Speaker 1 (00:01):
Lamar Jackson. Guys, how much longer can the Baltimore Ravens
keep masking Lamar jackson so called injury And is he
really hurt or is he faking it? That is the
question right now, guys. Is Lamar Jackson faking his injury?
That is the question that's swirling around right now here
at man hour, across the NFL landscape and pretty much

(00:23):
all over on Facebook dot com for slash man our page,
because the Ravens are being way too quiet quiet about
their so called star quarterbacks injury. Now, let's flash back
to Sunday. Lamar Jackson supposedly suffered a hamstring injury in
that ugly thirty seven to twenty loss to the Cancine Chiefs.
Since then, he hasn't practice, no clarity on his on

(00:44):
his on his injury, and nothing but vague answers from
John Harball. When asked if Lamar is day to day,
Cardball said, how about I just don't say anything. We don't,
we don't, We just leave it alone, basically saying I
don't want to talk about Lamar Jackson's injury because it's
not there. But that's mean between between reading the lines

(01:08):
that right there tells you all you need to know.

Speaker 2 (01:10):
Period.

Speaker 1 (01:11):
The Ravens aren't being transparent and they don't want the
truth out. If if this were a normal hamstring cheek,
they'd say he's questionable, give a timeline or something to
that effect like. Instead, they're hiding behind the scenes. And
here's where he gets even more fishier. Lamar Jackson has
been in all the meetings, hasn't missed time, time to end,

(01:33):
time in the building. And Hardball said it himself, Lamar's working.
He's doing a great job. That doesn't sound like a
quarterback who's too injured to practice. That sounds like a
quarterback who could play but doesn't want to right now.
And let's not forget this is the worst start that
the Ravens have had.

Speaker 2 (01:49):
In a decade. One in three.

Speaker 1 (01:51):
Lamar hasn't missed a game since the end of twenty
twenty two. But now suddenly, when things get a little
bit rough, we're hearing about this hamstring issue. Guys, if
Lamar really couldn't go, the Ravens would turn to Cooper
Trust the former Cooper Rush, sorry, the former Dallas Cowboys
back up Mark Andrews called him the pros pro. But
let's just be honest. Baltimore didn't Rush. Rush didn't sign

(02:15):
Rush to take over in October. This team lives and
dies with Lamar. Guys, the truth of the matter is
the Ravens are trying to mask Lamar say situation and
it doesn't add up. Either they're hiding it just how
bad it is, or Lamar isn't hurt and they do
and as hurt as they want you to believe. So
let me ask you, guys this question that comments down below.

(02:37):
Is Lamar Jackson actually hindered or is he faking it

This is a live inter out to show so comment
down below. Alfh Rob says, I personally think he got

(02:58):
a cramp because it was about ninety degrees.

Speaker 2 (03:01):
It was very, very hot in Missouri last Sunday.

Speaker 1 (03:04):
You were absolutely correct, and we're kind of in this
weird transitional period in the world, at least here in
the Midwest, where super cold in the morning, super hot
in the afternoon, so you don't really prep your body
as much. But if it was just a cramp alpha
alpha rob old Man Rivers said, hey, they're protecting their

(03:26):
their investment. They're not getting a chance to come back whatever, YadA,
YadA YadA. It was midway through the third quarter. You
still had what twenty twenty five minutes left in the game.
You could have mustered a comeback. You should have got
some gatorade, stretched it out and been back out there.

Speaker 2 (03:46):
But if it is, it is what it is.

Speaker 1 (03:49):
Will Olson said, the Ravens might be going one to
five into their bye week, and you know what, Will
when we did the way too early when last predictions,
I actually did have the Baltimore Ravens kind of in
a sluggish start, because let's just be honest, they have
a very, very tough schedule to start the season. They
had the Bills, Browns, Lion Sheefs, the Texans were supposed

(04:10):
to be good. We obviously see where they're at right now.
And then the La Rams and then he got the
bye week and then things get a lot easier. Bears, Dolphins, Vikings, Browns, Jets, Bengals, Steelers, Bengals, Patriots. Right, so, yeah, Will,
you are not wrong at all on the flip side.
Once they go one and five after the bye week.

(04:30):
The Ravens are a team that can very well win,
you know, the next eleven games in a row and
finish the season eleven and five, I guess would be
ten games in a row. Right, they are a very
very good team. X would be twelve and five. I'm sorry,
twelve and five. They are that type of team. But
this Lamar Jackson injury has got to be uneasy with

(04:55):
Ravens fans. Right, is he faking it or is he
actually like tore the entering off of the bone like
Dak Prescott did last season? That this is a tough
This is a a tough right. Patrick Martinez says, I
didn't mean you're personally whack, but your talk take on
brock Party was whack.

Speaker 2 (05:15):
Fair enough, fair enough, I like you, honesty.

Speaker 1 (05:20):
Keep it coming, buddy, all Man. Rivers says he might
have cramped up his minstrel cramps.

Speaker 2 (05:25):
Wasn't it last year? When? Oh when was that?

Speaker 1 (05:29):
Was that last year or two years ago when we
saw Lamar Jackson get hurt, right and he ran off,
had it and had to take a poop poop?

Speaker 2 (05:37):
Had it had take a take a little dumpy dump.

Speaker 1 (05:41):
Maybe he had a poop and he pooped his pants
and like he was afraid to get off on the
bench because you know, they were wearing all white. You
get a little brown dudude staying down there. Al From
says the Mosquitos. They first said he could miss one
to three weeks. Now they're saying that he could play

(06:02):
this week. It just doesn't make sense. So alpha rob
ham strings are they are strains? Polls tears are all
in grades right, one, two, three, four. I think four
is the highest, right. If it is a grade one
hamstring strain, whatever it is, the diagnosis is.

Speaker 2 (06:22):
One to three weeks. That's just a standard, right.

Speaker 1 (06:25):
Grade one is one to three, Grade two is two
to four, Grade three is three to six, and then
six to.

Speaker 2 (06:30):
Nine is the h is the highest grade.

Speaker 1 (06:33):
Everything that I've read so far today is day to day,
day to day, day to day, day to day. Now, obviously,
even if Lamar Jackson doesn't practice all week, he's going
to play on Sunday.

Speaker 2 (06:47):
I just want to know what kind of is it?

Speaker 1 (06:51):
I mean, first of all, they they they they said,
yes it is a hamstring injury. They said, yes he
is day to day. However, what kind of grade is it?
What kind of grade of hamstring strain is it? Is
it actually a strain, Is it a tear? Is it
a pull from the bat? Like, give us some information.

(07:11):
I understand, I understand, hippolaws, all this stuff whatever. Give
us some information, because I truly do not think that
he got injured. I went back last night and I
watched the Cancy Chiefs game yet again, and I, uh,
from from the time he got hurt. I went back
two full series of them on on offense. I did
not see where he could potentially have got a cramp,

(07:34):
could have potentially of a tore it or strained it. Like,
I don't see anywhere. Because we said this last night,
when you get hurt, you grab for that injury. If
you hurt your leg, you're gonna grab that leg. Well,
whether it's the quad, the calf, the hamstring, if you
hurt your shoulder, you're like, oh, my shoulder hurts, right,
I never saw that in the two drives, two offensives

(07:56):
of series before that injury, before he was out, I
never saw saw anything. So I I'm just curious of like,
what actually happened. Is it a cramp, is it something else?
Like this is just tell us tell, like matter of fact,
point out to where he got hurt, then we might
believe that he's not faking it. Geo Mex said, Look,

(08:18):
Lamar can go on a five game winning streak at
any moment. We can't say that about any quarterback below
five hundred at this time.

Speaker 2 (08:25):
Maybe Deck, but nobody else.

Speaker 1 (08:26):
And Geo Mex, you are absolutely right, because hey, let's
pull up the standings. I have not updated the standings
on our overlays here since the Broncos beat the Bengals
and the Dolphins beat the Jets. I have not updated yet.
So we look at teams below five hundred, not five hundred,

(08:47):
but below five hundred. Miami Dolphins, the Jets justin fields
can't do it to it and won't do it right.
Then you had the ravens Lamar Jackson probably could. The
Browns are now starting Dylan Gabriel this week. Probably not.
We could probably throw CZ Stroud in there, right because
we've seen flashes where CJ. Stroud can be a top
ten quarterback. Is he a top ten quarterback? No, but

(09:08):
he's seen flashes. Cam Ward no, Gino Smith no. For
the Giants, Dallas Cowboys, the dak potentially Jackson Dart. I
am intrigued to see how Jackson Dart does, but they
won't be able to pull four or five games off
in a row just because our schedule is tough. Everybody
in the NFC North is above five hundred. NFC South,

(09:30):
Bryce Young Nope, Spencer Ratler Nope. So yeah, Geomex, you're
actually probably spot on. We can maybe to potentially put CJ.
Stroud up there, but yes, Lamar Jackson can easily go
on a five game winning streak, and then all of
a sudden, we're talking praising the old Baltimore Raves about
how their Super Bowl bound, how they're going to win

(09:51):
the AFC North, how they're doing this, this and this
and this.

Speaker 2 (09:54):
But right right now, we are worried about some injuries.

Speaker 1 (09:58):
Right We're worried about injuries of Lamar Jackson in where
he's not towing very very loosely, but an injury that
is
