"United Nations International Convention Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination of 1965 is a Treaty is enforceable by domestic and international law and mandates the following:

1. To Regard racial discrimination as a crime
2. And to prohibit and bring to an end all organizations that incite and promote racial discrimination.

Religious organizations including Catholic, Christian, Buddhist, Hindu, Muslim and Judaism operating in in jurisdictions under all UN member states are in clear violation of the convention as these religious organizations incite racial discrimination resulting in actors of terror, bigotry and poverty and the denial of legal rights to the minority.

Under Article 2, Each State Party shall prohibit and bring to an end, by all appropriate means, including legislation as required by circumstances, racial discrimination by any persons, group or organization.

Under Article 4, all UN party members who signed this Convention, shall declare illegal and prohibit organizations (including religious), how they organize and their propaganda activities.

I petition all UN member states and the UN to put all mainstream religious organizations on trial whose practices, and teach propaganda and policies that instigate and promote racism.

In addition, to hold all UN member states legally accountable for failure to prosecute religious organizations for their promotion of racism.

In addition, former UN member states including Taiwan who signed this convention are still legally bound to uphold it despite no longer being a UN member state and should be held accountable internationally in these regards.

Rule of Law to End Poverty

Some 150 million children under the ages of 5 are stunted, 100 million are underweight and some 5 million die annually. All of this is a result of children and families not having access to food resulting in malnutrition and death. Broadening the access of justice under the present rule of law is vital in the area of global poverty.

Today mainstream religious organizations globally have the wealth to eliminate poverty but instead horde that wealth.

Research shows the Vatican is sitting on trillions of hidden net worth. Hindu temples rake in 180 million annually. Buddhist temples and Jewish temples - the same thing and Muslim mosques are hording trillions of tax-free dollars.

All Mainstream Religious Organizations Must Be Eliminated Under 1965 UN Treaty

These mainstream religious organizations hoard wealth while the masses in their own community suffer and die, identifying the flaw in laws aimed at protecting these organizations while the masses suffer.

Mainstream religious organizations political involvement must be eliminated under the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights" articles adopted by the U.N. member states in 1966. In that they are in violation of this treaty, all mainstream religious organizations have legally revoked their tax-free status.

My recommendations are as follows:

All members of the states of the United Nations give their power and support to the United Nations to globally enact a law to abolish the tax-free status of all mainstream religious organizations who have violated their tax-free status through their political involvement and use such wealth to eliminate poverty once and for all under established international law."

Welcome to today's show. I'm your host, Joseph Bonner. If
you're listening to this show on iHeartRadio and Spotify, welcome,
if you are listening to this show on one of
our nationally syndicated partner stations, again, welcome to today's show. Now,
on this episode of our United Nations Appeal, we are

(00:51):
going to be talking about global.

Speaker 3 (00:53):
Racism and discrimination. Now.

Speaker 2 (00:57):
This particular appeal is being also sent to the United
Nations today as well as to all UN member states
internationally today, and I feel it's such an important thing
to bring up because typically, depending on what country you
reside in, you know, racism and discrimination looks a whole lot,

(01:19):
looks just looks, it looks different. It looks different in
every country, but it also looks the same, you know.
So we're going to be talking about the United Nations
International Convention Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination of
nineteen sixty five, which was a treaty that was signed

(01:41):
by all UN member States. I think, with the exception
of like three three that don't bear to be we
don't even need to mention their names. Today, we're going
to be talking about some of my recommendations to the
UN in disregard as it relates to racial discrimination. So
here we go. The United Nations International Convention Elimination of

(02:05):
All Forms of Racial Discrimination of nineteen sixty five as
a treaty that is enforceable by domestic and international law,
and it mandates a few things. Number one to regard
racial discrimination as a crime, and number two to prohibit
and bring to an end all organizations that insight and
promote racial discrimination. Now, religious organizations, including Catholic, Christian, Buddhist, Hindu, Muslim,

(02:35):
and Judaism, operating in jurisdictions under all UN member States
are in clear violation of the Convention, as these religious
organizations incite racial discrimination, resulting in acts of terror, bigotry,
and poverty, and the denial of legal rights to the

(02:58):
religious minority. Under Article two, Each state party shall prohibit
and bring to an end, by all appropriate means, including
legislation as required by circumstances, racial discrimination by any person, group,
or organization. Under Article four, all UN party members who

(03:20):
sign this Convention shall declare illegal and prohibit organizations, including religious,
how they organize and their propaganda activities. So I petition
all UN member states and the United Nations to put
all mainstream religious organizations on trial who practice and teach

(03:42):
propaganda and policies that instigate and promote racism, in addition,
to hold all YOUN member states legally accountable for failure
to prosecute religious organizations for their promotion of racism. In addition,
former UN member states, including Taiwan, who signed this Convention

(04:04):
are still legally bound to uphold it despite no longer
being a UN member state, and should be held accountable
internationally in these regards. Now, it's a very pointed fact
that religious organizations have instigated racism internationally. You don't have

(04:27):
to take my word for it. Simply turn on the
six o'clock news and when you see all of these
global conflicts taking place, they have a common denominator, right,
It's based on racism. It's based on racism, you know,
where the majority will persecute and oppress the minority, and

(04:50):
they do it under the guise of law, misapplication of law.
But its root is religious creed. It's rude as religious creed.
And so therefore these religious organizations who are heavily involved
in politics, despite that also being illegal by those who

(05:13):
signed the Treaty of nineteen sixty six as U and
Member States. And unfortunately, because of that, the world is
in chaos. It's in chaos. And this is one of
the reasons why this recommendation is so urgent for all
you and Member States to seriously take into consideration in

(05:33):
order to eliminate the threat to peace and security, in
order to bring about the clear objectives of the UN.
I know that there are many people here that are
not I mean, we're all older, you know, let's be honest.
But you know, back in nineteen fourteen, you know, the

(05:58):
world really felt that they were on the threshold of
a utopia. They felt that they were on the threshold
of achieving world peace back in nineteen fourteen. And and
I would say, speak to some of the experts, but
none of them are alive anymore. But if you go
back and do some research by some of the experts
who were around, then they'll tell you that when the

(06:20):
world spun out of control after the start of World
War One, it feels like no one has gotten a
break since. And one of the things that has not
been addressed ever internationally ever, it's not been addressed, it's
not been fit, is holding these individuals finally legally responsible

(06:42):
and accountable for their actions. And then when I say
these individuals, these organizations, these religious organizations that continue to
stand behind their propaganda so as to incite terrorism and
hatred and bigotry internationally without consequence, Nevertheless, those days are
over because legally, legally, all countries are required by law

(07:10):
to prosecute.

Speaker 3 (07:11):
These religious organizations.

Speaker 2 (07:12):
They're required by law by the treaty that they signed
to prosecute these religious organizations for their hand in promoting racism.
In addition to that, they are also legally bound by
law to remove their tax free status because they're in
violation of another UN treaty that prohibits religious organizations from

(07:36):
being politically involved. And so by law, all you and
member states are legally responsible for prosecuting, for prosecuting.

Speaker 3 (07:45):
These religious organizations.

Speaker 2 (07:47):
Now it would be a lot easier for you and
member states just to give their power and authority to
the United Nations and then allow the United Nations to
hold trial and prosecute and work on the process of
eliminating these threats international.

Speaker 3 (08:00):
That just makes sense, right.

Speaker 2 (08:03):
You know, that just makes it. It's a good business move.

Speaker 3 (08:07):
It's a good it's just a good move.

Speaker 2 (08:10):
And so that is the recommendation that I presented on
the floor to the UNN back in November of twenty
twenty one. And that is a recommendation that I am
presenting to the you in today. I'm going into twenty
twenty two, all right, So I want to thank you
for taking some time to listen to this podcast. This
information is also going to be available online everywhere. It's
going to be available on Court Magazine, It's going to

(08:32):

amazing week and we look forward to things changing in
twenty twenty two internationally because the time has come. Until
next time, stay.
