Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hello everybody, and welcome to the My Wife Loves Wrestling Podcast.

Speaker 2 (00:04):
This is my wife him.

Speaker 1 (00:06):
I'm Miles Webber. That's you're just keeping it, you're keeping
it consistent. This is my wife, Heather Webber, and we
were here to talk about wrestling again. We have a
very special guest that we're very excited to bring to us.
We've been our first guest. I know that one. Yeah, yeah,
that one over there. So he's a good friend of ours,

(00:26):
been friends for a very long time. I mean like
I've probably known him as long as I've known you, easily,
I think before. I might have been before, so probably
like sixteen years and I've known each other. He's a
stand up comedian tours all over the country, super duper funny.
You guys are gonna love him as much as we
love him and everybody else does. Give it up for
DJ Sandu. You could be your own high porn. That's

(00:48):
always fantastic.

Speaker 2 (00:49):
Man.

Speaker 1 (00:50):
Thanks for joining us. We really appreciate you coming here today,
especially because this is our wrestling podcast. And you hate wrestling.

Speaker 2 (00:59):
I mean, I don't hate you hate it.

Speaker 1 (01:02):
You dislike it.

Speaker 2 (01:03):
It's not your thing, don't I don't understand it.

Speaker 3 (01:05):
Fair, trying to be better about not hating things good.

Speaker 2 (01:10):
I just don't do it.

Speaker 1 (01:12):
Yeah, it's not your favorite.

Speaker 2 (01:13):
Yeah, it's not my favorite.

Speaker 3 (01:15):
Definitely, it's very very low on the total pole of
favorites of mine.

Speaker 1 (01:20):
It's the Brussels sprouts of activities in your life.

Speaker 2 (01:22):
I love Brussels sprouts.

Speaker 1 (01:23):
Okay, well, vegetable.

Speaker 2 (01:26):
Do you hate onions?

Speaker 1 (01:28):
Onions? It's the onions your life essentially. Okay, that's fair.
We've got a couple of things that we're going to
talk about up top that we could kind of bring
you into. Then we've got a few questions for you,
and then we're gonna have you watch a match we
have hand selected a match.

Speaker 2 (01:42):
Can't wait that.

Speaker 1 (01:43):
We're like, all right, if we show him this match,
what is the thought process gonna be afterwards? Like, does
the needle of respect and everything move at all as
a result of watching it? So I'm very excited to
reveal which match we chose. But in the meantime, my
wife has her list. This is the list of Heather

(02:06):
over here, which is a nod to the list of Jericho,
which is a wrestling reference. You just made the list.

Speaker 2 (02:12):
You just made the list.

Speaker 1 (02:15):
So we're right, We're gonna get a SoundBite at some point,
and that's just gonna be a recurrent thing because she
has her list. So what is at the top of
your list for today? And we'll get into it.

Speaker 4 (02:23):
Monday Night Raw. This week it was Jay and Cody. Yes,
they had their match.

Speaker 2 (02:30):
They did.

Speaker 1 (02:30):
Jay Uso and Cody Rhodes. They had their match and.

Speaker 4 (02:34):
Jay Uso comes out from the audience.

Speaker 5 (02:36):
He does, walks down the stairs into the ring and
typically he always like selects a kid to eat with.

Speaker 4 (02:43):
Still such a weird thing to say.

Speaker 1 (02:45):
Yeat, So like you'll respect this because you're from northern California,
so he is from the Bay Area, and so Bay Area,
you know, we say ye he says yeat.

Speaker 2 (02:55):
And that's that means to throw them right bye.

Speaker 1 (02:58):
Well yeah, because this is the yeah, this is everybody
y eating. And so the whole audience, the whole crowd
when he comes out, they're all yeating as his song
is playing and he's coming through the crowd and he'll
pick up a kid usually and kind of like they'll
get in, they'll do the eat.

Speaker 3 (03:15):
Is it legitimately a random kid or is this like
a pre planned child?

Speaker 1 (03:19):
He apparently he's standing up there and he tells the
camera guy like, I'm thinking that kid down there, like
that seems to be the same one.

Speaker 3 (03:26):
Clear if I went to this event, like I'm taking
my nephew because he enjoys it, but I don't know
anything about it. Yeah, you know what I mean, Like
I'm just trying to be the cool uncle, of course.
And now if you just stole my nephew and ran off,
I'll be like, yo, I don't oh.

Speaker 4 (03:41):
To be fair. Parents just hand their.

Speaker 1 (03:43):
Kids just yeah, take them, just take them. Yeah. He
also doesn't run off. He just stands right there with him.
We do the eat and then he passes them back
and then he continues walking. It's dope, it is. It's sweet.
But this Monday, he was wrestling again Cody Roads, and
as he had, he already yeaded with the kid and

(04:04):
he's so he's close to the ring and there's a
moment where you can see a kid kind of walks
up next to him to try and like hey me too. Unfortunately,
that kid was dressed as Cody Rhoads. He had like
head to toe the coat like it wasn't just a

(04:24):
T shirt.

Speaker 2 (04:25):
He had like the gear on.

Speaker 1 (04:28):
And he's like, hey, and the kid he's just like
uh and just kind of a Gordonman kept going and oh,
seeing that kid was everything in life. I'm like, no,
I'm just like read the room, like I don't know.
Maybe his dad was just like it ten between seven
and ten. I'd say he was probably between like so he.

Speaker 2 (04:47):
Doesn't have like he doesn't have the awareness.

Speaker 5 (04:50):
No, and I'm whoever was with him was like go
ahead and try and not realizing you're dressed up as
his opponent.

Speaker 4 (04:57):
This is not gonna work.

Speaker 3 (04:59):
Yeah, like it's wrestling. I would absolutely have like picked
him up. He's seven to ten years old, for sure,
picked him up and like like broke his back on
my knee, you know what I mean, Like I actually
break his bag.

Speaker 1 (05:12):
I'm not a sociopad, but give him like the little
fake back.

Speaker 2 (05:16):
Like all right, there we go.

Speaker 3 (05:17):
I mean with com Cody, I do that with every
kid I meet, like, and I'm not a wrestler.

Speaker 1 (05:24):
Okay, okay, okay, I see, so he would have done it.

Speaker 3 (05:27):
Oh yeah, I would have picked him up in a
little bit. Yeah yeah, absolutely, yeah.

Speaker 1 (05:31):
I'm sure he would if I probably would have face
bound that kid just like now, not tonight.

Speaker 4 (05:34):
This is not your nice sunk it.

Speaker 1 (05:36):
Yeah, oh yeah, see him punked it, which is just
to be how he is all the time, apparently. Yeah,
see him punk got just because they're wrestling in Saudi
Arabia tomorrow or like they have already at the time
of the release of this and see him punk One
of the wrestlers got to Saudi Arabia and this like
kid was trying to run up to him after he
landed on the plane and he just like, get out

(05:57):
of my way. Kid just like shoved him out.

Speaker 2 (06:00):
Could have to get out?

Speaker 1 (06:01):
Was a little girl okay with a boy? Yeah? Was
it like a.

Speaker 2 (06:04):
Prince's kid or something? I don't Oh god, I.

Speaker 1 (06:07):
Mean he would probably be in pieces in a bag
right now if that was the case, But no, I
think it was not a prince's kid. So yeah, he's
still in one piece for now. We'll see what happens
after the match, but we'll see where it goes from there, okay. Yeah,
So so yeah, that was a humbling moment for that kid. So,
I mean, that's a fun one to revisit. I'm glad

(06:27):
that we all know where we stand on how we
would act appropriately in that one and then uh and versally.
I think now we should probably get into Uh, let's
one thing, one more thing.

Speaker 2 (06:37):
Okay, let's go for it.

Speaker 4 (06:39):
Only because I know you love Trashlair all the time.

Speaker 1 (06:42):
Any chance secred to trashla Why trash Ric Flair? Rick
Flair is an old timey wrestler. He was around in
like the eighties and stuff like that in the nineties,
and he previously before John Cena broke the record at
WrestleMania that we went to a couple months ago, Uh,
he was had the record for most world title victories,

(07:03):
which was sixteen. Now Sina beat it. He won.

Speaker 3 (07:06):
A very optimistic way of looking at it, that means
he also has the title for most lost most times he's.

Speaker 1 (07:11):
Lost it exactly. But unvisually I do not care for
him because like his thing was just like to be
the man, you gotta beat the man, and he like
talks about how he's the greatest of all time and everything,
and I think he's one of the most overrated wrestlers ever.

Speaker 4 (07:24):
Like he cheated almost every match.

Speaker 1 (07:26):
He was a bad guy, so every match he cheated, Yes,
raging alcoholics, And that's what this gets to talk. And
that's what this gets to talk about? Yeah, yeah, I
like him, not surprised.

Speaker 2 (07:42):
So what did Rick Flair do?

Speaker 1 (07:43):
Well?

Speaker 5 (07:44):
So a couple of days ago somebody posted on Reddit.
Since then, I believe the post has been taken down.

Speaker 1 (07:52):
That's a shame.

Speaker 4 (07:53):
But everybody still has screenshots, of course they do.

Speaker 5 (07:57):
So somebody posted, uh, does Rick Flair keep coming to
your restaurant and shitting himself? He has pooped himself like
six times this year while drunk up bars and restaurants.
Anybody in the service industry have to deal with this too?

Speaker 1 (08:10):
What a what a sos to put out of? Like
has anyone else had Rick player shoop himself and your restaurant?
Is this just how what life is now?

Speaker 3 (08:25):
Or is this personal right for us only?

Speaker 1 (08:30):
Like? Yeah, he might be I mean that dude like
he notoriously is like made mostly of alcohol, like wrestlers
have spoken about like they're like, I've never seen him
drink water before. Like they're like he just goes and
had like before a match. He'll just take anything about childhood.
Oh it's nothing good, right, Oh, it's insane.

Speaker 3 (08:53):
So there's I don't remember where this home is, but
there was this there was this lady who was setting
up rich families with children from like orphanages.

Speaker 2 (09:06):
Pretty much it was like, I don't know, like a
no kill shelter.

Speaker 3 (09:11):
Like they were all they were just orphans or whatever,
and she would take a bunch of money from whatever
couple and they would like put in an order we
wanted to look like this or whatever, Okay, And then
they found out that this place was actually stealing children.
And so I'm pretty positive it was with Rick Flair.

(09:34):
I know it was a famous wrestler, but I'm pretty
sure is Rick Flair. He was one of the children
who was stolen from a family and then sold into
a rich family through this orphanage.

Speaker 2 (09:46):
I'm almost positive now. And his biological like.

Speaker 3 (09:53):
Through twenty three and meter and all that kind of stuff,
his biological family has been able to find him, and
he's been like, I have no interest. What's it going
to do? Where are we gonna go from here? I'm
already almost dead.

Speaker 1 (10:04):
I mean that feels like a Rick Flair response.

Speaker 2 (10:08):
So I'm saying, like, let the man ship himself. Stop.
Why are you coming for him? Check your privilege to
stop giving him coffees? Do you times? It's not much?

Speaker 4 (10:22):
Maybe we just water down the drinks.

Speaker 1 (10:24):
Yeah yeah, yeah, that way, it's less of a diuretic. So,
oh my god, when you.

Speaker 2 (10:29):
Judge until you walk a mile in someone else's shoes.

Speaker 1 (10:32):
No matter what the shoes are filled with. That is
why he's the dirtiest player in the game.

Speaker 2 (10:38):
Yeah, so that makes him cheat every now and again.
Who cares you think?

Speaker 1 (10:42):
When he ships himself, he's like whoa like and they're like,
a he did it again. He's like boo, no, no,
there we go, thank you, dere undefeated, undefeated, there we go. Okay,
now that we've covered uh his royal poonish, what questions
do you have for DJ? You had some fun ones

(11:02):
lined up?

Speaker 4 (11:03):
I did, I did.

Speaker 1 (11:04):
Yes.

Speaker 4 (11:04):
What is your first memory of seeing wrestling?

Speaker 1 (11:08):
Good question? Yeah, yeah, How are you introduced to it?

Speaker 3 (11:13):
Let's see, Well, because we used to watch it in
like ninety two or something like that.

Speaker 2 (11:19):
Okay, actually, even before that, like eighty nine, eighty eighty.

Speaker 3 (11:23):
Nine, my grandma used to call a muscleman, like we
would go to seven eleven and buy a little musclemen
and they were like tiny, little they're like like the
toy soldiers pretty much, but they were wrestlers, and so
we used to watch like Honree the Giant and like

(11:44):
that era up until I don't know, probably like third grade,
and then we just stopped and then like came back,
and I think I was like an eighth grade or
something like that when it came back, and we didn't
have cable.

Speaker 2 (11:58):
So that was pretty much the deciding actor there was.

Speaker 3 (12:01):
I don't get to watch this all right, and everybody
was always referencing it whenever we got to school, and
I was completely left out. Yeah, and uh, and then
I just grew a different way.

Speaker 4 (12:12):
Yep, that's right. Have you revisited it as an adult?

Speaker 2 (12:18):
Yeah? In a hotel room in El Paso? Uh? When
was this twenty nineteen? Okay? I think right?

Speaker 1 (12:28):
Okay, was that when we were we were there? Yeah,
that's around twenty eighteen or twenty twenty eighteen or twenty nineteen. Yes, yes,
that's right. I think I didn't. I Have you watched something.

Speaker 2 (12:38):
We It was WrestleMania? Is that the biggest day?

Speaker 1 (12:42):
That's the one?

Speaker 2 (12:43):
Okay? So it was the biggest one? Yeah, because you
had just.

Speaker 3 (12:46):
Called her and you're like, all right, we're about to
start it, and like you guys, like you really synced
up your cycles.

Speaker 1 (12:52):
And oh yeah, I'm pressing play now.

Speaker 2 (12:55):
Yeah. Yeah. And then like three minutes and I was
knocked out. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (13:00):
I was like yeah, and I gave it an honest effort.
I really planned on watching the entire thing.

Speaker 2 (13:06):
And three minutes and I was like, yeah, it was out.
I don't I want nothing to do.

Speaker 1 (13:09):
I just watched it in peace and and remained quiet.
So yeah, and then he posted a photo of me pizza.

Speaker 3 (13:16):
No, I think it was a Chipotle burrito, right, I
think it was you fell asleep.

Speaker 4 (13:20):
There's multiple pictures of you with food.

Speaker 3 (13:24):
If I'm if i'm I was gonna say, if I'm
nearer bed, I'm gonna be so. But no, if it
doesn't matter where I am, I'm gonna fall asleep.

Speaker 1 (13:30):
Yeah, that's true. That is accurate.

Speaker 2 (13:33):
That no matter what.

Speaker 1 (13:35):
Hilarious, hilarious. Yeah, that is the thing I do remember.

Speaker 2 (13:37):
Okay, But I went to uh oh, actually I went
to Uh. I don't know if you know Serena Espinoza
in Vegas.

Speaker 1 (13:44):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (13:45):
She's awesome, gal.

Speaker 3 (13:46):
Uh. She had hit me up one time because she
got free tickets for what's the.

Speaker 2 (13:54):
League do you call them?

Speaker 1 (13:55):
Leagues?

Speaker 2 (13:56):
Organization, organization whatever?

Speaker 1 (13:58):
The one in in Vegas.

Speaker 3 (14:00):
There's one that like it's like the owner of the Jacksonville.

Speaker 2 (14:03):
Jaguars Okay owns it or his son owns it.

Speaker 3 (14:07):
Sounds everybody watching right now is like, get this guy
the fuck off of the podcast, like this is a sacrilege.

Speaker 1 (14:14):
Uh a W or that sounds right, well a W.
Cody rhads around that one. And also I think Jericho
had his hand on that.

Speaker 3 (14:23):
Jericho was in it, and he did a like he
did like a contract signing.

Speaker 2 (14:27):
Yeah, and he had like he was a bad guy.

Speaker 1 (14:29):
Yes, And uh so you went Sabu that sounds right. Yeah,
I don't want we don't watch too much. A W.

Speaker 2 (14:39):
I think that's his name. He was from WWE. I
think a.

Speaker 1 (14:42):
Lot of people from w W when they get cut,
they usually make the pivot and go over. Like he
just starts looking up and doing this and like everybody
I forgot everybody knew what the thing was.

Speaker 3 (14:52):
Yeah, and he came in and like broke it up.

Speaker 2 (14:55):
And saved the day, like he was the good guy.
Beat the ship out of Jericho and and.

Speaker 3 (15:01):
Like I like I called ka beer and he was
like what And I'm like, I don't know what any
of this means.

Speaker 2 (15:06):
And he was like fuck you dude.

Speaker 3 (15:08):
Like I was like, yeah, I just had a free ticket,
and like me, me and Serena were making our like
we're placing like one dollar bets and so we're like,
all right, a dollar says it's going to be her
because like she has a cooler outfit. Yeah, like that
was one hundred percent hour.

Speaker 1 (15:25):
Well that's a more intimate venue too though, So we're
in the MGM. Yeah, so that's that's cool because you're
right on top of him there, and so that's that's
a really good vibe because I mean, like we were
at WrestleMania, which was like that, and so it's an
allegiant allegiant that's that looks horrible.

Speaker 3 (15:41):
It's insane terrible because I mean I like, that's that's
why I stopped like shitting on wrestling and wrestling fans
so much.

Speaker 2 (15:49):
It's like, i mean, I'm look at my head. I'm
still an emo kid.

Speaker 3 (15:54):
Like you can very easily make fun of me for
being such an emo nerd. Like if like, as long
as what you're doing isn't hurting other people, I don't
give a shit, just like if you're having fun with it.

Speaker 2 (16:04):
But I'm still gonna make fun of.

Speaker 1 (16:05):
I mean, wrestling is hurting other people, and.

Speaker 3 (16:08):
Sure, but the fans aren't hurting other people by being fans.

Speaker 1 (16:12):
Of it, for sure.

Speaker 2 (16:13):
For sure. Yeah, I try to not shit on you guys,
but it's really hard.

Speaker 1 (16:17):
It's hard to do.

Speaker 2 (16:18):
It's hard to do.

Speaker 1 (16:19):
But did you have fun that night when you were there?

Speaker 3 (16:22):
We had more fun making fun of how excited everybody was.
Oh yeah, like yeah we were. We were definitely too
cool for school.

Speaker 1 (16:30):
You see grown adults in a life losing it that
you never you're like, oh, you meanless? Yes, yeah, that's
the thing that I said last podcast too, is that
when we're in Wrestlmania, because now there's a wrestler his
name is Chad Gable, but he has like a Lutra
door mask on and he calls himself El Grande Americano.
Is again she thinks it's not him, but everybody thinks

(16:53):
it's him, And so now it's like this thing, like
it's this whole joke about like people being like, that's
not Chad Gable, it's it's El Grande Americano. He's his
own thing. But the chance that happened, like the call
and response in the stadium while we were there, while
he was wrestling as Olgrando Americano. Was that's Jack Gable. No,
it's not that's Jack Gable.

Speaker 2 (17:14):
No, it's a stadium.

Speaker 1 (17:17):
Full of people.

Speaker 3 (17:18):
For the longest time, we all thought that Buckethead was
Tom Morello from Facts, Yeah, from Raising as the Machine.
So I get it, Like it would have been exciting
if I Buckethead took the fucking bucket off and we're like,
oh shit, it was them all along beause I get it.

Speaker 1 (17:34):
It's like Marshmallow being dot Com.

Speaker 2 (17:36):
Yeah, yeah, I liked I like DJ Marshmellow. I just
liked him more when he was with Graham Cracker and Chocolate.

Speaker 1 (17:44):
Day. You like that joke?

Speaker 2 (17:45):
Is here's some more.

Speaker 1 (17:49):
More then? Okay? I mean, okay, I think we should
probably start setting up this match now one one. Okay.

Speaker 4 (18:04):
Is there anything wrestling could do to win you over?

Speaker 1 (18:07):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (18:09):
I mean, I'm I'm in an age in my life
where I am uh making more of an effort to
be less judgmental and understand, uh.

Speaker 2 (18:25):
So not win me. I will probably never be a fan, okay,
but I won't. It won't. I won't be such a
hater like I can. I can under I can appreciate
the athleticism and everything, but also, oh you'll like this story.

Speaker 3 (18:41):
Uh my, my trust was broken as a child. Uh
with wrestling and not the whole it's fake all that whatever.

Speaker 2 (18:51):
We always knew that it was rehearsed. I know it's
not fake. It's rehearsed, it's scripted. I know not to
not to do that.

Speaker 1 (19:00):
You don't see that.

Speaker 3 (19:02):
Uh uh we were were It was only on on
like Saturday mornings or Sunday mornings day and.

Speaker 2 (19:08):
Uh so we're all sitting on the floor. We're watching on.

Speaker 3 (19:11):
The Big Box TV, and uh my dad's vacuuming and
we're all sitting on the floor and he turns off
the vacuum and he was like, oh my god, is
that Jim. And we're like Jim, and he's like, yeah,
that's that's Jim. That's what he's doing now. Was like
hacksaw Jim Duggan, Jim Jim Dugan.

Speaker 2 (19:30):
He was like, I went to high school with him.
I didn't know he's a wrestler now and I'm like,
no way. So for years we would go like and
not we didn't do the whole.

Speaker 3 (19:41):
My dad can beat up your dad we did the
my dad knows Hacksaw Jim Duggan. Yeah, like he knows.
He went to high school and them they known each
other for years. My dad knows so like so funny,
and for years, I mean twenty five years, walked around
bragging to people that my dad knows Hacksaw Jim. Yeah.
And then one day we're having dinner and I was like, Dad,

(20:04):
you ever like bump into the gym?

Speaker 2 (20:05):
And he's like Jim who was like Hacksaw Jim Duggan.

Speaker 3 (20:07):
He's like, what's that from? And I was like, from wrestling?
And he was like, I have no idea what you're
talking about. So he just did the grown up thing
where you lie to a kid and move about your day.

Speaker 1 (20:18):
And you take it to heart forever, and we took
it as facts. That's a shame.

Speaker 3 (20:23):
And he was like, I literally have never heard the
name Hacksaw Jim Duggan in my life.

Speaker 2 (20:27):
What are you talking about? You lunatic?

Speaker 1 (20:28):
Oh?

Speaker 3 (20:29):
And me and my brother are like we dude, We
were there like, how was a core memory?

Speaker 2 (20:35):
It was a core memory, dude, it was a real
core memory.

Speaker 1 (20:38):
That's incredible. Wow, Oh man, your dad's a heel.

Speaker 2 (20:43):
I do it.

Speaker 3 (20:44):
I do it to kids all the time. Well, you
don't lie to your son for funzies.

Speaker 1 (20:50):
We were breaking our heart?

Speaker 2 (20:51):
What what tooth fairy Santa Claus?

Speaker 1 (20:54):
Oh yeah, we did tell him that the museum was
closed the other day when it was just like we
got too much stuff to do.

Speaker 2 (20:59):
We're not gonna the two Faery of Santa Claus and
stuff like that.

Speaker 1 (21:02):
We haven't started down in that aisle yet. No, we're
trying to figure out how we're going to navigate that.

Speaker 2 (21:07):
Yeah, so we light of kids all the time.

Speaker 1 (21:09):
You all do it like that's hilarious.

Speaker 2 (21:11):
Oh yeah, I light of kids.

Speaker 5 (21:13):
It's different being like my homie Sanna, like my dad's homie.

Speaker 1 (21:18):
I went to high school with.

Speaker 2 (21:19):
It's important to remember the lies that you told them.
I can't lie. I gotta keep too dumb to lie.
I can't keep track.

Speaker 1 (21:27):
No, no, oh my god, that's a that's a wild one. Okay,
all right, I think now we set up this match.
So this match that we've picked for you, because WrestleMania
now is two days, it is Saturday and Sunday, so
it's too like three and a half hours.

Speaker 2 (21:49):
It's really a weak.

Speaker 1 (21:50):
Though, it's I mean, yeah, they've got the whole fan
event that, like the wrestlers are, They're doing everything. There's events,
there's all these other shows. Now, everybody's doing their podcast.
The Undertaker has like his I talked for eight hours
one man show. So yeah, it's like a whole week now.

Speaker 2 (22:06):
But actually, I just remember that. You remember when we
did that show, the last show in El.

Speaker 3 (22:12):
Paso at the Comic Strip, there was this one dude
that was sitting by himself and we both thought he
was Jake the Snake.

Speaker 1 (22:19):
Oh remember that.

Speaker 2 (22:21):
We were looking up.

Speaker 1 (22:22):
Like where's he from?

Speaker 2 (22:22):
And then from somewhere around them around.

Speaker 1 (22:25):
They were like, that might be Jake the Snake and
it wasn't.

Speaker 2 (22:27):
Yeah, and we both we just ignored it.

Speaker 3 (22:30):
And then finally on stage we're like, okay, are you
It was like, why would you think that?

Speaker 2 (22:36):
Have you seen yourself?

Speaker 1 (22:38):
Like look in the mirror? Man?

Speaker 2 (22:39):
Yeah, yeah, that was I forgot about that too.

Speaker 1 (22:42):
That's funny, that's funny. So yeah, So we went to
WrestleMania both days this year in Las Vegas and this
match was the best match of the weekend. This opened
up day two on Sunday. We were there with our
son Robin and this is the women's which I should
just start playing around.

Speaker 2 (23:02):
Is that why you picked it for me? Because of
the women? You thought that it'd softened me up a little. No,
it's just the best.

Speaker 1 (23:09):
It's just the best one because yeah, like the we've
said it many times on this podcast right now, women's
wrestling is so much better than men's wrestling.

Speaker 3 (23:18):
Yeah, well, I mean I see clips and stuff, and
I'll agree with that. I always I thought that women's
was better when I was a kid. Yeah, but there
was only like three of them.

Speaker 1 (23:26):
Well, they're just like they're cardios better. They it's like
watching Lucha libre wrestling, you know, just in general. But
like I think, like the Cruiseway Division in WCW in
the nineties is the most comparable thing that I think
the women's division to do. Now, this is EO Sky
who's coming out right now. She is the women's champion.
She's from Japan. She is still learning English. So like

(23:50):
looks her walkout music, So her walkout music, it's kind
of this like how would you kind of a hypnotic
kind of a it's it's it's not anything that anybody knows.
It's uh, it's I I think it is a little
closer to some type of E d M, but not

(24:11):
like a kind of thing, you know, just a lot
of echoing and reverberation, I think. And so, uh, this
is a triple threat match between EO Sky, Riha Ripley,
and Bianca bell Air.

Speaker 2 (24:25):
And I've never heard any of those names.

Speaker 1 (24:27):
Oh yeah, yeah, I think you'll love Ria Ripley. Yeah,
I think Rea Ripley is going to be your jam
in the same sense. You like a Marilyn Manson fan,
are you not? Yeah? So I feel like music, the music,
not the not the human and most.

Speaker 5 (24:45):
Person but can't play the music for obvious reasons, but
when you can listen to because you.

Speaker 2 (24:51):
Will like you would love.

Speaker 1 (24:53):
Yeah, she's got a very metal, screaming actual band. Yeah yeah,
it's actual band. Well, no, the band doesn't play for
her intro. I mean like they Yeah, it is a band.

Speaker 3 (25:03):
When I went to that wrestling event at MGM, there
was a couple of songs that I recognized, I was like, oh, ship,
like these people do the.

Speaker 2 (25:10):
The music for this guy?

Speaker 1 (25:12):
That's d Yeah, yeah, well like h Living Color does
CM Punk's Yeah, I remember that CULTI personality. They were
there for Night one to close it out. They they
did his intro, so they played that that was.

Speaker 3 (25:25):
Don't don't they like tour with There's there's like a
couple of bands that like tour with WrestleMania or.

Speaker 2 (25:32):
Something like that.

Speaker 1 (25:32):
Probably probably, I mean like that's like that. I feel
like that was their hit, like was cult personal.

Speaker 4 (25:39):
That week they did a show on Fremont Street.

Speaker 1 (25:43):
Yes, and CM punk showed up. Yes, absolutely, so, yeah,
I was I remember hearing about that, and then they
went to I think they went to Nerd Bar. Yeah
that sounds right, that sounds right.

Speaker 2 (25:53):
Yeah, I remember hearing about that.

Speaker 1 (25:54):
This now coming to the ring as Bianca bell Air.
Uh so She's and WrestleMania have the best part with
the intros is they go big. They go super big
with the entrances. Uh So she's got people right now
that are doing playing double dutch.

Speaker 2 (26:09):
She double doesn't with her hair.

Speaker 1 (26:10):
That's that's her real hair. Beyonca's hair is extremely long.
She does use it as a step and that's her stepdaughter. Yes,
that's cool like that. Yeah, so that was a.

Speaker 2 (26:20):
Cool, little cool little family hug and.

Speaker 1 (26:23):
Yeah told her, but yeah, that's Bianca's real hair, like
she uses it to hit people with and.

Speaker 2 (26:30):
She looks like the what's your name? The Queen of Fables.

Speaker 1 (26:33):
Harley Quinn Cord soon, Oh no, no, we haven't. I know,
I know. I'm sure when Robin's older, we will be
able to watch something like that sometimes. Now we have
to be careful about things being too scary. We have
to be careful showing him things.

Speaker 2 (26:46):
He's just vulgar, like this is excessively and way too violent.

Speaker 1 (26:53):
I'm sure.

Speaker 2 (26:53):
Absolutely, fifth career match four and oh records.

Speaker 1 (26:57):
Yeah, WrestleMania, Yeah, so no Beyond is great. Bianca in ring,
she is fantastic. Her husband, boyfriend husband, Yes, yeah, he
he is also in the WWE. Yeah, are they still
tag champions? Is that a thing? I think? Yeah? I
believe that he is one of the tag team champions.

(27:18):
So they get montes Ford. Yeah, so he is one
of the tag team champions in WW right now. But
that just that robe, all the roses and everything on that,
like that is that is incredible. That is a Rick
Flair esque robe. But I am confident she didn't get
drunk and misplaced that that night, because that is the

(27:39):
thing that Rick Flair regularly did with his expensive robes
that he walked out and is he would get drunk
and he would lose them at like a bar or
hotels and things like that. So that was like all
we got.

Speaker 2 (27:52):
Home was like, why is there ship in this robe?

Speaker 1 (27:55):
Well, it's everywhere the sixth time exactly.

Speaker 2 (28:02):
See, it's a whole trope.

Speaker 1 (28:04):
He's been doing this for a long time and now
the stadium is just waiting for re Ripley to come
out because she is probably one of the most popular
women wrestlers, wrestlers in general, just in general. Yeah, I
mean I love purple Yeah is good. The beginning of
the song is just like brutality and so yeah, it's

(28:29):
like a big scream that like hurts my voice when
I remember try and do that.

Speaker 2 (28:33):
I love that head piece.

Speaker 1 (28:35):
We are loving the head piece. Yes, she's got the
gear on right now, the like skeleton hands crown as
she takes it off, the septum piercing and like kind
of like a shredder vest I want to say, this
is very from from Rhea Ripley r h e A

(28:57):
and then our I p l e y. So yeah,
you're probably going to see you will probably know whoever
does her entrance song and be like, oh, my god,
they do her entrance song. But yeah, man, yeah, absolutely so.
But yeah, no, she's super duper popular right now. She
is like the big wrestler in w D.

Speaker 2 (29:16):
Motionless and why yes, there it is absolutely.

Speaker 1 (29:19):
Yeah yeah if they do her song and so it's
a whole thing.

Speaker 2 (29:23):
Man.

Speaker 5 (29:24):
Also fun fact behind the scenes stuff. Ye this match,
Ria apparently didn't know if she was gonna be able
to do this match because she was dealing with a
persistent lower back injury from like NXT stuff.

Speaker 1 (29:37):
I guess, Oh, so she had a lower back injury
for a while.

Speaker 5 (29:40):
Yeah, and so I bet I guess it was like
getting really bad leading up to it. Also in this match,
Bianca Bellair, I think it was right the finger injury
she get broke her finger, right, she breaks her finger
in this match, yes, and.

Speaker 1 (29:53):
Still finish the match. Yeah yeah, and she's still out,
isn't she Yeah she's still out.

Speaker 2 (29:59):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (29:59):
Yeah, she broke her hand in this match. So yeah,
Bianca is a badass. But also, I mean they all are.
I mean, between Rhea having the lower back injury that
is just this won't quit and she's coming into this
match not know she can compete. Bianca breaking her hand
and finishing the match, and then Eo Sky just doing
every single thing that she did.

Speaker 2 (30:20):
Shoulders.

Speaker 3 (30:21):
Uh oh, I've been trying to get those shoulders for
years now.

Speaker 1 (30:24):
Oh yeah, no, yeah, that she's she's got the traps
that don't stop. Yeah. Uh, you can get on Bianca
Billa's workout plan. There's a lot of double dutch, that's
what it's from. It's just mostly like the.

Speaker 2 (30:36):
The high double dutch. Yeah. If you can double dutch
with like actual ropes.

Speaker 1 (30:41):
Oh yeah, yeah, that'll definitely help you. And then Alicia
Taylor who was doing the announcing, Now.

Speaker 2 (30:48):
What's she from.

Speaker 1 (30:49):
I don't know that she's from anything, but she took
over for Samantha Irving, who was so good at announcing
the wrestlers, like she became like her own entity, Like
everybody loved Samantha Irving, and she ended up bowing out
because she wanted to focus on her singing career. So
now she's doing her phone thing singing, and so it

(31:11):
was like, oh, who's going to replace Samantha Irving? And
Alicia's been killing it. She's she's doing great. You and
her kind of have the same hair, So I mean
I think that that that makes a lot of sense, right,
she got the mohawk going on. Rhea has I think
like slimmed down a little bit because I feel like
when she first got bumped up from NXT to the
main roster, like she also had like really broad shoulders

(31:35):
and everything. So but she's still hail as strong, so
and she's got the I'm seeing that the gauges in
her ear. I always like wonder if like those are
gonna get pulled on in a match, like people pull
on Beyonca's hair.

Speaker 4 (31:49):
Yep.

Speaker 1 (31:53):
I mean yeah, I've heard gauges do not smell the best, yeah,
which is a strange thing.

Speaker 3 (31:59):
Well, you gotta take them out and clean them. Yeah,
like it's really like uh uh so I had mine
at like double zero is a little bit more than
a double zero okay, uh Like I.

Speaker 2 (32:10):
Stretch them with a golf tea.

Speaker 1 (32:12):
So interesting choice.

Speaker 2 (32:13):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (32:14):
Well, I mean when you're poor, you make do I gage,
Like when you're the the gauging spikes that it's.

Speaker 2 (32:23):
Just a fucking golf tea.

Speaker 3 (32:24):
Like why are you gonna pay thirty dollars for something
that's two cents?

Speaker 1 (32:28):
Where the plastic? That's true?

Speaker 2 (32:29):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (32:31):
Yeah, so I uh once I had those in Uh,
it's like once you shower, like you don't really you know,
you don't take your earring out and wipe it down
and dry it off. So it's like you're just leaving
that moisture in there to kind to dry on its own.

Speaker 2 (32:45):
It's gonna get kind of mildewy.

Speaker 1 (32:47):
Fair enough.

Speaker 2 (32:47):
So like as long as you take them out and
clean them every day, you're fine.

Speaker 1 (32:51):
Okay, okay, fair enough. So now, during this feud that
was leading up to the match, it's EO doesn't do
a whole I mean, at the time, she wasn't doing
very much talking at all, but now like she's actually
been trying to cut promos and talk more on the
mic because she's getting better acquainted with English, and but

(33:14):
leading up to this match, she wasn't talking a whole lot.
And so really the focus of the match was like
Rhea and Bianca feuding with each other, and they were
just constantly like pushing EO out of the way, not
unlike CM Punk pushes Saudi Arabian kids out of the
way when he gets off the plane. Just they were like,

(33:35):
get out of here, little one, and so yeah.

Speaker 3 (33:38):
Well, so is is she out? Because she's out of
the ring.

Speaker 1 (33:42):
Okayumission, Yeah, not only have my pinfaller submission.

Speaker 2 (33:46):
So it's not's lava.

Speaker 1 (33:47):
No, it's not Flora's lava. No, that's the World Rumble
you're thinking of Royal Rumble. They have to get eliminated
over the top rope and both feet up to touch
the ground, and that's usually like a battle oral situation
where there's a lot of wrestlers that just keep coming.
It's like thirty so's I just keep coming every minute
and a half, I want to say, but no, during
triple Threat, there was notice qualification like how she got up,

(34:09):
Oh yeah, absolutely, the little flip up Yeah, shades of
Shawn Michaels and the.

Speaker 4 (34:16):
This I believe.

Speaker 5 (34:16):
Bianco won elimination chamber and so gave her the right
to face EO Sky and it was supposed to be
just Bianca and EO Sky, and Ria kept.

Speaker 1 (34:27):
Well, wait, wasn't it. Rio was champion, and then Eo
beat her because Bianca was hanging out on the side
of the ring, and so then it was because it
was supposed to be Bianca and Ria, and then Ria
lost to EO Sky, and then it became her versus Sky,
and then Ria ended up winning a match to insert

(34:49):
herself into this and make it a triple threat.

Speaker 4 (34:53):
So yeah, she got put in last minute.

Speaker 1 (34:54):
She got put in last minute, so uh but yeah,
her hair getting pulled like that's a constant, like they're
always like pulling her down off of things moving around
and there that was raw. Yeah, little nice little need
to the back and then a flip by EO Sky
double cover you love to see it, kick out a
two always dramatic, uh, and then double kicks to the

(35:14):
face as you do.

Speaker 2 (35:17):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (35:17):
So far I think Beyonc is the best actress and
she's selling.

Speaker 1 (35:22):
Just selling, oh yeah, yeah, no, she sells great, yea.
Beianca is amazing.

Speaker 4 (35:27):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (35:27):
So the odd thing is Vegas was weird because they
didn't like who you were supposed to like, and they
like didn't hate who you were supposed to hate, because like, yeah,
they really didn't. They booed Bianca a lot, heavily, like
she was a heel and she's not like a heel.
And Moon Salt do you love to see it? Kidd
of the going out to the ring. I'm always nervous

(35:50):
seeing those Moon Salts going out to the ring. Oh yeah, well,
especially j D McDonough. Isn't that what he did where
he like landed run.

Speaker 4 (35:57):
But he did some sort of dive off of their
and he.

Speaker 5 (36:00):
Ended up hitting the announcer table and punctured his lung I.

Speaker 1 (36:06):
Believe, but he hit like the back of his head,
like his neck. It looked like he broke his neck
and they're like, oh no, that was a lung puncture
thing that happened there. So but yeah, no, EO's got
an amazing Moon Salt her and Tiffany Stratton because isn't
hers the pretty Moon Salt or whatever. It's like her
finishing movie is like the perfect Moon Salt. So but no,

(36:27):
this match just goes that's the other thing. So you
can see like the pacing like they are just going
going what a wild pin just coming in around the
side in the middle of her to roll her up,
nice little shoulder and those big shoulders. Yeah, she does
sell really well, Bianco. Really she is fantastic.

Speaker 5 (36:46):
And I think that's a thing with wrestling, is like, yeah,
you can be athletic as you want to be, but
you still have to be able to sell and get
people behind everything that you were doing and as being
done to you.

Speaker 3 (36:58):
Facts, facts, So yeah, because like when when EO was
like punching her earlier, it didn't look like a punch.

Speaker 4 (37:04):
Yes, like yeah, no, the punches aren't punches.

Speaker 1 (37:10):
Or yeah, punches and kicks are always pulled, but unversually,
like everything on that matt hurts. Like they've they did
a video with the wrestlers in the back for social
media where they were just asking them like what move
hurts the worst, and all of them were different variations
of slams on the mat. None of them are like
this on a table that they were like, oh no, choke, slam,

(37:31):
power bomb, like just typical things that you would just
do on the mat. They're like, that hurts the most.

Speaker 2 (37:36):
God damn.

Speaker 1 (37:37):
Yeah, just took EOD was wrapped around her shoulders right
now and they just slammed her head into the little
barricade outside the ring and then went ahead and grabbed
her and just decided, all right, we'll team up on that.

Speaker 2 (37:50):
That wouldn't have felt getting in a bounce house.

Speaker 1 (37:52):
Oh no, no, that would have been terrible in the
bounce house. You're still coming out crying in that regard.
Punches aren't real slaps are slap slaps chops, So that's
like they slapped their chest. Those are the ones they
whoo slap wo.

Speaker 2 (38:10):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (38:10):
Hers are just like so slow and soft, and it's
like it's not she's not sewing.

Speaker 1 (38:15):
Yeah yeah again Rick Flair same like his uh just
threw her into Bianca like like a dart. Just all right,
here we go. So uh but yeah, I know. Rick
Flair also would really pull his punches to where you
could see like six inches of space between his punches,
and I was just like, okay, all right, fair enough,

(38:36):
like we probably don't need a zoom in the camera
on those punches because this is just taking a lot out.

Speaker 2 (38:40):
Of the match.

Speaker 1 (38:42):
But and flip roll up almost and oh took down
toe drag there, uh lock leg lock. Maybe we're trying,
we're doing our best. I forget what that's called. But yeah,
she does this whole mm hmm. That's like Rhea's submission
move that she does, which I mean the legs are

(39:03):
set up like not unlike a sharpshooter, but she's got
them in the front. And then Bianca just comes in
and grabs her like, hey.

Speaker 2 (39:09):
Let me pick you up here, Jesus Christ real quick.
That actually, like I I actually need that for my
back right.

Speaker 1 (39:16):
A torture rack.

Speaker 4 (39:17):
Yeah, so you're free.

Speaker 1 (39:20):
Yeah, yeah, Bianca, if you're free, our friends.

Speaker 2 (39:24):
Would really appreciate.

Speaker 1 (39:26):
He would deeply appreciate you cracking his spine by doing
your finishing move. He wouldn't be able to take the
landing on the face as well. But that was just
fann just the set up part. Yeah, just the setup,
just getting you up, kind of bending you over the
shoulders and I'd imagine it feel good because their traps
are so huge. Those would serve as like lacrosse balls
or something like really getting into those knots. So all right,

(39:51):
now we got you know, going back and forth, got
them done. That's like uh x pac who used to
the bucket with the Bronco buster. Yeah, that was a
fun one as well. Fun things you do in the corner.

Speaker 3 (40:02):
It's just so funny because like like stepping on her stomach,
that was that was just a sign of disrespect.

Speaker 2 (40:08):
That wasn't because she's like nine pounds, it's not gonna hurt.

Speaker 1 (40:13):
It was just like at all a nice little f
u and we're all going up and flip. Yeah, and
the hard cell that was a good sell. I EA
like took the hit on the face, only to bounce
up and then fall down slowly. Oh yeah, this might
be where she yeah, that's where she broke her hand. Okay,

(40:33):
a look and see how that happened. So she flips
her flips her over underneath reheah okay, yeah.

Speaker 2 (40:40):
Oh yeah.

Speaker 1 (40:40):
She immediately right away she's like, yeah, that's.

Speaker 5 (40:44):
Where it happens, like partially back already h and re
landed on it.

Speaker 1 (40:49):
So yeah, that was that was for sure where it happened. Absolutely.

Speaker 2 (40:53):
Man, did they like release an X ray of her hand?

Speaker 1 (40:56):
Uh no, you could probably find that on social medium,
probably probably, but yeah no, but just to like, all right,
we're gonna keep going because if they get too injured
to finished.

Speaker 2 (41:09):
Right now, like I think my finger's broken, we gotta.

Speaker 1 (41:12):
Yeah, no, that's for sure. What she's saying is like
I think I broke my finger, So just you know,
whatever you do, be cognizant of that. Which how what
a thing to say in front of one hundred thousand
people in a stadium is just like, hey, we're gonna
have to call an audible here on some things.

Speaker 2 (41:30):
She's a lunatic, I like that.

Speaker 1 (41:31):
Oh yeah, yeah, she's amazing. Oh yeah, that's always great,
the little flex or she points to her mouth. I
love that. That's so fun. So uh, it's it's very anime,
like if she was a pokemon. That's just I imagine
all these colors that just like fly behind her head
and everything, and these polygonal shapes and on the turn buckle. Two.

(41:55):
They got the sponsors everywhere, now, man, Like that's so yeah,
Prime started doing the sponsorship in the middle of the ring. Yeah,
they're they're sponsors everywhere. Those like one and that that
was a four to fifty flip. I want to say,
because it's more than a three is a little bit
more than a three sixty. Yeah, that was a four
to fifty flip that she did with a broken hand,

(42:17):
Like just all right, and one ain't nothing, ain't nothing.
And her long ass hair Like I always wondered.

Speaker 4 (42:24):
How much her hair weighs, because that is so much
on your right you at least she does have it in.

Speaker 5 (42:33):
Her hand, like so it doesn't get you caught up
in things, that's true.

Speaker 1 (42:37):
But still, and that was the rip tide. That's really
Ripley's finishing move. That's why she was so upset that
she kicked out because something kicked out of your finisher.
You have to sell like you're really really upset.

Speaker 4 (42:47):
Else am I going to do? That's my thing?

Speaker 1 (42:50):
Yeah, like what is it gonna take. I'm gonna have
to kill this person? Oh no, oh you know that
was bleeding? Oh yeah it is.

Speaker 3 (42:57):
Yeah, just like as a comic, you just not getting
over on the crowd. And then you're like, you know what,
we'll do the we'll do the big closer and it
gets nothing.

Speaker 2 (43:05):
You're like, well, fuck, what do I do?

Speaker 1 (43:07):
Now? It's true, that's true. Yeah, that's exactly what it's like.

Speaker 4 (43:11):
Somebody else's move.

Speaker 2 (43:12):
Yeah oh yeah, and then yeah, you just take someone
else's move. Yeah, else is.

Speaker 1 (43:16):
Finish her and see how see how that that finishes
for you? Yeah, that's which is essentially what happens. I
mean like jay Us has been doing everybody else's finisher
lately to try and get the match it ended, and
now she's gonna try and go for the rip tide
from the top rope, which, yeah, if you want the
regular one to not hurt as bad.

Speaker 2 (43:37):
If we were on the ground, I wouldn't be able
to hold her like that.

Speaker 1 (43:40):
Yeah, we flip. Yeah, you'd love to see it, man.
And they're just going like just the pace never stopped
in this match.

Speaker 3 (43:48):
And also like she still has spikes on clip oh damn.

Speaker 1 (43:53):
And then just put her feet up and you know,
just did a backflip onto her her feet. Bam, face down.
Because that's Beyonca's finisher right there. I forget what it's called.
That's Beianca's finisher.

Speaker 2 (44:04):
Why wouldn't you just let her tap out because it's not.

Speaker 1 (44:07):
An elimination, it's whoever pins when it's the first one.
So yeah, so you're trying to make sure that you're
getting in and interrupting that so that way, Yeah, it's
not an elimination match. So yeah, there you go. Man.
You can get in that position and it will really
help your back a lot.

Speaker 4 (44:26):
Yeah, So find a gentle way to be put down.

Speaker 1 (44:29):
This is very true. Yeah, yeah, which I mean i'd
imagine is on the feet, right. That seems to be
the gentle way that you're gonna put somebody down if
you've got them in a torture rack position, not unlike
lex Lucer. So also, the best thing with like women's wrestlers,
like the fact that their outfits stay on like is
just a testament to just the costumers who are putting
these things together because like, I don't think the rarity

(44:54):
that anything, but yeah, it's so rare. It's so rare.
So yeah, just the fact and I mean, like, yeah,
I don't know what Beanca's outfit is made of, but man,
it looks fancy and also uncomfortable to land on if
you're gonna land on, like the front of your Torso

(45:15):
I know.

Speaker 5 (45:16):
Like before when they were just on USA and like
the network channels, the women would get fined if anything
popped out they were I don't know if that still
stands true when they're on Netflix. I don't know if
it's still the same rules apply or not.

Speaker 1 (45:34):
You would think not because I don't know. Netflix has
like full on sex scenes and stuff and some of
their content.

Speaker 4 (45:42):
I don't know if that still.

Speaker 2 (45:44):
But that's that's if it's rated, you know or whatever.

Speaker 1 (45:50):
Yeah, then that might be where they're like, all right,
we rated at this, So there is a fine, Yeah,
that's true they had.

Speaker 2 (45:57):
Has there ever been a dick that popped out?

Speaker 1 (46:00):
But she does follow this account on TikTok that is
this gay guy who watches the matches and he finds
these moments where it's like crop shots.

Speaker 2 (46:10):
I feel like you've been waiting for me to ask
that question.

Speaker 3 (46:13):
That was I feel like you guys had a side
back where she was like, I bet you five dollars.

Speaker 2 (46:18):
He's gonna ask of a dies.

Speaker 5 (46:19):
I don't know, but it was funny because every time
I'm on TikTok now because he uses the same song,
so Miles always knows him looking at crotch shots yeah
when it's on. But I think he even said he's
like to make sure you have DJ see this because
he might start using that song for.

Speaker 1 (46:34):
Some of it. Yeah, you call me daddy, I need
a daddy, Like, yeah, it's really funny. It's really really funny.

Speaker 3 (46:45):
So he just tell you, like, I hate doing social media,
but my favorite part about doing social media is trying
to find a song that goes with this specific flyer.

Speaker 1 (46:54):
Oh yeah, you're kind of whoop but and cover and
one two three, well bam boom boom sauce. There it
is now.

Speaker 5 (47:04):
It is also like it's special for a lot of
reasons because I believe this is you's first WrestleMania win, yes,
but also as far as history goes, she is the
first Japanese woman to win at WrestleMania.

Speaker 1 (47:16):
Oh wow, okay, big deals all around. Get it, EO,
get it, absolutely so, especially after taking that bump on
the top turn step on her face. She got well
EO took it straight up to the face on the post.

Speaker 4 (47:30):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (47:31):
Yeah, she really took a hard shot on the post
beforehand and then went ahead like a boss and did
a moon salt on top of both of them to retain.
So yeah, like, as yeah, this one right here, bam,
just right, And we saw that and we're like, oh,
is she dead?

Speaker 2 (47:49):
Like what happened?

Speaker 1 (47:50):
But then when we saw her getting ready, because that's
the benefit of being there with the hairdlines, you see
like what the cameras aren't showing, and so at this
point you see her start waking up, getting set up,
and then she covers and there she goes bam, so
comes in from the monsault and that's a that's the
w So there we go, man, that is Do you

(48:14):
think the WrestleMania match that was the best match I
think of the whole weekend? What are your thoughts?

Speaker 2 (48:21):
I mean, it's fine, it was.

Speaker 3 (48:28):
I mean like I don't know, I can't I can't
cut out a weekend for it.

Speaker 1 (48:35):
Oh yeah, for sure a lot.

Speaker 2 (48:37):
Was it two years ago or something like that.

Speaker 3 (48:40):
I'd gotten free tickets for WrestleMania and it was like
pretty like pretty up close, and Emilia was like, honestly,
man like, I would just be going to be like,
look where I am and I don't fucking care, like
find find somebody who actually wants to be there, Like
I'll be taking somebody's place who.

Speaker 2 (49:01):
They really would enjoy being there.

Speaker 3 (49:04):
And that's a dick move because I would be pissed
off if the two of you got to meet and
greet with slipnot and the whole time you're like, so,
what do you guys do? I would be I would
be offended. I would be personally uncomfortable. Yeah, I would
be so angry. So I was like, no, you know what,

(49:24):
I'm just gonna that kind of I'm gonna pass up
this opportunity and like, I'll if this comes back my way,
it would be for something that's not not the super
Bowl of wrestling.

Speaker 1 (49:39):
Okay, that works.

Speaker 4 (49:40):
I think I have a closing question.

Speaker 1 (49:42):
Closing question, there we go.

Speaker 4 (49:43):
If you had to come up with a wrestling like
gimmick and name, what do you think it would be?

Speaker 2 (49:52):
Damn it I mean like, I feel like I would
have to make it racist.

Speaker 1 (50:00):
I love that you had just Vince McMahon book yourself.

Speaker 2 (50:03):
I would I don't know, man, I feel like I
don't know the teflon turban.

Speaker 1 (50:13):
I don't know, man. Oh, the ring gear would be incredible.
Osama been slamming, Sama been slamming. I don't know. That's
what he's been doing all this time. I've been slamming
your mom. Like, Oh, that's incredible. I kind of want

(50:35):
you to make that should be your next Halloween.

Speaker 3 (50:38):
Oh No, as a wrestler, I've never I've never had
to think about what I would be if I was
a wrestler.

Speaker 2 (50:44):
It would be my I don't know what.

Speaker 3 (50:47):
First of all, I'm forty one, so this isn't a
dream that's gonna come true at all.

Speaker 2 (50:52):
I'm not pursuing this.

Speaker 1 (50:53):
I mean, John Cena is forty eight.

Speaker 2 (50:55):
Yeah, but when did he seen him start at forty one?

Speaker 1 (50:58):
He did not How old was he.

Speaker 2 (50:59):
When he started? I mean, well doing it? This is
his last year, yeah, Jesus Christ.

Speaker 1 (51:04):
That's why we went because it was his last WrestleMania.
So yeah, but December is his last. He's going to
be completely done after that. Yeah, that's it.

Speaker 2 (51:11):
That's incredible. He's I mean, but he hasn't been doing
it the entire time, not like.

Speaker 1 (51:17):
Full time, not full in the last few years, he's
been coming and going a lot just because he's been
doing movies, like outstandingly.

Speaker 3 (51:25):
Yeah, like his one hundred percent of his income is
entied to this. Like they they're at every match because
they have to be.

Speaker 1 (51:31):
Oh yeah, they're city to city.

Speaker 2 (51:32):
Like they There's there's no option for them.

Speaker 3 (51:36):
Absolutely, So she breaks her finger on this match, she
has to be the next match anyway, there's no Well.

Speaker 1 (51:41):
She's been taking time off because yeah, yeah, she's taking
time off to heel. So yeah, so she's been out
for the Yeah, you have to get cleared.

Speaker 3 (51:49):
Yeah, but as soon as that green light comes, like
he has, he has the luxury of sitting out a
few three're back.

Speaker 1 (51:56):
I don't think they would clear you. They would probably
just be like.

Speaker 2 (52:00):
Back is the least of my problems.

Speaker 3 (52:01):
It's my I don't We're just gonna have to bleep
that my overwhelming pussiness. It's not my physically, isn't even
that even begins, just the bitch they of my general persona.

Speaker 2 (52:20):
That's the biggest obstacle. That'd be a great manager. I
could talk shit and start fights anything, literally in any language.

Speaker 3 (52:32):
I'd be like, oh, your Japanese cool. I can start
a fighting Japanese easily.

Speaker 1 (52:36):
Dahn, No, that should happen.

Speaker 2 (52:39):
Him.

Speaker 1 (52:40):
Be a manager, Be a manager.

Speaker 2 (52:42):
I couldn't be a wrestler, absolutely not. I like my
pain tolerance.

Speaker 3 (52:48):
I thought was was good, but then I'm like, oh no,
it's taking me way too long to recover from anything.

Speaker 2 (52:54):
All I did was like sleep weird on an airplane,
and like you.

Speaker 4 (52:59):
Took a bum'd be like a reth taking a bum.

Speaker 2 (53:02):
Like time, Oh yeah, yeah, I'd be down for home.
I'm like, I'm like, I'm gonna take a full count.

Speaker 1 (53:07):
I'm not gonna like DJ took a scoop slam, so
we're gonna have to x out, Like let's get the car.
Gonna get killed out for sure.

Speaker 3 (53:14):
I always love that, Uh, Colin Jostin Michael J. Matt
did you ever see that?

Speaker 1 (53:20):
Oh god, it was so bad.

Speaker 2 (53:21):
I loved it. I loved it because I saw it
coming a mile away.

Speaker 3 (53:24):
Oh of course I saw it immediately, Like I saw
him hide and I was like, oh, he's gonna win.

Speaker 2 (53:30):
Yeah, of course, Hell yeah, I was so excited about that.
That would be me.

Speaker 3 (53:35):
I would win in the most bitch ass way possible
every time, fair Like, it wouldn't.

Speaker 2 (53:40):
Even be cheating. It would just be like some kind
of technicality.

Speaker 3 (53:44):
It would be like you would win, and then it'd
be like I would pull out the rule book and
be like, no, actually she did this, so she's actually disqualified.

Speaker 1 (53:51):
This happened once in a matche in nineteen eighty seven,
and nobody's called it since. Actually, yeah, okay, that makes sense.

Speaker 2 (53:57):
That I'd be like the lawyer of of comedy or
of wrestling.

Speaker 1 (54:01):
That'd be fair. That'd be good.

Speaker 2 (54:02):
That'd be good, very litigious.

Speaker 1 (54:04):
Before we go, let the people know where they can
follow you on social media and anything you want to promote.

Speaker 3 (54:10):
At DJ sand to zero that's DJ s A n
D h U two zero on all of the stockability websites,
all of them, every single all the intraweb stalking things.
