Maryvonne Perraud’s French bank account, which may indicate tax evasion in Spain. Maryvonne Perraud through lawyers allegedly instigated an illegal eviction and is demanding some $25,000 USD for Dr. Ariel King to retrieve her belongings from the home. Maryvonne Perraud’s lawyer, former Mayor of Jávea, Eduardo Monfort Bolufe whos former actions cost the City Council some 200,000 Euros, is said to be the mastermind behind the alleged illegal court filing, perceived extortion on behalf of Maryvonne Perraud against Dr. Ariel King. today we're going to take a little digress. I guess
I would say die. Not a digression, but maybe a diversion.
There's a word, a diversion. We're going to kind of
divert our show's topic to something that we normally don't
do on this show. But I feel like, you know,

it perfectly aligns with my mission at the Bully Avengers,
where we continue to stand up for the rights of
women and children. So I feel like this particular segment
today is going to be mainly geared towards this, this
overall mission that I have in life to make sure

that we stand up for those who need extra help.
So this is actually a consumer report. I definitely want
to encourage you guys to click on the link and

full report. It's also published in magazine. It's about vacation
homes in Spain and France that are specifically owned by

(01:06):
a woman who resides in France by the name of
Maravon Praud. Now I'm probably not pronouncing her name right.
It probably is a French sounding name, but I'm not
doing all that right now, I'm just gonna give you, guys,
the facts of the situation, at least the alleged facts
of the situation. This is a woman here owns multiple homes,

vacation homes where you know, obviously she rents to individuals,
sometimes short term, sometimes long term. According to reports, allegedly
she has taken one of her tendants who has been
residing in one of her homes for around I believe
nine years, and she has instigated illegal court proceedings to
get them illegally evicted based on you know, lies submitted

to the court. Again, this is all alleged, right because
we can't say specifically until something's been improven in court.
And let me just kind of give you the rundown
of the person who was staying in the home you know,
made home improvements. You know, there was an agreement made
between both parties allegedly that the home improvements would be
taken out of the rent ode to this particular individual.

(02:16):
So this individual clearly did, clearly, at least according to
what is perceived, like the home improvement so much loved
the the accolades that that home improvement you know, gave
her home as far as you know, home value and
all that stuff, decided that they wanted to take that
illegally and not have to owe and not have to

(02:38):
pay anybody anything, not have to owe anybody anything. So
what they did was orchestrated things to try to get
the tenant out of there illegally so that they can
now rent the home and without having to you know,
lose money on the home improvements, if that makes any sense.
So they were demand that certain rents be paid. And

(03:04):
it's a mess. It's a mess, you guys. I'm trying
not to I know it's sounding a little confusing. That's
because there's a lot of details and I just don't
want to give them all right now because it's a
bit overwhelming. However, long story short is, allegedly this woman
allowed improvements to be made on her home, like the improvements,

and then turned around and said, hey, well, we're still
going to charge you all this extra money, and we're
going to and we're going to confiscate all the stuff
in your home and get you illegally evicted. Then I
could use the improvements that you made and rint it
to somebody else, probably for a lot more money. That's
kind of what it boils down to and now the
individual has been fighting not only because they were evicted illegally,

but that all there. It was done in such a
way that all their stuff was still in the home,
they were still living there, which is illegal to do
it in Spain, illegal, illegal, but they did it anyways
because her lawyer, the woman who owns the house, her
lawyer was the former mayor of a province there in Spain.
And now what they're doing, get this, you guys. Now,

(04:11):
according to the court documents, the woman who lived in
the home only owed about two thousand dollars. Now that's
according to court documents, which again I'm telling you were falsified.
They were submitted illegally with lies dam only two thousand dollars. Okay,
just kind of fi Now this woman and her lawyer
are demanding guess how much twenty five thousand US dollars

for the tenant to collect their things from the home.
And we're talking about we're talking about again, they've been
there for nine years, so we're talking about a lifetime
of things, you know, family photos, just everything, pools that
they install. I mean, they really upgraded this home and
so it's really strange. It really felt like this came

out of left field for the person I was living there,
like there was no kind of warning that this was
going to happen, and it was just somebody who's just
greedy and corrupt and disgusting, in my opinion, just absolutely disgusting, filthy,
disgusting people. So this consumer report is just really to
warn all you out there don't rent homes from this
crazy woman. And I call I'm calling her crazy because

I can do that. That's my opinion. She's crazy. Her
lawyer is insane as well, that's my opinion. And I
can say that he's insane and he's a crook. That's
my opinion. I'll stated and stated and stated as much
as I want, I wish somebody would say something. You guys,

and that's just because those are the only two I
want to send it to right now. Keep playing around
and an acted stop, but I might send it to
a few more extra people. You guys, I know it's
hard financially for people out there, but don't be corrupt,
Like you don't got to break the law to make it,
I mean, and to extort twenty five thousand from a

single mother who's taking care of a disabled child, Like
what kind of evil is that? But again, you know,
you know I'm gonna say it because I'm going to
say it, and I don't care how you feel about it,
because you know I'm gonna tell the truth irregardless. Now
the tenant is black, Okay, that shouldn't be a surprise.

Who lives in Spain? Again, the woman who's doing all this,
she is she does not live in Spain. She lives
in France, and she's been having her tenants pay through
her French bank account, which looks like tax evasion to
me in Spain, because you can't avoid taxes in Spain.
If you got if you're renting a home in Spain

(06:45):
and it's your a home in Spain, you're supposed to
that money is supposed to be paid to Spain and
you got people paying to your French account, that looks
like tax evasion to me, Spain. Go, you know, look
into it, Look into the situation. Look into it because
if she's trying to extore twenty five thousand from doctor

Ariel King and that's the person who was a tenant
I said the name I showed. Did she did that
to her? Can you imagine how much she's trying to
steal from the Spanish government and probably from France too. Again,
this is all probably I'm not saying definitely because I
don't know, but somebody trying to extore twenty five thousand

from one individual, you know, and that's and that's public knowledge.
Can you imagine what she's doing behind closed doors? I
can't even imagine. And her lawyer to boot, I wonder
what he's doing behind closed doors. I know people know.
I know there's some hackers out there who probably already
know the information. Now, I'm not going to ask nobody
to hacken to know, but I'm not going to do
all that. That's it. I don't I don't like that.

I don't like that. But I do know for a
fact that information can be found out easily with the
click of the button, what people are doing behind closed doors.
So let's not get it twisted. Let's not think that
you what you're what you're doing illegally won't be found
out eventually with the click of a button.

little sticky, not post it on your wall or something,
just I don't know, you know, put a pin in it. Boop.
Do what you gotta do. Just understand that if that's
how you live in your life and the reports come

stand on pride and not do the right thing, do

so dumb. Oh they get on my nerves. Not everybody,
just people like this. Just irritating anyways, drinking my tea

this report just because I'm so tired of having to
call people out like you try to give people the
benefit of the dowt. You try to let them. Okay,
let's give them a little time to do the right thing,

This is extra work for me, Like I don't like
calling people out like this, I really don't. I do

have that they just you know, apologize, make the right call,
and then we can kind of everybody can move on
with their life. We ain't got to embarrass them publicly.
So trust and believe. Anytime that you hear me on

willing to exhaust to resolve this before I go into
