(00:02):
A staple on soap opera is alwaysthe hot guys. That's a staple on
soap opera. Pretty women, hotmen. That's how it isn't Soap operas
and soaps in other countries are nodifferent. They make it a little different
than what you're used to in somecases, or they sound different than you
used to, but there's still astaple on soap opera and on a show

(00:23):
like Neighbors, which is a kindof a down home so you see a
lot of regular looking people, andI say people, I think it's great.
You see we have all sizes andshapes and heights and hairlines. And
I love that because that's real life, of course, but at KAT real
life occasionally there's people that stand outwho are hot. So my first character,

(00:45):
well I did Tony, we didhim, but my actual first kind
of character actor Spotlight. It's aguy named Lloyd Will. Don't know much
about him. I'll tell you aboutthat in the second but he plays Sarge
Andrew watt Rodwell that out Broadwell, and he's hot. I remember seeing him
on a couple of episodes because he'severywhere whenever, where's some drama somewhere,

(01:07):
he's everywhere, and I saw himlike who there? Like, who's that?
Follow him up on looked a himup, follow him on Instagram.
He's also a director who's also onthe o C. That's why against Misha
Barton, remember her Folks in Americawas in the o C. Actually did
some guest stuff on Neighbors. I'veseen that yet. He also is a
co founder of something called Feast Studios. They do lots of ads and things,

(01:34):
and so he's he was busy doingother stuff, he said he was,
and I couldn't look. I wastrying to look stuff up him.
I really see that many interviews untilI found one. I'm gonna mention this
person because I love it. Thisperson doesn't have a lot of followers,
so go subscribe to his channel. His name is Matthew Rowland. I put
it down below. I saw hisvideo. He does a great half hour

(01:55):
and so interview with Will with nosid with Lloyd Well and and you know,
as a person who you know hasa small network too, sometimes you
can get great stuff no matter whatside of the network or the following.
And I was I was supposed tosay to Matthew and to Lloyd it's a
wonderful conversation, great questions will seemsso I followed with him more just so,

(02:19):
just nice, down earth guy,a worker. He seems to get
it that being an actor is noteasy. Always getting you do is not
easy. And he also shines lighton a little bit what was like to
have a show that ended and waslike and we're done the end, that'd
be surprised to come back. Sothe character that he plays, Sargeant Andrew

(02:43):
Rodwell, has gone to show offros since the nineties, played by other
people. He came on in twentytwenty and, as he said in his
interview, came on just for acouple of I said, it happens all
the times, a couple of scenes. They probably saw what I saw on
the rest of you. I sawhot he was and he was good.
Know he is good, a goodactor. They decided to keep him,

(03:07):
and they decided to do more andmore with him, and they gave him
a family, gave him a wifeand a daughter. So I guess a
possible son to you with this JJthing happening. But he's on the show,
and like I said, it's noagain, no small parts, no
small roles. You just never knowand so his job is the kind of
keep up. He's a sergeant thereall the dramas and everything, And I

(03:31):
mean, I want to direct you, I I really do want to direct
you to a video with Matthew rowing. To go over there and watch that,
because he gives you a whole howwent down, who contacts him,
what he was doing beforehand and everything. But I just want to smile on
him. Was like, he thisguy is I mean, his social media's
not even that big or whatever, and I still he doesn't care like that,

(03:52):
and I feeling he's a person justlike he's here for the work and
he's doing it. But I waslike, this is like it's like a
little mini spot I look at neighbor'smini spotlight, just say, check out
this guy. Lloyd will He ison the show, but he's uh serge
Andrew. Well, I'm curious seewhat more happens on the show. But
again, he was on the hewas on an episode I was watching last

(04:14):
week. He was on it,and I was like, Oh, Okay,
there are a family who lives onthe street and in the cold sack,
and so that's that's you. That'sthe that's the big deal. I
sit here in America, we havenot standing as a could a sack thing
when you got into that could desac is a big deal. So that's
your little mini spotlight of him, like the little something I Lauren, I

(04:34):
love to have you on my showmyself. I'd love to have you here.
I would love to talk to youand see what's going on. He's
not get a very interesting guy, like he has like interesting stuff going on,
and there are there are a lotof us in this business who are
multi hyphenates who just liked being inthe business and you made different things and
nowadays and it seems the way it'sthe saying down Australia to you and also

(04:55):
in England or whatever, it's likeit's you know, you multiple things sometimes
to to make it. It's expensiveout there to live, you know,
to live out there and take careof stuff. So I appreciate that he
seems like a lover of just likethe business, and he really enjoys his
time on our Neighbors. I'm JamesJr. I put out episodes once or
twice a week here on JAILG Media. We're also on audio, so if
