2 (28:31):
No, yeah, there is no pretty much like let's put
the heat where it belongs. It's like, sir, get here.

Speaker 1 (28:39):
Oh my god, it was. It was gross. He's such
a troll, Yes he is. That's so terrible.

Speaker 2 (28:45):
So, I mean, we can go on and on about
how wrong that is, but it's just wrong.

Speaker 1 (28:50):
It is.

Speaker 2 (28:50):
It's not the women's fault. If anybody has a stalker,
it is not their fault.

Speaker 1 (28:53):
Is No, if anybody has a stocker, it's not their fault. No,
nobody's nobody's doing things to make sure people are camped
out in their bushes at night. Facts.

Speaker 2 (29:02):
We'll go out on a high note. Jessica Carr Do
you follow her on Instagram? So Jessica Carr is one
of the lady referees if you don't know her name, okay,
So one that like overtime, has been getting into phenomenal shape.
Typically has like the ponytail, and I've all I mean,
I've loved her since either she was the first female referee,

(29:27):
but lately I've been enjoying her so much more. She's
been doing a little like positivity rants and like choose
your happy and how like just at the end of
every week, grateful I got to be in these places
this week, Grateful I have a job. And just her
her positivity is fantastic.

Speaker 1 (29:48):
I love that.

Speaker 2 (29:49):
So yeah, she's if you don't follow her, follow her
because she's she's a joy. And then of course just
all of her workout videos and everything else she does.
And again the fact that like she's killing it.

Speaker 1 (30:00):
As a ref she's really good.

Speaker 2 (30:03):
And because she's one where we've noticed with a couple
couple other like female refs, like you can't really hear
their hand hit the met all the time, and hers
are always solid.

Speaker 1 (30:12):
She throws down a mean one two three count absolutely does.
Also like the emotion. I think that's the other thing
of a good referee. You know. That's why I always
liked like my Kyota, you know, I mean, I love
a good ref getting in the face of just like
come on, and she really you know, what are we
doing coma? You know, it really gets into it knows

(30:34):
how to emote, you know, I love a good referee
telling a story with their with their facial expressions, and
so yeah, I know she seems pretty fantastic. She's been great.
I remember when we first saw her like kind of
come out of the scene and we're like, oh, we
have a female referee. This is amazing. So yeah, I'm
here for all of this.

Speaker 2 (30:52):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (30:53):
So yeah, No, that's good that she's doing life, very
positive rance, that's fantastic, being grateful for her career and
such troubling times and things like that. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (31:03):
So yeah, she's she's always been a delight to follow.
But yeah, I've noticed lately she's doing more of those
and it's just like we said about El Snow, it's
just a fantastic break in the action. Is your typical
social media it really really is. Yeahtween else know's funny
and her positivity.

Speaker 1 (31:20):
What's not to love about wrestling, right, I know? Yeah,
I mean like he sprinkles with McK foley in there,
probably too, just being adorable with his daughter, So there's
no shortage of that.

Speaker 2 (31:29):
See a lot of his stuff, and I don't know
if that's an algorithm thing or I think honestly, the
last thing I think I saw of his was when
he unfortunately got into the car accident in April fools.

Speaker 1 (31:39):
Oh my goodness, Yeah.

Speaker 2 (31:40):
That was the last thing. But he's okay right now
that I say that, he's.

Speaker 1 (31:44):
Okay, okay. Yeah, I've seen him on Noel's Instagram and everything.
They're walking on.

Speaker 2 (31:51):
He's just in SF not too long ago because I
was like, so.

Speaker 1 (31:54):
Yeah, yeah, so he's he's he's doing okay. But yeah, no,
they got a they got a good thing going on.
So that's a sweet and positive thing. Cody hasn't interviewed
his wife anymore since since last time. That's a win
for all of us, right.

Speaker 2 (32:11):
So it's nice seeing the the different aspects of like
wrestler's lives and not just always the character like forever
and always. I will love how much Randy Orton loves
his wife.

Speaker 1 (32:24):
That's great.

Speaker 2 (32:25):
It's always fantastic him going gaga over her like it's
day one beautiful and vice versa. I mean, she's gog over.

Speaker 1 (32:34):
Him, duh, but should be. Look he's Randy Orton. Yeah
yeah I do. I did love seeing Becky Lynch and
a Miss Rachel t shirt.

Speaker 2 (32:45):
Yes, game recognizes game.

Speaker 1 (32:49):
Not easy talking. See look at that. It's okay.

Speaker 2 (32:53):
It's trying to swallow tea and get out my tea.

Speaker 1 (32:55):
So swallow tea on your pride. But yeah miss uh
miss rachel t shirt. Becay Lynch was rocking that one
as a heel too. That's the hilarious part. That's just
kind of like you love that wink and the nod
of it all is her rocking.

Speaker 2 (33:10):
Think Miss Rachel's a heel because of her stance or something.

Speaker 1 (33:13):
Some people can blur them. Some people can I mean,
who is Bill Goldberg Miss Rachel supporting Gaza?

Speaker 2 (33:23):
I think it's Olivia Mun.

Speaker 1 (33:26):
That was that. It was Olivia Mun. Yeah, that was
that whole thing because she was like, we don't watch
Miss Rachel in her house because of this, and Miss
Rachel was like, I'd really rather you just cover what
I say about the children in Gaza. That would be
great if you just covered that and not something that
was all clickbaity. And I'm like, take those hoop bearings off,
Miss Rachel and go get them. Okay, I want to.

Speaker 2 (33:46):
See some form And he's like, come on, don't pull
me into this ship.

Speaker 1 (33:50):
He's like, I want to drink. Like he's going to
fall back off the wagon because of all this nonsense.
So but yeah, I know, seeing Becky Lynch rocking the
missus Rachel's shirt, that was adorable. I mean, that's a
nice little thing.

Speaker 2 (34:05):
How much she loves her to follow her on Instagram.

Speaker 1 (34:07):
I think I do. I just started trying to listen
to her on the School of Greatness podcast and last year,
and so I was I was kind of tiptone into
that in the airport while I was eating breakfast this morning.

Speaker 2 (34:19):
Her Father's Day post of Seth was very cute. It's
nice seeing the wrestlers like in their parenting era pictures
and not just like in the ring, and just because
it's a it's a different side that you don't get
to totally.

Speaker 1 (34:34):
So absolutely, yeah, that's sweet.

Speaker 2 (34:36):
It was like a whole bunch of pictures of Seth
and their daughter, and so it was very sweet.

Speaker 1 (34:39):
That's sweet. I'm here for that. I mean, her rock
and that this Rachel shirt did prompt me to get
that Dad Tiger shirt. Yeah, because Robin does love Daniel Tiger,
and so I got a Dad Tiger shirt that I'm
sure if you keep watching my sets, you'll see me
in that Dad Tiger shirt. And just no, Becky Lynch,

(35:00):
you're doing the Lord's work. You're selling kids merch t
shirts inadvertently. You don't even know. So but I mean
I also have been rocking the Mica gear for a
while because me and Mika are homies. Absolutely. I might
even be rocking the purple nails like Meca right now.
We're doing that absolutely. Yeah. Yeah, No, it's nice to

(35:23):
see the sweeter, softer side of like the real person
behind the wrestler.

Speaker 2 (35:29):
And I think that's we've talked about it before where
I think that's been fun to see that come out
of Randy Orton's character now of like that side of things.
And so yeah, it's it's nice.

Speaker 1 (35:40):
I like the goofy Yeah, yeah, be goofy. Don't be
afraid to be so goofy. You shouldn't take yourself so seriously. Well,
I think that's going to wrap it up for this episode. Ye,
so yeah, we covered all the things. You got it
off your chest. How do you feel right right? Phil Goldberg,
we don't know you and Vince Rosco fuckers.

Speaker 2 (36:01):
Dirty dumb You've got You've got a chance.

Speaker 1 (36:03):
Now, yeah, man, come on, like capitalize on this, stand
up for yourself.

Speaker 2 (36:08):
Obviously, Finn doesn't want Judgment Day to be a thing
anymore anyway.

Speaker 1 (36:12):
So Judgment Days, of course you got Carlito that is
getting cut and then Finn needs to go and do
his own thing.

Speaker 2 (36:23):
Were you coaching during jd McDonald and aj Styles mates, Okay,
we need to go back and watch that because jd
McDonald's so good it's not talked about enough.

Speaker 1 (36:34):
He is really good. So yeah, he needs to do
something too.

Speaker 2 (36:39):
Like because Finn is fantastic and we've been fans of
him since like Demon Days absolutely, so he's fantastic and
solo he was putting up, not less but solo, Finn
was putting on just him.

Speaker 1 (36:51):
Yeah, he's good matches like dirty Doms, first Universal Champion, Yeah,
and then got hurt.

Speaker 2 (36:58):
So yeah, I think like, who's it left in Judgment
Day is also good? Besides Raquel, I love you girl,
I was your ride or die, but not right now.
They're all good enough to just go, yeah, go and
do your own thing please.

Speaker 1 (37:15):
Raqaul needs to get her life together. But everybody else
in the Judgment Day is good enough for their own
individual push in some capacity. So but again, like the
roster is just too big. That's where I think, you know,
I think again that the women should get their own night.

Speaker 2 (37:34):
Well, they're at least getting evolution too.

Speaker 1 (37:35):
They're getting evolution too, so there's going to be that, which.

Speaker 2 (37:38):
I'm very excited about things to come on that because
I also heard that because of the stuff that happened,
who knows now because of lives Hurt, it was going
to be a live a Nicky thing. So I don't
know what that does for that, because I did hear
when all that went down that maybe Brie was going
to come back with Nicki and that was going to

(38:00):
be a thing. So I don't know, I don't know
what happens now with Live Hurt. I don't know where
that leaves Nicky's thing. Because I loved that back.

Speaker 1 (38:07):
And forth between the great back and forth, and yeah,
I was really looking forward to that match. That's gonna
be a quality match. So I mean, they gotta they
gotta feed somebody to Nikki at this point. I mean,
she's in phenomenal shape and she's back and she's super over.
Oh man, right back, Nikki, right back. That's gonna be.

(38:31):
That's gonna be who she's going to turn out to be.

Speaker 2 (38:35):
I mean, see, I don't I don't know who she
gets matched up with now if lives Hurt. But we'll see,
we'll see Stephanie Bucker maybe because she said her last
name wrong, so she'd be like, listen, it's not.

Speaker 1 (38:50):
A quay, come on, don't don't put some respect on
my name. So yeah, I can. I can see that
being a thing. Mm hmm. That was good.

Speaker 2 (39:00):
Excited for whoever it is. Some stoke nig's back.

Speaker 1 (39:02):
Yes, absolutely, Nikko Bello is welcome back with both arms
all the time. Absolutely, wholeheartedly. All right, Well that's gonna
do it for this episode, and then next time we'll
be reporting from a new podcast to do. That's gonna
be exciting. So yes, all right, that's been this week's
episode of My Wife Loves Wrestling. I'm Miles Webber, I'm wife,

(39:24):
and then we'll see we will see you next time
