Speaker 1 (00:02):
Hey guys in a happy new moon in Gemini, A
lot of us are just now starting our summer break,
and although school is ending, Gemini reminds us that our
goal here is to never stop learning, so even if
we take breaks from our formal education, this is a
perfect time for us to step in and educate ourselves
(00:23):
about the things that we want to learn about, rather
than what the system wants us to learn about. This
is a great time to sit and mix some intentions
about what books you want to read this summer, what
subjects you'd like to explore. Gemini thrives on intellect and
communication and being the twins. The duality shows us that
(00:45):
we can both be serious and get things done, but
also have a great time knowing that we can relax
sometimes too, and being serious and professional doesn't necessarily mean
stuffy and boring. Gemini is like the super smart tech
guy at the company that everybody comes to with their issues,
(01:07):
but that also goes home and watches anime and plays
video games all night with his crew, of course, because
or her crew whatever. Because Gemni is also very social
and great at being social, we get supportive energy right
now towards communications and maybe languages you know, it's a
great time to start learning a new language, or really
(01:28):
put in the effort if you're already starting to learn
that study that fun fact. The more languages you learn,
and the more you learn about languages, the harder it
actually tends to be to speak any of them. I'm
learning that the hard way. I've been trying to learn
Spanish on and off for years and years and years
(01:49):
and years and years, and I've only just this past
year really put some effort into it and really put
the work in to learn it. And I've been making
a lot of progress. But I've noticed that the more
I learn that language, the worse I am at speaking
this one. And I mean not that I was ever
(02:11):
super good at speaking it anyway. But moving on the
Gemini aspects, So Gemini is vocal, communicative, technological, innovative, intelligent, clever.
They're the trickster, ambitious, independent, lighthearted, and humorous. Lots of
(02:34):
crossover with this and Mercury Retrograde with Gemini and Mercury
Retrograde because Gemina is ruled by Mercury, so all of
the same aspects that we're going to look towards around
Mercury Retrograde and be wary of those are the type
of energies that are supported right now. The element is air,
(02:57):
it's ruled by the third house of mind and intellect,
and the chakra is the throat. So any aspects that
you're focusing on with meditation or journaling or intention setting
or anything that you want to work on in those
areas are going to be extra supported right now. So
(03:19):
you know, we covered the learning new things, exploring other languages,
having those conversations, those hard conversations with the people in
your life. It may be a good time to you know,
bite the bullet on that and get to it. Anything
involving technology, and that could be anything from your phone,
(03:41):
a website, computer stuff, but also vehicles, vehicles or technology.
And since mercury controls transportation or influences transportation, it would
be in a positive effect at the moment. If there's
any puzzles in your life, any questions that you have,
(04:01):
any confusion that you have around certain things, it's always
a good time to sit and think about those and
explore those and journal on those, you know, brain dump
and that's just something that's always a good idea to do.
No matter what moon or whatever we're dealing with but
right now mental clarity could have an upper boost. Really
(04:24):
allow your mind to open up and be available for
all of the possible solutions to come in any of
the ideas that you may. You know, sometimes we get
too constrictive with our thinking and we limit the possibilities
in our mind from even popping up as possibilities. But
(04:44):
just practicing opening the mind to anything that could possibly
be a solution for anything that you're trying to work through.
Gemini is very innovative and adaptable. So strange things, strange
ways of doing thing things, you know, new ideas, work arounds.
Great time for those. But again, don't forget to have fun,
(05:07):
don't forget to relax a little bit and not take
life so seriously. Hang out with friends. It's a great
time to socialize, so yay sum are parties. Really try
to practice expressing yourself however that is you know, throat
chakra energy here, communicative mercury energy here, So expressing your thoughts,
(05:28):
your opinions vocally through words like written words. It's a
great time to get some affirmations going and established, formulate
some affirmations around your intentions. So sit and think for
a second about what you want to work on in
these areas, and then journal out some affirmations that go
(05:49):
along with those. And while you're doing this, you can
break down belief systems that you hold and you may
not realize that you hold where those came from or
they help how can we reformulate them into something more
helpful and more beneficial and to get us closer to
our goals and who we want to be and how
we want to be and how we want our life
(06:11):
to look. And also I keep emphasizing this, don't forget
to have fun, Okay, joy, Life's not that serious and
what's the point of it all if we're not finding
happiness at every turn, Allow things to be light, take
heavy things and make them lighter. How can we do that?
(06:31):
Because I mean, you know, life is just a series
of generally pretty unfortunate events and if we're lucky, we
get some sunshine in between. So just grasp at the sunshine,
grasp at all of the sunshine that you can, and
that'll help us ride out the darker, heavier times. You know,
we got to learn how to laugh about it, or
(06:53):
else we're going to cry about it. And if it's
the difference between laughing or crying. Let's just just choose
the laughing if we can. Even if it's hysterical and manic,
it's fine. Everything's gonna be okay. And we're all doing
a great job, right We're doing a great job. So
see what you can work with. With all of that,
(07:14):
I'll put all the notes and everything, the instructions and
whatnot down below. Make yourself a vision board. Journal it out.
Send me pictures if you can, if you like, if
you want, I'd love to see them. Let me know
if you need any help or if you have any questions.
Check out our new yoga classes that we have in
the Patreon, exclusive only to the Patreon. I'm currently I'm
(07:38):
trying to keep up with the schedule of posting two
new ones every week, and they average about thirty minutes.
Some are longer, some are a little shorter. Most are
about thirty minutes. And you can get access to those
the full video versions of the podcast with no ads,
(07:58):
everything for free in the shop on the Patreon, and
other random stuff too that I post in there, all
for ten dollars a month, which I think is a
steal considering I charge ten dollars a class in real life.
In person classes are always better for accountability and community,
but they're also not accessible for everyone and everyone's schedule.
(08:22):
But also with the online classes rather than the in
person classes, is that on the online classes, I get
to give you a whole lot more in depth information
about poses and meditation and all of the things that
we talk about on the podcast in a more practical,
implementable way, and I can't always do that in the
(08:45):
in person classes for various reasons. But the online classes
help you move at your pace rather than all of
our paces, so you get to pick and choose what
you want to work on and how quickly and how often,
and it just exciting for all of us. With that,
BIDU a day, farewell, I love you so much, and
(09:07):
no miss day, I'll see you later.
