Speaker 2 (00:04):
Hellor everybody.
Speaker 1 (00:05):
It's James Junior here and you're an American fan of
Neighbors all the way from Los Angeles.
Speaker 2 (00:12):
Hi, everybody, I might have my little coffee really quick.
Is it early for me? Yeah?
Speaker 1 (00:18):
I mean, and we're gonna talk a little about some
stuff's going on neighbors. Hi, guys, thank you again. The
neighbors community has been so wonderful to me. I'll start crying.
I just have a releve my eye. It's been wonderful
to me. I can't get over it. I just can't
get over how nice you guys have been walking me
(00:41):
in as I'm navigating my way through this. And also
people behind the scenes have been great. Also when you
start Sam at pr and all them, it's been wonderful.
It's like this is this has been such a refreshing
I can say it every week. I know you say,
James has refreshing one more time, but it just has been.
And one of the things that I've noticed just a
recent as I'm going back into husband, I've noticed that
(01:04):
they rotate the storylines. They have a fairly sizable cast
and they and everybody getbody gets a turn, and that's
not always the same in American soaps not always. Uh
so it's kind of nice to see that. Also something
that was it's kind of funny to me, even up,
(01:25):
I find it funny. But for me it was kind
of like, Okay, I get it. I was trying. I
was online and so far I was seeing all the
nice comments, we were into it. I found a couple
of hater accounts. Let's see who they are. I had
to chuckle. I said, okay, not as bad as American soaps,
(01:46):
but our English soaps. But there was some hater accounts
that this show, and I was like okay, and I
rident accounts. I don't agree with them, of course from
what I'm seeing, but I just thought, well, that's normal.
That is totally normal, because you know that's your soaps
have their haters and we think it's been ruined and
all this stuff.
Speaker 2 (02:01):
So I was like, okay. So I felt like it
was like a comfort food moment. For me.
Speaker 1 (02:06):
It was like, okay, it's like other substee we have
our we love it and folks who don't, and folks complain,
but mostly I don't see it. And also something else
I noticed on this show, whoever is doing all the
pr I mean, like I know people who are doing
pr for interviews, but whoever's doing all the promotional stuff
(02:28):
and marketing materials, wonderful sense of.
Speaker 2 (02:31):
Humor, all the behind the scenes.
Speaker 1 (02:34):
I mean, I go on ex Twitter or Recall or whatever,
and I'll go on there and it's like there's a
video every day of something, at least at least one video.
We are more behind the scenes with the actors, the writers,
the they have they have their recaps. They are a
little quick little recaps and they're really hilarious or something.
From the actors doing it. I'm like, this is so cute.
(02:57):
I mean, there's such I again, compared to American selves,
we used to do stuff like that back in the day.
They don't do it anymore. And I think it's so
cute that Neighbors does this. And I love it. And
it adds two things. Sibeer other show and it adds
to you feel like a part of the show.
Speaker 2 (03:14):
It's so be goodness.
Speaker 1 (03:15):
It's also it's like having a character with the actors
participate in, so there's senses of humor and to get
pissed out of their characters sometimes because it's all rageous
studs and soap operam. It's fun to watch and it's
very engaging and I love it. Continue doing it. I
don't think they've always done it, but I'm telling you
(03:36):
right now, so they came back. I'm I'm loving it.
I'm loving all the extras. So if you would like
me to change, we talk about follow neighbors, whether it's
on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter, uh axpert you call it,
and also on YouTube, just you'll there's all kinds of
shorts and extras on it that are just I love it.
I love it, love it. Love How mentioned that one
(03:57):
of the things that I'm able to talk about now,
and it's just a spoiler, folks, I'm gonna say it now.
It's just spoiler alerts. So if you don't to know
what's happening in a couple of weeks, I'm not gonna
tell you everything, but we don't want to hear anything
else can happen in a couple of weeks, then stop
watching me. Now, come back a couple weeks and watch
the show.
Speaker 2 (04:19):
I'll give you a second to leave, okay, a second.
Speaker 1 (04:25):
So all shows this is called this is American shows
too when it was soap operas having it called log
lines and it's what happens you stay of that week.
And for folks in American understand, it's four episodes. I'm
Monday through Thursday for Neighbors on Amazon free V and
(04:45):
so so this one that they're they're they're promoting and
I got provide commission to let it out.
Speaker 2 (04:50):
Sorry not let anyway, it's out back week coming up
in a couple of weeks.
Speaker 1 (04:54):
And this is leading to Tony's exits, right, so uh,
and Tony's an original cast members but off for a lot.
I did a show on him and he spoke to
you guys and the whole thing. So that this case
is very cool. I love big Umbrella weeks, special weeks
like this, and it seems that Neighbors does stuff like that.
They do like little mini arcs within story and that's fine.
(05:17):
So this is the week of of August nineteenth or
twenty second, and so that's just what they're telling us.
He's in the lines for each day. So from Monday nineteenth,
it says Tody stumbles upon danger. Excuse me, Tody stumbles
into danger upon into you.
Speaker 2 (05:37):
I guess.
Speaker 1 (05:37):
I mean it's could be a difference, like yes, it's English.
The coffee isn't kicked in yet. Cheri's trust is pushed
to the limit. McKenzie tries to protect reckless Holly. That's Monday,
Tuesday twentieth, It's danger lurks for Holly. The hunt from
(05:57):
missing loved ones begins. Shocking discovery leads to Ramsey Street
fearing the worst. August twenty second, Wednesday, Mackenzie and has
embark on a high stakes adventure. Holly plays a dangerous
game of cat and mouse. Ramsey Street fears for their
loved ones and I guess Thursday Cliffhanger or whatever. A
(06:20):
perilous ordeal changes lives forever. Paul is handed an opportunity
to play god. One person meets a terrifying fate.
Speaker 2 (06:29):
So all this.
Speaker 1 (06:32):
For me, it's all about Tony, So what happens to him?
The actor is leaving the show, but hesically directing and
doing stuff behind the scenes. So I don't know, you
guys told more than I do. Do you think they
would kill him off? Should they kill him off? And that, guys,
(06:53):
I'm just shocking. They would prey drama obviously for you know,
time to come this major character shows do it all
the time? Or should he be missing and so you
can come back one day. It's it's I like, what
do you guys think should happen? I have no idea.
It's a character I started to like, but I'm not
(07:14):
just watch the old episode because now I'm now he's
leaving the show.
Speaker 2 (07:17):
I caught it. I came on too late for him.
So hmm, I like it. It's gonna be very good.
This is the this is out Back Week. It's week forty.
Speaker 1 (07:28):
Nine for the show with the scenes for the season.
So they gave us that to tell you, guys, I'm
just gonna tell you that's that. So I'm very excited
to watch. I'm going to watch out By. So I'm
gonna tell you I'm gonna watch out Back Week and
I'm gonna do a whole story on it. I'm gonna
do a whole review on it. I decided, I said,
this is the week where I will actually I'm gonna
watch it in real time and we're gonna talk about it. Yes, indeed,
(07:52):
maybe I'll do it live.
Speaker 2 (07:53):
I don't know. Most's see what happens. I don't know
what see how I feel I'm gonna do, We're gonna do.
We're gonna do it.
Speaker 1 (08:00):
That that's it for neighbors. I just want to say
it's a litt ads and ends, and then that that's
coming up. Just I'm sure you probably maybe have heard
from other people, but just know that the American is
is following along and is enjoying this, and we'll have more.
I've been trying to release these on Mondays and Fridays.
Say it's Friday, so we'll get today and I will
(08:22):
