Hey guys, and welcome back. I could not begin to
explain to you my appreciation that you guys keep showing
up for me. The podcast is now four years old.
It's not our birthday or anything. First episode was published
November twenty eighth, two thousand and one. Since then, we
have pretty consistently released at least one episode every single week.

There's been very many weeks we've released multiple episodes all
in all, totaling to a two hundred and thirty two
episode library, all without break, all continuous, without without vacation,
and that is absolutely astounding. Yay team go Team go us.
I've taken it all pretty seriously, and the way I

do things, I don't have to be super consistent like
it looks like I'm concert right. I'm releasing a single
episode at least every week, sometimes more. But what you
don't see on the back end is that a lot
of times I'm bulking these so I'll record several all
at once so that I can be consistent in the
long run. But all of that being said, it is

now summer break, my children are home, and things are
harder to record around. The in person yoga practice that
I do is taking off exponentially and taking a lot
more of my time. I've been recording yoga classes for
you guys in the Patreon. There's lots of significant life

things that are taking up a lot of things and
we're not going to get into. Due to all of
the things, I have decided that is completely acceptable and
totally okay for us to take the summer off from
the podcast. So this will be the last episode for
now to be published until we come back in the fall.

We will be back though, and in the meantime, I'm
going to be recording when I can, both podcast episodes
that we will relaunch with, as well as yoga classes
and all sorts of other things in the Patreon. So
not going away completely, just dialing it back a little
bit to give myself some space. Because remember, it's all

about the energy. Nothing is more important than our energy.
So if we're feeling our energy be constricted, we need
to zoom out a little bit and see where we
can hit pause on a couple of things in order
to create more space in our lives to thrive and
have what come in what we really need and really want. Remember,
true consistency doesn't mean every week at this same time

same place, or every day at the same time, or
anything like that. It means are you continuously eventually coming
back to the thing that you want to be consistent in,
And sometimes you have to create more space around a
thing in order to fulfill those consistency goals. So until
